Claims (11)
- 医薬を投与するための送達システムであって、
ハウジングと、
前記医薬の供給を蓄えるための第1チャンバであって、前記ハウジング内に結合される第1チャンバと、
該ハウジング内に結合される第2チャンバと、
前記第1チャンバと前記第2チャンバとの間に流体連通を提供する投与管と、
前記ハウジングの外で前記医薬を分配するための出口ポートであって、該出口ポートは前記ハウジングに結合される出口ポートと、
前記第1チャンバと前記出口ポートとの間に流体連通を提供する分配管と、
を備え、
前記投与管が前記第2チャンバから前記第1チャンバまで空気を連通し、それにより前記医薬が前記第1チャンバから前記出口ポートまで前記分配管を通って押し出され、
前記送達システムが実質的に垂直方向に位置付けられているときをユーザーに特定させるためのオリエンテーションインジケータをさらに備え、
前記オリエンテーションインジケータは、実質的に垂直方向を達成するとすぐに、前記ハウジングを通して前記第2チャンバを見ることをユーザーに可能にするウィンドウを含む、送達システム。 - 前記第1チャンバはバイアルを含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第2チャンバは注射器を含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記投与管に取り付けられて前記第2チャンバから前記第1チャンバへの流体流れのみを可能にするワンウェイバルブと
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。 - 前記投与管は、また、前記ハウジングに対して外部環境に前記第2チャンバをつなぎ、該外部環境と該第2チャンバとの間の流体連通を提供する、請求項4に記載の送達システム。
- 前記投与管に取り付けられて前記環境から前記第2チャンバへの流体流れのみを可能にする第2ワンウェイバルブをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の送達システム。
- 前記ハウジングの外部と前記第2チャンバとの間の前記投与管内に固定されたフィルタをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の送達システム。
- 前記出口ポートに取り外し可能に結合された針をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第1チャンバは、取り外し可能である、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記流体が前記ハウジングの外部の環境から前記第1チャンバを通して前記第2チャンバの中へ移る、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記送達システムが実質的に垂直方向に位置した際に前記投与管と接続され、前記第1チャンバの空気領域で終結する空気スパイクと、
前記送達システムが実質的に垂直方向に位置した際に前記分配管と接続され、前記第1チャンバに留まる前記医薬内で終結する液体スパイクとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
