Description
本発明による、手術用アンカー部材の固定装置100は、純粋に例示のために添付してある図面に示すように、手術用アンカー部材(例えば図8〜図13に示されている多軸ねじ20、図14に示されているアンカーフック50、図15に示されている一軸ねじ60、または図16に示されている横方向コネクタ70)の頭部の締結座部内に締結素子、例えば止めねじ10を結合させるように構成されている。

Claims (11)
- 手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)用の固定装置(100)であって、
シャフト(4)に接続されている接続部(5)に連結される制御手段(6)と、
締結素子(10)を前記手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の締結座部(21.1)と結合するためのセンタリング手段(1)とを備え、
前記シャフト(4)は、結合ユニット(4.14、4.15)を一端部(4.1)に有し、
前記結合ユニット(4.14、4.15)は、前記締結素子(10)に前記固定装置(100)を接続し、
前記締結素子(10)は、前記手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の締結座部(21.1)に結合しうるようになっており、
前記センタリング手段(1)は、前記シャフト(4)の一端部(4.1)に結合されている少なくとも1つのフォーク状体を有していることを特徴とする、手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)用の固定装置(100)。 - 前記センタリング手段(1)は、前記手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)に設けられている少なくとも1つの保持エリア(22、52、62、72)に受けられるように適合化されている少なくとも1つの係合部材(1.11、1.12)を有する係合エリア(1.1)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記係合エリア(1.1)は、前記シャフト(4)の一端部(4.1)から、少なくとも部分的に突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記シャフト(4)を介して圧縮可能な弾性手段(3)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記弾性手段(3)が変形したときに、前記センタリング手段(1)と前記シャフト(4)との間の相対運動が可能になるように、前記弾性手段は、前記センタリング手段(1)と、前記シャフト(4)に設けられている接触エリア(4.11)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記センタリング手段(1)は、停止手段(2)を受けるようになっている開口部(1.22)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記停止手段(2)は、前記シャフト(4)に一体的に連結されており、前記シャフト(4)から、少なくとも部分的に突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記開口部は、前記弾性手段(3)に外力が及ぼされていないときには、前記停止手段を少なくとも部分的に受け止めており、前記弾性手段(3)が変形しているときには、前記停止手段を離していることができる座部(1.23)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記シャフト(4)に設けられている自由部分(4.12)は、該自由部分(4.12)を、前記締結素子(10)に設けられている2つの座部に結合可能な2つの結合ユニット(4.14、4.15)に分割する形状のチャネル(4.13)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記センタリング手段(1)は、少なくとも1つの係合部材(1.11、1.12)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
- 前記センタリング手段(1)の前記少なくとも1つの係合部材(1.11、1.12)は、前記手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)に設けられている相補的保持エリア(22、52、62、72)と結合するように適合化されており、前記少なくとも1つの係合部材(1.11、1.12)と前記相補的保持エリア(22、52、62、72)とは、前記センタリング手段(1)と、前記手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の保持エリア(22、52、62、72)とが、回転並進力に対して単一体の如くに振る舞うように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の手術用アンカー部材(20、50、60、70)の固定装置(100)。
