Description
Claims (6)
- 無線通信システムにおいて無線局(STA)が高速リンク設定を行う方法であって、
フィルタ処理情報を含むプローブ要求フレームを一つ以上のアクセスポイント(AP)に送信するステップであって、前記フィルタ処理情報を含む前記プローブ要求フレームは前記一つ以上のAPにブロードキャストされる、ステップと、
前記APの一部または全てからプローブ応答フレームを受信するステップと、を有し、
前記プローブ応答フレームが送信されるか否かは、前記フィルタ処理情報に基づいて決定され、
前記フィルタ処理情報は、受信信号強度制限値を含み、
前記APの一部または全てが前記プローブ応答フレームを送信するか否かは、前記プローブ要求フレームの受信信号強度の値に基づいて特定され、
前記APの一部または全てが前記プローブ応答フレームを送信するか否かは、さらに、前記フィルタ処理情報に含まれる前記受信信号強度制限値と前記プローブ要求フレームの受信信号強度の値を比較することにより特定される、方法。 - 前記フィルタ処理情報は課金タイプ情報を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プローブ応答フレームを送信するAPは、課金方針が前記課金タイプ情報と一致するAPである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタ処理情報により前記プローブ応答フレームを送信しないAPは、前記プローブ応答フレームを送信しないことに代えて、前記プローブ応答フレームの送信を延期する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プローブ応答フレームの送信が延期される時間に関する設定情報は前記プローブ要求フレームに含まれる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 無線通信システムにおける高速リンク設定を行う無線局(STA)であって、
送受信器と、
プロセッサと、を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
フィルタ処理情報を含むプローブ要求フレームを、前記送受信器を用いて一つ以上のアクセスポイント(AP)に送信し、前記APの一部または全てからプローブ応答フレームを、前記送受信器を用いて受信するように構成され、
前記フィルタ処理情報を含む前記プローブ要求フレームは前記一つ以上のAPへブロードキャストされ、
前記プローブ応答フレームが送信されるか否かは、前記フィルタ処理情報に基づいて決定され、
前記フィルタ処理情報は、受信信号強度制限値を含み、
前記APの一部または全てが前記プローブ応答フレームを送信するか否かは、前記プローブ要求フレームの受信信号強度の値に基づいて特定され、
前記APの一部または全てが前記プローブ応答フレームを送信するか否かは、さらに、前記フィルタ処理情報に含まれる前記受信信号強度制限値と前記プローブ要求フレームの受信信号強度の値を比較することにより特定される、STA。
