The present invention has a pocket storage unit that can store books, small items, and the like, and a container storage unit that can store bottle containers such as plastic bottles, bottle cans, and glass bottles. The present invention relates to a storage structure for an interior of a vehicle in which a partition portion is provided between the portions.

The interior of a vehicle such as an automobile is provided with a storage structure that can store bottle containers such as PET bottles, bottle cans, and glass bottles, books, and small items. In such a storage structure, there are cases where a pocket storage portion for storing mainly books, small items, and the like, and a container storage portion that mainly stores a bottle container and is adjacent to the pocket storage portion, respectively.

As an example of such a storage structure, a pocket storage part (pocket) and a container storage part (beverage container storage part) that open toward the upper side of the vehicle and are recessed along the vertical direction of the vehicle are provided on the door trim of the interior of the vehicle. Is present. In an example of such a storage structure, a plate-like partition portion extending in the vehicle vertical direction is provided between the pocket storage portion and the container storage portion. (For example, see Patent Document 1.)

However, in the example of the storage structure described above, the partition between the pocket storage and the container storage is only formed in a plate shape, so that the rigidity of the partition and its peripheral portion is low. In particular, when a bottle container having a large weight due to a beverage or the like is put in and out of the container storage part, the bottle container comes into contact with the partition part and its peripheral part, and the partition part with low rigidity and its peripheral part are damaged. This is a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to store a vehicle interior that can prevent damage to the partition between the pocket storage and the container storage and the peripheral portion thereof. To provide a structure.

In order to solve the problem, according to the storage structure for an interior of a vehicle according to one aspect of the present invention, a pocket storage portion and a container storage portion formed in a concave shape so as to provide an opening on the vehicle upper side, The container storage portion is configured to be capable of storing a bottle container, and is disposed between the pocket storage portion and the container storage portion disposed adjacent to the pocket storage portion, and the pocket storage portion and the container storage portion. A storage structure for an interior of a vehicle including a partition portion, wherein the partition portion faces the internal space of the pocket storage portion and the container storage portion, and is disposed with a space therebetween. has a part side walls and a container housing section side wall, it said and connecting portion inside extending so as to connect the pocket housing part side walls and the container housing section side wall of the partition portion is provided, the connecting portion, the front and rear vehicle It is formed to provide a positional relationship overlapping the bottom wall of the pocket accommodating portion in countercurrent view. Therefore, the rigidity of a partition part and its peripheral part can be improved by the connection part which connects the pocket storage part side wall and container storage part side wall of a partition part. Therefore, breakage of the partition part and its peripheral part can be prevented.

According to the vehicular interior storage structure according to one aspect of the present invention, the vehicular interior storage structure includes a support portion that supports an outer periphery of the bottle container in which the container storage portion is stored, and the support portion extends from below the vehicle to above the vehicle. An opening that is arranged along an axis that is inclined from the container storage portion toward the pocket storage portion as it goes, and in which the opening edge of the pocket storage portion and the opening edge of the container storage portion are continuous around the partition portion An edge continuous region is formed, and the opening edge continuous region is inclined from the container storage part toward the pocket storage part as it goes from the vehicle lower side to the vehicle upper side. Therefore, the bottle container can be smoothly put in and out while being guided along the support portion and the opening edge continuous region inclined from the container storage portion toward the pocket storage portion as it goes from the vehicle lower side to the vehicle upper side. As a result, it is possible to prevent the bottle container from coming into strong contact with the partition portion and its peripheral portion, so that the partition portion and its peripheral portion can be prevented from being damaged.

According to the storage structure for an interior of a vehicle according to one aspect of the present invention, the pocket storage portion and the container storage portion are provided in an assembly in which at least two members are assembled, and one of the at least two members is provided. The partition portion and the connecting portion are arranged in a member, and a long hole extending in the vehicle vertical direction is formed in the connecting portion, and one of the at least two members can be engaged with the long hole. An engaging claw projecting toward the one member is provided, and a cross section of the engaging claw is formed to extend in the vehicle vertical direction corresponding to the elongated hole. For this reason, the connecting portion disposed on one of the at least two assembled members is supported by the engaging claw disposed on another one of them, thereby improving the rigidity of the connecting portion. be able to. Furthermore, since the cross section of the engaging claw is formed in an elongated shape extending in the vehicle vertical direction, the distance between the pocket storage portion side wall and the container storage portion side wall of the partition portion can be reduced, and as a result, the storage space Reduction can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to prevent breakage of the partition part and its peripheral part while preventing the storage space from decreasing.

According to the storage structure for an interior of a vehicle according to an aspect of the present invention, the engaging claw is provided in both regions of the connecting portion located on the pocket storage portion side and the container storage portion side with respect to the elongated hole. It is comprised so that it may contact | abut at least one of them. Therefore, at least one of the two regions of the connecting portion located on the pocket storage portion side and the container storage portion side with respect to the long hole is reliably supported by the engaging claw. The rigidity of the peripheral part can be improved. Therefore, breakage of the partition part and its peripheral part can be prevented.

According to the interior storage structure for a vehicle according to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent damage to the partition between the pocket storage and the container storage and the periphery thereof.

A vehicle interior storage structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The vehicle interior storage structure according to the present embodiment is provided in a door trim assembly (hereinafter referred to as “door trim”), but the present invention is not limited to this, and the vehicle storage structure is not limited to this. For example, it may be provided in a rear side trim assembly, a luggage trim assembly, or the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, the interior housing structure for a vehicle according to the present embodiment is provided on a door trim 1 located on a side surface of a vehicle interior of a side door (not shown) of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the surface of the door trim 1 facing the vehicle interior is defined as the front surface, the surface facing away from the front surface is defined as the back surface, and the direction extending between the front surface and the back surface is defined as the trim thickness direction. . The door trim 1 includes a pocket storage unit 2 capable of storing a book (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5), small items, and a bottle container such as a plastic bottle, a bottle can, and a glass bottle (two in FIG. 5). And a container storage portion 3 that can store E) (shown by a dotted line).

The pocket storage portion 2 and the container storage portion 3 are formed in a substantially concave shape, and have openings 2a and 3a on the vehicle upper side. The container storage unit 3 is disposed adjacent to the pocket storage unit 2, and a partition unit 4 is provided between the pocket storage unit 2 and the container storage unit 3. The internal space of the pocket storage portion 2 and the internal space of the container storage portion 3 are connected to the partition portion 4 above the vehicle.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, such a door trim 1 includes a door trim main body 5 that faces the vehicle interior, and a storage portion constituting member 6 that is disposed on the back side of the door trim 5. The storage portion constituting member 6 is attached to the door trim main body 5, and the pocket storage portion 2 and the container storage portion 3 are formed by assembling the door trim main body 5 and the storage portion constituting member 6. In addition, members other than the storage unit constituting member 6 may be attached to the door trim main body 5. That is, the door trim 1 is configured by assembling at least two members.

Here, the detail of the pocket storage part 2 and the container storage part 3 is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 5, the container storage portion 3 is located on the vehicle front side (indicated by an arrow F) with respect to the pocket storage portion 2. Therefore, in this embodiment, the vehicle front-rear direction is the adjacent direction of the pocket storage unit 2 and the container storage unit 3.

The opening edge 2 b of the pocket storage part 2 is located above the vehicle with respect to the opening edge 3 b of the container storage part 3. The opening edges 2b and 3b of the pocket storage part 2 and the container storage part 3 are formed to be connected and continuous around the partition part 4, and the opening edge 2b of the pocket storage part 2 and the container storage The connection region of the portion 3 with the opening edge 3b and the peripheral region thereof are formed as two opening edge continuous regions 7 and 8 that face each other in the trim thickness direction.

Of these two open edge continuous areas 7 and 8, an open edge continuous area (hereinafter referred to as “inner open edge continuous area”) 7 on the vehicle interior side is stored in the pocket from the container storage portion 3 as it goes from the vehicle lower side to the vehicle upper side. Inclined toward part 2. On the other hand, an opening edge continuous area outside the vehicle compartment (hereinafter referred to as “outer opening edge continuous area”) 8 of the two opening edge continuous areas 7 and 8 is formed in a substantially linear shape along the vehicle longitudinal direction. Yes. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the outer opening edge continuous region 8 may be formed in a shape other than such a substantially linear shape. For example, as in the case of the inner opening edge continuous region 7, It may incline toward the pocket storage part 2 from the container storage part 3 as it goes to vehicle upper direction from.

Moreover, the pocket storage part 2 is formed in a substantially elongated shape extending in the vehicle front-rear direction. In this case, the pocket storage part 2 particularly has a plane direction of a book (shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5) D. It is suitable for storing the book D in a vertically placed state along the vertical direction of the vehicle. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the pocket storage portion 2 only needs to be formed so as to be able to store small articles and the like, and may be formed in, for example, a substantially box shape, a substantially cylindrical shape, or the like. .

Such a pocket storage part 2 is positioned at the inner wall 2c facing the vehicle compartment, the outer wall 2d facing the inner wall 2c in the trim thickness direction, and the lower end of the pocket storage part 2 in the vehicle vertical direction. The bottom wall 2e to be used and the end wall 2f located at the rear end of the pocket storage portion 2 in the vehicle front-rear direction are provided. The inner wall 2c and the upper end of the end wall 2f of the pocket storage part 2 are formed so as to substantially coincide with the opening edge 2b of the pocket storage part 2.

Next, the container storage part 3 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape corresponding to the outer peripheral shape of the bottle container (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5) E. It is suitable for storing E. The container storage unit 3 includes an inner wall 3c facing the vehicle compartment, an outer wall 3d facing the inner wall 3c in the trim thickness direction, and a bottom located at the lower end of the container storage unit 3 in the vehicle vertical direction. And a wall 3e.

The upper end of the inner wall 3 c of the container storage part 3 is formed so as to substantially coincide with the opening edge 3 b of the container storage part 3. The inner wall 3c is connected to the inner wall 2c of the pocket storage portion 2 and is formed so as to be continuous, and is formed so as to protrude from the inner wall 2c of the pocket storage portion 2 toward the vehicle compartment. The inner wall 3c and the outer wall 3d of the container storage part 3 are formed so as to be continuous in the circumferential direction of the container storage part 3, and form an inner peripheral surface 3f of the substantially cylindrical container storage part 3. Yes.

The inner peripheral surface 3f of the container storage unit 3 has a support portion (indicated by a thick broken line) S that contacts the bottle container E and supports the bottle container E while the bottle container E is stored in the container storage unit 3. Have. The support part S is located along the axis P inclined from the container storage part 3 toward the pocket storage part 2 as it goes from the lower side of the vehicle toward the upper side of the vehicle in the region on the pocket storage part 2 side of the inner peripheral surface 3f. Yes. Such an axis P is inclined at an angle θ with respect to an axis Q extending in the vehicle vertical direction. In FIG. 5, for example, the angle θ is about 20 degrees. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the angle θ is such that the top part e1 of the bottle container E is disposed above the vehicle with respect to the bottom part e2, the bottle container E is stably held, and the bottle container E is smooth. However, the angle θ can be set in the range of about 10 degrees or more and about 45 degrees or less. The region on the pocket storage portion 2 side of the inner peripheral surface 3f of the container storage portion 3 is also preferably inclined and arranged in the same manner as the support portion S. In particular, it is preferable that the axis R passing through the center of the cross section of the inner peripheral surface 3f of the container storage portion 3 is inclined as in the case of the support portion S.

In FIG. 5, one support portion S along the axis P is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of support portions may be spaced apart from each other and arranged along the axis P. Good. In FIG. 5, the support portion S is formed along the inner peripheral surface 3f. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the support portion S may be formed so as to protrude from the inner peripheral surface 3f. Although such a support part S is located in the outer side wall 3d of the container storage part 3, this invention is not limited to this, The support part S may be located in the inner wall 3c of the container storage part 3. .

Further, it is preferable that the bottom wall 3e of the container storage portion 3 is formed so as to extend in a direction substantially orthogonal to the axis P. In this case, the bottom wall 3e extends from the vehicle lower side to the vehicle upper side in the pocket storage portion 2. It will incline and extend toward the container accommodating part 3. The bottom wall 3e is preferably positioned below the vehicle with respect to the bottom wall 2e of the pocket storage part 2, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the bottom wall 3e of the container storage part 3 is not limited to the pocket storage part. The two bottom walls 2e and the bottom wall 2e of the pocket storage unit 2 may be positioned substantially equal to the bottom wall 2e of the vehicle.

As shown in FIG. 8, such a connecting portion engaging claw 11 has a projection main body 11 a that protrudes from the door trim main body 5 toward the storage portion constituting member 6. The protrusion main body 11a is formed in a substantially U shape when viewed from the vehicle front-rear direction. The protrusion main body 11a has a pair of leg portions 11a1 arranged at intervals in the vehicle vertical direction, and a top portion 11a2 extending between the tips of the pair of leg portions 11a1.

The coupling portion engaging claw 11 has a claw portion 11b extending from the top portion 11a2 of the projection main body 11a toward the base end of the projection main body 11a. The claw portions 11b are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each of the pair of leg portions 11a1 in the trim thickness direction and spaced from the proximal end of the projection main body 11a in the trim thickness direction. Therefore, the claw part 11b is supported in a cantilevered manner. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the surface of the claw portion 11 b on the pocket storage portion 2 side is an inclined region that inclines from the container storage portion 3 toward the pocket storage portion 2 as it goes from the base end to the tip end of the claw portion 11 b. 11b1 is formed.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the coupling portion engaging claws 11 also have a pair of ribs 11 c that protrude from the pair of leg portions 11 a 1 of the projection main body 11 a toward the container storage portion 3. The pair of ribs 11c are arranged at an interval in the vertical direction of the vehicle. The ribs 11 c are formed in an elongated shape extending from the door trim body 5 toward the storage unit constituting member 6. As shown in FIG. 7, such a rib 11c is provided with a notch portion 11c1 formed in a substantially L shape so as to cut out a corner portion at the tip thereof.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 again, the protrusion main body 11a is connected to the connecting portion long hole 10 on the pocket storage portion 2 side with the connecting portion engaging claw 11 engaged with the connecting portion long hole 10. It is configured to abut on the region 9 of the portion 9 (hereinafter referred to as “pocket storage portion side region”) 9a in the vehicle front-rear direction. The tip of the claw portion 11b is configured to contact the pocket storage portion side region 9a in the trim thickness direction. The notch portion 11c1 of the rib 11c has an area 9b of the connecting portion 9 (hereinafter referred to as "container storage portion side region") located on the container storage portion 3 side with respect to the connection portion long hole 10, a vehicle longitudinal direction and a trim thickness direction. It is comprised so that it may contact | abut. In other words, the coupling portion engaging claw 11 comes into contact with both the pocket storage portion side region 9a and the container storage portion side region 9b. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the connecting portion engaging claw 11 only needs to be configured to contact at least one of the pocket storage portion side region 9a and the container storage portion side region 9b. In addition, it is also possible to form the connection part engaging claw 11 in the shape which faced the opposite in the vehicle front-back direction with respect to the above-mentioned shape.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12 penetrating in the trim thickness direction are formed in the peripheral edge portion of the storage portion constituting member 6, and the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12 are the storage portion configuration. The members 6 are arranged at intervals in the outer circumferential direction of the member 6. The door trim main body 5 is formed with a peripheral edge engaging claw 13 corresponding to each of the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12 and projecting toward the storage member constituting member 6. The peripheral edge long hole 12 can be engaged.

Some of the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12 are arranged at the upper end and the bottom wall 2 e of the outer wall 2 d in the pocket storage part 2 and the upper end of the outer wall 3 d in the container storage part 3. A part of the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12 is formed so that the longitudinal direction of the peripheral edge faces the vehicle front-rear direction. Further, some of the cross sections of the plurality of peripheral edge engaging claws 13 are formed so as to extend in the vehicle front-rear direction corresponding to some of the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12.

Another part of the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12 is disposed at the front and rear ends of the end wall 2f of the pocket storage portion 2 and the outer wall 3d of the container storage portion 3 in the vehicle front-rear direction. Another part of the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12 is formed so that the longitudinal direction of the peripheral edge is directed in the vehicle vertical direction. Moreover, another partial cross section of the plurality of peripheral edge engaging claws 13 is formed to extend in the vehicle vertical direction corresponding to another part of the plurality of peripheral edge long holes 12. .

Such a storage structure according to this embodiment includes at least the door trim main body 5 and the storage so that the connecting portion engaging claw 11 is engaged with the connecting portion long hole 10 and the peripheral portion protrusion 13 is engaged with the peripheral portion long hole 12. It is formed by assembling the component member 6.

As mentioned above, according to the storage structure concerning this embodiment, the rigidity of partition part 4 and its peripheral part can be improved by connecting part 9 which connects pocket storage part side wall 4a and container storage part side wall 4b of partition part 4. Since it can do, breakage of the partition part 4 and its peripheral part can be prevented.

According to the storage structure according to this embodiment, the bottle container E is moved along the support portion S and the inner opening edge continuous region 7 that are inclined from the container storage portion 3 toward the pocket storage portion 2 as it goes from the vehicle lower side to the vehicle upper side. You can smoothly put in and out while guiding. As a result, since the bottle container E can be prevented from coming into strong contact with the partition portion 4 and its peripheral portion, the partition portion 4 and its peripheral portion can be prevented from being damaged.

According to the storage structure according to the present embodiment, in the state where the door trim main body 5 and the storage portion constituent member 6 are assembled, the connecting portion 9 arranged in the storage portion constituent member 6 is connected to the connecting portion engaging in the door trim main body 5. Since it is supported by the joint claw 11, the rigidity of the connecting portion 9 can be improved. Furthermore, since the cross section of the coupling portion engaging claw 11 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the vehicle vertical direction, the distance between the pocket storage portion side wall 4a and the container storage portion side wall 4b of the partition portion 4 can be reduced. As a result, a reduction in storage space can be prevented. Therefore, breakage of the partition part 4 and its peripheral part can be prevented while preventing a reduction in the storage space.

In particular, the container storage portion side wall 4b of the partition 4 is arranged to be inclined in the same manner as the support portion S, so that the distance between the pocket storage portion side wall 4a and the container storage portion side wall 4b of the partition 4 is reduced. In this case, the upper end region of the connecting portion 9 in the vehicle vertical direction is formed small in the vehicle front-rear direction. Even in such a case, the connecting portion engaging claw 11 having an elongated cross section extending in the vehicle vertical direction can be disposed in the upper end region of the small connecting portion 9, and therefore the upper end of the fragile partition portion 4 in the vertical direction of the vehicle. The region can be firmly supported by the upper end region of the connecting portion 9. In this case, breakage of the partition part 4 and its peripheral part can be prevented efficiently.

According to the storage structure according to the present embodiment, since at least one of the pocket storage portion side region 9a and the container storage portion side region 9b of the connecting portion 9 is reliably supported by the connecting portion engaging claws 11, The rigidity of the partition part 4 and its peripheral part can be improved by the connection part engaging claw 11. Therefore, damage to the partition part 4 and its peripheral part can be prevented.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described so far, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
