Description

The present invention relates to a seat cushion mounting structure for mounting a seat cushion on which an occupant is seated to a predetermined vehicle body panel constituting a vehicle floor behind the seat cushion.

In a vehicle, a seat cushion on which an occupant sits is fixed by being locked to a vehicle body structural member such as a vehicle body panel constituting a vehicle floor. For example, in Patent Document 1, the seat cushion is fixed to the floor by hooking a striker attached to the seat cushion onto a hook of a round pipe attached to the floor.

Here, in order to prevent the seat cushion from moving forward or jumping upward during traveling, the fixed state of the seat cushion and the vehicle body structural member needs to be stable. For this reason, the structure for suppressing the movement of the seat cushion is required for the seat cushion mounting structure.

On the other hand, when the seat cushion is attached to the vehicle body structural member, the seat cushion attachment structure is required to be easy to assemble (assembleability) so that the assembly work can be easily performed. For this reason, when the structure for fixing the seat cushion to the vehicle body structural member is complicated, the effect of suppressing the movement of the seat cushion is enhanced, but the assembling property may be lowered.

In Patent Document 1, it is considered that the movement of the seat cushion can be suppressed by locking the striker to the hook. However, if the field of view is blocked by the seat cushion, it is difficult to hook the striker opening on the hook, and it is difficult to say that the workability during assembly is excellent.

In view of such a problem, an object of the present invention is to provide a seat cushion mounting structure capable of easily assembling a seat cushion to a vehicle body structural member while suitably suppressing movement of the seat cushion.

In order to solve the above problems, a typical structure of the seat cushion mounting structure according to the present invention is a seat cushion mounting structure in which a seat cushion on which an occupant is seated is attached to a predetermined vehicle body panel constituting a vehicle floor behind the seat cushion. In the above, a convex member attached to the upper surface of the vehicle body panel and projecting upward from the upper surface of the panel, a wire extending from the rear surface of the seat cushion, wound around the convex member in a loop shape and locked to the convex member, and the child seat is seat cushioned. The anchor extends from the rear part of the seat cushion, is fixed to the upper surface of the convex member of the convex member, and extends rearward from the rear end of the upper surface of the convex member.

According to the said structure, a seat cushion can be easily assembled | attached to a vehicle body panel by hooking the wire of a seat cushion on the convex member which protrudes upwards from the vehicle body panel. And since the anchor which attaches a child seat to a seat cushion is extended to back rather than the rear end of a convex member upper surface, it can prevent that the wire pulls out from the convex member. Thereby, the fixed state to the vehicle body panel (vehicle body structural member) of a seat cushion can be stabilized, and it becomes possible to suppress a movement of a seat cushion suitably.

The rear surface of the convex member is inclined forward as it goes upward, and an angle formed by a rear surface of the convex member and an anchor extending rearward from the rear end of the upper surface of the convex member is preferably an acute angle in a side view. According to such a configuration, when the wire moves upward due to a load, the wire is easily caught by the anchor, so that the wire can be more effectively prevented from coming off from the convex member, and the above-described effects can be enhanced. .

The convex member may have a corner portion in which the rear surface and the side surface are substantially orthogonal in a top view, and the wire may have a U-shape bent along the corner portion in a top view. Thereby, a wire becomes easy to contact the corner | angular part of a convex member. Therefore, the wire is further less likely to come off from the convex member, and the fixed state between the seat cushion and the vehicle body panel can be further stabilized.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the seat cushion attachment structure which can be easily assembled | attached to a vehicle body structural member can be provided, suppressing the movement of a seat cushion suitably.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The dimensions, materials, and other specific numerical values shown in the embodiments are merely examples for facilitating understanding of the invention, and do not limit the present invention unless otherwise specified. In the present specification and drawings, elements having substantially the same function and configuration are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted, and elements not directly related to the present invention are not illustrated. To do.

FIG. 1 is a view for explaining a seat cushion mounting structure (hereinafter referred to as a mounting structure 100) according to the present embodiment, and shows a state in which a seat cushion 110 of a vehicle (the whole is not shown) is observed from the left side behind the vehicle. It is shown. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view within a broken-line square in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, a seat cushion 110 on which an occupant (not shown) is seated is disposed in the vehicle. The seat cushion 110 is attached to a vehicle body panel 120 that is disposed behind the seat cushion 110 and forms a vehicle body floor.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the attachment structure 100 of the present embodiment, a loop-shaped wire 130 is attached to the rear surface of the seat cushion 110. On the other hand, a convex member 140 protruding upward from the panel upper surface 120a is attached to the panel upper surface 120a of the vehicle body panel 120. An anchor 150 for attaching a child seat (not shown) to the seat cushion 110 is fixed to the convex member upper surface 140 a of the convex member 140.

As shown in FIG. 2, the anchor 150 extends from the rear portion of the seat cushion 110 toward the rear of the vehicle, and is fixed to the convex member upper surface 140 a of the convex member 140. In addition, as a feature of the present embodiment, the anchor 150 extends along the convex member upper surface 140 a of the convex member 140, and the rear end is disposed behind the rear end of the convex member upper surface 140 a of the convex member 140.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a method for attaching the seat cushion 110. When attaching the seat cushion 110 to the vehicle body panel 120, as shown in FIG. 3, the wire 130 of the seat cushion 110 is moved in the direction of the arrow (rear of the vehicle) to be positioned behind the rear end of the anchor 150. Hook on the convex member 140. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the loop-shaped wire 130 is engaged with the convex member 140 so as to wind it, and the seat cushion 110 is attached to the vehicle body panel 120. As described above, according to the mounting structure 100 of the present embodiment, the seat cushion 110 can be easily assembled to the vehicle body panel 120 by hooking the wire 130 of the seat cushion 110 to the convex member 140.

4 is an enlarged view of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 (a) is a view of the convex member 140 of FIG. 2 observed from the side, and FIG. 4 (b) is a view of the convex member 140 of FIG. FIG. As shown in FIG. 4A, in the mounting structure 100 of the present embodiment, in a state where the vehicle body panel 120 is mounted on the seat cushion 110, the anchor 150 projects rearward from the rear end of the convex member 140, and the wire The rear end of the anchor 150 is located above 130. As a result, it is possible to prevent the wire 130 from coming off from the convex member 140, so that the fixed state of the seat cushion 110 to the vehicle body panel 120 is stabilized. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the seat cushion 110 from moving due to a load applied from the rear during traveling.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4A, the rear surface 140b of the convex member 140 is inclined forward as it goes upward, and the rear surface 140b of the convex member 140 and the upper surface of the convex member are viewed from the side. An angle θ formed by the anchor 150 extending rearward from the rear end of 140a is an acute angle. Thereby, when the wire 130 moves upward by a load, it becomes easy to catch on the anchor 150. Accordingly, it is possible to more effectively prevent the wire 130 from coming off from the convex member 140. Further, when an upward load is applied to the front side of the anchor 150, a downward load is applied to the rear side. However, since the load can be received by the convex member 140, the load resistance of the anchor 150 can be increased.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4B, the convex member 140 has a corner portion 140d where the rear surface 140b and the side surface 140c are orthogonal to each other when viewed from above. The wire 130 has a U shape that is bent along the corner 140d when viewed from above. As a result, the wire 130 can easily come into contact with the corner portion 140d of the convex member 140, so that the wire 130 can be more preferably prevented from coming off from the convex member 140. In addition, since the wire 130 can easily come into contact with the rear surface 140b and the side surface 140c of the convex member 140, the movement of the wire 130 and thus the seat cushion 110 in the lateral direction and the rotational direction can be effectively restricted.

As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment of this invention was described referring an accompanying drawing, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not limited to the example which concerns. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made within the scope of the claims, and these are naturally within the technical scope of the present invention. Understood.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a seat cushion mounting structure in which a seat cushion on which an occupant is seated is attached to a predetermined vehicle body panel that forms a vehicle floor behind the seat cushion.
