Description

The present invention relates to a connector for joining tubes by inserting an insertion port of the other tube into a receiving port of one tube.

Conventionally, as this type of jointer, for example, as shown in FIG. 23, pipes 101a and 101b with ribs in which annular ribs 111a and 111b are provided at predetermined intervals on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe in the axial direction are connected. There are things that are used when doing. The connector 103 pivotally supports a semi-annular leg portion 132 sandwiched in a groove portion 112a formed on the outer periphery of one ribbed tube 101a at the lower end of the handle 131, and an intermediate position of the handle 131. A semicircular leg portion 134 is attached to the other end of the stay 133 while supporting one end of the stay 133 at the same time and sandwiching the groove 112b formed on the outer periphery of the other ribbed tube 101b.

In order to connect the ribbed tubes 101a and 101b using such a connector 103, first, the seal packing 102 is attached to the diameter-enlarged receiving port 113a of one ribbed tube 101a and the end of the other ribbed tube 101b. Temporarily insert the tip where the is attached. Next, the semicircular leg portion 132 provided at the lower end of the handle 131 is sandwiched and locked in the groove portion 112a on the outer periphery behind the enlarged diameter receiving port 113a. On the other hand, the semi-circular leg portion 134 provided at the other end of the stay 133 is sandwiched and locked in the groove portion 112b on the outer periphery of the ribbed tube 101b.

Next, when the upper end of the handle 131 is grasped with a hand and the handle 131 is rotated in the one direction Q1 from the vertical position P, the ribbed tube 101b is drawn and its end smoothly enters the enlarged diameter receiving port 113a. Inserted. Thereby, the pipes 101a and 101b with ribs can be joined.

The above-described tube connector 103 is described in, for example, Patent Document 1 below.

However, in the above conventional type, the handle 131 is rotated in the one direction Q1 from the vertical position P and the end of the ribbed tube 101b is inserted into the enlarged diameter receiving port 113a, and then the handle 131 is rotated in the other direction Q2. When it is moved back to the vertical position P, the end of the ribbed tube 101b moves from the inside of the enlarged diameter receiving port 113a in the disengagement direction F. Therefore, the insertion amount of the ribbed tube 101b into the enlarged diameter receiving port 113a May decrease or become zero.

Accordingly, when the handle 131 is rotated in the one direction Q1 from the vertical position P and the end of the ribbed tube 101b is inserted into the enlarged diameter receiving port 113a, if the insertion amount is insufficient, the jointer is temporarily 103 is removed from the ribbed tubes 101a and 101b, the handle 131 is set to the vertical position P, the jointer 103 is set to the ribbed tubes 101a and 101b again, and the handle 131 is rotated from the vertical position P in one direction Q1. There is a problem that a great deal of labor is required for joining the pipes.

Further, when connecting the pipes 101a and 101b, the semicircular leg 132 of the connector 103 is sandwiched between the grooves 112a on the outer periphery of one ribbed pipe 101a, and the semicircular leg 134 is connected to the other ribbed pipe 101b. Since it is necessary to sandwich the groove 112b on the outer periphery, the connector 103 can be used only for the ribbed tubes 101a and 101b having the annular ribs 111a and 111b, and joins the tubes not having the annular ribs 111a and 111b. There is a problem that can not be.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a connector that can reduce the labor of joining pipes and can join pipes that do not have ribs on the outer peripheral surface.

In order to achieve the above object, the first invention is a connector for joining tubes by inserting the insertion port of the other tube into the receiving port of one tube,
An operating rod having a receiving side engaging member;
An interlocking body having an insertion side engaging member;
A connecting member provided between the operating rod and the interlocking body,
The operating rod and a part of the connecting member are rotatably connected,
The interlocking body and the other part of the connecting member are rotatably connected,
The receiving side engaging member can be externally fitted in the vicinity of the receiving port of one of the tubes, and is freely engageable with the receiving port in the tube axis direction.
The insertion side engagement member has a pair of sandwiching portions, and can be fitted on the insertion port of the other tube,
When the operating rod is rotated in the insertion direction of the insertion port with the receiving side engagement member as a fulcrum, the interlocking body is rotated in the insertion direction of the insertion port in conjunction with the operation rod, and the insertion side engagement member is clamped. The part is inserted in the insertion port of the other tube, the insertion side engagement member moves in the insertion direction of the insertion port,
When the operating rod is rotated back in the direction of detachment of the insertion port with the receiving side engagement member as a fulcrum, the holding portion of the insertion side engagement member of the interlocking body is inserted into the other tube in conjunction with the operation rod. Release the pinching of the mouth and slide in the direction of separation with respect to the insertion slot ,
When the operating rod is rotated back in the direction of detachment of the insertion port with the receiving side engaging member as a fulcrum, there is provided a restricting means for restricting a rotation range when the interlocking body is rotated in the direction of detachment of the insertion port. It is what.

According to this, first, the distal end portion of the insertion port of the other tube is temporarily inserted into the receiving port of one tube, and then the insertion side engaging member is externally fitted to the insertion port, and the receiving side engaging member Is fitted to the vicinity of the receiving port, the connector is set on the tube, and the operating rod is rotated in the insertion direction of the insertion port with the receiving side engaging member as a fulcrum. As a result, the interlocking body rotates in the insertion direction of the insertion port in conjunction with the operating rod, and the holding portion of the insertion side engagement member sandwiches (holds) the insertion port of the other tube. Since the engaging member moves in the insertion direction of the insertion slot, the insertion slot is inserted into the receiving slot.

After that, when the operating rod is rotated back in the direction of detachment of the insertion port with the receiving side engaging member as a fulcrum, the interlocking body rotates in the direction of detachment of the insertion port in conjunction with the operating rod. The nipping portion of the engaging member releases the nipping port and slides in the detaching direction relative to the nipping port from the original nipping position. As a result, the holding portion of the insertion side engaging member slides in the separation direction without the insertion port moving in the separation direction from within the receiving port.

Thereafter, by rotating the operating rod in the insertion direction of the insertion port with the receiving side engagement member as a fulcrum, the holding portion of the insertion side engagement member sandwiches the insertion port and the insertion side engagement member is inserted. In order to move in the insertion direction of the mouth, the insertion opening is inserted into the receiving opening.

In this way, the insertion port is inserted into the receiving port a plurality of times by reciprocating the operating rod a plurality of times in both the insertion direction and the detaching direction of the insertion port while the connector is set in the tube. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the connector from the tube and set it again every time the insertion port is inserted into the receiving port, and the labor of the tube joining operation can be reduced.

Note that when the operating rod is rotated back in the direction of detachment of the insertion slot, the rotation range when the interlocking body is rotated in the direction of detachment of the insertion slot is regulated by the regulating means. The nipping portion releases the nipping port and slides more reliably in the detaching direction than the original nipping position with respect to the nipping port.

In the connector according to the second aspect of the invention, the restricting means is a protrusion provided on the connecting member,
When the interlocking body comes into contact with the protrusion, the rotation of the interlocking body in the direction of detachment is restricted.

In the connector according to the third aspect of the invention, the direction in which the receiving side engaging member is fitted over the base portion of the receiving port of one tube and the direction in which the inserting side engaging member is fitted over the insertion port of the other tube Are different.

In the connector according to the fourth aspect of the present invention , the operating rod, the interlocking body, and the connecting member are vertically moved with the receiving side engaging member removed from the one pipe and the inserting side engaging member removed from the other pipe. It extends in a straight line in the direction .

According to this, first, the tip of the insertion port of the other tube is temporarily inserted into the receiving port of one tube, and then the insertion side engaging member of the connector is externally fitted to the insertion port, and the pair is An insertion slot is inserted between the clamping parts. Thereafter, the receiving-side engaging member is externally fitted to the vicinity of the receiving port and engaged with the receiving port in the tube axis direction. Thereby, a junction is set to a pipe.

Thereafter, the operating rod is operated to rotate the operating rod in the insertion direction of the insertion port with the receiving side engaging member as a fulcrum.

The insertion side engaging member is tilted in the insertion direction of the insertion port in conjunction with the rotation of the operation rod, and the pair of holding portions clamp the insertion port. In this state, as the operation rod rotates The insertion side engaging member moves in the insertion direction of the insertion port. Thereby, an insertion port is inserted in a receiving port in the state clamped between the clamping parts of the insertion side engaging member.

In this way, the receiving side engaging member engages with the receiving port in the tube axis direction, the insertion side engaging member is externally fitted to the insertion port, and the insertion of the operating rod in the insertion direction is performed. Since the mouth-side engagement member is inclined in the insertion direction and the paired holding portions are configured to hold the insertion port, it is possible to join tubes that do not have ribs on the outer peripheral surface.

In the connector according to the fifth aspect of the invention, the receiving side engaging member can be externally fitted to the base portion of the receiving port from above.
The insertion side engaging member can be fitted onto the insertion port from the side.

According to this, when setting the connector to the pipe, the operation rod, the interlocking body, and the connecting member extend in a straight line in the vertical direction by lifting the operation rod in the vertical direction. In this state, the insertion port side engaging member is positioned on one side of the insertion port, and then the connector is rotated around the operating rod so that the insertion port side engaging member is moved from one side of the insertion port. Fits in the mouth.

At this time, since the connector is in a straight line, the distance from the operation rod to the interlocking body in the radial direction centered on the operation rod is shortened, thereby narrowing the space on one side of the insertion port. However, the insertion side engaging member can be externally fitted to the insertion port.

Thereafter, the operating rod is lowered and the receiving side engaging member is externally fitted to the base portion of the receiving port from above, whereby the connector is set on the pipe.

Thereby, in the pipe buried in the ground, when the pipe is placed in the groove formed by excavating the ground, and the joint is set and the pipe is joined as described above, one side of the insertion port Since the space formed in the direction can be narrowed, the width of the groove can be narrowed and excavation work on the ground can be easily performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the insertion port is received a plurality of times by reciprocatingly rotating the operating rod a plurality of times in both the insertion direction and the removal direction of the insertion port while the connector is set on the tube. Since it is inserted into the mouth, it is not necessary to remove the connector from the tube and set it again every time the insertion port is inserted into the receiving port, and the labor of joining the tube can be reduced.

In addition, the receiving side engaging member engages with the receiving port in the tube axis direction, the insertion side engaging member is fitted over the insertion port, and the insertion side engaging member is inserted in accordance with the operation of the operating rod. Since it is comprised so that it may be inclined in the insertion direction of a mouth and the clamping part which makes a pair may clamp an insertion port, the pipe | tube which is not equipped with the rib on the outer peripheral surface can be joined.

Furthermore, the pipe buried in the ground is formed on one side of the insertion port when the pipe is placed in a groove formed by excavating the ground and the joint is set to the pipe and joined. Therefore, the groove width can be narrowed, and the excavation work on the ground can be easily performed.

In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a push-on type detachment prevention pipe joint, and the other receiving port 3 formed at the end of one pipe 2 connected to the other is connected to the other. An insertion opening 5 formed at the end of the tube 4 is inserted. These pipes 2 and 4 are buried in the ground in a joined state.

Inside the receiving port 3, a seal groove 7 and a lock ring housing groove 8 are formed. An annular seal member 9 made of rubber (an example of an elastic material) that seals between the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the insertion port 5 is fitted in the seal groove 7.

A lock ring 11 and a centering member 12 are fitted in the lock ring housing groove 8. The lock ring 11 is a metal member divided in the circumferential direction, and is configured to elastically hold the outer peripheral surface of the insertion slot 5 by having an elastic diameter reducing force. The centering member 12 is a rubber annular member, and holds the lock ring 11 in a centered state with respect to the receiving port 3 when the insertion port 5 is not inserted into the receiving port 3.

Further, a protrusion 14 is formed on the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the insertion slot 5, and the protrusion 14 can be engaged with the lock ring 11 from the receiving port back side.

As shown in FIG. 2, reference numeral 21 denotes a connector for inserting the insertion port 5 of the other tube 4 into the receiving port 3 of the one tube 2 and joining both the tubes 2 and 4 together. The connector 21 includes an operating rod 22, an interlocking body 23, and a connecting member 24 provided between the operating rod 22 and the interlocking body 23.

The operating rod 22 has a bar-like handle 26 that is elongated in the vertical direction, and a receiving-side engagement member 27 provided at the lower end of the handle 26. The interlocking body 23 includes a plate-like interlocking frame 29 that is long in the vertical direction, and an insertion side engagement member 30 provided at the lower end of the interlocking frame 29.

The receiving-side engagement member 27 is an inverted U-shaped (bifurcated) member that is open at the bottom, and includes a pair of arm portions 32 that face each other in the left-right direction when viewed from the tube axis direction A, and both arm portions. And an attachment portion 33 provided between the upper end portions of 32. The attachment portion 33 is attached to the lower end portion of the handle 26.

Further, the interval B between the arm portions 32 is smaller than the outer diameter D1 (see FIG. 8) of the enlarged receiving port 3, and the outer diameter D2 of the tube 2 in the straight portion 15 reduced in diameter than the receiving port 3 ( It is set slightly larger than that shown in FIG. Thereby, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, the receiving-side engagement member 27 can be externally fitted to the base portion of the receiving port 3 (an example of a portion near the receiving port 3) from above the one pipe 2. Yes, and can be freely engaged with the receiving port 3 in the tube axis direction A.

3 and 8, the receiving side engaging member 27 is inclined in the insertion direction C of the insertion port 5 with respect to the handle 26 in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the insertion side engagement member 30 is a lateral U-shaped (bifurcated) member that is open on one side on the left and right sides, and a pair of sandwiching portions 36 and 37 that face each other in the vertical direction. And a side plate portion 38 provided between the left and right other ends of the sandwiching portions 36 and 37. The upper clamping unit 36 is attached to the lower end of the interlocking frame 29.

Further, the interval E between the sandwiching portions 36 and 37 is set to be slightly larger than the outer diameter D2 (see FIG. 8) of the tube 13 in the straight portion 15. Thereby, the insertion side engagement member 30 can be fitted onto the insertion port 5 from the left and right sides of the other tube 4.

Thus, the direction in which the receiving side engaging member 27 is fitted on the base portion of the receiving port 3 of the one tube 2 and the inserting side engaging member 30 are fitted on the insertion port 5 of the other tube 4. The direction differs by 90 ° in the circumferential direction of the tubes 2, 4.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the operating rod 22 has a projecting piece 40 projecting toward the interlocking body 23 at the lower portion of the handle 26. The projecting piece 40 and one end portion of the connecting member 24 are rotatably connected to each other by a fastener 41 such as a bolt and a nut. The upper part of the interlocking frame 29 of the interlocking body 23 and the other end of the connecting member 24 are connected to each other by a fastener 43 such as a bolt and a nut so as to be rotatable. In addition, the one end part of the connection member 24 includes not only one end but also the vicinity thereof. Similarly, the other end portion of the connecting member 24 includes not only the other end but also the vicinity thereof.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 19, the other end of the connecting member 24 is provided with a protrusion 47 (an example of a restricting means) made of a pin or the like. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the interlocking frame 29 of the interlocking body 23 abuts against the protrusion 47, so that the angle between the interlocking body 23 and the connecting member 24 does not become smaller than the predetermined angle α. Thus, the rotation range of the interlocking body 23 in the detaching direction F of the insertion slot 5 is restricted.

As shown in FIG. 13, when the connector 21 is removed from the pipes 2 and 4 and the handle 26 is lifted in the vertical direction, the connecting member 24 rotates about the fastener 41 and the operation rod 22 While hanging down, the interlocking body 23 rotates around the fastener 43 and falls below the connecting member 24, and the operation rod 22, the interlocking body 23, and the connecting member 24 extend in a straight line in the vertical direction.

A joining method for joining the tubes 2 and 4 using the joining device 21 as described above will be described below.

When joining the pipes 2, 4, first, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the pipes 2, 4 are arranged in a groove 61 formed by excavating the ground 60, and the receiving port 3 of one pipe 2 is placed. The tip of the insertion opening 5 of the other tube 4 is temporarily inserted.

Thereafter, the junction 21 is set on the tubes 2 and 4. At this time, when the operator lifts the handle 26 of the connector 21 in the vertical direction, the operating rod 22, the interlocking body 23, and the connecting member 24 are in a state of extending in a straight line in the vertical direction. In this state, the connector 21 is lowered into the groove 61, and the insertion side engaging member 30 is connected to the other tube 4 and the groove 61 in a state where the holding portions 36 and 37 are directed in the tube axis direction A of the other tube 4. Between the first side wall surface 62 and the second side wall surface 62.

Thereafter, the connector 21 is rotated about 90 ° in one direction 64 around the handle 26, and the clamping portions 36 and 37 are changed to a direction orthogonal to the other tube 4 as shown in FIGS. Thereafter, the handle 26 is moved in the lateral direction 65 perpendicular to the tube axis direction A, and the insertion side engagement member 30 is sufficiently fitted to the insertion port 5 from one side of the other tube 4 to hold the pair of clamps. The insertion slot 5 is inserted between the portions 36 and 37.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 13, the connector 21 is in a state of extending in a straight line, so that the distance G from the operation rod 22 to the interlocking body 23 in the radial direction centering on the operation rod 22 is shortened. Thereby, even if the space 63 between the insertion port 5 and the one side wall surface 62 of the groove 61 is narrow, the insertion-side engagement member 30 can be externally fitted to the insertion port 5. W can be narrowed, and excavation work on the ground surface 60 can be performed quickly and easily.

Thereafter, the operation rod 22 is subsequently lowered, and as shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, the receiving side engaging member 27 is externally fitted to the base portion of the receiving port 3 from above, and the receiving port in the tube axis direction A is received. 3 is engaged. Thereby, the junction 21 is set to the pipes 2 and 4.

Thereafter, the operator operates the handle 26 to rotate the operating rod 22 from the vertical position P in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5 with the reception-side engagement member 27 as a fulcrum as shown in FIGS. Move. The interlocking body 23 rotates in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5 in conjunction with the rotation of the operating rod 22, and the insertion side engagement member 30 is inserted into the insertion slot 5 as shown in FIGS. The pair of holding portions 36 and 37 sandwich the insertion slot 5 from above and below, and in this state, the operating rod 22 further rotates in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5 as shown in FIG. Along with this, as shown in FIG. 10, the insertion-side engagement member 30 moves in the insertion direction C of the insertion port 5. Thereby, the insertion port 5 is inserted into the receiving port 3 in a state of being sandwiched between the pair of sandwiching portions 36 and 37.

At this time, the contact portion between the upper clamping part 36 (the clamping part closer to the connecting member 24) and the insertion slot 5 is the lower clamping part 37 (the clamping part farther from the coupling member 24) and the insertion slot 5. It is closer to the receiving port 3 side than the contact part. Note that the clamping position of the insertion slot 5 by the clamping parts 36 and 37 at this time is an initial clamping position J.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 and 8 to 10, the receiving-side engaging member 27 engages with the receiving port 3 in the tube axis direction A, and the inserting-side engaging member 30 is outside the inserting port 5. The insertion port side engaging member 30 is tilted in the insertion direction C as the operating rod 22 rotates in the insertion direction C, and the pair of holding portions 36 and 37 hold the insertion port 5. Therefore, it is possible to join the pipes 2 and 4 having no ribs on the outer peripheral surface.

Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, when the operating rod 22 is rotated in the detaching direction F of the insertion slot 5 and returned to the vertical position P with the receiving-side engagement member 27 as a fulcrum, FIG. As shown in FIG. 12, the interlocking body 23 rotates in the detaching direction F of the insertion slot 5 in conjunction with the operating rod 22 to release the pair of clamping portions 36 and 37 from pinching the insertion slot 5. It slides (displaces) in the detachment direction F from the initial clamping position J with respect to the insertion slot 5. As a result, the pair of clamping portions 36 and 37 slide in the separation direction F from the initial clamping position J without the insertion port 5 moving in the separation direction F from within the receiving port 3.

At this time, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, when the interlocking frame 29 of the interlocking body 23 comes into contact with the protrusion 47, the angle between the interlocking body 23 and the connecting member 24 is less than the predetermined angle α. In addition, the range of rotation of the interlocking body 23 in the detaching direction F of the insertion slot 5 is restricted. As a result, the interlocking body 23 becomes substantially vertical, and the clamping of the insertion slot 5 by the pair of clamping parts 36 and 37 is reliably released, and the clamping parts 36 and 37 are inserted while maintaining such a released state. It slides reliably in the disengagement direction F from the initial clamping position J with respect to the mouth 5.

Note that the predetermined angle α means that the interlocking body 23 rotates and tilts further in the disengagement direction F than the vertical direction, so that both the sandwiching portions 36 and 37 of the insertion side engagement member 30 sandwich the insertion port 5. This is an angle at which it is possible to prevent it. Thereby, the contact site | part of the upper clamping part 36 and the insertion port 5 of the insertion side engaging member 30 will move away from the receiving port 3 side rather than the contact site | part of the lower clamping part 37 and the insertion port 5. FIG. Preventing the interlocking body 23 from being in such a reverse orientation (that is, the orientation opposite to that of the interlocking body 23 shown in FIG. 10 and the orientation of the interlocking body 23 shown by the solid line in FIG. 21 in the following reference example). Can do. For this reason, a pair of clamping parts 36 and 37 slide in the detachment direction F reliably.

Thereafter, the operation lever 22 is rotated from the vertical position P in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5 again, as shown in FIGS. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the interlocking body 23 rotates in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5 in conjunction with the rotation of the operating rod 22, and the insertion side engagement member 30 is inserted into the insertion slot 5. In this state, the pair of holding portions 36 and 37 sandwich the insertion slot 5 from above and below, and in this state, as the operating rod 22 further rotates in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5, the insertion slot The side engagement member 30 moves in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5. Thereby, the insertion port 5 is inserted into the receiving port 3 in a state of being sandwiched between the pair of sandwiching portions 36 and 37.

In this way, by reciprocatingly rotating the operation rod 22 from the vertical position P in both the insertion direction C and the separation direction F of the insertion port 5 a plurality of times while the joint 21 is set on the tubes 2 and 4, The insertion slot 5 is inserted into the receiving slot 3 multiple times. Thereby, when the operating rod 22 is rotated only once and the insertion amount when the insertion port 5 is inserted into the receiving port 3 only once is insufficient, the insertion port 5 is inserted into the receiving port 3 once. It is not necessary to remove the connector 21 from the pipes 2 and 4 and set them again, so that the labor of joining the pipes 2 and 4 can be reduced.

As a reference example, as shown in FIG. 20, if the projection 47 is not provided at the other end of the connecting member 24, the operating rod 22 is set to the vertical position P with the receiving-side engagement member 27 as a fulcrum. The insertion port 5 is inserted into the receiving port 3 in a state of being sandwiched between the pair of sandwiching portions 36 and 37 by rotating in the insertion direction C of the insertion port 5.

Thereafter, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 21, when the operating rod 22 is rotated in the detaching direction F of the insertion port 5 and returned to the vertical position P with the receiving-side engaging member 27 as a fulcrum, the operating rod 22 is interlocked. Then, the interlocking body 23 rotates in the removal direction F of the insertion slot 5. At this time, since the rotation range of the interlocking body 23 in the removal direction F is not restricted, the interlocking body 23 is inclined as shown in FIG. It passes through the vertical direction (see the phantom line in FIG. 21) from the direction, and further rotates and tilts in the separation direction F (see the solid line in FIG. 21). As a result, the holding portions 36 and 37 are only rotated in the direction of the arrow 66 while remaining at the initial holding position J, and do not slide in the detaching direction F from the initial holding position J with respect to the insertion slot 5.

As a result, in the reference example, the operating rod 22 is reciprocated a plurality of times from the vertical position P in both the insertion direction C and the separation direction F of the insertion port 5 while the connector 21 is set in the tubes 2 and 4. Even if it moves, the insertion slot 5 cannot be inserted into the reception slot 3 multiple times.

Moreover, in the said 1st Embodiment, as shown in FIG.3, FIG.8, the receiving side engaging member 27 inclines in the insertion direction C of the insertion port 5 with respect to the handle 26 made into the perpendicular direction. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 10, when the operating rod 22 is rotated from the vertical position P in the insertion direction C of the insertion slot 5 and the insertion slot 5 is inserted into the reception slot 3, It can suppress that the joint member 27 competes with the receiving port 3, and the space | interval B of both the arm parts 32 spreads forcibly.

In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 19, the protrusion 47 is provided on the connecting member 24, but it may be provided on the interlocking frame 29 of the interlocking body 23. In this case, the other end of the connecting member 24 abuts on the protrusion 47, so that the angle between the interlocking body 23 and the connecting member 24 does not become smaller than the predetermined angle α. The rotation range in the detaching direction F is restricted.
(Second Embodiment)
In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 22, a restriction plate 70 is provided at the other end of the connecting member 24 as another example of the restriction means. When the interlocking frame 29 of the interlocking body 23 abuts on the restricting plate 70, the angle between the interlocking body 23 and the connecting member 24 does not become smaller than the predetermined angle α, and the interlocking body 23 rotates in the disengagement direction F. Range is regulated.

Thereby, the same operation and effect as the first embodiment can be obtained.

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 22, the restriction plate 70 is provided on the connecting member 24, but it may be provided on the interlocking frame 29 of the interlocking body 23. In this case, the other end portion of the connecting member 24 abuts on the restriction plate 70, so that the angle between the interlocking body 23 and the connecting member 24 does not become smaller than the predetermined angle α. The rotation range in the detaching direction F is restricted.

In each of the above embodiments, the push-on type separation preventing pipe joint 1 shown in FIG. 1 is joined using the joint 21, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the receiving of one pipe 2 is not limited thereto. Any type of pipe joint that inserts the insertion port 5 of the other pipe 4 into the port 3 may be used. For example, a push-on type pipe joint that does not have a detachment preventing function or a pipe joint other than the push-on type may be used. .
