Description
Claims (16)
- 風力タービンタワーのアクセスパネルであって、該アクセスパネルは、タワー壁部のタワー開口部に取り外し可能に固定されることによって前記タワー開口部を閉じ、
前記アクセスパネルは、概ね平面的であって、該アクセスパネルに垂直な軸を中心に半径方向に広がり、
前記アクセスパネルは、該アクセスパネルを前記タワー開口部の適所にしっかりと固定するように構成された2又は3以上の一連の固定要素を備え、
前記各固定要素は、前記アクセスパネルに固定されたアンカーと、締め付け力調整器と、締め付け面を有するクランプヘッドとを有する軸方向クランプを含み、
前記クランプヘッドは、付与される前記クランプの締め付け荷重の下で変形することによって前記タワー壁部に締め付け力を印加する比較的変形可能な弾性材料から成る、
ことを特徴とするアクセスパネル。 - 前記弾性材料は、12GPa未満の弾性係数を有する、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記締め付け面は、前記弾性材料から成る、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記弾性材料は、95未満のショアD硬度又は130未満のロックウェルR硬度を有する、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記弾性材料は、10GPa未満の剪断弾性係数を有する、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記弾性材料は、6GPa未満の剪断弾性係数及び4GPa未満の弾性係数を有するプラスチック材料を含む、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記クランプヘッドは、遠位の拡大されたフランジ付き爪部と、近位の縮小されたくびれ部とを有する、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記くびれ部は、軸方向に延びる第1の面と、軸方向にテーパ付けされた第2の面とを含む、請求項7に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記クランプヘッドは、前記遠位の拡大されたフランジ付き爪部と、前記近位の縮小されたくびれ部とを有する単一片を含む、請求項7に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記クランプは、前記タワー壁部に対する前記アクセスパネルの締め付け動作中に、前記クランプヘッドに剪断力を印加するように構成される、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記クランプヘッドは、対称軸に関して回転対称である、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記締め付け力調整器は、前記クランプヘッドと前記軸方向クランプのアンビルとの間の有効長を有するシャンクを含み、前記締め付け力調整器は、前記シャンクの前記有効長を変化させることができるアクチュエータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 前記アクセスパネルは、メインパネルと、別個のサブパネルとを備え、該メインパネル及びサブパネルは、前記タワー開口部内に独立して位置するように、又は前記タワー開口部から独立して取り外されるように構成される、請求項1に記載のアクセスパネル。
- 長手方向に延びる概ね円筒形の壁部を有する風力タービンタワーであって、
前記タワーは、前記壁部の内側の内部領域と、前記壁部の外側の外部とを画定し、
前記タワー壁部は、その基部領域にタワー開口部を含み、該タワー開口部は、該タワー開口部に垂直な軸を中心にして前記壁部内で半径方向に広がるとともに、前記外部と前記内部領域との間を職員及び設備が通過できるように寸法決めされ、
前記タワーは、前記タワー開口部に取り外し可能に取り付けられたアクセスパネルをさらに備え、
前記アクセスパネルは、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のアクセスパネルであることを特徴とする風力タービンタワー。 - 前記タワー壁部は、鋼製の壁部であり、前記アクセスパネルの前記一連の固定要素は、前記タワー壁部に穴及び/又は溶接部を必要とすることなく前記アクセスパネルを前記タワー開口部の適所にしっかりと固定する、請求項14に記載の風力タービンタワー。
- 風力タービンタワーの壁部を貫くタワー開口部に請求項12又は13に記載のアクセスパネルを固定する方法であって、
前記タワー開口部は、主軸を中心に半径方向に広がり、
前記方法は、
前記アクセスパネルを前記タワー開口部内に緊密に配置するステップと、
前記締め付け力調整器を操作することによって前記アクセスパネルと前記タワー壁部の前記タワー開口部との間に軸方向締め付け力を印加することにより、前記タワー壁部又はその表面上のコーティングを損なうことなく、前記アクセスパネルが前記タワー開口部にしっかりと固定されるようにするステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
