Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and more particularly to an air conditioner that is applied to a building multi-air conditioner.
In the prior art, in an air conditioner such as a building multi-air conditioner, a heat source device is provided with a blower such as a propeller fan for causing air to flow through a heat exchanger, and a device that blows air with a blower is known. . In the case of such an air conditioner, the position of the propeller fan in the heat source device may be provided in the upper part of the heat source device. When a propeller fan is provided at the upper part of the heat source machine, the wind speed distribution is such that the wind speed at the upper part of the heat source machine is higher and the wind speed is lower at the lower part, and the wind speed balance of each part in the heat source machine is not uniform. As a result, the amount of air flowing through the heat exchanger is not uniform.
If the amount of air flowing through the upper and lower portions of the heat exchanger is not uniform, the heat exchange amount of the refrigerant differs between the upper and lower portions of the heat exchanger installed in the heat source unit. For example, when the refrigerant is allowed to flow evenly into the upper and lower parts of the heat exchanger during the cooling operation, the upper side has a fast wind speed and the heat exchange between the air and the refrigerant is promoted, and the refrigerant is supercooled. Since the amount of air that exchanges heat with the refrigerant is small, the refrigerant is in a gas-liquid two-phase state. In this state, there is a problem that the efficiency of the heat exchanger is deteriorated and a high pressure rise is generated in the air conditioner, resulting in a decrease in performance of the air conditioner.
Therefore, a means for providing a supercooling circuit at the lower part of the heat exchanger and causing the refrigerant that has once passed through the upper heat exchanger and then passed through the upper side to flow downward is proposed (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).
In the air conditioner disclosed in the above-mentioned
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. Even when the wind speed distribution of the blower is not uniform, heat is generated depending on the operation state during cooling operation, heating operation, and defrost operation. An object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that prevents the efficiency of the exchanger from being lowered.

A use side heat exchanger that performs heat exchange is connected by piping, constitutes a refrigeration cycle circuit, a refrigerant flow switching device that switches a circulation direction of the refrigerant, a blower that sends the outside air to the heat source side heat exchanger, The heat source side heat exchanger is divided into two heat exchange parts, a first heat exchange part and a second heat exchange part, and the heat exchange part allows the refrigerant to pass through each inside. According to the air conditioner according to the present invention, the connection between the first heat exchange unit and the second heat exchange unit constituting the heat transfer tube of the heat source side heat exchanger is switched in series or in parallel according to the operation state. Thus, the path through which the refrigerant passes is changed.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of an installation state of the air-
As shown in FIG. 1, the

Here, in the

(Outdoor unit 1)

The upper distributor 21 is connected to the
The
As described above, the refrigerant circulation circuit of the
The
(Heat source side heat exchanger 9)
The heat source
The heat source
(Blower 34)
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the
The
(Accumulator 10)

(Header

(Indoor unit 2)
As described above, the
(Control device 19)

The
The refrigerant that has flowed out of the heat source
The refrigerant flowing into the
FIG. 4 is a wind speed distribution diagram of the heat source
As described above, in the cooling mode, the
(Heating mode)
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a refrigerant flow during the heating mode of the air-
The
When the refrigerant amount adjustment is required by the path distribution of the heat source side heat exchanger 9 (upper and lower division of the heat transfer tube 30), a capillary tube or an electronic expansion valve may be attached in front of the upper distributor 21 and the
As described above, in the
(Defrost mode)
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a refrigerant flow in the defrost mode of the air-
In the
The
The refrigerant that has flowed out of the heat source
As described above, in the air-
(effect)
The
In the
In the
Further, the heat source
The
In the
