Description

The present invention relates to a mask for covering the nose, mouth and the like of the wearer's face.

At the time of disease or when flying dust such as pollen, yellow sand, etc., the mask used in other daily life blocks the gap between the mask and both sides of the bridge of the nose bridge to enhance the sealing effect to the outside in order to enhance the effect of blocking foreign substances. There is.
However, when the sealability increases, the breathability for breathing decreases, so the ratio of mouth breathing increases, and the inside of the mask is filled with water-rich breath, and the mask leaks water-rich breath. It will be put out. As a result, when wearing glasses and goggles with a mask, the glasses and goggles become cloudy due to moisture, which causes a view to be blocked.
Therefore, in the conventional mask, a flexible sheet piece having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer adhering to the surface of the nose is fixed to the inner surface side of the mask body covering the mouth, and the resiliency of the flexible sheet piece The nasal cavity is expanded by pulling the epidermis outward so that nasal breathing can be performed easily (see, for example, Patent Document 1). And thereby, the frequency of mouth breathing was reduced and the fogging of glasses etc. by the moisture of exhalation was reduced.

However, in the mask of Patent Document 1, since the flexible sheet is attached to the inner surface of the mask body, the flexible sheet is in direct contact with the mask wearer's skin via the adhesive. The Since it is essential for the flexible sheet to have flexibility, an elastic body made of a hard material such as plastic or metal is used as the forming material. When the flexible sheet consisting of such a hard material directly touches the mask wearer's skin, there is a feeling of foreign matter, and furthermore, the wearer may feel pain.
In addition, since expansion and contraction of the flexible sheet can hardly be expected, when the flexible sheet made of a hard material is directly adhered to the skin, it can not follow the movement of facial muscles such as changes in expression, The skin was pulled and there was a risk of discomfort.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the invention is not limited to the illustrated example.

First Embodiment
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a mask 100 according to a first embodiment of the invention to which the present invention is applied. Moreover, FIG. 2 is the front view which looked at the mask 100 of a wearing condition from the front.

Furthermore, the upper side and the lower side in the state where the mask 100 is worn are the upper side and the lower side, and the left side of the wearer is the left and the right side is the right.

The mask 100 is, for example, a disposable pleated mask 100. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mask main body covers the nose, mouth, jaw (target site), etc. of the wearer's face. Provided at the upper edge of the mask body 1 and the pair of left and right ear hooks 2, 2 for locking the mask body 1 to the wearer's ear; The nasal cavity dilator 3 is provided to expand the

For example, the mask main body portion 1 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a front view, and a plurality of pleats 11 which can spread in the vertical direction are formed in the vertical direction. When the mask 100 is worn, the pleats 11 expand in the vertical direction to form a mountain-shaped three-dimensional shape so that the mask body 1 bulges outward, and the nose, mouth, jaw, etc. of the wearer's face It is supposed to be covered.

Further, the mask main body 1 is formed of a sheet material, and the sheet material is formed of, for example, a single fabric or a plurality of overlapping fabrics of spunbonded nonwoven fabric, meltblown nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, gauze, towel cloth, etc. ing.
The method of manufacturing the mask main body 1 may be any known method, and the detailed description will be omitted.

A pair of left and right ear hooks 2 and 2 are provided on both edge portions 12 in the left and right direction of the mask main body 1.
Each of the pair of left and right ear hooks 2, 2 is, for example, a flat cord, and a rubber cord may be sewn and the whole may be stretchable.
One end of the left ear hooking portion 2 is sewn to the upper end of the left edge of the mask main body 1 and the other end is fixed to the lower end of the left edge of the mask main body 1 by adhesion or welding.
Further, one end of the right ear hook 2 is sewn to the upper end of the right edge of the mask main body 1 and the other end is fixed to the lower end of the right edge of the mask main body 1 by adhesion or welding. .

[Nasal extension]
FIG. 2 is a side view of the nasal cavity extension 3 provided on the upper part of the mask main body 1 in a state in which the pleats 11 are not spread, and FIG. 3 is a plan view.
The nasal cavity extension 3 is a long flat elastic member 31 fixed to the upper edge of the outer surface of the mask body 1, and an attached part 32 fixed to the upper edge of the inner surface of the mask main body 1. And a release paper 33 for covering the adhesive surface on the wearer side of the sticking part 32.

The elastic member 31 is provided at the center of the upper edge of the outer surface of the rectangular mask main body 1 along the left-right direction, as shown in FIGS. It is arranged to overlap a position slightly above the left and right nose wings of the nose. The elastic member 31 is intended to expand the nasal cavity by using the restoring force (elastic force) from the flexed state.
Accordingly, the elastic member 31 is made of synthetic resin, for example, PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), synthetic resin with appropriate elasticity such as silicon, or a metal having rust resistance.

The surface of the elastic member 31 opposite to the mask main body 1 is fixed to the outer surface of the mask main body 1 by welding or bonding using heat or ultrasonic waves. In addition, attachment of the elastic member 31 may use any method that can be fixed with sufficient strength not to cause peeling by the elastic force of the elastic member 31. Moreover, you may utilize the double-sided tape which has sufficient adhesive force.

The sticking part 32 is strip-shaped, and as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the mask in a state in which the two sticking parts 32 are along the left-right direction at the upper edge of the inner side face of the rectangular mask main body part 1 It is provided on both the left and right sides of the central portion of the main body 1.
The adhesive portions 32 and 32 have the same width as the elastic member 31 and a length less than half of the elastic member 31, and the left end portion and the right end portion of the elastic member 31 sandwiching the mask main body 1. They are provided so as to be at the same position.
The sticking portions 32 and 32 are so-called double-sided tapes in which an adhesive is applied to both sides of the sheet, and are stuck somewhat above the nose wings of the mask wearer's nose, and elastic via the mask body 1 The member 31 can be maintained in a flexed state to conform to the shape of the nose.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive of low adhesive nature is used as the pressure-sensitive adhesive of each adhesive portion 32, 32 and is used which has a sufficiently small influence on the human body in consideration of the odor, the presence or absence of volatile component and the like. Because it is pressure sensitive, curing due to chemical reaction is unlikely to occur, maintaining long-term tackiness, and it can be peeled off from the epidermis of the nose with a tension greater than that of the elastic material of the elastic member 31 even after sticking. . Moreover, since it is an acrylic acid system, high adhesiveness can be maintained even in the epidermis to which sebum adheres.

As described above, the mask main body portion 1 may be formed of a plurality of overlapping fabrics, but when the nasal cavity expanding portion 3 in the mask main body 1 is formed, it is elastic if the overlapping fabrics are easily separated. Since tension based on the elasticity of the member 31 is less likely to be transmitted to the surface of the mask wearer's nose, it is desirable to partially form a single sheet of fabric or to make it difficult to separate overlapping fabrics by adhesion or welding.

In addition, although the sticking part 32 should attach the above-mentioned adhesive to the face on the nose side of the wearer, the face on the mask main part 1 side is not an adhesive, and it is possible to use an adhesive which can not be peeled off good. That is, since it is not necessary to peel off the sticking portion 32 once it is stuck to the mask main body 1, the sticking portion 32 may be stuck by adhesion or may be welded by heat or ultrasonic waves.
In addition, the sticking portion 32 may not be a double-sided tape, but may be a layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive formed on the inner side surface of the mask main body 1 in the same shape and arrangement as the tape.
In addition, since it is sufficient that the adhesion part 32 can transmit tension based on the elastic force of the elastic member 31 to the epidermis of the nose, the adhesion part 32 has a somewhat larger adhesive surface than the entire flat surface of the left end or right end of the elastic member 31. It is good also as composition.
Also, only one sticking part 32 may be used which has the same size as the elastic member 31 or an adhesive surface somewhat larger than the entire flat surface of the elastic member 31.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 on the face of the wearer's nose of each sticking portion 32, 32, a release paper 33 having a layer of wax or wax formed on the face on the sticking portion 32 side, 33 is stuck, and the sticking surface of each sticking part 32 and 32 is covered. The release papers 33 and 33 have the same shape and the same size as the attachment surfaces of the attachment sections 32 and 32, respectively. When the mask 100 is worn, the release papers 33 and 33 correspond to the attachment sections 32, It is peeled off from 32 and discarded.

[How to wear a mask]
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the state of the nasal cavity dilator 3 while the mask 100 is worn.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the mask 100 separates the release papers 33, 33 of the nasal cavity extension 3 from the adhesive parts 32, 32 respectively.
Then, with the formation position of the nasal cavity expanded portion 3 of the mask main body 1 as the upper side, with the surface on the elastic member 31 side outward and the surface on the adhesive portion 32 side toward the wearer's face, Hook 2 and 2 respectively to the left and right ears. Further, after hooking the left and right ear hooks 2, 2, the pleats 11 of the mask main body 1 are pulled up and down to deform the mask main body 1 into a three-dimensional shape that is convex forward.

As a result, the sticking surfaces of the exposed sticking portions 32, 32 are stuck to the epidermis at a position slightly above the right and left nose wings of the wearer's nose. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the left and right end portions of the elastic member 31 bend backward with the nose bridge of the nose interposed therebetween, and the elastic member 31 is held in an elastically deformed state following the shape of the nose.
At this time, the elastic member 31 generates an elastic force to return to the original flat plate shape, and applies tension to the outer front side with respect to the epidermis on both the left and right sides of the bridge. As a result, inside the nasal cavity, its outer wall is pulled forward, and the cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity is expanded.

Moreover, the mask 100 which became used can be removed by removing each ear hooking part 2 and 2 from an ear, and making each sticking part 32 and 32 peel from the epidermis of a nose.

[Technical effect of the embodiment]
The mask 100 comprises a mask body 1 covering a target area of the wearer's face, a pair of left and right ear hooks 2, 2 for locking the mask body 1 to the wearer's ear, and And a nasal cavity dilator 3 for dilating the nasal cavity.
For this reason, the wearer of the mask 100 can perform nasal breathing easily even in a state in which the nasal cavity is expanded by the nasal cavity extension 3 and the mouth and nose are covered by the mask body 1. It can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to reduce the moisture content of the exhaled breath leaking from the mask body 1 and to reduce the occurrence of fogging due to moisture even when wearing glasses or goggles.

Furthermore, the mask 100 is a flat elastic member 31 and an adhesive part 32 for adhering the elastic member 31 to both sides of the nose bridge of the wearer via the sheet material forming the mask main body 1. Has 32.
For this reason, the elastic member 31 made of metal, resin or the like gives tension to the skin of the mask wearer's nose through the sheet material, thereby reducing the feeling of foreign matter such as when the elastic member 31 is in direct contact. It is possible to maintain the nasal dilation state with a natural feel. Therefore, it is possible to make the wearing feeling of the mask better.
Further, since the upper edge portion of the mask main body 1 can be brought into close contact with the mask wearer by the adhesive portions 32, 32, it is possible to sufficiently secure the foreign object blocking performance while easily breathing.
Furthermore, since the elastic member 31 is attached via the sheet material, the movement of the muscles of the face is not restrained, and the occurrence of discomfort and the like can be sufficiently reduced.

Further, in the mask 100, since the nasal cavity extension 3 is provided at the upper edge of the mask main body 1, the attaching portions 32, 32 can be located above the two nose wings of the nose without being aware of the alignment when wearing. And can be easily worn.
Moreover, by the above-mentioned arrangement, when the mask is worn, the nasal cavity extension part 3 can be placed in the vicinity of the nose of the wearer, and the nasal cavity can be more effectively dilated.

Further, since the above-mentioned nasal cavity expanded portion 3 has release papers 33, 33 covering the sticking surfaces of the sticking portions 32, 32, protection of the sticking surfaces of the respective sticking portions 32, 32 from dust and dirt It is possible to maintain high adhesiveness of the sticking portions 32, 32 until the mask 100 is used.

Second Embodiment
The other example of the elastic member of the nasal cavity expansion part 3 is shown as 2nd embodiment. In addition, about the mask or nasal cavity expansion part demonstrated after this 2nd embodiment, only a different point from the mask of FIG. 1 shall be demonstrated exclusively, and description is abbreviate | omitted about the same structure as the mask of FIG.

Although the elastic member 31 described above is formed into a strip shape, the present invention is not limited to this, as long as the elastic member 31 has a width about the left and right nose wings of the nose in the left-right direction. In that case, as for an elastic member, it is desirable that right and left are symmetrical shape.
An example is shown in FIG. For example, as in an elastic member 31A shown in FIG. 5A, the planar shape may be a waveform.
Further, as in the elastic member 31B shown in FIG. 5B, the planar shape may be circular, more preferably oval.
Further, as in an elastic member 31C shown in FIG. 5 (C), it may be strip-shaped, and both ends thereof may be rounded. Also, in the case of an elastic member which is not strip-shaped, roundness may be formed at both ends.

Third Embodiment
The other example of a nasal cavity expansion member is shown as 3rd embodiment. FIG. 6 shows a nasal cavity 3D having soft members 34D, 34D having flexibility on the wearer side of the elastic member 31. As shown in FIG.
For example, a silicon resin is raised as the flexible member 34D, but another material having a degree of flexibility to be depressed by hand may be used, for example.

The respective flexible members 34D, 34D are interposed between the respective sticking portions 32, 32 and the mask main portion 1, and are formed in a size that can be in close contact with the entire plane of the sticking portion 32.
The flexible member 34D may be inserted between the mask main body 1 and the elastic member 31 because the flexible member 34D may be between the elastic member 31 and the attaching part 32. In that case, the number of the soft members may be one, and the soft member is formed in a size that can be in close contact with the entire plane of the elastic member 31.

Thus, by providing the soft members 34D, 34D in the nasal cavity extension 3D, the feeling of foreign matter due to the elastic member 31 can be further reduced, and the nasal cavity dilation can be maintained with a soft touch, and the mask wearing feeling It is possible to make it better.

Fourth Embodiment
The other example of a mask is shown as 4th embodiment. FIG. 7 illustrates a mask in which a cooling agent having a cooling effect is disposed in the nasal cavity extension 3E.
It is known that nasal congestion caused by vasodilation due to allergic inflammatory reaction is improved by constricting blood vessels. Therefore, it is possible to make the mask have a cooling effect by a cooling agent, to improve the nasal congestion of the mask wearer, and to perform nasal breathing well.
As a cooling agent, there are a single component which has a cooling effect action and a thing which produces a cooling effect action by the reaction with water. The former includes menthol, salicylic acid, camphor, peppermint oil and the like, and the latter includes ammonium nitrate, urea or a mixture thereof.

Some of the above-mentioned cooling agents have some effect such as irritation on the skin, so it is desirable to place them so as not to touch the skin directly. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, a cooling agent sheet 35 E containing a cooling agent having the same size as that of the elastic member 31 may be interposed between the elastic member 31 and the mask main body 1.
Further, as in the example of FIG. 8 described later, a cooling agent sheet (see reference numeral 35 F) having a size similar to that of the sticking portion 32 is interposed between the sticking portions 32 and 32 and the mask main portion 1. A cooling agent sheet (see reference numeral 35G) may be disposed on the outer side surface of the elastic member 31 as in the example of FIG. 9 described later.
In addition, a cooling agent may be contained in the mask main body 1 between the elastic member 31 and the adhesive portions 32, 32, or the elastic member 31 is formed of a porous material, and the elastic member 31 is directly A cooling agent may be included.

In the case of a mask in which the cooling agent is disposed, the cooling agent can cause vasoconstriction, and synergy with nasal dilation and improvement of nasal congestion can make it possible to perform even better nasal breathing, such as glasses Clouding can be further reduced.

Fifth Embodiment
The other example of a mask is shown as 5th embodiment. FIG. 8 illustrates a mask in which a fragrance is disposed in the nasal cavity extension 3F.
The nasal congestion caused by the disturbance of the autonomic nervous system may be improved by the relaxation effect by suction of the fragrance. Therefore, it is expected that the mask contains a fragrance to improve stuffiness of the mask wearer and perform good nasal breathing.
As a fragrance agent, aromatic oil (essential oil) is mentioned, and eucalyptus, lavender, meretle, tea tree are said to be particularly effective.

As the above-mentioned fragrance, in order to perform suctioning well and to reduce the influence on the surroundings, it is desirable to dispose it inside the mask main body 1. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a fragrant agent sheet 35 F containing a fragrant agent having the same size as that of the sticking part 32 is inserted between the sticking parts 32 and 32 and the mask main part 1. Also good.
Also, although the effect of suction is inferior, as in the example of FIG. 7 described above, a fragrance sheet (see reference numeral 35E) having a size similar to that of the elastic member 31 is placed between the elastic member 31 and the mask main body 1 A fragrance sheet (see reference numeral 35G) may be disposed on the outer surface of the elastic member 31 as in the example of FIG. 9 described later.
In addition, a fragrance may be contained in the mask main body 1 between the elastic member 31 and the respective sticking portions 32, 32, and the elastic member 31 is formed of a porous material, and the fragrance is directly applied to the elastic member 31. You may include an agent.

In the case of a mask provided with the above-mentioned fragrance, synergy with nasal dilation together with improvement of nasal congestion by the fragrance makes it possible to perform even better nasal breathing and further reduce the occurrence of fogging of glasses etc. Is possible.
The fragrance sheet may be provided on the mask together with the cooling agent sheet described above or a warming agent sheet described later to improve nasal congestion by the respective effects.

Sixth Embodiment
Another example of a mask is shown as a sixth embodiment. FIG. 9 illustrates a mask in which a warming agent having a warming effect is disposed in the nasal cavity extension 3G.
It is known that nasal congestion is improved by dilation of blood vessels and regulation of autonomic nerves. Therefore, it is possible to give the mask a warming effect by a warming agent, improve the nasal congestion of the mask wearer, and perform good nasal breathing.
As a warming agent, there are a single component which has a warming effect and a compound which produces a warming effect by the reaction with water. The former includes capsaicin, nonylic acid alliylamide, and the like, and the latter includes iron powder, calcium oxide, and the like.

Some of the above-mentioned warming agents have some effect such as irritation on the skin, so it is desirable to place them so as not to touch the skin directly. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, a temperature sensitive agent sheet 35 G containing a temperature sensitive agent having the same size as that of the elastic member 31 may be disposed on the outer surface of the elastic member 31.
Further, as in the example of FIG. 7 described above, a temperature sensitive agent sheet (see reference numeral 35 E) having a size similar to that of the elastic member 31 may be interposed between the elastic member 31 and the mask main body 1. As in the example of FIG. 8 described above, a temperature sensitive agent sheet (see reference numeral 35 F) having a size similar to that of the sticking portion 32 is interposed between the sticking portions 32 and 32 and the mask main portion 1. You may insert it.

In the case of a mask provided with the above-mentioned warming agent, vasodilation and autonomic nerve adjustment can be achieved by the warming agent, and it is possible to perform even better nasal breathing due to synergy with nasal dilation along with improvement of nasal congestion. As a result, the occurrence of fogging of glasses etc. can be further reduced.

Seventh Embodiment
The example of a mask provided with the nasal cavity expansion part 3H which changed arrangement | positioning of the elastic member 31 as 7th embodiment is shown. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the nasal cavity dilator 3H.
Since the elastic member 31 has a foreign body feeling when directly touching the skin, it is preferable that the sheet material of the mask main body 1 be interposed so that the elastic member 31 does not directly touch the skin. However, the arrangement for realizing this is not limited to the case where the elastic member 31 is arranged on the outer side surface of the mask main body 1, but can be arranged on the inner side surface.
That is, as shown in FIG. 10, the elastic member 31 is fixed in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the inner side surface (the rear side surface in the drawing) of the mask main body portion 1 to make the upper end portion of the sheet material forming the mask main body 1 elastic. The end portion of the folded sheet material is fixed to the inner side surface of the sheet material on the lower side of the elastic member 31 so as to be folded downward so as to wrap the member 31.
Furthermore, on the inner side surface of the folded sheet material, the sticking portions 32 and 32 are provided at positions corresponding to the elastic member 31 and covered with release papers 33 and 33.
Also in the case of the mask provided with the nasal cavity dilation part 3H formed in this manner, as in the case of the mask of FIG. 1, the foreign body feeling by the elastic member 31 can be reduced and the nasal cavity dilation can be maintained with a soft touch.
