Description
The present invention relates to an automatic traveling work vehicle that performs automatic steering traveling along a set target traveling route.
As a work vehicle having an automatic steering function that is automatically steered along a set target travel route, Patent Document 1 discloses a teaching route generated by a teaching route generation unit based on position information measured by a GPS device. A rice transplanter that generates a target route parallel to the vehicle and travels autonomously on the target route is disclosed. In this rice transplanter, an actual travel route during automatic travel is measured by the GPS unit, and a deviation amount between the target route and the actual travel target route is calculated and compared with a preset threshold value. At that time, the angle between the target path direction and the traveling direction is used as the amount of deviation. If the amount of deviation exceeds the threshold, the direction of deviation from the reference line is detected and judged, and the deviation to the left is detected. If a deviation occurs, the steering device is corrected in the right direction according to the amount of deviation, and if a deviation occurs in the right direction, the steering device is corrected in the left direction according to the amount of deviation. However, in a work vehicle that employs such a principle of automatic driving, only the angle formed by the target route direction and the traveling direction is used for steering control as a driving shift, so the target route and the vehicle body are close to each other. However, when only the deviation amount is large, or when the target route is far away from the vehicle body even though the deviation amount is small, it is difficult to travel appropriately.
In the vehicle system travel control technology disclosed in Patent Document 2, for a target travel route (target track) in which various curvatures are mixed, a lateral shift amount and an azimuth shift amount from the target travel route, and a target travel The curvature of the route is measured, and the steering angle corresponding to the two deviation amounts and the curvature is calculated and output. Specifically, a reference point is provided so that the vehicle position is in the normal direction of the target travel route, and relative to the coordinate system, the coordinate system is a relative coordinate system based on the reference point from the absolute coordinate system of the vehicle position. In addition to calculating the relative lateral deviation and azimuth deviation from the target travel route, the feedforward operation amount according to the deviation amount by proportional control and the feed forward according to the curvature and lateral deviation amount of the target track The steering angle is determined by the amount of operation. However, although it may be effective for automobiles traveling on paved roads, the traveling speed of farming machines such as rice transplanters, tractors, combines, lawn mowers, and civil engineering machines such as dozers is Because of the low speed, it takes time to eliminate the traveling deviation compared to a vehicle that travels at a high speed at the same steering angle. Furthermore, there may be a momentary displacement from the target position due to slipping or climbing of a lump. For this reason, the traveling control technique disclosed in Patent Document 2 cannot be applied to the automatic steering traveling of the work vehicle as it is.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic traveling work vehicle capable of performing automatic steering traveling with high accuracy even during working traveling along a set target traveling route.
An automatic traveling field work vehicle according to the present invention that automatically steers along a linear target traveling path set in a field calculates a vehicle position calculation unit that calculates the position of the vehicle and a traveling direction of the vehicle. A vehicle direction calculation unit, a position deviation calculation unit that calculates a positional deviation that is a lateral displacement of the vehicle with respect to the target travel route based on the vehicle position, an azimuth line of the target travel route, and the and azimuth deviation calculation unit that calculates an azimuth deviation between the traveling direction, and a first control arithmetic unit for outputting a first steering value of the deviation eliminating based on the positional deviation, decreases according to the previous SL positional deviation increases based second control arithmetic unit for outputting a second steering value of the deviation eliminating based on the orientation deviation that is adjusted using the weighting coefficient indicating the trend, in the second steering value and the first steering value To travel along the target travel route A target steering calculation unit that outputs a target steering value; a steering drive control unit that outputs a steering drive signal with the target steering value as an input; and a steering drive unit that steers steering wheels based on the steering drive signal I have.
According to this configuration, the target steering value for traveling along the target travel route is output from the position deviation with respect to the target travel route and the azimuth deviation with respect to the target travel route. However, instead of simply obtaining the first steering value calculated for eliminating the deviation from the position deviation with respect to the target travel route and the second steering value calculated for canceling the azimuth deviation and deviation with respect to the target travel route, When obtaining the second steering value, a positional deviation with respect to the target travel route is also taken into consideration. Specifically, a weighting function for deriving a weighting coefficient using the position deviation as a variable is introduced, and at this time, the weighting function tends to decrease as the position deviation increases. That is, if the position deviation is d and the weighting function is G, the weighting coefficient w is obtained by G (d), and G is a function that decreases monotonously or decreases stepwise. w is usually a numerical value greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1. The weight coefficient w is used in multiplication. Thereby, when the position deviation is large, the second steering value for eliminating the deviation is output based on the position deviation and the direction deviation under the condition that the weight of the direction deviation is reduced. A final target steering value for traveling along the target travel route is output based on the first steering value and the second steering value thus determined. In this configuration, if the position deviation is large, the azimuth deviation is ignored to some extent, and the target steering value is output with emphasis on eliminating the position deviation. When (positional deviation) occurs, the positional deviation can be quickly eliminated. This is an advantage for work vehicles such as rice transplanters, combine harvesters, tractors, lawn mowers, etc., that must be avoided as much as possible at the expense of simply running straight, as they deviate significantly from the straight target travel path. There is.
In this application, it is assumed that the target travel route is a straight line, the position deviation is the length of a perpendicular line from the vehicle body to the target travel route, and the heading deviation is the angle between the travel direction line of the vehicle body and the target travel route. Defined as a value that can be represented.
In the case of a control system that outputs a target steering value for appropriately deviating a deviation when traveling at a low speed or a medium speed, the vehicle body position change and azimuth change at a given time increase as the vehicle speed increases at the same steering angle. Become. As a result, there is a problem that the vehicle body is likely to meander during high-speed traveling. In order to solve this problem, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle speed calculation unit for calculating a vehicle speed is provided, and the target steering calculation unit is configured to calculate the first steering value and the second steering value. On the basis of the output of the target steering value, the target steering value is reduced when the vehicle speed is high using an adjustment coefficient that shows a decreasing tendency as the vehicle speed increases. Specifically, an adjustment function for deriving an adjustment coefficient (for example, a numerical value greater than 0 and equal to or less than 1) using the vehicle speed as a variable is introduced. At this time, the adjustment function tends to decrease as the vehicle speed increases. Shall. That is, assuming that the vehicle speed is s and the adjustment function is K, the adjustment coefficient k is obtained by K (k), and K is a function that decreases monotonously or decreases stepwise. The adjustment coefficient k is used for multiplication. As a result, when the vehicle speed becomes high, the target steering value is reduced, so that appropriate deviation cancellation is realized from low speed running to high speed running, and automatic steering running is stabilized.
As another measure for the problem that the higher the vehicle speed is, the greater the influence of the steering angle for canceling the deviation on the vehicle body is. In one preferred embodiment according to the present invention, the target steering calculation unit includes the target steering unit. It has an upper limiter function for the steering value, and an upper limit value is set according to the vehicle speed. This upper limit value is preferably changeable depending on the work type. As a result, appropriate deviation cancellation from low speed running to high speed running is realized, and automatic steering running is stabilized.
One of the features of the present invention is that, as described above, when the position deviation is large, the azimuth deviation is ignored to some extent, and a target steering value that emphasizes the elimination of the position deviation is output. At that time, it is more likely that automatic steering traveling adapted to the work can be obtained by changing the degree of ignoring the azimuth deviation depending on the state of the soil and the work type. For this reason, in one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the weight reduction degree using the weighting coefficient of the azimuth deviation depending on the magnitude of the position deviation in the second control calculation unit can be changed. It is configured as follows.
In order to simplify the target steering calculation unit that outputs the target steering value for traveling along the target travel route based on the first steering value and the second steering value, in one preferred embodiment of the present invention, The target steering calculation unit is configured to add the first steering value and the second steering value and output the target steering value. As a result, while performing control to make the traveling direction of the vehicle body coincide with a line parallel to the target traveling route, control is performed to gradually bring the vehicle body closer to the target traveling route, so that a straight line required particularly in farm work etc. The work travel along the target travel route is appropriately performed.
このため、この作業車両は、GPS(Global Positioning System)ないしはGNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)と呼ばれる衛星を用いた衛星航法機器と加速度計やジャイロを用いた慣性航法機器を備えている。 Before describing a specific embodiment of an automatic traveling work vehicle according to the present invention, the basic principle of automatic steering traveling control according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Here, as an automatic traveling work vehicle (hereinafter, simply referred to as a working vehicle), a farm working machine such as a rice transplanter, a tractor, or a combiner that repeats a linear traveling work while performing a U-turn on a farm field is assumed. This work vehicle is configured to perform automatic steering travel along a preset target travel route. In order to perform automatic steering, it is necessary to know the current position of the work vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the own vehicle position) and the current traveling direction (hereinafter referred to as the own vehicle direction). For this reason, this work vehicle includes satellite navigation equipment using a satellite called GPS (Global Positioning System) or GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and inertial navigation equipment using an accelerometer or a gyro. As shown in FIG. 1, here, the vehicle position is indicated by a positioning value (latitude, longitude) at the center of the work vehicle, and the vehicle direction is a traveling direction calculated from a change in the vehicle position of the unit time. Indicated by
As shown in FIG. 1, the distance between a straight line drawn parallel to the straight target travel route (azimuth line) from the center of the work vehicle and the target travel route: d is treated as a positional deviation, and the vehicle body passes through the vehicle center. An angle formed by the front-rear direction line (traveling azimuth) and the target travel route: θ is treated as an azimuth deviation. The target vehicle position in the automatic steering travel control is a point on the target travel route, and the target vehicle direction is the direction of the target travel route. Accordingly, the positional deviation between the vehicle position relative to the target travel route is d, and the azimuth deviation between the azimuth line of the target travel route and the travel azimuth is θ.
A first steering value for canceling the deviation is calculated based on the position deviation. For this calculation, preferably a PID control calculation can be employed. The second steering value for canceling the deviation is calculated based on the azimuth deviation, and the position deviation is also taken into consideration. When the position deviation is large, the second steering value for canceling the deviation based on the azimuth deviation is made small. For example, with respect to the value obtained by the function F (θ) for deriving the second steering value based on the azimuth deviation, a weighting coefficient w (0 <w <1) is obtained that decreases as the position deviation increases. A function W (d) is created, and the second steering value is obtained by W (d) × F (θ). That is, when the position deviation is large, the weight of the azimuth deviation is reduced and the second steering value for eliminating the deviation is output based on the position deviation and the azimuth deviation. It should be noted that the PID control calculation is preferably employed also when the second steering value is derived based on the azimuth deviation.
Using the first steering value and the second steering value thus determined as inputs, a target steering value for the work vehicle to travel along the target travel route is determined and output. Most simply, the target steering value can be obtained by an addition operation that takes into account the signs of the first steering value and the second steering value. Further, a steering control system is provided that outputs a steering drive signal to a steering drive unit that drives the steering angle of a steered wheel (including a crawler) of the work vehicle using the target steering value as an input. The steering drive unit can be composed of an electric motor, hydraulic equipment, or both. The steering control system is preferably constructed by the PI feedback control method, but other control methods may be used. Here, the steering speed and the steering angle are adopted as feedback.
Although shown by a dotted line in FIG. 1, it is also preferable to consider the traveling speed of the work vehicle, that is, the vehicle speed, when obtaining the target steering value from the first steering value and the second steering value. That is, when the steering angle is the same, the vehicle body posture change amount per hour increases as the vehicle speed increases. If the amount of posture change per hour becomes too large, there is a disadvantage that the field is devastated. For this reason, it is preferable to weaken the target steering value calculated from the first steering value and the second steering value as the vehicle speed increases. For example, the target steering value calculated during low-speed traveling may be used as it is, and the target steering value may be decreased at a predetermined reduction rate during high-speed traveling above a predetermined level.

The positioning unit 8 includes a
The
The reference
The own vehicle
The first
The target
In this embodiment, the target
A more specific control mechanism of the
The steering
