Description

The present invention relates to a net fence and a manufacturing method thereof.

Net fences are installed in buildings and parks for the purpose of safety and crime prevention. As a net fence, one using a so-called rhombus metal mesh in which bent portions of a plurality of corrugated column lines are engaged with each other is widely known.

The diamond wire mesh can be extended in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the column lines by increasing the number of column lines. The rhombus wire mesh formed long in the same direction is usually conveyed to the construction site of the net fence in a state of being wound in a roll shape. Then, at the construction site, the roll-shaped diamond wire mesh is developed in a plane, and the column lines are extended along the column and the trunk edge in a state where the extending direction of the row line is the vertical direction. The diamond wire mesh is attached to the upper and lower body edges by hooking the tension wires on the upper and lower body edges while inserting the tension lines horizontally in the upper and lower ends of the diamond wire mesh (the following patent documents) 1). However, as described above, it is not easy to attach the trunk wire to the trunk edge while inserting the wire through the long rhombus metal mesh, and there is a problem that the construction takes time.

On the other hand, the following Patent Document 2 shows a net fence having a rhombus metal mesh in which the extending direction of the column lines is a horizontal direction. The rhombus wire mesh is preliminarily attached to the upper and lower ends, and these integrated products are conveyed to the construction site. Then, at the construction site, the rhombus metal mesh is stretched up and down to be flattened, and the upper trunk edge is temporarily placed on the upper part of the pair of pillars erected on the ground. In this state, the net fence is assembled by fixing the pair of trunk edges to predetermined positions of the columns with bolts or the like. In this case, it is not necessary to attach to the trunk edge while inserting a tension wire through a long diamond wire mesh at the construction site, so that the construction is facilitated.

The net fence is generally reinforced by inserting a horizontal tension line in the middle part of the rhombus wire mesh in order to ensure strength when a strong wind blows or a ball hits it. . For example, FIG. 2 of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 shows a configuration in which two tension wires are provided on the rhombus metal mesh, and FIG. 1 in the above-mentioned Patent Literature 2 shows a configuration in which one cord is provided on the rhombus metal mesh. It is shown.

However, when the horizontal wire is provided on the rhombus wire mesh as described above, the number of manufacturing steps increases and the cost increases. Further, if a horizontal tension line is provided on the rhombus mesh pattern, the tension line becomes very conspicuous, and the design of the net fence is deteriorated.

An object of the present invention is to reduce the cost and improve the design of a net fence.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a net fence comprising a pair of support posts, upper and lower trunk edges attached to the pair of support pillars, and a rhombus metal mesh stretched between the two trunk edges. The rhombus wire mesh is formed by engaging bent portions of a plurality of corrugated column lines extending in the extending direction of the trunk edge with each other in the vertical direction, and the upper trunk edge is attached to the pair of columns. From the state in which the rhombus wire mesh and the lower shell edge are suspended, the lower shell edge is further pulled downward to apply tension to the rhombus wire mesh, and the lower shell edge is moved to the pair of pairs. Provide a net fence fixed to the column.

Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention includes a step of erecting a pair of struts, and engaging bent portions of a plurality of corrugated column lines extending in the extending direction of the trunk edge with each other in the vertical direction. Forming a rhombus wire mesh and attaching a barrel edge to the upper and lower ends of the rhombus wire mesh, temporarily placing the upper barrel edge on the pair of struts, and forming the rhombus wire mesh and the lower barrel edge A state in which the rhombus metal mesh and the lower body edge are suspended, and the lower body edge is further pulled downward to apply tension to the rhombus metal mesh. And a method of manufacturing a net fence including a step of fixing a trunk edge to the pair of support columns.

As described above, the upper body edge is temporarily placed on a pair of struts, and the rhombus metal mesh and the lower body edge are suspended. And in this state, the intensity | strength of a rhombus metal mesh can be raised by fixing a lower trunk edge to a pair of support | pillar. As a result, the number of linear tension wires provided in the middle portion in the vertical direction of the rhombus metal mesh can be reduced, or such tension wires can be eliminated. Design is improved.

In the above-described net fence, vertical tension is applied to a rhombus metal mesh composed of corrugated column lines extending in the trunk edge extending direction (hereinafter referred to as the width direction). The tension acts in the direction in which the pitch of the bent portions of the corrugated column lines is narrowed, that is, the direction in which the dimension in the width direction of the rhombus is reduced. In this case, the end in the width direction of the diamond wire mesh is inserted into the opening extending in the vertical direction provided in the wall of the support column, and the fastener is disposed between the end portion in the width direction of the diamond wire mesh and the wall of the support column. Thus, due to the tension in the width direction of the rhombus metal mesh, the fastener is sandwiched between the width direction end of the rhombus metal mesh and the wall of each column, and the width direction end of the rhombus metal mesh is fixed to the column. In this way, by utilizing the tension of the diamond wire mesh and fixing the end of the diamond wire mesh to the support via the fastener, the number of parts and the number of mounting steps can be reduced compared with the case of using bolts and nuts, and the cost can be reduced. Can be achieved.

When manufacturing the above-mentioned net fence, if a step of fixing the mounting bracket to the pair of support posts and a step of fixing the mounting bracket and the lower trunk edge with a bolt are provided, the pulling force when tightening the bolt is used. By pulling the lower barrel edge downward, tension can be applied to the diamond wire mesh.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce or eliminate the number of straight tension wires provided in the middle portion in the vertical direction of the rhombus metal mesh, thereby reducing the cost of the net fence and improving the design. The width W1 of the fastener 12 in the thickness direction of the fence is smaller than the interval W2 between the pair of side walls 2c of the column 2 and larger than the width W3 of the opening 2d of the column 2 (see FIG. 7). The vertical dimension W4 (see FIG. 6) of the fastener 12 is smaller than the width W3 of the opening 2d of the support column 2.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the bolt 13 is inserted into the hole 11 b 10 of the column fixing portion 11 b of the mounting bracket 11, and is screwed into the screw hole 12 a of the fastener 12 arranged inside the column 2 to be tightened. The folded portion 2a2 of the front wall 2a of the support column 2 is sandwiched between the mounting bracket 11 and the fastener 12, and the mounting bracket 11 is fixed to a predetermined height of the support column 2. In this case, the design of the net fence 1 is improved because the bolt 13 and the fastener 12 (nut) are not exposed on the side surface of the column 2 that is easily visible from the outside.

When the bolt 13 is tightened, the locking piece 11b2 of the column fixing part 11b of the mounting bracket 11 is inserted into the opening 2d of the column 2 and is engaged with the front wall 2a of the column 2 so that the mounting bracket 11 is rotated. Be regulated. Further, among the fasteners 12, corners 12 d (see FIG. 6) where the notches 12 b are not provided interfere with the side walls 2 c of the support columns 2, and the grooves 12 c of the fasteners 12 are formed on the front walls 2 a of the support columns 2. By fitting the folded portion 2a2 (see FIG. 7), the accompanying rotation of the fastener 12 is restricted.

As shown in FIG. 9, the rhombus metal mesh 5 is composed of a plurality of wavy column lines 5a extending in the width direction. The bent portion 5a1 of each column line 5a is engaged with the bent portion 5a1 of the adjacent column line 5a in the vertical direction. In the illustrated example, the pitch L1 in the width direction of the mesh of the rhombus metal mesh 5 is smaller than the pitch L2 in the vertical direction. At both ends in the width direction of the rhombus metal mesh 5, as shown in FIG. 10, the ends of the adjacent column lines 5a are folded back approximately 180 ° in a state of crossing each other, thereby connecting the ends of the column lines 5a to each other. P is formed (such a joint P is referred to as a “complete knuckle”). In this way, by joining the ends of the adjacent column lines 5a, the column lines 5a are not detached when the rhombus wire mesh 5 is expanded and contracted at the time of construction or the like, which is easy to handle.

Both ends of the rhombus metal mesh 5 in the width direction are attached to the support column 2. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the connecting portions P between the ends of the column lines 5 a provided at both ends in the width direction of the rhombus metal mesh 5 are accommodated inside the column 2. And the fastener 20 is distribute | arranged between the connection part P and the front wall 2a of the support | pillar 2 in at least one place of the up-down direction. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the fastener 20 has a dimension in the fence thickness direction that is larger than the width of the opening 2 d of the support column 2, whereby the fastener 20 has a width on the front wall 2 a of the support column 2. The coupling portion P is held inside the column 2 by engaging from the outside in the direction. As the fastener 20, the thing similar to the fastener 12 shown in FIGS. 6-8 can be used, for example.

The upper trunk edge 3 is attached to the upper end of the rhombus metal mesh 5 via an engaging member. For example, a coil 6 as shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B is used as the engaging member. The coil 6 is made of a steel wire wound spirally. The pitch of the coils 6 is equal to the pitch of the bent portions 5 a 1 of the column lines 5 a of the rhombus metal mesh 5. The width of the coil 6 in the fence thickness direction is larger than the width of the opening 3 d of the upper trunk edge 3. The coil 6 is inserted into the bent portion 5 a 1 of the row line 5 a at the upper end of the rhombus metal mesh 5, and is engaged with the lower wall 3 a of the upper trunk edge 3 in the vertical direction so that the rhombus metal mesh 5 passes through the coil 6. And attached to the upper trunk edge 3. Similarly, the lower end of the rhombus metal mesh 5 is attached to the lower trunk edge 4 via a coil as an engaging member (not shown).

Next, the manufacturing method (construction method) of the net fence 1 will be described.

First, a diamond wire mesh 5 is formed in a wire mesh manufacturing factory {see FIG. 13A}. At both ends in the width direction of the rhombus metal mesh 5, connecting portions P between the column lines 5 a are formed (see FIG. 10).

Next, as shown in FIG. 13 (B), the upper trunk edge 3 and the lower trunk edge 4 are attached to both ends of the rhombus metal mesh 5 in the vertical direction to form the stretchable panel 30. Specifically, the coils 6 are inserted into the bent portions 5 a 1 of the row lines 5 a at both the upper and lower ends of the rhombus metal mesh 5, and the respective coils are inserted into the inner circumferences of the upper and lower body edges 3, 4. Body edges 3 and 4 are attached to both ends (see FIG. 12).

In the present embodiment, since the extending direction of the column lines 5a of the rhombus metal mesh 5 and the extending direction of the trunk edges 3 and 4 are parallel to each other, as shown in FIG. The body edges 3 and 4 are brought close to each other so that the elastic panel 30 can be stored in a compact manner. Thereby, since the space at the time of transportation and storage of the elastic panel 30 is reduced, transportation cost and storage cost can be reduced.

Next, a plurality of support columns 2 are erected on the installation surface at the construction site. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of net fences 1 are used by being connected in the horizontal direction. In this case, the columns 2 provided at the connecting portions of the plurality of net fences 1 are arranged in a back-to-back state as indicated by dotted lines in FIG. 2, and the rear walls 2b of these columns 2 are connected in advance by rivets or the like. . The support | pillar 2 provided in the edge part of the some net fence 1 is used alone. A mounting bracket 11 is fixed to each column 2 at a predetermined height by a fastener 12 and a bolt 13.

Then, the upper trunk edge 3 is temporarily placed on top of the pair of support columns 2 while the elastic panel 30 is stretched up and down. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 12A, the end of the upper trunk edge 3 is placed on the front wall 2 a of the column 2 while being fitted between the pair of side walls 2 c of the column 2. . In this state, the bolt 7a is inserted into the hole 2c1 (see FIG. 2) in the side wall 2c of the column 2 and the hole 3c1 (see FIG. 3) in the side wall 3c of the upper trunk edge 3, and the nut 7b is tightened to the bolt 7a. Thus, the support column and the upper trunk edge 3 are fixed {see FIG. 12A}.

As described above, in the state where the upper trunk edge 3 is temporarily placed on top of the pair of support columns 2 and the rhombus metal mesh 5 and the lower trunk edge 4 are suspended only by its own weight, as shown by a chain line in FIG. The lower trunk edge 4 is disposed above the fixed position indicated by the solid line. In this state, the bolt 8a is inserted into the hole 4b1 of the lower trunk edge 4 and the hole 11a10 of the trunk edge fixing portion 11a of the mounting bracket 11 (see FIG. 8), and the bolt 8a is screwed into the nut 8b and tightened. . The lower trunk edge 3 is pulled downward by the pulling force when tightening the bolt 8a, and is fixed in a state of being in contact with the bottom part 11a1 of the trunk edge fixing part 11a of the mounting bracket 11.

In this way, by fixing the lower body edge 4 to the support column 2 while being pulled downward, vertical tension is applied to the rhombus metal mesh 5, so that the rhombus metal mesh 5 can be neatly stretched. In addition, since the strength of the rhombus metal mesh 5 is increased by applying tension to the rhombus metal mesh 5, it is not necessary to provide a horizontal tension wire at the middle portion in the vertical direction of the rhombus metal mesh 5. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 1, the rhombus metal mesh 5 can be set as the structure by which the horizontal direction tension | tensile_strength is not provided in the up-down direction intermediate part (area | region which does not overlap with the support | pillar 2 and the trunk edges 3 and 4). . By omitting the tension wire that reinforces the rhombus metal mesh 5 in this way, the cost of the net fence 1 can be reduced, and the design of the rhombus metal mesh 5 is composed only of rhombus meshes, thereby improving the design. .

Further, when the rhombus metal mesh 5 is pulled up and down, a tension is applied in a direction in which the pitch of the bent portions 5a1 of the corrugated column line 5a is narrowed, that is, in the direction in which the width dimension of the rhombus metal mesh 5 is reduced. Thereby, as shown by a dotted line in FIG. 10, the connection portion P between the column lines 5 a of the rhombus metal mesh 5 is arranged on the inner side in the width direction than the column 2. The coupling portion P is pushed into the support column 2 with the fastener 20. Specifically, as shown by a chain line in FIG. 11, the longitudinal direction of the fastener 20 is the vertical direction, and the joint P of the rhombus metal mesh 5 is pushed into the support column 2 by the fastener 20 in this state (the arrow in FIG. 10). After that, the fastener 20 is rotated by 90 ° inside the column 2 (see the arrow in FIG. 11). Thereby, the coupling portion P presses the fastener 20 against the front wall 2a of the support column 2 by the tension in the width direction of the rhombus metal mesh 5, and the connection portion P is fixed to the support column 2 via the fastener 20, and the fastener 20 itself is clamped and fixed by the coupling part P and the front wall 2 a of the support column 2.

In this way, by using the tension of the rhombus metal mesh 5, both ends of the rhombus metal mesh 5 in the width direction are locked to the support pillars 2 by the fasteners 20, so that both ends of the rhombus metal mesh 5 in the width direction are secured using bolts and nuts, for example. Compared with the case where it attaches to the support | pillar 2, attachment is facilitated. In addition, since the bolts and nuts are not arranged on the outer surface of the support column 2 visible from the outside (particularly the outer surface of the side wall 2c), the design of the net fence 1 is improved. Thus, the net fence 1 is completed.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, when constructing the net fence 1, the upper trunk edge 3 is attached to the pair of support columns 2, and the lower trunk cylinder is used with a jig or the like while the rhombus metal mesh 5 and the lower trunk edge 4 are suspended. The edge 4 may be pulled further downward to apply tension to the rhombus wire mesh 5.

In the above embodiment, the case where the same fastener 20 as the fastener 12 for attaching the mounting bracket 11 to the support column 2 is used as means for attaching both ends in the width direction of the rhombus metal mesh 5 to the support column 2. It is not limited to this. For example, since the screw hole 12a is not necessary for the fastener 20, the screw hole may be omitted. Further, if the fastener 20 is provided with a groove into which a jig (for example, a minus or a Phillips screwdriver) is inserted, the fastener 20 is pushed into the column 2 with the jig inserted into the groove. Since the fastener 20 can be rotated by engaging the jig and the groove, the workability is improved. Moreover, you may fix the rhombus metal mesh 5 and the support | pillar 2 with a volt | bolt, a nut, etc.
