Description
The present invention relates to a curtain wall unit constituting a curtain wall constituting an outer wall surface of a building.
Conventionally, as a curtain wall, a curtain wall having a watertight structure between adjacent curtain wall units is known (see Patent Document 1). The curtain wall unit is configured by mounting a panel body in a frame body in which an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames are framed. The watertight structure is configured by bringing each sealing material mounted on the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames into contact with each sealing material of the adjacent curtain wall unit. In particular, the vertical frame is fitted with an indoor sealing material and an outdoor vertical sealing material, and isobaric that forms an isobar space with the outdoor air between the indoor sealing material and the outdoor vertical sealing material. The structure is structured. By adopting this isobaric structure, intrusion of rainwater can be suppressed, so that it is possible to save the trouble of filling a sealing material between the curtain wall units after the curtain wall units are installed.
By the way, in the curtain wall of patent document 1, since the vertical frame is integrally formed from the outdoor side to the indoor side, it conducts heat from the exposed part on the outdoor side of the vertical frame to the indoor side part. For this reason, it is difficult to improve heat insulation.
An object of the present invention is to provide a curtain wall unit capable of forming an isobaric structure and improving heat insulation.
The curtain wall unit of the present invention is a curtain wall unit including a watertight material and a frame body to which an airtight material located indoors than the watertight material is mounted, and a panel disposed in the frame body, The frame has a frame main body having an indoor facing piece facing the indoor surface of the panel, an outdoor facing piece facing the outdoor surface of the panel, and a connecting piece for connecting the outdoor facing piece to the frame main body. and, the outdoor end of the connecting piece, the engaging piece portion protruding find both sides of the frame body is formed, the outdoor facing plates is formed as a separate body with respect to the connecting piece, the outdoor The facing piece includes an indoor facing surface that faces the indoor surface of the engaging piece portion on both ends of the engaging piece portion, an end facing surface that faces both ends of the engaging piece portion, and the engaging piece And an outdoor facing surface facing the outdoor surface of the section. Engageable engaging recess on one part is formed, between the said engagement recess and the engagement piece portion is interposed an insulating material for indoor and outdoor heat insulation, the insulating material, than the watertight material It is mounted on the outdoor side.
According to the present invention, when a plurality of curtain wall units are juxtaposed in a building to form a curtain wall, the watertight materials (rain barriers) and the airtight materials (wind barriers) of the curtain wall units adjacent to each other are arranged. An isobaric space is formed between the watertight material and the airtight material so as to form an isobaric space between the outdoor air and the outdoor air, thereby forming an isobaric structure capable of suppressing intrusion of rainwater from the outdoor side. In such a configuration, since an insulating material for indoor and outdoor heat insulation is interposed between the outdoor facing piece and the connecting piece, heat conduction from the outdoor facing piece exposed to the outdoor side to the connecting piece can be insulated. Can improve the heat insulation.
In addition, since the insulating material is attached to the outdoor side of the watertight material, the temperature change depending on the outdoor air outside the frame body located on the indoor side of the insulating material is reduced, and the space between the watertight material and the airtight material is reduced. Reduces the temperature change that depends on the outdoor air outside the isobaric space by suppressing heat conduction to the isobaric space
it can. Thereby, it becomes easier to keep the room temperature at a predetermined temperature without being affected by the temperature change caused by the outdoor outside air.
In addition, according to such a configuration, the engagement piece portion is formed to protrude on both sides of the frame body in the finding direction, and the engagement recess portion has the indoor facing surface, the end facing surface, and the outdoor facing surface. Even if the insulating material between the engaging piece and the engaging recess is burned out, each facing surface (especially the indoor facing surface) of the engaging recess is in contact with the engaging piece and receives the outdoor surface of the panel by the outdoor facing piece. Can be maintained. Thereby, drop-off to the outdoor side of a panel can be suppressed and flame-shielding property can be maintained.
Moreover, since the engagement piece is formed at the outdoor end of the connecting piece, an insulating material for indoor and outdoor heat insulation can be arranged at a position near the outdoor side of the frame. For this reason, the frame part affected by the outdoor temperature can be reduced, and the heat insulation can be improved.
The curtain wall unit of the present invention is a curtain wall unit including a watertight material and a frame body to which an airtight material located indoors than the watertight material is mounted, and a panel disposed in the frame body, The frame includes a frame main body having an indoor facing piece facing the indoor surface of the panel and a prospective piece continuous to the indoor facing piece, an outdoor facing piece facing the outdoor surface of the panel, and the outdoor facing piece A connecting piece that is connected to the frame body and a cover piece that covers an inner prospective surface of the prospective piece with a space therebetween, and the outdoor facing piece is formed separately from the connecting piece, An insulating material for indoor and outdoor heat insulation is interposed between the piece and the connecting piece, the insulating material is mounted on the outdoor side of the watertight material, and the cover piece is formed on the outdoor side and the indoor side of the cover piece. The frame body Characterized in that it is connected via an insulating material for chromatography strip insulation.
It is possible to reduce the temperature change depending on the outdoor air outside the isobaric space by suppressing the heat conduction to the isobaric space. Thereby, it becomes easier to keep the room temperature at a predetermined temperature without being affected by the temperature change caused by the outdoor outside air.
Furthermore, according to such a structure, since the cover piece is connected to the frame main body via the respective insulating materials on the outdoor side and the indoor side, heat transfer from the frame main body to the cover piece can be insulated.
By the way, in the case where the outdoor watertight material described above is not provided, the frame body of the curtain wall unit disposed adjacently is affected to some extent by the outdoor air outside, and there is a temperature difference between the frame body and the indoor space.
May occur and condensation may easily occur on the inner prospective surface of the prospective piece. Therefore, in the present invention, by installing the cover piece as described above, condensation that may occur on the prospective piece can be blinded, and heat transfer from the frame body to the cover piece is insulated by each insulating material. The temperature difference between the piece and the indoor space can be reduced, and the occurrence of condensation on the cover piece can be suppressed. Furthermore, since the space between the prospective piece and the cover piece is blocked from room air, it is possible to suppress the inflow of moist air from the indoor side into the space and reduce condensation on the prospective piece.
In addition, since the cover piece is connected to one frame body, it can be connected to the frame body in advance before the on-site construction of the curtain wall unit. For this reason, it is excellent in workability compared with the cover member installed, for example, covering the frame main bodies arranged adjacent to each other after the curtain wall unit is constructed on site.
In the curtain wall unit of the present invention described above, the indoor facing piece has an extending portion that extends from the prospective piece along the direction in which the frame body is found, and the extending portion includes an outdoor protrusion and An indoor protrusion is formed, a backup material that contacts the panel is attached to the outdoor protrusion, an insulating material for insulating the cover piece is attached to the indoor protrusion, and an outdoor end of the cover piece It is preferable that a concave portion that engages with the insulating material for insulating the cover piece is formed in the portion.
According to such a configuration, since the outdoor protrusion and the indoor protrusion are respectively provided on the frame main body insulated from the outdoor facing piece, the backup material and the insulating material can be easily provided in the indoor and outdoor directions. The insulating material and the cover piece can be securely attached by the recess.

It is preferable that a recess that engages with the insulating material for insulating the cover piece is formed.
In the curtain wall unit of the present invention, it is preferable that an outdoor watertight material is further attached to a portion of the frame body that is on the outdoor side of the watertight material and on the indoor side of the insulating material.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to block the intrusion of rainwater by the outdoor watertight material located outside the watertight material for forming the isobaric space, and it is possible to reduce the frame part that is affected by the outdoor temperature, In addition, excessive inflow of outdoor outside air can be suppressed, and heat insulation can be improved.

In this way, the curtain wall 1 is constructed.
