Description
The present invention relates to a gas chromatograph, and more particularly to display control for a display unit provided in the gas chromatograph.
When an abnormal state occurs in the analyzer, the fact may be displayed on the display unit to notify the operator (see, for example,
When an abnormal state is detected, an abnormality notification screen indicating that fact is displayed on the display unit. In this case, the abnormality notification screen includes, for example, a hold button and a release button, and the operator can select one of the buttons. When the hold button is selected, the abnormality notification screen is not displayed, but after a predetermined time has elapsed, the abnormality notification screen is displayed again on the display unit.
In this way, the operator can proceed with the work being performed at that time by selecting the hold button, while the abnormality notification screen is redisplayed after a predetermined time has elapsed, so that an abnormal state has occurred. Never forget. The operator can check the abnormal state at an arbitrary timing, deal with the abnormal state, and select a release button to cancel the abnormal state and return to normal control.
However, in the conventional aspect as described above, the operation performed by the operator is interrupted by redisplaying the abnormality notification screen. In particular, when the worker has been working for a long time while confirming the display on the display unit, the abnormality notification screen is displayed again and again on the display unit, and the workability of the worker is reduced. There is a fear.
In addition, once the abnormality notification screen is hidden by selecting the hold button, the abnormality notification screen is not displayed on the display unit until a predetermined time passes thereafter. Therefore, when the operator wants to confirm the contents of the abnormal state, an operation for changing the display screen must be performed, and the work becomes complicated.
Furthermore, when the operator who has confirmed the abnormality notification screen leaves the gas chromatograph for checking or dealing with the abnormal state, the abnormality notification screen may be automatically redisplayed in the absence of the worker. . In such a case, there is a possibility that even another worker who has confirmed the re-displayed abnormality notification screen may check or cope with the abnormal state, and there is a possibility that useless work may occur.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the gas chromatograph which can improve an operator's workability | operativity. Another object of the present invention is to provide a gas chromatograph that can prevent an operator from performing unnecessary work.
A gas chromatograph according to the present invention includes a display unit, an input reception processing unit, an abnormality detection processing unit, an abnormality display processing unit, an abnormality non-display processing unit, a symbol display processing unit, and an abnormality redisplay processing unit. Prepare. The input reception processing unit receives an input operation on the screen displayed on the display unit. The abnormality detection processing unit detects an abnormal state. When an abnormal state is detected, the abnormality display processing unit displays an abnormality notification screen indicating that fact on the display unit. The abnormality non-display processing unit is configured to hide the abnormality notification screen when the abnormality reception screen is displayed on the display unit and the selection of the abnormal state hold is received by the input reception processing unit. To do. The symbol display processing unit causes the display unit to display a symbol indicating that an abnormal state is detected. The abnormality redisplay processing unit displays the abnormality notification screen when the selection of the symbol is received by the input reception processing unit after the abnormality notification screen is hidden by the abnormality non-display processing unit. Redisplay on the display.
According to such a configuration, after the abnormal state is suspended and the abnormality notification screen is not displayed, the abnormality notification screen is not re-displayed on the display unit until a symbol is selected. Therefore, the work performed by the operator is not interrupted by the redisplay of the abnormality notification screen, and the operator can easily check the abnormal state by selecting a symbol when necessary. Will improve. Further, since the abnormality notification screen is not automatically redisplayed when the worker is absent, it is possible to prevent other workers from performing unnecessary work.
The gas chromatograph may further include a gas flow rate control unit. The gas flow rate control unit becomes a target of gas leakage abnormality when the abnormality detection processing unit detects a gas leakage abnormality as an abnormal state and the selection of suspension of the abnormal state is received by the input reception processing unit. Control the flow rate so that the gas does not stop completely.
According to such a configuration, when a gas leakage abnormality is detected as an abnormal state, the gas that is the target of the gas leakage abnormality continues to flow even after the abnormal state is suspended. Thereby, since it can be checked as it is from where the gas used as the object of gas leak abnormality is leaking, workability | operativity of an operator can be improved.
The gas flow rate control unit preferably controls the flow rate of the gas subject to gas leakage abnormality in a state where the abnormal state is suspended to a flow rate smaller than the flow rate at the time of analysis.
According to such a configuration, when a gas leakage abnormality is detected as an abnormal state and the abnormal state is suspended, the flow rate of the gas subject to the gas leakage abnormality is suppressed to a lower flow rate than at the time of analysis. Thereby, the dangers, such as an explosion by a gas leak, and the useless consumption of the gas by a gas leak can be suppressed.
The gas flow rate control unit sets the flow rate of the gas to the set flow rate when the setting of the flow rate of the gas subject to gas leakage abnormality in the state where the abnormal state is suspended is received by the input reception processing unit. You may control.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to arbitrarily set the flow rate of the gas that is the target of the gas leakage abnormality in the state where the abnormal state is suspended. Therefore, in consideration of the risk of explosion due to gas leakage, etc., the flow rate of the gas in the state where the abnormal state is suspended can be set appropriately.
The gas flow rate control unit may completely stop the gas other than the gas subject to gas leakage abnormality.
According to such a configuration, wasteful consumption of gas can be suppressed by completely stopping the gas that is not the target of the gas leakage abnormality in the state where the abnormal state is suspended.
The gas chromatograph may further include a setting screen display processing unit. When the abnormal state is detected by the abnormality detection processing unit, and the selection of suspension of the abnormal state is received by the input reception processing unit, the setting screen display processing unit is a control parameter of a portion where the abnormal state occurs The setting screen is displayed on the display unit.
According to such a configuration, in the state where the abnormal state is put on hold, the operator can set the control parameter of the portion where the abnormal state occurs, and can operate with the control parameter. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately operate the portion where the abnormal state occurs until the countermeasure against the abnormal state is taken, and to suppress the deterioration and expansion of the abnormal state.
According to the present invention, the work performed by the operator is not interrupted by the redisplay of the abnormality notification screen, and it is possible to easily check the abnormal state by selecting a symbol when necessary. The workability of the worker is improved. Further, according to the present invention, the abnormality notification screen is not automatically redisplayed when the worker is absent, so that it is possible to prevent other workers from performing unnecessary work.

FIG. 3A is a diagram illustrating an example of a display mode on the
In the
When an abnormal state is detected by the abnormality
The
The
FIG. 3B is a diagram illustrating an example of a display form on the
The
The
Referring to FIG. 2 again, the symbol
The abnormality
The gas flow
The setting screen
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an example of processing performed by the
In this state, when the
Thereafter, when the
When the cancel key 213 is selected on the
As described above, in this embodiment, after the abnormal state is suspended and the
However, the
FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an example of processing performed by the
When the detected abnormal state is a gas leakage abnormality (Yes in step S202), the gas flow
Thus, when a gas leak abnormality is detected as an abnormal state, the target gas continues to flow even after the abnormal state is suspended. Thereby, since the operator can confirm directly from where the target gas is leaking, for example using the apparatus for detecting a gas leak, workability of an operator can be improved. Moreover, in the state where the abnormal state is suspended, the gases other than the target gas are completely stopped, so that wasteful consumption of gas can be suppressed.
However, when the
The flow rate of the target gas in a state where the gas leakage abnormality is suspended may be a fixed value, or may be set to an arbitrary value by the operator operating the
On the other hand, when the operator sets the flow rate of the target gas using the
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating another example of processing performed by the
The abnormal state in this case includes not only gas leakage abnormality but also various other abnormal states such as temperature abnormality and control abnormality. At this time, it is possible to identify a portion where an abnormal state occurs based on detection signals from various sensors such as a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor provided in the gas chromatograph.
In the parameter setting screen, when the control parameter is set by the operator operating the operation display unit 20 (Yes in step S303), there is a portion in which an abnormal state occurs in the set control parameter. Control is performed (step S304). Thus, in the state where the abnormal state is suspended, the operator can set the control parameter of the part where the abnormal state has occurred, and can operate with the control parameter. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately operate the portion where the abnormal state occurs until the countermeasure against the abnormal state is taken, and to suppress the deterioration and expansion of the abnormal state.
In the above embodiment, the configuration in which the liquid sample is vaporized in the sample introduction unit 3 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and sample gas that has already been vaporized is supplied into the sample introduction unit 3. Such a configuration may be adopted. In this case, the configuration may not be such that the sample vaporizing chamber is formed inside the sample introducing portion 3.
