Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cushioning body for packaging, which is used as an example of use when packaging high-grade fruits and the like for which a careful packaging form is required, and a packaging container provided with the same.
As a representative of high-class fruits, muskmelon and the like can be mentioned, but in its distribution, a packaging method capable of exerting a sufficient protective function until reaching a remote consumer from a production area is required.
The present applicants have already disclosed a novel packaging form as Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-287369 (Patent Document 1) as one of methods for meeting such demand.
The product by this method at present exhibits a sufficient content protection function for heavy handling operations at the distribution stage, and has been established as a so-called standard product.
On the other hand, although the applicant has continuously attempted development for further functional improvement, among them, from the user, the buffer material contained in the packaging material, especially in the cosmetic box, etc. Even if the function is improved, there is a demand for avoiding cost increase with the recognition that it will remain as a distribution support material.
Of course, in order to meet such a demand, the buffer may be in a simpler form, but on the other hand, it is not permissible to impair the stable protective function of the contents.
In addition, the packaging operation of high-grade fruits, in particular, the installation operation of the buffer, is naturally left to manual work that is not compatible with mechanization, and as a result, a form that facilitates the operation is also required.
Furthermore, although it is ideal to use a dedicated form according to the form, size, number, etc. of the contents, the appropriate protection of the package is ideally different, but these forms are different, and the buffer of the special specification is used for each. Providing is unrealistic in terms of cost.
For this reason, it is also one of the development issues to realize a buffer having versatility that can cope with various request forms.
Furthermore, it is one of the development subjects to use as a buffer which can aim at sufficient environmental load reduction in consideration of processing after use.
The present invention has been made in consideration of such background, and an attempt has been made to develop a packaging buffer which can comprehensively respond to the above technical requirements. In addition, since the glossiness is high, the color of the cover is not impaired, and particularly when the cover is light, a clear color can be exhibited, and the color of the package can be enhanced.
In addition, when a material having excellent absorbency is adopted as a paper material, for example, when used for packaging of metal parts etc., moisture can be absorbed to suppress the occurrence of rust etc. For example, when used for packaging of fruits etc. By absorbing ethylene gas and the like, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of mold, aging and the like.
Furthermore, the anti-slip portion can be configured to suit the required packaging specifications.
Further, according to the invention of
Furthermore, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the buffer element body is made of only a paper material and does not contain a synthetic resin. Therefore, the environmental load can be suppressed also in reuse and disposal as a paper material.
Furthermore, according to the invention of claim 4, the adhesive used to make the cover body bag-like is a hot melt adhesive, and a strong adhesive action can be obtained.
In addition, by applying only to the bonding points, the air permeability is not impaired when the cover body is paper or the like.

Furthermore, according to the invention of claim 6 , when the hot melt resin is prepared, materials such as a deodorant, a fragrance, a rust inhibitor, a pest repellent and the like are included, and the function as a package It is possible to improve and protect according to the package.
Furthermore, according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, it is possible to positively bring about the revealing effect of the package without letting the buffer stay only in its function.
Furthermore, according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, a packaging container having the above effects is obtained.
The best mode of the present invention is as described in the following examples, but it is also possible to appropriately change within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
In the following description, first, the configuration of the packaging buffer of the present invention will be described, and then, a packaging container using the packaging buffer will be described.

In this case, the package 3 is intended for products such as mellows, peaches and other fruits that are relatively easily scratched, as well as fragile items, precision instruments, machine parts, etc. It can be.

First, the materials and raw materials constituting the production line 5 will be described. As shown in FIG. 5, the

Then, the

Then, the
And while accommodating the package body 3 in the inside of the container
The

Other Embodiments
The present invention is based on the above-described embodiment, but it is also possible to adopt the following forms.
First, by using a hot melt resin used for the adhesive G and the anti-slip agent C, a functional material can be contained in this to improve the function as the
Furthermore, it is possible to spray various kinds of functional materials onto the

Furthermore, in the case of the to-be-packaged body 3 which makes the
