Description

The present invention relates to a temperature deviation prevention / temperature adjustment material and a temperature adjustment method using the material. In particular, the structure of the material that can prevent the management temperature of the package from deviating or that can adjust the management temperature of the package without being affected by the outside air temperature for a long time, such as air transportation, and the material The present invention relates to a method for adjusting the temperature of a transported item using a slab.

When freight such as pharmaceuticals that require temperature control is transported by air, in order to maintain the quality of such transported freight, for example, a predetermined temperature is maintained regardless of the outside air temperature for a long period of 72 hours. Had to manage to range. Also, when keeping cargo such as pharmaceuticals that require temperature control in a parking area (so-called ramp side) for parking aircraft, it is controlled within the specified temperature range regardless of the outside air temperature. There was a need to do.

航空機の輸送に用いられるパレット又はコンテナは、IATA(International Air Transport Association:国際航空運送協会)により、ユニットロードサービス(航空機用単位搭載用具)、又は、ULD(Unit Load Devices)と呼ばれている。 Pallets or containers used for transporting aircraft are called unit load services (units for aircraft units) or ULD (Unit Load Devices) by IATA (International Air Transport Association). With the introduction of large jet aircraft, various ULDs have been developed.

A cargo container suitable for air transportation of pharmaceuticals etc. has a cargo storage room surrounded by a vacuum insulation panel, and a cooling evaporator or electric heating element arranged with the rear wall separated is used for cargo storage. A cargo-only container (ULD) that circulates the air inside the chamber is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In addition, as a thermostatic box suitable for air transportation of pharmaceuticals, etc., it is composed of an insulated outer box and an inner box that can accommodate the transported goods, and the first heat storage material is disposed on the outer peripheral portion of the inner box. 2 When the heat storage material is arranged on the outer periphery of the first heat storage material and the outside air temperature is higher than the management temperature of the transported goods, the second heat storage material lower in temperature than the first heat storage material is placed, and the outside air temperature is managed by the transported goods. There is disclosed a thermostatic box in which a second heat storage material having a temperature higher than that of the first heat storage material is disposed when the temperature is lower than that of the first heat storage material, and the transported product can be kept warm or cold in a predetermined temperature range (for example, see Patent Document 2).

On the other hand, it is not limited to air transportation, but it is easy to attach and detach to industrial containers, and even when industrial containers are left outdoors for a long time, changes in the quality of container contents due to changes in outside air temperature An industrial container heat insulating cover that can be prevented is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 3).

By using the freight container disclosed in Patent Document 1 and transporting drugs requiring temperature control by air, the quality of the drugs requiring temperature control can be maintained regardless of the outside air temperature. However, air cargo generally has a unit charge for each type of container. And it is a fixed amount until the total weight of the cargo loaded in the container becomes a constant weight. That is, when the total number of unit cargoes loaded in a container is large, the container usage fee per unit cargo is low. On the other hand, when the total number of unit cargoes loaded in a container is small, the container usage fee per unit cargo becomes high.

Under these circumstances, the transportation cost per unit cargo can be reduced if a plurality of cargoes are mounted on a pallet and transported by air in consideration of the weight and balance of the total number of cargoes without using containers. However, no material for temperature deviation prevention and temperature adjustment that manages the collective cargo at a constant temperature has been developed so far. By developing temperature deviation prevention and temperature adjustment materials that manage collective cargo that requires temperature control at a constant temperature, transportation costs for air transportation can be reduced.

If the medicine is accommodated in the thermostatic box disclosed in Patent Document 2 and transported by air, the quality of the medicine requiring temperature management can be reliably maintained regardless of the outside air temperature. However, if a large quantity of medicines are divided into multiple thermostat boxes and transported by air, the purchase cost of the thermostat boxes and the transport charges due to the weight of the thermostat boxes will be added, so the transport charge per unit drug will increase. There is a problem.

Reduce the transportation fee per unit drug if a low-cost, lightweight cardboard box contains medicines that require temperature control and materials for temperature deviation prevention and temperature control that manage these collective cargoes at a constant temperature can be realized. Is also possible.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a conventional industrial container heat insulation cover using a coolant as the cold insulation means. Note that FIG. 5 of the present application corresponds to FIG.

Referring to FIG. 5, an industrial container heat insulation cover (hereinafter abbreviated as a heat insulation cover according to the conventional technology) 9 according to the conventional technology has an opening on one surface, and an upper surface of a rectangular parallelepiped industrial container (not shown). And the sheet | seat material 91 which can coat | cover four side surfaces is provided.

Referring to FIG. 5, the sheet material 91 has a cut opening / closing portion 91 a that can be engaged with a hook-and-loop fastener or the like on one side surface. The heat insulating cover 9 can be easily attached to and detached from an industrial container (not shown) by opening the cut opening / closing portion 91a.

Referring to FIG. 5, the sheet material 91 has a plurality of pockets 91p that can accommodate the cold pack CP on the inner wall. The heat insulation cover 9 can suppress the quality change of the contents of the industrial container due to the change of the outside air temperature by covering the industrial container (not shown) with the sheet material 91 in a state where the cold insulation pack CP is accommodated in the plurality of pockets 91p. Yes.

However, it is considered that the heat insulating cover for industrial containers according to Patent Document 3 has a limit in covering the iron container with a plurality of cold packs to cool the contents of the container. By storing medicines that require temperature management in the cardboard boxes and bringing a cold pack or a thermal pack into contact with the side surfaces of these cardboard boxes, the temperature inside the cardboard boxes can be effectively controlled.

If a material that can effectively prevent the control temperature of the package from deviating or is able to adjust the management temperature of the package can be realized without being influenced by the outside air temperature, a product room for drugs that require temperature management can be established. Can be maintained. The above can be said to be the subject of the present invention.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and prevents the management temperature of the package from deviating or being transported for a long time by air transportation or the like without being influenced by the outside temperature. These heat storage materials 1h are preferably bonded to one surface of the sheet 1s.

The length of the sheet 1s portion is set to a length corresponding to the width of the aggregate 10 of the box-shaped carton 2 to be temperature adjusted. Further, the length of the portion where the heat storage material 1 h is arranged (the number of the heat storage materials 1 h provided continuously) is set so as to correspond to the height of the box-shaped carton 2.

Moreover, the heat storage material 1 for constant temperature transportation arrange | positions the several heat storage material 1h in the both ends of the elongate bag-shaped sheet | seat 1s, respectively, and heat-seals the sheet | seat 1s in the part in which the heat storage material 1h is arrange | positioned after that. It is preferable to detachably attach the lower edge of the net 4n to the pallet 3, so that it is possible to prevent the load from collapsing during the movement of the package 100. The pallet 3 with the net 4n for preventing load collapse can also be referred to as ULD according to the present invention.

[Operation of temperature deviation prevention and temperature adjustment materials]
Next, the operation and effect of the thermal storage material 1 for constant temperature transportation will be described while explaining the temperature adjustment method using the thermal storage material 1 for constant temperature transportation according to the embodiment. Referring to FIG. 1, a necessary number of constant temperature transport heat storage materials 1 are accommodated in a thermostatic bath, and these constant temperature transport heat storage materials 1 are cooled or heated in advance.

With reference to FIG. 2, first, the center portion of the sheet 1 s is placed over the upper surface of the aggregate 10 of the plurality of box-shaped cartons 2 (first step). Next, the plurality of heat storage materials 1h are brought into contact with the outer side surfaces of the box-shaped carton 2 disposed on the outer periphery of the aggregate 10 of the plurality of box-shaped cartons 2 (a pair of outer surfaces facing opposite directions of the box) ( Second step).

Referring to FIG. 2, next, a plurality of box-carton 2 aggregates 10 are stacked in multiple stages in the height direction via the central portion of the sheet 1 s (third step). Next, the first step and the second step are repeated for the aggregate 10 of the plurality of box-shaped cartons 2 in the second and subsequent stages.

With reference to FIG. 4, next, the aggregate 10 of the box-shaped carton 2 is packed with the net 4n for preventing the collapse of the cargo through the heat insulating sheet 4 (fourth step). Thus, a series of packing operations are completed. Then, it is possible to prevent the management temperature of a transported product such as pharmaceuticals from deviating or to adjust the management temperature of the transported product for a long time by air transportation or the like without being influenced by the outside air temperature.

(Summer environmental test)
Next, the result of the summer environmental test of the package 100 (see FIG. 4) of the box carton 2 will be described. First, the temperature of the object was measured every arbitrary time, and a temperature data logger for recording and storing the data was accommodated in the ten box-shaped cartons 2 together with the cushioning material. Next, these box-shaped cartons 2 were stored in a thermostat and pre-cooled until the temperature data logger reached 15 degrees.

Next, with reference to FIG. 2, the box-shaped carton 2 containing the temperature data logger was arranged at various points in the aggregate 10 of the box-shaped carton 2. Next, the aggregate 10 of the box carton 2 was packed as shown in FIG. Next, the package 100 was left outdoors for 24 hours from around 0:30 pm.

As a result, the two temperature data loggers installed outside the package 100 recorded the peak temperatures at 54 degrees and 42 degrees. The highest temperature on the day was 31 degrees. On the other hand, the temperature data logger accommodated in the box-shaped carton 2 recorded a peak temperature of 25 degrees or less. Thereby, it was confirmed that the internal temperature of the box-shaped carton 2 can be maintained at about 15 to 25 degrees during the transportation time including the waiting time.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, the thermal storage material 1 for constant temperature transportation according to the embodiment includes a plurality of sheets 1 s extending in a strip shape, and a plurality of thermal storage materials 1 h provided continuously at both ends of these sheets 1 s. A center portion of these sheets 1s is placed over the upper surfaces of a plurality of box-shaped cartons 2 arranged in a state of being in close contact with each other, and a pair of outer surfaces facing the opposite directions of these box-shaped cartons 2 are mounted. The articles accommodated in the box-shaped carton 2 can be maintained in a predetermined temperature range by contacting the plurality of heat storage materials 1h.
Further, by making the length of the sheet 1 s portion correspond to the length (width) of the upper surface of the aggregate 10 of the box-shaped carton 2, it can be easily applied to the aggregate 10 having various sizes.
Further, since the thickness of the sheet 1s portion is thin, the sheet 1s portion does not hinder the stacking when the box-shaped cartons 2 are stacked in multiple stages.
Moreover, since the heat storage material 1 for constant temperature transportation is formed in a belt shape, the storage space for the heat storage material 1 for constant temperature transportation can be made compact.

Referring to FIG. 2, the box applied to the heat storage material 1 for constant temperature transportation according to the embodiment can be composed of a plurality of box-shaped cartons 2 placed vertically and horizontally on a plate-like pallet 3.
