Description
Claims (15)
- 一体化された遠隔治療サーバを有するモニタ除細動器であって、一体化されたモニタ除細動器遠隔治療サーバが、
患者モニタリング回路と、
除細動治療回路と、
前記患者モニタリング回路及び前記除細動治療回路から患者データを収集する臨床プロセッサと、
前記臨床プロセッサから前記患者データを受信し、受信した前記患者データを、汎用ファイルフォーマットで記憶するメモリと、
前記メモリと読出し専用通信し、更に前記汎用ファイルフォーマットの前記患者データを遠隔ステーションに送信する通信インターフェースと、
前記メモリと前記通信インターフェースとの間に配置され、前記通信インターフェースから受信した任意のデータの前記メモリへの書込みを阻止するファイアウォール回路と、
前記患者モニタリング回路、前記除細動治療回路、前記臨床プロセッサ、前記メモリ、前記通信インターフェース及び前記ファイアウォール回路のそれぞれを収容する単一筐体と、
を含む、モニタ除細動器。 - 前記通信インターフェースは更に、前記患者データを、前記遠隔ステーションに向けて一方向に送信する、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記通信インターフェースは、ブルートゥース(登録商標)、WiFi及び携帯電話器からなる群から選択されるワイヤレス通信インターフェースを含む、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記通信インターフェースは、有線のイーサネット(登録商標)インターフェースを含む、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記汎用ファイルフォーマットは、拡張マークアップ言語、ポータブルドキュメントフォーマット及びポストスクリプトファイルフォーマットからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記通信インターフェースは更に、操作者の行動を必要とすることなく、前記患者データを、前記遠隔ステーションに自動的に送信する、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記メモリは更に、受信した前記患者データを、イベント名によって特定されるフォルダに記憶する、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 受信した前記患者データは、前記患者データが収集された日にち/時間によって構成される前記フォルダに記憶される、請求項7に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 複数の安全に分離したサブプロセッサを有する単一コアプロセッサを更に含み、前記臨床プロセッサ及び前記ファイアウォール回路は、それぞれ、前記複数の安全に分離したサブプロセッサのうちの1つに動作可能に配置される、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記臨床プロセッサは更に、セーフティクリティカル機能と非セーフティクリティカル機能とを実行し、更に、前記セーフティクリティカル機能は、リアルタイムオペレーティングシステムとして、前記複数の安全に分離したサブプロセッサのうちの1つに動作可能に配置される、請求項9に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- モニタ除細動器から遠隔ステーションに患者データを提供するシステムであって、前記システムは、
臨床プロセッサ、分離可能なメモリ、ファイアウォール回路及び通信インターフェースを有する遠隔治療サーバであって、前記患者データを取得するために前記モニタ除細動器の回路と一体化されている前記遠隔治療サーバと、
前記通信インターフェースと通信する、前記遠隔ステーションにある送受信器と、
を含み、
前記遠隔治療サーバは、前記遠隔ステーションからのデータの要求に反応して、前記患者データを前記遠隔ステーションに送信し、前記ファイアウォール回路は、前記分離可能なメモリと前記通信インターフェースとの間に配置され、前記遠隔ステーションから前記分離可能なメモリへの前記通信インターフェースにより受信される任意のデータの書込みを阻止する、システム。 - 前記遠隔治療サーバは、前記遠隔ステーションから受信した外部データが、前記分離可能なメモリに書込みされることを阻止する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者データは、前記分離可能なメモリに、汎用ファイルフォーマットで記憶される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠隔治療サーバと通信する患者モニタリング回路及び除細動治療回路を更に含み、前記患者モニタリング回路及び前記除細動治療回路は、それぞれ、前記遠隔治療サーバと共に単一筐体内に共に配置され、更に、前記患者モニタリング回路及び前記除細動治療回路は、前記患者データを生成する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠隔治療サーバは更に、前記患者データが取得されると、前記患者データを前記送受信器に送信する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
