Description

The present invention relates to a flat illumination device in which a light source is disposed facing a side end surface of a plate-like light guide plate, and a flat plate surface of the light guide plate emits light.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, lighting devices that use light emitting elements such as light emitting diodes (LEDs) as light sources have become widespread. As one of such illuminating devices, a light source arranged in a line is arranged facing the side end surface of the plate-shaped light guide plate, light is incident on the light guide plate, and the light source plate has a light source on the side end surface. 2. Description of the Related Art A flat plate lighting device that emits light from one of two adjacent flat plate surfaces to emit light in a planar shape is known.

In general, the flat illuminating device has a structure in which a light emitting plate and a side end surface excluding a surface facing the outgoing light surface are surrounded by a frame member together with a light source. When such a flat lighting device is installed on the ceiling, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, an opening is provided in the ceiling, and a lighting device fixing member for storing a power source or the like is attached to an anchor bolt in the opening. A structure is known in which a lighting device is fixed to a lighting device fixing member by hooking a V-shaped spring disposed on a frame member of the lighting device to a mounting bracket provided on the lighting device fixing member. In such a structure, first, the tip of the V-shaped spring is gripped so that the V-shape is closed, and only the tip is hooked on the mounting bracket to temporarily fix it. In this state, the hand is placed between the lighting device and the ceiling surface. If the lighting device is pushed up after completion of the work, the lighting device is fixed to the ceiling surface by the biasing force of the V-shaped spring.

In the structure in which the V-shaped spring as described above is arranged on the frame member, an opening corresponding to the size of the frame member is provided on the ceiling surface, and a mounting bracket corresponding to the V-shaped spring is provided at the end of the opening. It is necessary to provide it to come. However, in actual construction, careful work is required to accurately provide the opening on the ceiling surface in accordance with the size of the frame member, and dimensional errors often occur. If the opening is provided larger than the outer dimension of the frame member, a gap will be created in the ceiling surface when the lighting device is installed. To avoid this, the opening should be made smaller than the outer dimension of the frame member. If it is provided, since the V-shaped spring is provided on the frame member, this time, it interferes with the ceiling surface to which the V-shaped spring of the lighting device is attached, and there is a possibility that the lighting device itself cannot be attached.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the flat illuminating device which can be attached also to the to-be-attached member provided in the opening part smaller than an external dimension. .

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a flat light guide plate having an output light surface on a flat plate surface, a reflective sheet is laminated on a flat plate surface opposite to the output light surface, and the light guide plate side is provided. A light emitting part formed by arranging a light source so as to face the end face, an outer frame member that surrounds a side end face of the light guide plate and into which the light emitting part is fitted so as to accommodate the light source, and the outgoing light surface On the opposite side, a flat panel illuminating device comprising a reinforcing member having opposite ends fixed to two opposite sides of the outer frame member, wherein the flat panel illuminating device can be attached to and detached from the attached member. Provided is a flat illuminating device in which a V-shaped spring to be attached to the inside is provided inside the outer frame member (Invention 1).

According to the above invention (Invention 1), the V-shaped spring is disposed not on the outer frame member but on the reinforcing member that is provided between two opposing sides of the outer frame member, and is located on the inner side of the outer frame member. Since the V-shaped spring is provided at the close position, the size of the opening of the mounting surface to which the flat lighting device is attached is smaller than that of the flat lighting device, and even when the attached member is provided in the opening, The flat illumination device can be mounted without the V-shaped spring interfering with the mounting surface.

In the said invention (invention 1), it is preferable that the protection member which prevents the said V-shaped spring from contacting the said reflection sheet is provided on the said reflection sheet (invention 2).

When the tip of the V-shaped spring is gripped so that the V-shape is closed and only the tip is hooked on the mounted member to temporarily fix it, the hand can be released from the V-shaped spring before being hooked on the mounted member. If the hand slips during work, the V-shaped spring may be urged to open more than the natural state due to the restoring force, and the tip of the V-shaped spring may hurt by striking the reflection sheet. is there. According to the said invention (invention 2), the dent by the front-end | tip of a V-shaped spring hit | does not remain in a reflective sheet, and the uniformity of the surface emission of an emitted light surface is not impaired.

The flat illuminating device of the present invention can be attached to a member to be attached provided in an opening smaller than the outer dimension.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic external view showing the structure of a flat illuminating device 100 according to this embodiment. The flat illuminating device 100 includes a light emitting unit 10, an outer frame member 20, a reinforcing member 30, a V-shaped spring 40, and the like. The protective member 50 is comprised.

As shown in FIG. 2, the light emitting unit 10 has a laminated structure of a light guide plate 11 and a reflection sheet 12, and a light source 13 is disposed at a side end portion of the light guide plate 11. The light guide plate 11 constituting the light emitting unit 10 is a flat plate having a rectangular shape in plan view, and has an outgoing light surface 111 on the lower flat plate surface in FIG. The light guide plate 11 is formed of a known transparent resin such as acrylic resin, and is subjected to reflection processing so that light incident on the side end surface from the light source 13 is emitted in a planar shape from the outgoing light surface 111.

The reflection sheet 12 is laminated on the flat plate surface opposite to the outgoing light surface 111 of the light guide plate 11, that is, on the back side of the outgoing light surface 111. The reflection sheet 12 is formed from a thin aluminum plate having a thickness of about 0.5 mm, for example, and is laminated so as to cover the entire flat plate surface of the light guide plate 11.

The light source 13 is formed by arranging a plurality of LEDs (not shown) at a predetermined interval on a long LED substrate (not shown), and is arranged to face one side end surface of the light guide plate 11. Yes.

The outer frame member 20 is a frame member having a rectangular shape in a plan view in which the light emitting unit 10 is fitted so that the four sides surround the side end surface of the light guide plate 11 on which the reflection sheet 12 is laminated, and the light source 13 is accommodated inside the outer frame member 20. Is done. The outer frame member 20 is manufactured by, for example, bender processing of a steel plate or roll forming of a rolled steel plate, but is not limited thereto, and may be made of an aluminum alloy manufactured by, for example, extrusion molding.

The reinforcing member 30 is an elongated member having an elongated flat plate shape, and is disposed so as to extend over two opposing long sides of the outer frame member 20, and both end portions are formed on the two opposing long sides of the outer frame member 20. It is fixed. Similarly to the outer frame member 20, the reinforcing member 30 is manufactured by, for example, bender processing of a steel plate or roll forming of a rolled steel plate, but is not limited thereto, and may be made of, for example, an aluminum alloy manufactured by extrusion molding. Good.

The reinforcing member 30 has a V-shaped spring 40 for detachably attaching the flat lighting device 100 to a power supply fixture 300 (attached member) attached to the opening 201 provided on the ceiling surface 200. It is provided inside the member. The V-shaped spring 40 is formed by bending a single metal wire into a V shape, and a winding portion 41 in which the metal wire is coiled a plurality of times and a pair of extending portions from both ends of the winding portion 41. It consists of an arm portion 42 and an arm end 43 formed by bending the respective distal end portions of the arm portion 42 in a bowl shape. The arm end 43 is provided so as to protrude in the outward direction of the V shape of the pair of arm portions 42. As shown in FIG. 3, the V-shaped spring 40 is attached to the reinforcing member 30 so that the attachment claw 31 provided on the reinforcing member 30 passes through the winding portion 41.

As shown in FIG. 4, the V-shaped spring 40 is provided at a position on the reinforcing member 30 that is inside by a distance D from the outer edge of each side of the outer frame member 20. Needless to say, the mounting claw 31 is provided at this position in order to provide the V-shaped spring 40 at this position. The distance D from the outer edge of each side of the outer frame member 20 to the position where the V-shaped spring 40 is provided is not necessarily the same for all the V-shaped springs 40.

In the present embodiment, two reinforcing members 30 are provided between two opposing long sides of the outer frame member 20, and two V-shaped springs 40 are provided on each reinforcing member 30, a total of four. However, the number is not limited to this, and the number can be increased or decreased according to the size, weight, etc. of the flat illumination device 100.

A total of four protective members 50 for preventing the V-shaped spring from coming into contact with the reflective sheet 12 are provided on the reflective sheet 12, one on each side of the reinforcing member 30. The protection member 50 has a rectangular band shape in plan view, and is formed of, for example, a thin polyethylene terephthalate plate or polycarbonate plate having a thickness of about 1 mm. The protection member 50 is fixed on the reflection sheet 12 using fixing means such as double-sided tape.

The installation position of the protection member 50 on the reflection sheet 12 will be described below with reference to FIG. When the flat illumination device 100 is attached to a member to be attached provided on an attachment surface such as a ceiling surface, the V-shaped spring 40 in the natural state of (a) is first gripped so that the V-shape is closed as shown in (b). Then, only the arm end 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 is hooked on the attached member to be in a temporarily fixed state. However, if the hand is released from the V-shaped spring 40 before it is successfully hooked on the attached member, or the hand slips during the work. As a result of the restoring force, the V-shaped spring 40 is urged in the direction in which the V-shape is opened compared to the natural state, and the arm end 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 strikes the reflecting sheet 12 as shown in FIG. Will hurt. When the arm end 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 hits, a dent remains on the reflecting sheet 12, and the uniformity of surface emission of the outgoing light surface 111 is impaired due to the dent. Since the reflective sheet 12 once left with a dent cannot be repaired only, it must be replaced. Therefore, as shown in (d), the protection member 50 is installed at a position where the arm end 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 hits. By providing the protective member at such a position, the arm end 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 does not hit and a dent is not left on the reflection sheet 21, and the uniformity of surface emission on the outgoing light surface is not impaired.

When the protective member 50 is provided, when the V-shaped spring 40 is vibrated in the direction in which the V-shaped spring is opened more than the natural state due to the restoring force, the winding portion 41 of the V-shaped spring 40 is momentarily detached from the mounting claw 31. In consideration of the fact that the arm portion 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 is bent slightly, the position where the arm end 43 contacts slightly shifts closer to the reinforcing member 30, and the position where the arm end 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 contacts in the natural state. That is, it is preferable to provide the protection member 50 so as to protect the peripheral region around the position separated from the mounting claw 31 of the reinforcing member 30 by the length of the arm portion 42.

The flat illumination device 100 is attached to a ceiling surface 200 as shown in FIG. The ceiling surface 200 is provided with a rectangular opening 201 that is smaller than the outer dimensions of the flat illumination device 100, and an anchor bolt is installed in the opening 201 in a substantially vertical direction from a structure housing outside the ceiling surface 200. 202 is stretched. The anchor bolt 202 is provided with a locking member 301 for attaching the flat lighting device 100 on the side surface, and a generally box-shaped power supply fixing bracket having an open side (lower side in FIG. 6) to which the flat lighting device 100 is attached. 300 is fixed with a nut 203. The power supply fixture 300 accommodates a power supply unit (not shown) that is connected to the flat illumination device 100 when the flat illumination device 100 is attached.

Two locking members 301 are provided on each of both lateral surfaces of the power supply fixture 300 in the short direction, and the four locking members 301 are provided in the four V-shaped springs 40 of the flat lighting device 100. Is provided at a position corresponding to.

FIG. 7 shows a state in which the flat illumination device 100 is attached to the power supply fixture 300 fixed in the opening 201 provided on the ceiling surface 200 (the outer frame member 20 is omitted for simplification). . FIG. 7A is a schematic cross-sectional view seen from the long side of the flat illuminating device 100, and FIG. 7B is a schematic cross-sectional view seen from the short side of the flat illuminating device 100. The four V-shaped springs 40 provided on the reinforcing member 30 of the flat illuminating device 100 are engaged with the four engaging members 301 provided on the side surfaces of the power supply fixture 300, so that the flat illuminating device 100 is attached to the ceiling. The surface 200 is detachably attached. At this time, the size of the opening 201 provided on the ceiling surface 200 is set such that the four locking members 301 provided on the side surface of the power supply fixture 300 and the four provided on the reinforcing member 30 of the flat lighting device 100. Since the positional relationship of the V-shaped spring 40 is not affected, even if the size of the opening 201 varies somewhat, there is no problem in mounting the flat panel lighting device 100.

According to the flat illuminating device 100 according to the present embodiment, the V-shaped spring 40 is not disposed on the outer frame member 20 but on the reinforcing member 30 that is provided between two opposing sides of the outer frame member 20. Since it is provided at a position closer to the inside by a distance D from each side of the outer frame member 20, the size of the opening 201 of the ceiling surface 200 to which the flat illuminating device 100 is attached is smaller than the flat illuminating device 100. Even when the power supply fixture 300 is provided in the portion 201, the flat lighting device 100 can be attached to the power fixture 300 without the V-shaped spring 40 interfering with the ceiling surface 200.

As mentioned above, although the illuminating device concerning this invention has been demonstrated based on drawing, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A various change implementation is possible.

For example, the reinforcing member 20 may be disposed so as to pass two opposing short sides of the outer frame member 20, and both end portions may be fixed to the two opposing short sides of the outer frame member 20. The shape of the reinforcing member 20 is not limited to a flat plate shape, and may be designed in a shape suitable for the purpose of reinforcing the strength of the outer frame member 20, for example.

Further, the protection member 50 does not need to be installed in a belt shape as long as it can prevent the V-shaped spring 40 from contacting the reflective sheet 12. For example, it is assumed that the arm end 43 of the V-shaped spring 40 contacts the reflective sheet 12. A protective member such as a square or a circle may be installed at a pin point around the position and the position.

Further, the mechanism for attaching the V-shaped spring 40 to the reinforcing member 30 (corresponding to the attachment claw 31 in this embodiment) is configured to be slidable on the reinforcing member 30, so that each outer side of the outer frame member 20 can be moved. The distance D from the end to the position where the V-shaped spring 40 is provided may be variable.
