Description
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention relates to a method for cleaning a snowpipe and a closure used therefor, in particular, a method for cleaning a snowpipe installed so as to blow liquid from the surface of the road in order to melt the snow on the road in a snowy area It relates to an obturator.
In snowy areas, water is sprayed from the snowpipe to melt the snow on the road. The snowplow pipe is provided with a groove in the road and disposed at the groove bottom, and a snowplow nozzle is connected to the tip of the branch pipe branched upward at a predetermined interval from the snowpipe.
The spray nozzle (small hole) of the snow extinguishing nozzle is set so as to be exposed on the road surface. For example, ground water flows through the snow extinguishing pipe, and the ground water is sprayed from the snow extinguishing nozzle onto the road surface (for example, , See Patent Document 1). There are various types of snow extinguishing nozzles, but the amount of water sprayed can be adjusted by a specific blocking means (for example, Patent Document 2).
FIG. 4 shows a schematic cross-section of the snow extinguishing nozzle. An
On the other hand, an ice pig pipe cleaning method is known as a method for cleaning pipes such as water pipes and sewer pipes (Non-Patent Document 1). This is a method of injecting a sherbet-like fluid having ice particles and water as a cleaning medium in a pipe, forming an ice pig in the pipe, and moving the formed ice pig in the pipe by a water flow. The ispig scrapes off the deposits in the pipe line, and takes in and moves the contaminants to clean the pipe line.
In the snowpipe, ground water or the like flows to sprinkle on the snow as described above. For many years, sand, etc., accumulates in the snowpipe and rust occurs on the pipe wall. In such a situation, the snow-dissipating nozzle is clogged with sand, rust, or the like, resulting in a problem that water cannot be sprayed. Therefore, it is desirable to clean the snowpipe periodically, but since the snowpipe has a small diameter and there is no effective cleaning method, it is often left as it is.
When applying the above ice pig tube cleaning method to a snowpipe, a sherbet-like fluid containing ice particles and water as a cleaning medium will flow out and be washed unless the small hole (sprinkling hole) of the snowplow nozzle is closed. Cannot be done. In addition, since the snow-discharging nozzle is exposed on the road surface, there are some which are stepped on by a vehicle or the like while being used for many years and cannot be blocked by the inherent blocking means of the snow-discharging nozzle. When trying to apply the ice pig tube cleaning method to the snowpipe, there was a situation where it could not be blocked by the inherent blocking means as described above, and there was no means to easily block the small hole of the snowpipe nozzle. The cleaning method was not applied to the snowpipe.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for cleaning a snowpipe that makes it possible to apply the ice pig tube cleaning method to the snowpipe and a closure used therefor. It is in.
In order to achieve the above object, a method for cleaning a snow extinguishing tube according to claim 1 is provided with a small hole for blowing out liquid at a predetermined interval, and the snow in a neighboring area is blown out by blowing out the liquid from the small hole. In the method for cleaning a snowpipe that melts the snowpipe, a closing step for closing each small hole existing in the region to be cleaned of the snowpipe, and a region of the snowpipe after the closing step from one end thereof And a cleaning medium introduction / discharge step in which a sherbet-shaped cleaning medium containing ice particles and cleaning water is introduced under pressure and discharged from the other end side.
According to this method, the small hole of the snowpipe is closed in the closing step, and then the sherbet-like cleaning body is pressurized and introduced from one end side of the snowpipe and discharged from the other end side. Since the small hole of the snowpipe is blocked, the sherbet-shaped cleaning medium containing the ice particles and the washing water introduced into the snowpipe under pressure does not flow out of the small hole for water sprinkling. The inside of the snowpipe can be moved from one end side to the other end side. Thereby, the snowpipe can be cleaned with a sherbet-shaped cleaning medium.
The snowpipe cleaning method according to claim 2 is the snowpipe cleaning method according to claim 1, wherein the closing step can be closed by a specific closing means provided in advance in each small hole. For small holes, the small holes are closed by the specific closing means, and for the small holes that cannot be closed by the specific closing means, the small holes are closed by an externally prepared external obturator. And
In this method, when the small hole can be closed by the specific closing means, the specific closing means is used, and when the small hole cannot be closed by the specific closing means, a separate closing tool is prepared. Therefore, it is only necessary to prepare a minimum number of obturators, and the obstruction work in the obstruction process can be shortened.
In order to achieve the above object, the obturator according to claim 3 is directed to a snowpipe installed to blow out the liquid from the surface of the ground in order to melt the snow on the road in the snowy area. In the obturator used for applying the snowpipe cleaning method, a plug member for individually closing each small hole in the area to be cleaned of the snowpipe, and the plug member in the closed state And a weight body that is installed so as to maintain a closed state of the plug member by its weight.
With this configuration, the small hole of the snowpipe is closed by the plug member, and then the plug-like body is maintained by the weight body. Therefore, the small hole is easily closed by the plug member and the weight body, and it is possible to prevent the cleaning medium from flowing out of the small hole in the cleaning medium introduction / discharge process. In addition, the obturator can be easily removed after the cleaning operation is completed.
The obturator according to claim 4 is a method of cleaning a snow extinguisher according to claim 2 for a snow extinguisher installed so as to blow out the liquid from the surface of the ground in order to melt snow on a road in a snowy area. In the obturator used for application, each of the small holes is formed in a nozzle member installed on a ground surface portion, a bolt member fixed to the nozzle member, and a state fixed to the bolt member And a closing lid for closing each small hole.
Each small hole is formed in the nozzle member, and a concave portion is formed in the central portion of the top surface of the nozzle member as described above. This recessed part is provided in the upper part of the intermediate member which hold | maintains rotatably the obstruction | occlusion means for adjusting the amount of water sprayed from a small hole.
With this configuration, first, the bolt member is fixed to the concave portion of the nozzle member. Next, a closing lid that closes each small hole is fixed to the bolt member. Accordingly, since the small hole is closed with the closing lid fixed to the bolt member, the closed state of the small hole can be maintained more firmly. In the cleaning medium introduction / discharge process, the cleaning medium is removed from the small hole. It is possible to prevent outflow.
According to the snowpipe cleaning method and the obturator used therefor according to the present invention, the snowpipe that blows out a liquid for melting snow accumulates in the obturator having a simple configuration of small holes present in the region to be cleaned. Therefore, the sherbet-like cleaning medium containing cleaning water is introduced under pressure and discharged. Therefore, the snowpipe can be cleaned with a sherbet-like cleaning medium, which prevents clogging of small holes and extends the life of the snowpipe.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic overall view illustrating a cleaning method according to an embodiment of the method for cleaning a snowpipe of the present invention.
The
The
Each snow-dissipating
The open / close valve, which is a specific blocking means 42, is exposed to the road surface of the road as described above, so that it cannot be operated due to, for example, the vehicle riding on it for many years. May be. In the method for cleaning a snowpipe according to the present invention, it is necessary to close the water spout of the
FIG. 2 shows a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the obturator according to the first embodiment, which relates to the obturator used in the obstruction process of the snowpipe cleaning method of the present invention. The
FIG. 3 shows a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the obturator according to the second embodiment, which relates to the obturator used in the closing step of the snow-pipe cleaning method of the present invention. The
The
Compared with the
When the closing process is completed by the obturator, as shown in FIG. 1, a sherbet-like fluid having ice and water is pressurized and injected into the
From the
In addition, although the sherbet-like fluid which has an ice particle and water was used as a washing | cleaning medium, the ratio of an ice particle and water was about 3: 7. The ratio can be freely changed according to the size and dirt of the
After the
In this manner, after the
According to the present embodiment, when the
