Description
メイン容積を取り囲む壁と、
壁に配置され、且つ流体搾出しユニットに接続されるように構成された少なくとも2つの流入口と、
壁に配置され、且つポンピングユニットに接続されるように構成された少なくとも2つの流出口と、
メイン容積(main volume)を少なくとも2つのサブ容積(secondary volume)に分けるようにメイン容積内に配置された少なくとも1つの可撓性部材であって、各サブ容積は、少なくとも1つの流入口と少なくとも1つの流出口との間にチャネルを形成し、可撓性部材は、他方のサブ容積内の圧力よりも低い圧力を有するサブ容積に向けて屈曲するように構成される、少なくとも1つの可撓性部材と、
可撓性部材の屈曲を制限する制限部材と、を有しており、
各サブ容積は、可撓性チューブの壁によって規定され、可撓性チューブは、外側の非可撓性壁内に近接して配置される。
少なくとも1つの流入口及び少なくとも1つの流出口を有するポンプと、
上記に記載のいずれか1つの圧力振動ダンパーと、を有する。
流入口と流出口との間にチャネルを形成するように、流入口と流出口との間に第1の容積を設けるステップと、
流入口と流出口との間にチャネルを形成するように、流入口と流出口との間に第2の容積を設けるステップと、
第1及び第2の容積の間に可撓性部材を配置するステップと、
第1の容積を第2の容積に対して異なる位相でポンピングして、可撓性部材がより低い圧力を有する容積に向けて屈曲させるステップと、
可撓性部材の屈曲を制限して、可撓性部材がチャネルを塞ぐまで屈曲するのを防止するステップと、を含む。
Claims (12)
- 流体搾出しシステムのための圧力振動ダンパーであって、当該圧力振動ダンパーは、
メイン容積を取り囲む壁と、
該壁に配置され、且つ流体搾出しユニットに接続されるように構成された少なくとも2つの流入口と、
前記壁に配置され、且つポンピングユニットに接続されるように構成された少なくとも2つの流出口と、
前記メイン容積を少なくとも2つのサブ容積に分けるように前記メイン容積内に配置された少なくとも1つの可撓性部材であって、各サブ容積は、少なくとも1つの流入口と少なくとも1つの流出口との間にチャネルを形成し、前記可撓性部材は、より低い圧力を有するサブ容積に向けて屈曲するように構成される、少なくとも1つの可撓性部材と、
前記可撓性部材の屈曲を制限する制限部材と、を有しており、
各サブ容積は、可撓性チューブの壁によって規定され、前記可撓性チューブは、外側の非可撓性壁内に近接して配置される、
圧力振動ダンパー。 - 前記制限部材は、前記壁に取り付けられ、且つ前記メイン容積内に突出するように構成された突起部である、請求項1に記載の圧力振動ダンパー。
- 前記可撓性チューブは、前記非可撓性壁内に封入されるように構成された長さ部分の薄い壁と、前記長さ部分の外側で、別の装置に接続可能に構成される厚い壁とを有する、請求項1に記載の圧力振動ダンパー。
- 前記制限部材は、前記可撓性チューブの壁に取り付けられた突起部である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の圧力振動ダンパー。
- 前記制限部材は、前記可撓性チューブの壁の内側で長手方向に配置された複数の突起部である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力振動ダンパー。
- 前記可撓性部材は、シリコーンゴムで作製される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力振動ダンパー。
- 流体ポンプ装置であって、当該流体ポンプ装置は、
少なくとも1つの流入口及び少なくとも1つの流出口を有するポンプと、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の圧力振動ダンパーと、を有する、
流体ポンプ装置。 - 前記ポンプは、2頭式ポンプである、請求項7に記載の流体ポンプ装置。
- 前記ポンプの両方のヘッドが、前記圧力振動ダンパーの同じ流出口に結合される、請求項7又は8に記載の流体ポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力振動ダンパーは、前記ポンプの前記少なくとも1つの流入口に結合される、請求項7乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ装置。
- 前記圧力振動ダンパーは、前記ポンプの前記少なくとも1つの流出口に結合される、請求項7乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ装置。
- 前記流体搾出しシステムは、搾乳器である、請求項7乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ装置。
