Claims (3)
- ヘマトコッカス属微細藻類を放射性核種と反応させて放射性核種を除去する反応段階を含み、
前記ヘマトコッカス属微細藻類がヘマトコッカス・プルビアリスであり、
前記放射性核種がセシウム(Cesium−137)またはストロンチウム(Strontium−90)であり、
前記放射性核種の除去方法は、微細藻類を増殖および成熟させる培養段階をさらに含み、
前記培養段階は、
ヘマトコッカス属微細藻類が細胞分裂して増殖するように培養する増殖段階と、
前記増殖段階の後にヘマトコッカス属微細藻類が細胞分裂を停止し、細胞が成長して細胞内に物質を蓄積するように培養する成熟段階とを含み、
前記増殖段階は、
ヘマトコッカス属微細藻類を、培地を用いて常温でパルメラ状態まで強度40乃至60μmolm −2 s −1 の蛍光灯条件で明期12乃至16時間と暗期8乃至12時間の明暗周期で培養して行われ、
前記成熟段階は、
前記増殖段階の後に培地を除去し、洗浄した後、2乃至4mM NaHCO 3 溶液で取り替え、しかる後に、赤色LEDで146〜151.14μmolm −2 s −1 の強度で40乃至80時間培養する第1成熟段階と、
前記第1成熟段階の後に青色LEDで12乃至15μmolm −2 s −1 の強度で8乃至12日間培養する第2成熟段階とを含むことを特徴とする、放射性核種の除去方法。 - 前記反応段階がpH7.1乃至9の条件で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射性核種の除去方法。
- 前記放射性核種の除去方法において、放射性核種が80乃至90%除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射性核種の除去方法。
