Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Conventionally, various types of binding machines that do not use metal needles have been considered. As an example of such a binding machine, for example, a cut hole is punched in a plurality of sheets, an adhesive tape coated with an adhesive is inserted into the cut hole, and the ends of the adhesive tape are bonded with an adhesive. By fixing, a plurality of sheets can be bound so as to form a closed loop passing through the outer edges of the plurality of sheets and the cut holes (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
That is, the binding machine described in
As another example of a binding machine that does not use a metal needle, a punching blade that forms a punching hole while forming cut and raised pieces on a plurality of sheets of paper, and provided adjacent to the punching blade, A cutting blade for forming a cut hole for locking the leading end side of the cut and raised piece, a binding machine main body for holding the punching blade and the cutting blade, and a paper insertion gap in the binding machine main body And a stage provided with a stage (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
That is, in the binding machine described in
By the way, in each of the above binding machines, the cutting blade is provided with a binding member insertion window that can be engaged with the binding member, and the binding member is engaged with the binding member insertion window. In the combined state, when performing the operation of extracting the cutting blade from the cut hole, the cut and raised pieces are inserted through the cut hole.
Here, in the binding machine as described above, in the former case, the adhesive applied to the adhesive tape as the binding member touches the cut edge of the cut hole, or in the latter case, a plurality of sheets. In some cases, the thickness of the cut-and-raised piece as the binding member formed by the above becomes large. At this time, in any case, since a load generated when the binding member is passed through the cut hole and led to the front surface side of the sheet becomes large, a large extraction force may be required. In other words, as described above, a manual operation type binding machine may require a large operating force. In other words, in the manual operation type, the cutting blade is penetrated through the paper against the elastic force of the spring, and the cutting blade is extracted from the paper by the elastic force of the spring. When the load of the motor temporarily increases, a spring having a large repulsive force must be used, and a large force may be required even during manual operation.
In addition, when using a spring with a large repulsive force, the operating force required when drilling the cut hole is not only the force required for the cutting edge to pass through the paper, A force for operating the cutting blade against the repulsive force is also required.
The above problems are that the cutting blade has a window with which the binding member can be engaged, and the binding member engaged with this window is inserted into the cut hole during the operation of extracting the cutting blade from the cut hole. It exists in all binding machines that are configured to pass.
That is, in order to effectively reduce the operation force necessary for using the binding machine, it is necessary to reduce the force required to pass the binding member through the cut hole or to drill the cut hole. There is a need to reduce power.
This invention pays attention to such a malfunction, and it aims at providing the cutting blade used for the binding machine which can reduce effectively the operation force required in order to use a binding machine. .
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention takes the following measures.
That is, the cutting blade of the binding machine according to the present invention includes a blade body having a blade tip for forming a cut hole in the paper by reciprocating relative to the paper and penetrating the paper, Inserted in the cut hole through the cut hole in a state where the band main body is provided so as to penetrate the blade main body in the thickness direction, and a band-like binding member for binding paper when the blade main body is extracted from the cut hole is engaged. A binding member insertion window, and a cutting edge forming a pair facing the cut hole when the binding member insertion window passes through the cut hole by being raised in the thickness direction from the blade body, thereby separating a gap. And a gap-forming raised portion to be formed.
In such a case, when the binding member passes through the cut hole, the opposing cutting edges of the cut hole are separated from each other, in other words, the cut hole is in an expanded state so that the binding member is cut. It becomes possible to avoid effectively interfering with. That is, according to this invention, the cutting blade used for the binding machine which can reduce effectively the operation force required in order to use a binding machine can be provided.
And as a structure which can expand a cut hole effectively, the structure by which the protruding part is formed in the width direction both sides of the binding member penetration window can be mentioned.
Further, as a configuration capable of effectively expanding the cut hole at the timing when the binding member passes through the paper, a configuration in which the raised portion is provided at least partially on the base end side with respect to the front end edge of the binding member insertion window. Can be mentioned.
In particular, the timing at which the binding member is most likely to interfere with the cut hole is the timing at which the binding member passes through the cut hole while being lifted by the leading edge of the binding member insertion window, and effectively avoids the interference of the binding member with the cut hole. In order to achieve this, it is desirable to have a configuration in which the raised portion extends to the tip side from the binding member insertion window.
In order to greatly expand the cut hole without damaging the cut hole itself, the raised portion has an inclined surface provided to be inclined from the most raised raised end toward the edge in the width direction of the blade body.
As a configuration capable of effectively expanding the cut hole, the raised portions are formed on both the back surface side facing the binding source side of the paper and the front surface side facing the binding destination side of the paper in the blade body.
Blade body, and Na sectional shape curved so as to form a cut hole which bulges toward the binding tip side of the paper. Since the cut edge of the cut hole on the lower side of the bulge is turned up and down by the raised portion, the cut hole can be expanded more effectively.
<Thickness structure of the blade edge>
Further, in order to solve the same problem as that of the present invention, the following means can be taken separately. That is, the cutting blade of the binding machine according to the present invention has the following configuration.
(1) A blade body provided with a blade edge at its tip to form a cut hole in the paper by reciprocating relative to the paper and penetrating the paper;
The blade body is provided so as to penetrate in the thickness direction, and the binding member is inserted into the cut hole in a state where the binding member for binding paper is engaged when the blade body is extracted from the cut hole. A binding member insertion window;
A cutting blade of a binding machine comprising:
The blade edge has a shape in which the width and thickness are gradually increased from the tip toward the base, and a narrow region having a width smaller than the width of the cut hole and a thin region in which the thickness gradually changes. A cutting blade for a binding machine, characterized in that the thin region includes the narrow region.
If it is such, the increase of the cross-sectional area of the location where a blade edge | tip passes a paper can be made slower than before. As a result, the cut hole can be drilled with a small operating force. That is, according to this invention, the cutting blade used for the binding machine which can reduce effectively the operation force required in order to use a binding machine can be provided.
(2) A gap-forming raised portion that forms a gap by separating a pair of cut edges that form opposed pairs of the cut holes by protruding in the thickness direction from the blade body on the base end side with respect to the thin region. The cutting blade of the binding machine according to (1), which has
As a result, a gap is formed between the blade body and the cutting edge of the cut hole, so that the portion in contact with the paper when the cutting blade passes can be made small and the cutting blade can be operated with a small force. .
(3) The cutting blade of the binding machine according to (1) or (2), wherein the raised portion has a tapered surface that increases the raised dimension from the distal end edge to the proximal end side of the raised portion.
Thereby, it can contribute to the smooth drilling operation | movement of a cutting blade.
(4) The cutting blade of the binding machine according to (3), wherein a leading end edge of the tapered surface and a base end edge of the thin region are continuous.
Thereby, it can contribute to the operation | movement of the smooth cutting blade through the whole punching operation | movement of a cut hole.
(5) The raised portions are formed on both the back side facing the binding origin side of the paper and the front side facing the binding destination side of the paper in the blade body (2), (3) or (4) The cutting blade of the binding machine according to the description.
Thereby, the contact between the cutting edge and the cutting blade can be further reduced, and the friction during drilling can be further reduced.
(6) The binding machine according to (1), (2), (3), (4) or (5), wherein the blade body has a curved cross-sectional shape so as to form the curved cut hole. Cutting blade.
Thereby, even if the blade main body is made thin and the operating force required for drilling is reduced, the rigidity of the blade main body can be effectively ensured.
(7) The cutting blade of the binding machine according to (6), wherein a lower end edge of the binding member insertion window is curved along a cross-sectional shape of the blade body.
If the thin blade body is used, the edge of the binding member insertion window is naturally made thin, and there may be a problem that the acting force is locally concentrated on the binding member and bent. However, with the above-described configuration, when the binding member is pulled up, it can be pulled up with a large dimension in the thickness direction. As a result, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of creases and damage to the binding member due to local concentration of force on the binding member, and to prevent the binding member from being damaged or undesirably broken.
The binding machine according to the present invention having the above-described cutting blade includes the cutting blade and a stage for holding the paper, and pulls out the paper held on the stage through the cutting blade. The binding machine is configured to bind the sheet by the binding member.
The binding machine according to the invention having the above-described cutting blade forms the cut hole by penetrating the cutting blade through the cutting blade, a stage holding the paper, and the paper held by the stage. And a spring for removing the cutting blade from the paper when the operation force applied to the manual operation unit is de-energized.
<Fixed dimension feed mechanism>
By the way, in the case of the binding machine described in
In such a conventional tape feeding mechanism, the length dimension of the adhesive tape as the binding member is set in advance according to the upper limit of the number of sheets to be bound and the position where the cut hole is formed. In order to make the adhesive tape accurate to a predetermined size, the specifications on the binding machine side to be fed out must be matched with the specifications of the operating tape such as the adhesive tape to be fed out and the separation tape that holds the adhesive tape in a peelable manner. In such a case, for example, when the individual difference on the operating tape side is large, there are cases in which accurate feeding is hindered. In addition, when you want to change the length of the moving tape to be sent out, not only change the specifications of the operating tape, but also change the specifications of the tape feeding mechanism itself, or add a special configuration to change the feeding dimensions. I have to do it.
Such a problem is not limited to a binding machine to which an adhesive tape or a separation tape is applied as the operation tape to be sent out. In other words, this is a problem that is common to various existing tape feeding mechanisms for feeding the operating tape to a predetermined size.
This invention pays attention to the above-mentioned point, and it aims at providing the tape delivery mechanism which can send out a tape by desired length, having a simple structure.
In order to achieve such an object, the invention takes the following measures. That is, the tape delivery mechanism according to the present invention has the following configuration.

The binding machine according to (5), wherein the adhesive tape is in contact with both the binding source side guide and the binding destination side guide during the operation of positioning the paper at a predetermined setting position.
Thereby, it is possible to avoid that the blade tip touches the adhesive tape at all during the paper insertion operation.

Thereby, the guide of the width direction of an adhesive tape can be reliably performed through a series of binding operation | movement.

By the way, in the case of the binding machine described in
However, if a plurality of sheets stacked at the time of the binding operation are bound in a state inclined from a predetermined position, or if the binding operation is performed in a state where the sheets are shifted and overlapped, the binding tape after binding is loosened. If the closed loop is not formed, or the sheets are bound in a state where they are shifted, or if the sheets are aligned after binding, unnecessary force is applied to both sides of the adhesive tape and the cut hole, and the cut hole Will cause a problem of tearing.
The present invention pays attention to such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a binding machine capable of smoothly and accurately performing an operation of binding a plurality of sheets.
In order to achieve such an object, the invention takes the following measures. That is, the binding machine according to the present invention has the following configuration.

It can operate from a stand-by posture provided on the stage and not in contact with the paper to a guide posture for positioning at a predetermined set position for binding the paper, while contacting the paper moving to the set position There is provided a paper guide having a widening operation guiding surface that promotes a widening operation that widens in the width direction, and a positioning surface that positions the end of the paper at the set position at the end of the widening operation. A binding machine characterized by that.
With such a configuration, the positioning surface of the sheet guide can accurately position the plurality of sheets at the set position, which can contribute to an accurate binding operation of the plurality of stacked sheets. As a result, it is possible to provide a binding machine that can smoothly and accurately perform the operation of binding a number of sheets.

Thereby, an accurate operation of the paper guide is realized.

Accordingly, it is possible to realize a binding machine that is compact and easy to handle when not in use.
(5) The binding machine according to (1), (2), (3), (4) or (5), wherein the sheet guide is exposed outwardly in the guide posture.
Thereby, it can be easily determined visually from the outside whether or not the sheet is in the set position.
(6) The sheet guide includes a guide member having a contrasting shape provided in pairs on both sides of the cutting blade (1), (2), (3), (4) or (5) The binding machine according to the description.
Thereby, it becomes easy to grasp the position where the cut hole is punched from the position of the guide member, and the sheet can be bound at a desired position.
(7) The apparatus according to (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), or (6), further including an urging member that elastically urges the sheet guide toward the standby posture. Binding machine.
Thus, when there is a sheet in the vicinity of the set position, the sheet guide is always in contact with the sheet, so that the position adjustment to the set position can be easily performed while visually checking the sheet guide.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the cutting blade used for the binding machine which can reduce effectively the operation force required in order to use a binding machine can be provided.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The binding machine according to the present embodiment is provided with a

<Description of binding mechanism configuration>
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
With the configuration of the
And the
The
The binding

The
The
As shown schematically in FIGS. 14 to 19, the
The
The
The
The
The
The clutch 46 can be directly engaged with the take-
The
The
The
Further, in the present embodiment, when the
In the present embodiment, the
Next, the configuration of each part of the
The
The take-
The

<Operation description of tape feeding mechanism>
By the
7 and 8 show operations of the
12 and 13 show the positions of the
14 to 19 schematically show a series of operations of the
Then, when the operating force is applied from the state shown in FIG. 14, the
When further operating force is applied from the state shown in FIG. 15, the guided
Here, the dimension at which the
In other words, the operation of the take-
FIG. 17 shows the
Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the guided
<Operation description of the binding mechanism>
Next, an operation in which the
20 and 25 show a state before the paper P to be bound with the
When the paper P is inserted toward the set position (st) as shown in FIGS. 21 and 26, the
22 and 27 show the time when the
As shown in FIG. 28, when the
As shown in FIGS. 30 and 24, when the paper P is moved forward from the set position (st), the
Through the series of binding operations so far, in the present embodiment, the
<Explanation of cutting blade action>
In addition, in this embodiment, in order to perform the above-described binding operation smoothly, the
In this embodiment, the
Also, as shown in FIG. 36, in this embodiment, the shape of the cut hole P1 is formed so as to bulge toward the binding source side, so that the cut hole is handled by handling the paper P on the binding destination side after binding. The force applied to P1 and the
By setting it as the above structures, the
In the present embodiment, a configuration in which the raised
Further, in the present embodiment, the
In addition, in this embodiment, the protruding
Further, in this embodiment, the bulging
Furthermore, in order to make the cut hole P1 to be effectively expanded and allow the
In particular, in the present embodiment, the

By setting it as the above structures, the
In the present embodiment, in order to make the cutting blade operate with a small force by reducing the portion that comes into contact with the paper when the
And in order to implement | achieve the smooth drilling operation | movement of the
In particular, in the present embodiment, the tip edge of the tapered
Further, in order to further reduce the friction during drilling by further reducing the contact between the cutting edge P2 and the
In this embodiment, the

The
37 to 41 schematically show a series of operations of the
When a further operating force is applied, the guided
In the vicinity of the operation end point of the
Thereafter, as in the above embodiment, the guided
