前記遠位斜面は、前記筒の前記内面との初期接触箇所である第1の箇所を有し、前記第1の箇所は、前記長手方向軸線から第1の半径方向距離を置いたところに位置し、前記少なくとも1つの半径方向突出部は、前記第1の箇所のところで前記長手方向軸線に対して第1の勾配を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの半径方向突出部は、前記近位斜面に沿って前記長手方向軸線から第2の半径方向距離を置いたところに位置する第2の箇所のところに前記長手方向に対して第2の勾配を有し、前記第2の半径方向距離は、前記第1の半径方向距離に実質的に等しく、
前記第1の勾配の絶対値は、前記第2の勾配の絶対値とは異なっており、
前記第1の勾配の前記絶対値は、前記第2の勾配の前記絶対値よりも大きく、
