Description
The present invention relates to a golf tee. More specifically, the present invention has a simple configuration but has an appropriate rigidity and flexibility, and the golf tee breaks when a golf tee and a club head collide during a tee shot. And when the tee is shot, the golf tee is held at the set point as it is, or even if it is skipped, the golf tee will land within the immediate vicinity of the set point. Because it is configured, the time and effort to search for the golf tee after a tee shot are greatly deleted, and as a result, it relates to a golf tee having an excellent effect that the time for golf play can be greatly reduced. is there.
Conventionally, when playing golf, the golf ball receiving portion and the ground piercing portion are usually formed integrally when performing the first tee shot at the tee ground in each hole. By using a golf tee made of wooden or synthetic resin, mounting the golf ball on the golf ball receiving portion of the golf tee pierced on the ground surface of the tee ground, and hitting the golf ball with a desired club A golf game is started by flying the golf ball in a desired direction by a desired distance.
By the way, since the golf tee is usually hit with the club at the same time when the golf ball is hit with the desired club, it is easily broken, so it cannot be expected to be used multiple times. If a large number of new products are prepared in advance and the golf tee is damaged, it will be used in exchange for a new golf tee, which is inconvenient and will lead to an increase in economic cost. It included a problem to say.
On the other hand, when hitting the teeed-up golf ball with a desired club, the golf tee is also hit with the club at the same time. The golf tee often scatters at a considerable distance at the time of a shot, and each time, the current situation is that efforts are made to find the scattered golf tee. This is one of the causes for delaying the entire golf play time.
Furthermore, when the teeed-up golf ball is hit with a desired club, considerable frictional resistance and impact resistance are generated between the club and the golf tee. As a result, the golf ball is applied to the golf ball. The desired impact strength to be reduced is diminished, and as a result, the flight distance of the golf ball is shortened without increasing, or the face surface of the club is slightly shifted due to the generation of the frictional resistance and impact resistance, so that the golfer's There have been many problems that the golf ball flies in a direction different from the desired flight direction.
Many proposals have been made so far in order to solve the above-described various problems related to golf tees. As a main improvement technique, for example, JP 2010-178966 A (patent document) As disclosed in 1), a golf tee is disclosed in which a golf ball mounting portion and a ground piercing portion are integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and a constricted portion is formed at an intermediate portion thereof. The technical idea of such an invention is that when a golfer tees up a golf ball teeed up with a desired club, the golf tee is thinned and made transparent so that the golf tee does not get into the eyes. Obviously, it is intended to prevent stabilization, and is not intended to give flexibility to the golf tee to prevent its breakage or reduce impact resistance.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2007-98085 (Patent Document 2) discloses a golf ball by shifting the center portion of the golf ball mounting portion of the golf tee and the center line portion of the ground piercing portion from the same viewpoint. Although it is disclosed that the golf tee is not aware of the existence of the golf tee so as to prevent mental instability at the time of hitting, it is disclosed in the golf tee itself. It is clear that it is not intended to give flexibility, prevent its destruction and reduce impact resistance.
On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-254962 (Patent Document 3) and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-254961 (Patent Document 4), a golf ball mounting portion and a ground piercing portion are configured as separate members, and the golf ball A golf tee configured to be able to slide a connecting portion connected and fixed to the ground piercing portion of the mounting portion is disclosed, but in any invention, the golf ball mounting portion and the ground piercing portion The connecting part is individually formed of different synthetic resin materials, and has a structure in which they are connected and formed through fitting and screwing operations. Although the effect of reducing frictional resistance and impact resistance can be seen, the manufacturing process is complicated and the manufacturing cost of the golf tee itself will rise, making it difficult to say that it is an economical golf tee. Yes.
Furthermore, in Japanese Patent No. 4382563 (Patent Document 5), the golf ball mounting portion and the ground piercing portion are individually configured using different synthetic resin materials, and the golf ball mounting portion and the ground piercing portion are arranged. Although a golf tee is disclosed that is joined via a coil spring portion made of another synthetic resin material, the golf ball mounting portion, the ground piercing portion, and the connecting portion made of the coil spring portion are synthesized differently from each other. It has a structure in which it is individually formed with resin material and connected through a fitting and screwing operation, and it surely has the effect of reducing the flexibility and frictional resistance and impact resistance when hitting the golf tee. Although it is observed, the manufacturing process is further complicated, and the manufacturing cost of the golf tee itself is greatly increased, so it is difficult to say that it is an economical golf tee.
That is, in a conventional golf tee, at the time of a tee shot, when the golf tee collides with a desired club head, the golf tee is held at the set point as it is or is skipped. However, if the golf tee is designed to land within the vicinity of the set point, the time and effort for searching for the golf tee after the tee shot will be greatly reduced. In other words, in the conventional golf tee, at the time of a tee shot, when the golf tee collides with a desired club head. In addition, the golf tee is prevented from being damaged, and the frictional resistance and impact resistance at the time of collision between the golf tee and the club head There is a need for a golf tee that can be reduced to increase the flight distance of the golf ball and improve the certainty of the flight direction and has an economical effect that can be used easily and repeatedly as many times as possible. Was growing.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, achieve a simple structure and light weight, and at the time of a collision between the golf tee and a desired club head during a tee shot. In addition to preventing breakage of the golf tee, the frictional resistance and impact resistance at the time of collision between the golf tee and the club head are reduced to increase the flight distance of the golf ball and improve the certainty of the flight direction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a golf tee that is economical and easy to use and has an economical effect that can be used repeatedly any number of times.
The present invention relates to a golf tee. More specifically, the present invention relates to a golf tee, which has a simple configuration but has an appropriate rigidity and flexibility, and the golf tee at the time of a collision between the golf tee on a tee shot and a club head. The golf tee is configured so that the golf tee is held at the set point at the time of the tee shot or the golf tee is landed in the vicinity of the set point even if it is skipped. Since the time and effort to search for the golf tee after the tee shot are greatly eliminated, the golf play time can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the resistance at the time of collision between the golf tee and the club head during a tee shot is reduced. In addition, since the golf tee is less damaged by this, it can be used many times and is economical, and at the same time, the impact force applied to the golf ball is not reduced. The present invention relates to a golf tee having an excellent effect of being stretched.
Further, the golf tee according to the present invention has a bending effect based on the flexibility generated from the specific shape of the connecting portion and the characteristics of the synthetic resin used, so that the tee shot the golf tee, the effect is also coming out of expectation that is held in that position without scattering from the tee up the point.

Hereinafter, a specific configuration example of the golf tee according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

It consists
The present inventor has eagerly studied the configuration and materials of golf tees for achieving the object of the present invention in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, and repeated a number of prototype designs and a number of comparative experiments. As a result, so-called engineering plastics with high mechanical strength, which has been hardly considered, are used as the material of the golf tee, and the structure of the golf tee and the dimensions of each part are within a specific range. By using the same, that is, using only one type of synthetic resin, the above-described excellent impact resistance and flexibility, little breakage, and the club head portion against the golf ball The impact force is not reduced, and the flight distance of the golf ball can be increased and the flight direction can be optimized. It can be prevented that, in which integrated a molded product is therefore less expensive, it has become known from the technical concept to say that it is possible to obtain an economical golf tee with excellent operability.
However, in a conventional integrally molded product using a synthetic resin related to a golf tee, a golf tee having excellent characteristics as the object of the present invention is obtained by using one kind of a specific synthetic resin component. The technical idea of manufacturing is not disclosed at all, and there is no known example suggesting it.
In other words, in the conventional golf tee manufacturing method described above, only one synthetic resin component is used when manufacturing a golf tee having excellent characteristics as the object of the present invention. Therefore, it is impossible to produce the excellent golf tee intended in the present invention by the integral molding technique. For this purpose, the golf ball mounting portion, the ground piercing portion, and the connecting portion are combined. It was impossible to produce a golf tee similar to the present invention, except that after molding with separate synthetic resin materials, the parts were combined by manual or mechanical operation. .
On the other hand, when the golf tee according to the present invention is integrally formed, the inventor of the present application requires individual characteristics required for the golf
From the above viewpoint, the present inventor has repeated numerous experiments and evaluations regarding production and properties using many types of moldable synthetic resins that can be used in the present invention. Select from so-called engineering resins such as
