Abstract
Description
本発明は、人工芝及び人工芝インフィルを製造するための方法に関する。
人工芝(Artificial turf)又は人工草(artificial grass)は、草を置き換えるのに使用される繊維で構成された表面である。人工芝の構造は、人工芝が芝に類似する外観を有するように設計される。典型的には、人工芝は、サッカー、アメリカンフットボール、ラグビー、テニス、ゴルフ等のスポーツ用、競技場又は運動場用の表面として使用される。更に、人工芝は、多く場合、造園用途に使用される。
本発明は、人工芝インフィルを製造する方法、人工芝を製造する方法、人工芝インフィル及び人工芝を提供する。実施態様は、従属請求項に与えられる。

Claims (27)
- 人工芝インフィル(602)を製造する方法であって、
顆粒(1006)、少なくとも1つの第1の種類の顔料及び流体結合剤を含む初期組成物(1120)を提供すること(700)であって、流体結合剤は、少なくとも1種類のポリマー成分を含む、提供すること(700)と;
初期組成物を混合すること(702)と;
初期組成物の混合中に、水及び触媒を初期組成物に加えて(704)、流体結合剤及び少なくとも1種類の顔料を顆粒の初期被覆(200)に硬化させることと;
初期被覆を有する顆粒、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の顔料及び流体結合剤を含む後続組成物(1122)を提供すること(706)と;
後続組成物を混合すること(708)と;
後続組成物の混合中に、水及び触媒を後続組成物に加えて(710)、流体結合剤及び少なくとも1種類の顔料を顆粒の後続被覆(300)に硬化させることであって、ここで、初期被覆が、ギャップ(202)を含み、ここで、後続被覆が、ギャップ(202)を含む、硬化させることと;
後続被覆を有する顆粒を人工芝インフィルとして提供すること(712)と
を含む、方法。 - 初期被覆及び後続被覆を有する顆粒が、下記シーケンス:
後続組成物を、少なくとも1つの添加剤及び流体結合剤を顆粒に加えることにより提供すること(800)と;
後続組成物を混合すること(802)と、
後続組成物の混合中に、水及び触媒を後続組成物に加えて(804)、流体結合剤及び少なくとも1つの添加剤を更なる被覆(400)に硬化させることであって、更なる被覆を有する顆粒が、人工芝インフィルとして提供される、硬化させることと
を行うことにより、少なくとも1回再被覆される、請求項1記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの添加剤が、下記:少なくとも1つの第1の種類の顔料、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の顔料、難燃剤、アルミニウム三水和物、水酸化マグネシウム、膨張性成分、ポリリン酸アンモニウム、剥離グラファイト、メチルセルロース、ゼオライト、抗菌剤、銀、キトサン、IR反射性顔料、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤、不凍添加剤、凍結防止添加剤、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、ギ酸ナトリウム、ギ酸カリウム及びそれらの組み合わせのいずれか1つを更に含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 顆粒が、エラストマー顆粒を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 顆粒が、下記:ゴム、エラストマーポリマー、メタロセンブタジエンゴム、ニトリルゴム顆粒、天然ゴム顆粒、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム顆粒、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマーゴム顆粒、黒色クラムゴム顆粒、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム、熱可塑性ポリマー、スチレンエチレンブチレンスチレン、スチレンブロックコポリマー、弾性発泡体、弾性ポリウレタン発泡体及びそれらの組み合わせのいずれか1つを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 顆粒が、圧縮弾性顆粒を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 顆粒が、下記:天然ラテックス、コルク、リノリウム、1種類以上の凝固植物油及び木粉から形成された複合材、メチルセルロースのヒドロゲル並びにそれらの組み合わせのいずれか1つである、請求項1、2、3又は6のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 顆粒が、0.1mm〜3.0mmの平均直径を有し、顆粒が、5.0mm未満の最大直径を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの第1の種類の顔料及び/又は少なくとも1つの第2の種類の顔料が、下記:無機顔料、有機顔料、酸化鉄、タログリーン(thalo green)、酸化クロム(III)、銅フタロシアニン顔料、ニッケルアゾ顔料、酸化チタン及びそれらの組み合わせのいずれか1つを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- ポリマー成分が、下記:少なくとも1種類のモノマー、少なくとも1種類の部分重合ポリマー及びそれらの組み合わせのいずれか1つを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- ポリマー成分が、水及び触媒により、少なくとも1種類のポリウレタンに硬化される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 流体結合剤が、液状ポリウレタン成分を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 液状ポリウレタン成分が、プレポリマー、イソシアナートポリマー、イソシアナートオリゴマー、モノマー及びそれらの混合物を含むことができる、NCO末端ポリマーを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 液状ポリウレタン成分が、トルエンジイソシアナート及び/又はメチレン−2,2−ジイソシアナートの群の芳香族ジイソシアナートを含む、請求項12又は13記載の方法。
- 液状ポリウレタン成分が、ヘキサンメチレンジイソシアナート、イソホロンジイソシアナート及び/又は1,4−シクロへキシルジイソシアナートの群の脂肪族ジイソシアナートを含む、請求項12、13又は14記載の方法。
- 液状ポリウレタン成分が、メチレンジフェニル−イソシアナート異性体混合物を含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 液状ポリウレタン成分が、ヒドロキシル成分を含み、ここで、ヒドロキシル成分が、ポリエーテルポリオール又はポリエステルポリオールの群から選択される、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- ヒドロキシル成分が、500〜10000の分子量を有するポリエーテルポリオールに基づく、請求項17記載の方法。
- 触媒が、下記群:二級アミン触媒、三級アミン触媒及び金属有機物触媒のいずれか1つに属する、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 顆粒を人工芝インフィルとして提供する前に、後続組成物を乾燥させることを更に含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも部分的にフロー反応器(1100)において行われる、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも部分的にバッチプロセス(1000)として行われ、ここで、初期被覆が、初期バッチ中に顆粒上に形成され、ここで、後続被覆が、後続バッチ中に顆粒上に形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 下記:
少なくとも1つの第1の種類の顔料が、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の顔料と同一である、及び
少なくとも1つの第1の種類の顔料が、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の顔料とは色が異なる、
のいずれか一方である、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 初期被覆及び後続被覆がそれぞれ、下記:0.1mm、0.075mm、0.05mm及び0.01mmのいずれか1つ未満の厚みを有する、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 人工芝(600)を製造する方法であって、
人工芝カーペット(500)を取り付けること(900)であって、人工芝カーペットは、複数の人工芝繊維房(504)を含む、取付けること(900)と;
人工芝インフィル(602)の層を複数の人工芝繊維房間に広げることにより、人工芝を提供すること(902)であって、人工芝インフィルは、顆粒を含み、ここで、顆粒は、少なくとも2つの外側被覆(200、300、400)を含み、ここで、少なくとも2つの外側被覆の一方は、少なくとも1つの第1の種類の顔料及び結合剤を含み、ここで、少なくとも2つの外側被覆の他方は、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の顔料及び結合剤を含み、ここで、結合剤は、少なくとも1種類のポリウレタンポリマーを含み、ここで、少なくとも2つの外側被覆がそれぞれ、ギャップ(202)を含む、提供すること(902)と;
