Description
The present invention relates to a diagnostic apparatus, and more particularly to a diagnostic apparatus for preventing a failure of a work machine.
Work machines (self-propelled machines) such as excavators and dump trucks used in mines are operating all over the world for debris excavation work and transportation work, and continuous operation is required to improve productivity. There are many cases. Therefore, when a sudden failure occurs, it is necessary to stop the work machine for inspection / maintenance, replacement of parts, etc., and productivity is significantly reduced.
In order to avoid such a situation in advance, the concept of preventive maintenance in which a failure sign of a machine is detected promptly and parts replacement and maintenance are performed before failure is widely recognized. One technology that supports this preventive maintenance is condition monitoring and maintenance. Condition based maintenance, the measurement values of temperature and pressure were measured by the various sensors attached to the machine (hereinafter, referred to as稼work data) monitors the稼work status of the machine on the basis of, for detecting a deviation from the normal state This is a technology that catches a failure sign.
There are a learning process and a diagnosis process as main processes related to the state monitoring and maintenance. The learning process is a process for calculating a diagnostic index used for the diagnostic process based on the normal state of the machine. Generally the machine is used that way and稼work area, they tend to individual differences in characteristics depending on稼work lives arise, based on稼work data collected for each machine in order to absorb the individual difference Calculate diagnostic indicators individually. Then, the diagnostic process, executes an abnormality determination process using the diagnostic index against稼work data collected from the machine.
A diagnostic index is created for each failure mode in the part / system to be diagnosed. Here, the failure mode of the part / system to be diagnosed is called a diagnostic item. For example, parts / systems to be diagnosed include a hydraulic system system, an engine cooling water system, and an engine exhaust system. The diagnosis items taking into account the failure mode include, for example, hydraulic pump pressure abnormality, engine cooling water temperature abnormality, engine exhaust temperature abnormality, and the like.
The calculation of the diagnostic index by the learning process needs to be performed immediately after the mining machine is put on the market, and also when the normal state of the machine changes due to maintenance work such as parts replacement. For example, when engine cooling water replacement work is performed, it is considered that the normal state of the engine cooling system changes due to the work, so it is necessary to relearn the diagnostic index of the diagnostic item of “engine cooling water abnormality” is there. When maintenance is performed as described above, it is necessary to determine which diagnostic item should be updated based on which part has been replaced by the maintenance.
As an invention for efficiently carrying out the determination work associated with the re-learning process, a diagnostic device has been devised that automatically determines the diagnostic items to be re-learned based on the parts replacement history data and updates only a specific diagnostic index ( For example, see Patent Document 1).
By using the above-described diagnostic apparatus, it is possible to efficiently carry out the work associated with the relearning process after component replacement. However, this diagnostic apparatus has a problem that the diagnostic index learning procedure is fixed for all diagnostic items and cannot be flexibly changed for each diagnostic item.
The above-described diagnostic apparatus performs threshold determination processing with one threshold diagnostic index for one sensor in all diagnostic items. For this reason, as a learning process, although a sensor to be handled differs depending on a diagnosis item, a diagnosis index is calculated using sensor data corresponding to a threshold value. That is, the learning procedure is commonly fixed regardless of the diagnosis item.
However, depending on the diagnosis item, there is a case where diagnosis performance cannot be expected by the threshold determination of one sensor. For example, as a diagnostic item for engine cooling water abnormality, a method of checking the temperature difference between the cooling water at the inlet and the outlet of the radiator can be considered. In this case, it is necessary to handle data from two sensors. Further, when the diagnosis is made only when the engine speed is equal to or higher than a certain value, it is necessary to handle three sensors including the engine speed. In this case, it is necessary to handle three sensors in the same manner as the learning process for calculating the diagnostic index, but there is a problem that such a learning procedure cannot be set in the above-described diagnostic apparatus.
Further, in the diagnosis item of engine exhaust temperature abnormality, a method of diagnosing transition from a normal state to an abnormal state by calculating a statistic indicating an overall balance from the exhaust temperatures of a plurality of cylinders is conceivable. In this case, it is necessary to set a learning procedure that is different from the engine cooling water abnormality described above. However, the above-described diagnostic device cannot be achieved because the learning procedure cannot be set individually for each diagnostic item, and the learning procedure after re-learning cannot be achieved. There was a risk that the diagnostic performance would be significantly reduced.
The present invention has been made based on the above-described matters, and an object of the present invention is to provide a diagnostic apparatus that performs a re-learning process with different learning conditions and learning procedures for each diagnostic item.
In order to achieve the above object, for example, the configuration described in the claims is adopted. Application has included a plurality of means for solving the problems described above, if the one example, a diagnostic apparatus for diagnosing the occurrence of a sign of failure to accumulate稼working data indicating the state of the working machine, and individual learning processing unit that performs a learning process for calculating a diagnostic indicator of a plurality of diagnostic items based on the input sensor data is稼work data stored the working machine, the presence or absence of abnormality by using the diagnostic indicator A diagnostic processing unit that executes a diagnostic process to determine, a re-learning necessity determination unit that determines a diagnostic item for which the diagnostic index should be updated based on a component replacement history, and a learning data for each diagnostic item the learning learning data conditions and the individual learning procedure storage unit that stores a learning procedure for executing the individual learning, the diagnostic process or to the individual learning processing unit the diagnosis processing unit is executed according to the diagnosis item to perform A diagnostic sensor data extraction unit that extracts first sensor data used for processing from the input sensor data, and a diagnostic condition of the diagnostic processing on the first sensor data for each diagnostic item or the first sensor data as the learning data A condition sensor data extraction unit that extracts second sensor data used for the learning data condition for determining whether or not to accumulate from the input sensor data, and the individual learning processing unit performs diagnosis as the learning procedure The diagnostic processing unit calculates a diagnostic index based on the first sensor data when the second sensor data satisfies the learning data condition using a learning procedure in which the calculation method of the diagnostic index is different for each item, and the diagnostic processing unit Determines whether there is an abnormality in the pre-processing performed on the first sensor data and the result of the pre-processing according to the diagnosis item That by using the diagnostic indicator in one of the post-processing to said performing said diagnosis processing.
According to the present invention, since a learning procedure can be set individually for each diagnostic item, the re-learning process can be executed based on the individual learning condition for the diagnostic item determined to be updated by parts replacement, and the diagnostic index can be set. Can be updated. As a result, it is possible to improve the diagnostic performance after re-learning, so that it is possible to accurately prevent the occurrence of a failure that prevents continuous operation, and the productivity of the work machine is improved.

FIG. 7 is a table showing an example of a component system and a sensor information system in a work machine to which an embodiment of the diagnostic apparatus of the present invention is applied. As shown in FIG. 7, examples of the part system include a hydraulic system system, an engine coolant system, an engine exhaust system, and an engine intake system. Here, m1, m2, m3, and m4 are assigned as the respective part system IDs. In addition, a sensor for measuring a plurality of physical quantities is attached to the part system in order to confirm the operation status. For example, for the engine intake system (m4), an intercooler inlet temperature sensor and an intercooler outlet temperature sensor are attached. Here, T1 and T2 are assigned as the respective sensor IDs. Therefore, the sensor attached to the work machine can be uniquely specified by the combination of the part system ID and the sensor ID.
Next, the contents stored in the diagnostic procedure storage unit 118 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 is a table showing an example of information stored in the diagnostic procedure storage unit in the embodiment of the diagnostic apparatus of the present invention.

The preprocessing describes the content of processing performed on diagnostic sensor data. For item ID = 1, 3 shown in FIG. 8, “deviation distance L from normal cluster center” is obtained, and is calculated based on the cluster center and standard deviation values stored in the diagnostic index. On the other hand, item ID = 2, 4 is “entrance / exit temperature difference” and is obtained from the difference between the diagnostic sensors.
The abnormality determination process describes a process content for determining whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the result of the preprocessing. For item IDs = 1 and 3, the magnitude relationship between the divergence distance L and the value “3” is determined. On the other hand, for item ID = 2, 4, the magnitude relationship between the inlet / outlet temperature difference and the diagnostic index is determined. Any item is determined to be abnormal in a case satisfying this. The diagnostic index is a diagnostic parameter that is updated by the individual

For example, in the case of item ID = 1 shown in FIG. 8, the diagnosis condition is “T10 ≧ 40 ° C.”. If this is satisfied, the determination is YES, and if not, the determination is NO.

The calculation of the former deviation distance will be described below.
