Description

The present invention relates to a rehabilitation pipe member for producing a rehabilitation pipe in an existing pipe.

Conventionally, a long band-shaped member with connecting portions formed on both side edges is spirally wound, and connecting portions on adjacent side edges are connected to each other to form a spiral tube (rehabilitated tube) within an existing tube. It is widely practiced to rehabilitate an old pipe that has been aged by pushing the renovated pipe into the existing pipe.

As such a connection part of a strip-shaped member, for example, a ridge formed on one side edge of the strip-shaped member and a groove formed on the other side edge of the strip-shaped member and into which the ridge is fitted. It is generally known that Thus, in such a connecting portion, an engaging portion that meshes with each other is often provided in the protruding portion and the groove portion so that the protruding protruding portion does not come off from the groove portion.

By the way, a high water-stopping property is required for the rehabilitation pipe. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses that a water-stopping material is attached in the vicinity of the connection portion in the belt-shaped member body. Recently, in order to increase the water stoppage of the rehabilitated pipe, it has been proposed to install a water stop member not at the vicinity of the connection portion in the band-shaped member body but at the connection portion itself, for example, as shown in FIG.

14A, the band-shaped member 101 illustrated on one side (the right side in FIG. 14) is formed on the side edge of the ridge 102 having a head portion 103 having a substantially triangular cross section, and the other (in FIG. 14). A groove portion 104 having a substantially triangular cross section formed on the left side edge portion is provided, and a water stop member 105 is installed on the inner surface of the groove portion 104. Then, in this belt-like member 101, as shown in FIG. 14B, a tubular body is formed by inserting the head portion 103 into the groove portion 104, and the distal end portion of the head portion 103 is the water stop member 105. The water-stopping property is imparted to the tubular body by pressing. Further, the belt-like member 101 is easily detached from the groove 104 by engaging the step surface 103 a (engagement portion) of the head 103 and the step surface 104 a (engagement portion) of the groove 104. Is configured to not.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-0050472

As described above, in the belt-like member 101 of the type illustrated in FIG. 14, the water stop function is exhibited when the water stop member 105 pressed by the tip of the head 103 is sufficiently deformed in the groove 104. However, in this type of belt-shaped member 101, the pressed water-stop member 105 is deformed in a direction in which the groove portion 104 is expanded, in other words, in a direction in which the engagement between the engagement portions 103a and 104a is weakened. , 104a may be incompletely engaged.

This invention is made | formed in view of this point, The place made into the objective was provided in the connection part, improving the water stop in the member for rehabilitation pipes for manufacturing a rehabilitation pipe in an existing pipe. An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for reliably engaging the engaging portions.

In order to achieve the above object, the rehabilitation pipe member according to the present invention is not a connection form in which the ridges fit into the groove parts, but a connection form in which the groove parts fit into each other, thereby stopping the pressing in the at least one groove part. The engagement between the grooves is strengthened by the deformation and reaction force of the water member.

Specifically, the present invention is directed to a rehabilitation pipe member for producing a rehabilitation pipe in an existing pipe.

And the said rehabilitation pipe member has the groove part opened in the opposite direction, respectively, the 1st and 2nd connection part mutually connected by the said groove part fitting, and the side wound spirally and adjoining A band-like body formed in a tubular shape by sequentially connecting the edge portions via the first and second connection portions, and a water stop for filling a gap between the first connection portion and the second connection portion. The first connecting portion is integrally formed at one end of the band-shaped body, extends in the direction in which the first base portion extends, and the first base portion extends. Two or more first ridges projecting so as to face each other, and one or more first grooves defined by the first base and the first ridge, and the second The connecting portion is integrally formed with the other end of the belt-like body, and is substantially parallel to the first base portion. A second base portion having a shape, two or more second protrusions projecting in the direction in which the second base portion extends and facing the other surface of the second base portion, and the second base portion and the second base portion One or more second groove portions defined by two protrusion portions, and the first and second connection portions are formed by fitting two adjacent first protrusion portions into the second groove portion. The two first protrusions connected to each other have a first engagement part formed on the outer surface in the opposing direction, and the two first protrusions adjacent to each other. two of said second protrusions that sandwich the opposing direction outside, the second engagement portion in the opposite direction inner surface meshing with the first engaging portion are respectively formed, the water-shutoff member, the phase In a first groove between two adjacent first ridges, the tip protrudes beyond the two first ridges. It is installed and is deformed by being pressed by the first base portion and the second base portion within the first groove portion, thereby strengthening the engagement between the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion. Thus, the two adjacent first protrusions are pressed away from each other in the facing direction .

By the way, in the connection form in which the ridge is simply fitted into the groove, the water stop member pressed by the groove and the ridge can only be deformed so as to open the groove. The engagement between the provided engaging parts is weakened.

On the other hand, in the present invention, since the connection form in which the groove portions are fitted to each other is adopted, for example, one whole groove portion can be fitted into the other groove portion, or the grooves can be fitted in a staggered manner. Thus, in the case where one entire groove portion is fitted into the other groove portion, for example, if an engaging portion is provided outside the one groove portion and inside the other groove portion, the water blocking member pressed in the one groove portion. Is deformed to widen the one groove portion, whereby engagement between the engagement portions can be strengthened. Further, for example, when the grooves are fitted in a staggered manner, for example, by pressing the water stop member in both the groove portions, it is possible to generate a force that attracts or pushes the grooves to each other. By providing the engagement portions at appropriate positions, the engagement between the engagement portions can be strengthened.

As described above, according to the present invention, by adopting a connection form in which the groove portions fit together, the engagement portions provided in the connection portion are reliably connected while sufficiently improving the water stop property by sufficiently deforming the water stop member. It can be engaged.

In addition , since the first groove portion is formed by the first base portion and the first protrusion portion, and the second groove portion is formed by the second base portion and the second protrusion portion substantially parallel to the first base portion, For example, it is possible to easily realize a connection form in which the groove portions are fitted to each other by fitting one or two first protrusions into one second groove portion. Furthermore, while providing a 1st engaging part in the 1st protrusion part fitted to a 2nd groove part, a 2nd engagement part is set in the 2nd groove part (more precisely 2nd protrusion part) in which this 1st protrusion part fits. Therefore, the structure which strengthens engagement of the 1st and 2nd engaging part can be easily implement | achieved by pressing a 1st protrusion part with a water stop member.

Furthermore , when wound spirally, the belt-like body formed into a tubular shape can be easily realized by fitting the groove portions formed at both ends.

Moreover , when a water stop member is pressed in the 1st groove part between two adjacent 1st protrusion parts, it deform | transforms so that a water stop member may spread, and two adjacent 1st protrusion parts Are pressed away from each other in the opposite direction. Accordingly, the first engaging portion formed on the outer surface in the opposing direction of the two first protruding portions, and the two second protruding portions sandwiching the two first protruding portions from the opposite direction outside. The second engaging portion formed on the inner surface in the direction can be strongly engaged.

In the configuration in which the water stop member is pressed on the receiving side (the second groove portion in the case of the above configuration), the first protrusion presses the water stop member before the engaging portions engage with each other. In order to start, for example, when the water stop member is formed thicker than the design, it may be difficult to engage the engaging portions. Therefore, in the configuration in which the water stop member is pressed on the receiving side, high dimensional accuracy is required for each part of the water stop member and the first and second connection portions. On the other hand, in the present configuration in which the water stop member is pressed in the first groove portion on the fitting side, even when the dimensional accuracy of each part of the water stop member and the first and second connection portions is not good, There is an advantage that can be easily engaged.

Furthermore , since the front-end | tip of a water stop member protrudes rather than a 1st protrusion part, if two adjacent 1st protrusion parts fit in a 2nd groove part, a water stop member will be a bottom part of a 1st and 2nd groove part. That is, it is sandwiched between the first and second bases. And since the water stop member pressed by the 1st base and the 2nd base changes so that it may spread in the direction orthogonal to the direction (fitting direction) where the 1st base and the 2nd base oppose, The two first protrusions can be reliably separated.

Further, the present invention is a rehabilitation pipe member for producing a rehabilitation pipe in an existing pipe, and has first and second groove portions that open in opposite directions and are connected to each other by fitting the groove portions to each other. Two connection portions, a belt-like body that is wound in a spiral shape, and is formed into a tubular shape by sequentially connecting adjacent side edges via the first and second connection portions, and the first connection And a water stop member for filling a gap between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, wherein the first connecting portion is integrally formed at one end of the strip-shaped body, and The first base portion extends in the direction in which the first base portion extends, and is divided by two first protrusion portions that are provided so as to face one surface of the first base portion, and the first base portion and the first protrusion portion. One first groove portion, and the second connection portion is integrated with the other end portion of the belt-like body. Two second base portions that are substantially parallel to the first base portion and extend in the direction in which the second base portion extends, and project from the other surface of the second base portion so as to face each other. Two protrusions and one second groove defined by the second base and the second protrusion, and the first and second connecting parts are connected to one second groove. One of the first ridges is fitted, and one of the first ridges is connected to the one of the first groove, and the two first ridges are connected to each other. A first engaging portion is formed on one surface in the facing direction, respectively, while the two second protrusions are secondly engaged with the first engaging portion on the other surface in the facing direction. Engagement portions are respectively formed, and the water stop member is installed in the first and second groove portions, and the first groove portion. The installed water stop member is pressed by the second protrusion that fits into the first groove, so that the engagement between the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion is increased. The first protrusion that fits in the second groove is pressed to one side, and the water stop member installed in the second groove is pressed by the first protrusion that fits in the second groove. The second projecting portion fitted in the first groove is pressed to the other side so as to strengthen the engagement between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion. .

According to this configuration, the structure can be simplified by fitting the grooves in a staggered manner.

Moreover , when the water stop member installed in the first groove is pressed by the second ridge, the first ridge fitted in the second groove is pressed to one side, so the first ridge A first engagement portion formed on one side surface of the first projection portion, and a second engagement portion formed on the other side surface of the second projection portion located on one side of the first projection portion. It can be firmly engaged. Similarly, when the water stop member installed in the second groove is pressed by the first protrusion, the second protrusion fitted in the first groove is pressed to the other side, so that the second protrusion A second engagement part formed on the other side surface of the part, a first engagement part formed on one side surface of the first projection part located on the other side of the second projection part, Can be firmly engaged.

Furthermore, the present invention is a rehabilitation pipe member for producing a rehabilitation pipe in an existing pipe, and has first and second groove portions that open in opposite directions and are connected to each other by fitting the groove portions together. In this configuration, even if the water stop member installed at the corner portion formed by the second ridge portion and the second base portion in the second groove portion is pressed by the first ridge portion, the two second ridge portions are separated. It does not deform so as to release, but rather tries to push back the first protrusion by reaction force. Therefore, the first protrusion that fits in the second groove is pressed (returned) in a direction orthogonal to the inclined surface by the reaction force of the water stop member, and the first protrusion is forced by the force that pushes back the first protrusion. The engaging portion and the second engaging portion can be firmly engaged.

By the way, a string-like water-stopping member having viscoelasticity in all directions is adopted as the water-stop member so that the water-stop member sufficiently deforms and exhibits a water-stop function. Arrangement in the formed groove has been conventionally performed. However, simply arranging the string-like water-stopping member in the groove may cause the string-like water-stopping member to extend in the axial direction (the direction in which the band-like body extends) when the band-like member is wound spirally. is there. For this reason, in order to suppress the extension of the string-like water-stopping member in the axial direction, the string-like water-stopping member has to be bonded and arranged in the groove portion using an adhesive or the like, and the arrangement work becomes complicated. was there.

Therefore, the present invention is a rehabilitation pipe member for producing a rehabilitation pipe in an existing pipe, and has first and second groove portions that open in opposite directions and are connected to each other by fitting the groove portions together. Two connection portions, a belt-like body that is wound in a spiral shape, and is formed into a tubular shape by sequentially connecting adjacent side edges via the first and second connection portions, and the first connection And a water stop member for filling a gap between the second connecting portion and a portion constituting the groove portion of the first and second connecting portions is provided with engaging portions that mesh with each other. the water stop member, in the axial direction in which the strips extend, have hardly deformed characteristic tensile or better than the strip, and, in the axis-perpendicular direction, the string-like having viscoelasticity water-shutoff member der is, at least one of said first and second connecting portions By being pressed by the groove, it is characterized in that for pressing the portion constituting the groove in a direction to strengthen the engagement between the engaging portion.

According to this configuration, since the extension in the axial direction can be suppressed by the characteristics of the string-like water-stopping member itself without bonding and arranging the string-like water-stopping member in the groove portion, the extension of the string-like water-stopping member is suppressed. The placement work can be easily performed.

As described above, according to the member for rehabilitation pipe according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably engage the engaging portions provided in the connecting portion while improving the water-stopping property.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a rehabilitation pipe member 1 according to the present embodiment. The rehabilitation pipe member 1 is for producing a rehabilitation pipe (not shown) in an existing pipe (not shown). A spiral tube (rehabilitation tube) is formed by connecting the parts. As shown in FIG. 1, the rehabilitation pipe member 1 is integrally formed with a band-shaped body 2, a first connection part 3 integrally formed at one end of the band-shaped body 2, and the other end of the band-shaped body 2. And the string-like water blocking member 5 for filling the gap between the first connection portion 3 and the second connection portion 4.

The first connection portion 3 has a first groove portion 6 that opens upward, while the second connection portion 4 has a second groove portion 7 that opens in the opposite direction (lower side) to the first groove portion 6. doing. The first and second groove portions 6 and 7 are provided with first and second engaging portions 8 and 9 that mesh with each other. Adjacent side edges are sequentially connected to each other through the first and second connection parts 3 and 4 which are wound in a spiral shape and are connected to each other by fitting the groove parts 6 and 7 together. Thus, it is formed into a tubular shape. At this time, the string-like water-stopping member 5 is pressed in the first groove portion 6 so that the portion constituting the first groove portion 6 in the direction in which the engagement of the first and second engagement portions 8 and 9 is strengthened. Press. As a result, the string-like water-stopping member 5 is sufficiently deformed to exhibit a water-stop function, and the engagement of the first and second engaging portions 8 and 9 is strong due to the deformation of the string-like water-stopping member 5. become. Hereinafter, the specific structure of the member 1 for rehabilitation pipe | tube which can implement | achieve such an effect is demonstrated.

First, the belt-like body 2 and the first and second connecting portions 3 and 4 formed integrally therewith are extruded from a synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, or polypropylene alone or appropriately mixed. It is formed by processing means such as.

The band-shaped body 2 is formed in a flat long band shape. In addition, you may reinforce the surface and the inside of the strip | belt-shaped body 2 with glass fiber etc. as needed.

The first connecting portion 3 includes a strip-shaped first base portion 3a and two first ridges that extend in a direction in which the first base portion 3a extends and are opposed to each other on the upper surface (one surface) of the first base portion 3a. Part 3b. The first groove 6 is defined by the first base 3a and the first protrusion 3b. The first connecting portion 3 is formed integrally with the strip-shaped body 2 by connecting the other end of the first base portion 3 a and one end of the strip-shaped body 2. The first engaging portions 8 are respectively formed on the outer surfaces of the two first protrusions 3b in the opposing direction. More specifically, each first protrusion 3b is formed in a substantially single-arrow shape by providing a step portion on the outer surface in the opposite direction, and the step surface generated thereby constitutes the first engagement portion 8. doing.

On the other hand, the second connection portion 4 extends in the direction in which the second base portion 4a extends in a strip shape substantially parallel to the first base portion 3a and faces the lower surface (other surface) of the second base portion 4a. And two second ridges 4b projecting from each other. The second groove 7 is defined by the second base 4a and the second protrusion 4b. The second connecting portion 4 is integrated with the belt-like body 2 by connecting the lower end of the second rib portion 4b on the one side in the opposing direction to the other end of the belt-like body 2 of the two second rib portions 4b. Is formed. Two engaging portions 9 are formed on the inner surfaces of the two second protrusions 4b in the opposing direction. More specifically, each second protrusion 4b is formed in a substantially single-arrow shape by providing a step portion on the inner surface in the opposite direction, and the step surface generated thereby constitutes the second engagement portion 9. doing.

The string-like water blocking member 5 includes a core material 5a capable of adjusting the amount of deformation in the axial direction in which the belt-shaped body 2 extends, and a viscoelastic covering material made of a synthetic resin that covers the surface of the core material 5a. 5b. Thereby, the string-like water-stopping member 5 has the property that it is not easily deformed in the axial direction as much as or more than the belt-like body 2, but has viscoelasticity in the direction perpendicular to the axis.

As the material of the covering 5b, general synthetic resins generally used as an O-ring and having viscoelastic properties can be adopted, and a water-stop function such as a hot-melt adhesive or a solvent-based adhesive can be used. It is also possible to use a material that develops. As the synthetic resin having viscoelastic properties, a material that does not cause plastic deformation in the elastic deformation region in the short term or in the long term and that retains the pressing force necessary for water stopping for a long time is preferable.

Moreover, about the hardness of the covering 5b, the range of type A durometer hardness 30-100 is preferable, and the range of hardness 50-90 is more preferable. This is because, when the hardness is less than 30, the covering 5b is easily deformed in cross section, so that the first groove 6 in which the string-like water-stopping member 5 is arranged is high in order to exert a pressing force on the string-like water-stopping member 5. This is because dimensional accuracy is required. On the other hand, when the hardness exceeds 100, since the cross-sectional deformation amount of the covering 5b is reduced, the first groove 6 is locally pressed by the string-like water-stopping member 5, so that the dimensional accuracy of the first groove 6 is increased. This is because it is difficult to uniformly develop the water stop function and the pressing force unless the height is increased.

On the other hand, the core material 5a is preferably a metal, glass fiber, synthetic resin, or a composite material thereof. The core material 5a and the cover 5b are preferably heat-sealed or bonded. However, when heat-sealing or bonding is difficult, for example, a plurality of core materials 5a are wound to form a braid. By forming irregularities on the surface of the core material 5a by, for example, and strengthening the adhesion between the core material 5a and the cover 5b, the deformation of the cover 5b in the axial direction may be suppressed.

Here, the string-like water-stopping member 5 is required to have viscoelasticity in the direction perpendicular to the axis and to be elastically deformed along the shape of the first groove 6. The occupied sectional area of the core material 5a with respect to the total sectional area is preferably determined within a range in which such elastic deformation can be manifested. Therefore, the occupation cross-sectional area of the core material 5a with respect to the total cross-sectional area of the string-like water blocking member 5 is preferably in the range of 5 to 70%, and more preferably in the range of 10 to 40%. This is because when the occupied cross-sectional area is less than 5%, it is difficult to ensure the strength of the core material 5a and the interfacial adhesion of the covering 5b, while when the occupied cross-sectional area exceeds 70%, the covering 5b This is because since the cross-sectional deformation amount is small, it is difficult to uniformly develop the water stop function and the pressing force as in the case where the hardness of the covering body 5b exceeds 100.

In the present embodiment, an oblong cross-section string-like water-stopping member 5 in which a covering body 5b made of a synthetic resin is coated on the surface of a core material 5a made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material is formed in the first groove portion. 6 are continuously arranged. As shown in FIG. 1, the string-like water-stopping member 5 has a top portion protruding from the two first protrusions 3 b by 10 to 50% of the entire height of the string-like water-stopping member 5. One groove portion 6 is accommodated. Thus, the following advantages are acquired by using the string-like water stop member 5 which has the core material 5a which consists of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material.

That is, if a string-like water-stopping member having viscoelasticity in all directions is simply disposed in the first groove portion 6, the process of continuously connecting the first connection portion 3 and the second connection portion 4 Thus, the pressed string-like waterstop member is deformed (extends) in the unconnected axial direction, which is easier to deform than the direction perpendicular to the axis surrounded by the first groove 6. For this reason, there is a problem that the lengths of the rehabilitated pipe member 1 and the string-like water-stopping member do not match as the pipe making operation proceeds. In order to solve such a problem, a string-like water-stopping member may be bonded and arranged in the first groove portion 6 by using an adhesive or the like separately, but the arrangement work becomes complicated. In this regard, in the present embodiment, by using the string-like water-stopping member 5 having the core material 5a made of the glass fiber reinforced plastic material, the string-like water-stopping member 5 is not disposed in the first groove portion 6, Elongation in the axial direction can be suppressed by the characteristics of the string-like water blocking member 5 itself. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to easily perform the arrangement work of the string-like water stopping member 5 while suppressing the extension of the string-like water stopping member 5.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 1 configured as described above, when the belt-like body 2 is spirally wound, the two first protrusions 3b are forcibly formed by the mechanical device (not shown) into the second groove 7. As shown in FIG. 2, the first connection portion 3 and the second connection portion 4 are connected. At this time, the two first protrusions 3b are arranged so that the one-sided arrow is on the outer side in the opposing direction, so that the two second protruding parts 4b are on the inner side in the opposite direction. The two first protrusions 3b can be easily fitted in the second groove portion 7 because they are arranged so as to form a divergent shape. On the other hand, when the two first protrusions 3b are fitted in the second groove 7, the first engagement part 8 formed on the two first protrusions 3b and the two first protrusions 3b face each other. Since the second engaging portions 9 formed on the two second protruding portions 4b sandwiched from the outside in the direction engage with each other, the two first protruding portions 3b do not easily come out of the second groove portion 7. ing.

Thus, the string-like water blocking member 5 exhibits viscoelastic properties while being pressed and held in the direction of the black arrow in FIG. 2 by the first base portion 3a and the second base portion 4a in the first groove portion 6. The first protrusion 3b is pressed in the direction in which the engagement between the first engagement portion 8 and the second engagement portion 9 is strengthened. In other words, the string-like water blocking member 5 is deformed so as to expand in the direction of the white arrow in FIG. 2 by being pressed in the direction of the black arrow in FIG. 2 by the first base 3a and the second base 4a. Then, the two first protrusions 3b are pressed away from each other in the opposing direction, thereby strengthening the engagement between the first engagement portion 8 and the second engagement portion 9.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the string-like water-stopping member 5 can be sufficiently deformed to exhibit the water-stopping function, and the first groove portion 6 is expanded in the opposing direction, so that the first engagement is achieved. Since the engagement between the portion 8 and the second engagement portion 9 can be strengthened, the engagement portions 8 and 9 can be reliably engaged with each other while improving the water-stopping property.

(Embodiment 2)
In the present embodiment, the point that the central second ridge 14c is provided between the two second ridges 14b, and the point that the string-like waterstop member 15 having a circular cross section is used are described above. This is different from Form 1. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the first embodiment.

Fig.3 (a) is sectional drawing which shows typically the member 11 for rehabilitation pipe | tube which concerns on this embodiment. The rehabilitation pipe member 11 includes a strip 12, a first connection portion 13 integrally formed at one end of the strip 12, and a second connection 14 integrally formed at the other end of the strip 12. And a string-like water stop member 15.

The first connecting portion 13 includes a strip-shaped first base portion 13a, two first ridge portions 13b, and a first groove portion 16 defined by the first base portion 13a and the two first ridge portions 13b. Have. The first engaging portions 18 are respectively formed on the outer surfaces of the two first protrusions 13b in the opposing direction. On the other hand, the 2nd connection part 14 has the strip | belt-shaped 2nd base 14a and the two 2nd protrusion 14b. The second engaging portions 19 are formed on the inner surfaces of the two second protrusions 14b in the opposing direction. Since the configuration up to here is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted.

The second connecting portion 14 of the rehabilitating pipe member 11 of the present embodiment is further provided with a central second protrusion 14c that fits in the first groove 16 between the two second protrusions 14b. Thereby, the 2nd connection part 14 has the 2nd groove part 17 divided by the 2nd base part 14a, the two 2nd protrusion part 14b, and the center 2nd protrusion part 14c. The central second protrusion 14c is formed shorter than the two second protrusions 14b. Here, when the first groove 16 and the center second protrusion 14c have substantially the same width, when the center second protrusion 14c fits into the first groove 16, the two first first portions that define the first groove 16 are defined. The protrusion 13 b is difficult to deform, and the two first protrusions 13 b are difficult to fit into the second groove 17. For this reason, the width of the central second protrusion 14c is larger than the width of the first groove 16 by an amount corresponding to the amount of deformation necessary for the two first protrusions 13b to fit into the second groove 17. Is also formed small.

The string-like water blocking member 15 of the present embodiment is a circular cross-section in which a surface of a core material 15a having a circular cross section made of steel wire is coated with a covering 15b made of a synthetic resin. Has the property that it is difficult to be deformed by tensile deformation as much as or equal to that of the belt-like body 12, but has viscoelasticity in the direction perpendicular to the axis. The string-like water blocking member 15 is continuously disposed in the first groove portion 16. In this way, by using the string-like water-stopping member 15 having the core material 15 a made of steel wire, the string-like water-stopping member 15 can be used without the string-like water-stopping member 15 being bonded to the first groove portion 16. Since the extension in the axial direction can be suppressed by the characteristic itself, it is possible to easily perform the arrangement work of the string-like water blocking member 15.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 11 configured as described above, first, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the string-like water blocking member 15 is first inserted so as to be sandwiched between the tip ends of the two first protrusions 13b. Arranged in the groove 16. Then, when the two first ridges 13b are fitted in the second groove 17, the central second ridge 14c fitted in the first groove 16 becomes a string-like water stop as shown in FIG. The member 15 is pushed down. As described above, the width of the central second protrusion 14 c is the width of the first groove 16 by an amount corresponding to the amount of deformation necessary for the two first protrusions 13 b to fit into the second groove 17. 3D, the two first protrusions 13b are deformed so as to be narrowed and fit into the two second groove portions 17, respectively. When the two first protrusions 13b are fitted in the two second grooves 17, respectively, the first engagement part 18 formed in the first protrusion 13b and the two first protrusions 13b are opposed to each other. The second engagement portions 19 formed on the two second protrusions 14b sandwiched from the outside engage with each other.

Then, the string-like water-stopping member 15 expresses viscoelastic characteristics while being pressed and held by the distal end portion of the central second protrusion 14c and the first base portion 13a in the first groove portion 16, as shown in FIG. As shown to (e), it deform | transforms so that it may spread in an opposing direction. Thereby, the two first protrusions 13b are pressed away from each other in the opposing direction, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 18 and the second engagement portion 19 is strengthened.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, by providing the central second ridge 14c that fits in the first groove 16 between the two first ridges 13b, the string-like water blocking member 15 can be securely attached. Can be pressed. Thus, the two first protrusions 13b can be reliably separated, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 18 and the second engagement portion 19 can be strengthened.

(Embodiment 3)
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the water stop member 10 is provided not at the first groove portion 16 but at the distal end portion of the central second protrusion 14c. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the second embodiment.

When the synthetic resin used for the belt-like body 12 and the like and the synthetic resin used for the water-stopping member 10 can be heat-sealed with each other, the belt-like body 12, the first and second connecting portions 13 and 14, and the waterstop The member 10 can be formed by simultaneous extrusion molding or the like. Therefore, in the rehabilitating pipe member 11 ′ of the present embodiment, the water stop member 10 is heat-sealed to the tip of the central second protrusion 14c by simultaneous extrusion molding as shown in FIG. 4 (a). ing. In this way, since the extension of the water stop member 10 in the axial direction is suppressed by heat-sealing the water stop member 10 to the distal end portion of the center second protrusion 14c, in the present embodiment, the above-described implementation is performed. Unlike the mode 2, the core material 15a can be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the water stop member 10 is deformed so as to spread in the facing direction by being pressed by the first base portion 13a and the distal end portion of the central second protrusion 14c. Thereby, the two first protrusions 13b are pressed away from each other in the opposing direction, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 18 and the second engagement portion 19 is strengthened.

(Embodiment 4)
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the first groove portion 26 opens on one side and the second groove portion 27 opens on the other side. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the second embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 5A, the rehabilitation pipe member 21 of the present embodiment includes a flat strip 22, a first connection portion 23 integrally formed at one end of the strip 22, and the strip 22. 2nd connection part 24 integrally formed in the other edge part of this, and the string-like water stop member 15 are provided. The first connection portion 23 has a first groove portion 26 that opens to one side, while the second connection portion 24 has two second groove portions that open in a direction opposite to the first groove portion 26 (the other side). 27. The string-like water blocking member 15 is installed in the first groove portion 26.

The 1st connection part 23 has the 1st base part 23a orthogonal to the strip | belt-shaped body 22, and the two 1st protrusion part 23b provided in the one side surface of the 1st base part 23a. The first connecting portion 23 is formed integrally with the strip-shaped body 22 by connecting the lower end of the first base portion 23 a and one end of the strip-shaped body 22. The first engaging portions 28 are formed on the outer surfaces of the two first protrusions 23b in the vertical direction.

On the other hand, the second connecting portion 24 includes a belt-like second base portion 24a substantially parallel to the first base portion 23a, two second protrusions 24b projecting on the other side surface of the second base portion 24a, and a central second protrusion. And a strip 24c. The second connecting portion 24 is formed integrally with the strip-shaped body 22 by connecting the lower end of the second base portion 24 a and the other end of the strip-shaped body 22. A second engaging portion 29 is formed on each of the two second protrusions 24b on the inner surface in the vertical direction.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 21 configured as described above, when the two first protrusions 23b are fitted in the two second groove parts 27, respectively, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the first protrusions 23b The first engagement portion 28 provided and the second engagement portion 29 provided on the two second protrusions 24b sandwiching the two first protrusions 23b up and down are engaged. Thus, the string-like water-stopping member 15 expresses viscoelasticity while being pressed and held by the distal end portion of the central second protrusion 24c and the first base portion 23a in the first groove portion 26, and in the vertical direction. Deforms to spread. Accordingly, the two first protrusions 23b are pressed away from each other in the vertical direction, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 28 and the second engagement portion 29 is strengthened.

(Embodiment 5)
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the vertical relationship between the first connecting portion 33 and the second connecting portion 34 is reversed and that two first groove portions 36 are also formed. It is. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the second embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the rehabilitation pipe member 31 of the present embodiment includes a band-shaped body 32, a second connection part 34 formed integrally with one end of the band-shaped body 32, and the other of the band-shaped body 32. The 1st connection part 33 integrally formed in the edge part of this, and the string-like water stop member 15 are provided. The first connection portion 33 has two first groove portions 36 that open to the lower side, while the second connection portion 34 has two second groove portions 37 that open to the upper side.

The first connection portion 33 includes a strip-shaped first base portion 33a and three first protrusions 33b and 33c that are provided so as to face each other on the lower surface of the first base portion 33a. The first connecting portion 33 is formed by connecting the lower end of the first protruding portion 33c located on the most one side of the three first protruding portions 33b and 33c and the other end of the band-like body 32, so 32 is formed integrally. Of the three first protrusions 33b and 33c, the remaining two first protrusions 33b are formed with first engaging portions 38 on the outer surfaces in the opposing direction. In other words, the string-like water-stopping member 15 is in the first groove portion 36 located on the other side of the two first groove portions 36. In other words, the two first protrusion portions 33b in which the first engagement portions 38 are formed. Is installed in the first groove 36 between the two.

On the other hand, the 2nd connection part 34 has the strip | belt-shaped 2nd base part 34a, the two 2nd protrusion part 34b and the center 2nd protrusion part 34c which were protrudingly provided by the upper surface of the 2nd base part 34a. Yes. The second connection portion 34 is formed integrally with the band-shaped body 32 by connecting the other end of the second base 34 a and one end of the band-shaped body 32. A second engaging portion 39 is formed on the inner surface of each of the two second protrusions 34b in the opposing direction.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 31 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the central second ridge portion is formed in the first groove portion 36 located on the other side where the string-like water blocking member 15 is installed. 34c fits, and the second ridge 34b at one end of the two second ridges 34b fits into the first groove 36 located on one side. Thus, if the center 2nd protrusion 34c and the 2nd protrusion 34b of one end fit in the two 1st groove parts 36, respectively, the 1st engagement formed in the two 1st protrusions 33b The portion 38 engages with the second engagement portion 39 formed on the two second protrusions 34b.

Thus, the string-like water-stopping member 15 spreads in the opposing direction while being pressed and held by the distal end portion of the central second protrusion 34c and the first base portion 33a in the first groove portion 36 located on the other side. Transforms into Accordingly, the two first protrusions 33b are pressed away from each other in the opposing direction, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 38 and the second engagement portion 39 is strengthened.

(Embodiment 6)
In the present embodiment, the point at which the central second protrusion 34c is not provided, and the point that the string-like water blocking member 15 is disposed at the distal ends of the two first protrusions 43b are described in the fifth embodiment. Is different. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the fifth embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 7A, the rehabilitation pipe member 41 of the present embodiment includes a belt-like body 42, a second connection portion 44 integrally formed at one end of the belt-like body 42, and the other of the belt-like body 42. The 1st connection part 43 integrally formed in the edge part of this, and the string-like water stop member 15 are provided. The first connection portion 43 has two first groove portions 46 and 46a that open to the lower side, while the second connection portion 44 has a second groove portion 47 that opens to the upper side.

The 1st connection part 43 has the strip | belt-shaped 1st base part 43a and the three 1st protrusions 43b and 43c projected so that it might mutually oppose on the lower surface of the 1st base part 43a. The first connecting portion 43 is formed by connecting the lower end of the first protruding portion 43c located on the most one side of the three first protruding portions 43b and 43c and the other end of the band-like body 42, so 42 is formed integrally. Of the three first ridges 43b and 43c, the remaining two first ridges 43b are each formed with a first engagement portion 48 on the outer surface in the opposing direction.

The string-like water blocking member 15 is, in other words, in the first groove 46a located on the other side of the two first grooves 46, 46a, two first protrusions formed with the first engaging portion 48. It installs in the 1st groove part 46a between the parts 43b. More specifically, the first groove portion 46a located on the other side is formed with a narrow width dimension in the vicinity of the base end portion of the first protrusion 43b so that the string-like water blocking member 15 does not enter, In the vicinity of the distal end portion of the one ridge portion 43b, the width is formed so as to sandwich the string-like water blocking member 15. Thus, the string-like water blocking member 15 is housed in the first groove 46a with its lower end protruding downward from the tips of the two first protrusions 43b.

On the other hand, the 2nd connection part 44 has the strip | belt-shaped 2nd base 44a and the 2nd 2nd protrusion 44b projected from the upper surface of the 2nd base 44a. The second connection portion 44 is formed integrally with the strip-shaped body 42 by connecting the other end of the second base portion 44 a and one end of the strip-shaped body 42. The second engaging portions 49 are formed on the inner surfaces of the two second protrusions 44b in the opposing direction.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 41 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), the two first protrusions 43 b on which the string-like water blocking members 15 are installed fit into the second groove 47, The first connecting portion 43 and the second connecting portion 44 are connected by fitting the second protruding portion 44b at one end of the two second protruding portions 44b into the first groove portion 46 located on one side. . As described above, when the two first protrusions 43b on which the string-like water blocking member 15 is installed fit into the second groove 47, the first engagement part 48 formed on the two first protrusions 43b, The second engaging portions 49 formed on the two second protrusions 44b engage with each other.

Then, the string-like water blocking member 15 is deformed so as to spread in the facing direction while being pressed and held by the distal ends of the two first protrusions 43b and the second base 44a. Thereby, the front-end | tip part of the two 1st protrusion part 43b is pressed so that it may separate in an opposing direction, and engagement with the 1st engaging part 48 and the 2nd engaging part 49 becomes firm.

(Embodiment 7)
The present embodiment is different from the sixth embodiment in that the water stop member 50 is disposed in the second groove portion 57. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the sixth embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 8A, the rehabilitation pipe member 51 of the present embodiment includes a belt-like body 52, a second connection portion 54 integrally formed at one end of the belt-like body 52, and the other of the belt-like body 52. The 1st connection part 53 integrally formed in the edge part of this, and the water stop member 50 are provided. The first connection portion 53 has two first groove portions 56 and 56a that open to the lower side, while the second connection portion 54 has a second groove portion 57 that opens to the upper side.

The 1st connection part 53 has the 1st base part 53a of a strip | belt shape, and the three 1st protrusion parts 53b and 53c projected so that it might mutually oppose on the lower surface of the 1st base part 53a. The first connection part 53 is a band-like body by connecting the lower end of the first protrusion 53c located on the most side of the three first protrusions 53b and 53c and the other end of the band-like body 52. 52 and a single unit. Of the three first ridges 53b and 53c, the remaining two first ridges 53b have first engaging portions 58 formed on the outer surfaces in the opposing direction. The widths of the first groove portions 56a defined by the two first protrusions 53b are widened toward the lower ends of the two first protrusions 53b formed with the first engagement portions 58. Inclined surfaces 53d are respectively formed.

On the other hand, the 2nd connection part 54 has the strip | belt-shaped 2nd base 54a and the 2nd 2nd protrusion 54b protruded from the upper surface of the 2nd base 54a. The second connection portion 54 is formed integrally with the band-shaped body 52 by connecting the other end of the second base 54 a and one end of the band-shaped body 52. A second engagement portion 59 is formed on each of the two second protrusions 54b on the inner surface in the opposing direction.

The water stop member 50 is formed in a substantially triangular shape in cross section, and is heat-sealed to the center of the second base portion 54a in the second groove portion 57 as shown in FIG. 8A by simultaneous extrusion molding. . The inclined surface 50a of the water stop member 50 is set to have an inclination smaller than the inclination angle of the inclined surface 53d of the first protrusion 53b.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 51 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), the two first protrusions 53b fit into the second groove part 57, and the two second protrusions 54b The first connecting portion 53 and the second connecting portion 54 are connected by fitting the second protrusion 54b at one end into the first groove portion 56 located on one side. As described above, when the two first protrusions 53b fit into the second groove part 57, the first engagement part 58 formed on the two first protrusions 53b and the two second protrusions 54b The formed second engaging portion 59 is engaged.

Then, the water stop member 50 is deformed so as to spread in the facing direction while being pressed by the inclined surfaces 53d and the second base portion 54a of the two second protrusions 54b. More specifically, when the water stop member 50 is pressed by the inclined surface 53d and the second base portion 54a, the water stop member 50 is deformed so as to spread in the facing direction while entering the first groove portion 56a. Accordingly, the two first protrusions 53b are pressed away from each other in the opposing direction, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 58 and the second engagement portion 59 is strengthened.

(Embodiment 8)
In the first to seventh embodiments, the two first protrusions 3b,..., 53b in which the first engagement portions 8,..., 58 are formed on both outer sides are the second engagement portions 9,. , 59 is sandwiched between the two second protrusions 4b,..., 54b, and the water stop members 10, 50 or the string-like water stop member 15 are formed by the two first protrusions 3b,. By being deformed so as to open, the first engagement portions 8,..., 58 and the second engagement portions 9,.

In contrast, in the present embodiment, the first protrusions 63b and 63c in which the first engagement part 68 is formed and the second protrusions 64b and 64c in which the second engagement part 69 is formed include The point which fits in a zigzag shape is greatly different from the said Embodiments 1-7. In order to enable connection in such a different manner, in the present embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, two string-like water stop members 15 are used and two first protrusions 63b, 63c (first The first engaging portion 68 (second engaging portion 69) is formed on the same side of the two protrusions 64b and 64c). Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 9A, the rehabilitation pipe member 61 of the present embodiment includes a belt-like body 62, a first connection portion 63 formed integrally with one end of the belt-like body 62, and the other of the belt-like body 62. The 2nd connection part 64 integrally formed in the edge part of this, and the two string-like water stop members 15 are provided. The first connection part 63 has a first groove part 66 that opens upward, while the second connection part 64 has a second groove part 67 that opens downward.

The first connection portion 63 includes a strip-shaped first base portion 63a and two first protrusions 63b and 63c that protrude from the upper surface of the first base portion 63a so as to face each other. The first connecting portion 63 is formed integrally with the band-shaped body 62 by connecting the other end of the first base 63 a and one end of the band-shaped body 62. The two first protrusions 63b and 63c are each formed with a first engagement portion 68 on one surface in the opposing direction. Of the two first protrusions 63b and 63c, the first protrusion 63c on the other side is formed to have a thicker root portion than the first protrusion 63b on one side. For this reason, while the bottom part of the 1st groove part 66 exhibits the shape similar to the head of the substantially protrusion-shaped 2nd protrusion part 64c, the 1st protrusion part 63c of the other side is the 1st protrusion part of one side. It is more difficult to deform in the facing direction than the portion 63b. The string-like water blocking member 15 is disposed in the first groove portion 66 so as to be sandwiched between the base portions of the two first protrusions 63b and 63c.

On the other hand, the 2nd connection part 64 has the strip | belt-shaped 2nd base 64a and the 2nd 2nd protrusion parts 64b and 64c projected so that it might mutually oppose on the lower surface of the 2nd base 64a. . The second connecting portion 64 is formed by connecting the lower end of the second protruding portion 64b on the one side in the opposing direction to the other end of the band-shaped body 62 of the two second protruding portions 64b and 64c. And is integrally formed. The two second protrusions 64b and 64c are each formed with a second engagement portion 69 on the other surface in the opposing direction. Of the two second ridges 64b and 64c, the second ridge 64b on one side has a base portion thicker than the second ridge 64c on the other side. For this reason, while the bottom part of the 2nd groove part 67 exhibits the shape similar to the head of the substantially 1-arrow-shaped 1st protrusion part 63b, the 2nd protrusion part 64b of one side is the 2nd protrusion part of the other side. It is more difficult to deform in the opposite direction than the portion 64c. The string-like water blocking member 15 is disposed in the second groove portion 67 so as to be sandwiched between the base portions of the two second protrusions 64b and 64c.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 61 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the first protrusion 63 b fits into the second groove 67 and the second protrusion 64 c extends into the first groove 66. By fitting, the first connection portion 63 and the second connection portion 64 are connected. At this time, the first engagement portion 68 of the first protrusion 63b and the second engagement portion 69 of the second protrusion 64b are engaged, and the second engagement portion 69 of the second protrusion 64c is engaged. And the first engaging portion 68 of the first protrusion 63c are engaged.

Thus, the string-like water blocking member 15 in the first groove 66 is more easily deformed than the first ridge 63c on the other side while being pressed and held by the first base 63a and the second ridge 64c. The first protrusion 63b on one side is pressed to the one side. Thereby, engagement with the 1st engaging part 68 formed in the 1st protrusion 63b and the 2nd engaging part 69 formed in the 2nd protrusion 64b is strengthened. Similarly, the string-like water blocking member 15 in the second groove portion 67 is more easily deformed than the second ridge portion 64b on one side while being pressed and held by the second base portion 64a and the first ridge portion 63b. The second protrusion 64c on the side is pressed to the other side. As a result, the engagement between the second engagement portion 69 formed on the second protrusion 64c and the first engagement portion 68 formed on the first protrusion 63c is strengthened.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the groove portions 66 and 67 are fitted in a staggered manner, thereby simplifying the structure and sufficiently deforming the string-like water-stopping member 15 to exhibit the water-stopping function. In addition, the engagement between the first engagement portion 68 and the second engagement portion 69 can be strengthened.

(Embodiment 9)
In the said Embodiment 1-8, when the water stop members 10 and 50 or the string-like water stop member 15 deform | transforms, between 1st engagement part 8, ..., 68 and 2nd engagement part 9, ..., 69. Whereas the engagement is strengthened, in the present embodiment, the point of strengthening the engagement between the first engagement portion 78 and the second engagement portion 79 by the reaction force of the water stop member 70 is the above embodiment. It is very different from 1-8. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the eighth embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 10A, the rehabilitation pipe member 71 of the present embodiment includes a belt-like body 72, a second connection part 74 formed integrally with one end of the belt-like body 72, and the other of the belt-like body 72. The 1st connection part 73 integrally formed in the edge part of this, and the water stop member 70 are provided. The first connection part 73 has a first groove part 76 that opens downward, while the second connection part 74 has a second groove part 77 that opens upward.

The 1st connection part 73 has the 1st base part 73a of a strip | belt shape, and the two 1st protrusion parts 73b and 73c projected so that it might mutually oppose on the lower surface of the 1st base part 73a. The first connecting portion 73 is formed by connecting the lower end of the first protruding portion 73b on the one side in the opposing direction of the two first protruding portions 73b and 73c and the other end of the band 72 to each other. And is integrally formed. The first protrusions 73c on the other side in the facing direction are formed with first engaging portions 78 on both sides in the facing direction.

On the other hand, the second connection part 74 has a belt-like second base part 74a and two second protrusions 74b and 74c that protrude from the upper surface of the second base part 74a so as to face each other. . The second connection portion 74 is formed integrally with the strip-shaped body 72 by connecting the other end of the second base portion 74 a and one end of the strip-shaped body 72. A second engaging portion 79 is formed on the inner surface of each of the two second protrusions 74b and 74c in the opposing direction.

The water blocking member 70 is formed in a substantially right triangle shape in cross section, and is heat-sealed to the other corner portion 77a of the second groove portion 77 by simultaneous extrusion molding as shown in FIG. . More specifically, the water stop member 70 is formed in the second groove portion 77 at the corner 77a formed by the second protrusion 74c and the second base 74a on the other side, and the second protrusion 74c and the second base. It is installed so as to have an inclined surface 70a connecting 74a.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 71 configured as described above, as shown in FIGS. 10 (b) to 10 (d), the first protrusion 73 c is fitted in the second groove 77 and the second protrusion 74 b is the first. By fitting into the groove portion 76, the first connection portion 73 and the second connection portion 74 are connected. At this time, the first engagement portion 78 on one side of the first protrusion 73c and the second engagement portion 79 of the second protrusion 74b are engaged, and the other side of the first protrusion 73c is engaged. The first engagement portion 78 and the second engagement portion 79 of the second protrusion 74c are engaged.

Thus, the water stop member 70 is pressed by the second base portion 74a, the second ridge portion 74c, and the distal end portion of the first ridge portion 73c. The water stop member 70 thus pressed pushes back the first protrusion 73c in a direction orthogonal to the inclined surface 70a. Here, if the water stop member 70 does not exist and the second groove 77 is formed deeper than designed, the first protrusion 73c is deeply fitted into the second groove 77. Thus, the engagement between the first engagement portion 78 and the second engagement portion 79 is loosened. In this respect, in the present embodiment, since the force that pushes back the first protrusion 73c is generated by the water stop member 70, even if the dimensional accuracy of the first protrusion 73c, the second groove 77, etc. is not good, the first The engaging portion 78 and the second engaging portion 79 can be firmly engaged.

(Embodiment 10)
The present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the first connection portion 83 is formed separately from the belt-like body 82. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the second embodiment.

Fig.11 (a) is sectional drawing which shows typically parts other than the 1st connection part 83 and the string-like water stop member 15 among the members 81 for rehabilitation pipes which concern on this embodiment, FIG.11 (b) 3 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a first connection portion 83 and a string-like water blocking member 15. FIG. As shown in FIG. 11 (a), the rehabilitation pipe member 81 includes a belt-like body 82, a second connecting portion 84 formed integrally at both ends of the belt-like body 82, and a part shown in FIG. 11 (b). The 1st connection part 83 formed separately from the strip | belt-shaped body 82 and the string-like water stop member 15 are provided. The first connection portion 83 has a first groove portion 86 that opens upward, while the two second connection portions 84 each have a second groove portion 87 that opens downward.

The first connection portion 83 includes a strip-shaped first base portion 83a and two first protrusions 83b that protrude from the upper surface of the first base portion 83a so as to face each other. The first engaging portions 88 are formed on the outer surfaces of the two first protrusions 83b in the opposing direction. The string-like water blocking member 15 is continuously disposed in the first groove portion 86.

On the other hand, each 2nd connection part 84 has the strip | belt-shaped 2nd base part 84a and the 2nd 2nd protrusion part 84b, 84c protrudingly provided so that it might mutually oppose the lower surface of the 2nd base part 84a. Yes. Each of the second connecting portions 84 is formed by connecting the lower end of the second protruding portion 84b on the inner side in the opposite direction of the two second protruding portions 84b and 84c and the end of the band-shaped body 82, thereby connecting the band-shaped body 82. And is integrally formed. The second protrusion 84b on one side has a second engagement portion 89 formed on one surface, while the second protrusion 84b on the other side has a second engagement on the other surface. A joint portion 89 is formed.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 81 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 11C, when the belt-like body 82 is spirally wound, the second connection portion 84 on one side and the second connection portion 84 on the other side. A connecting portion having two second groove portions 87 having the same shape as the second connecting portion 14 of the second embodiment is formed by overlapping the connecting portion 84. Then, when the two first protrusions 83b are fitted in the two second grooves 87, respectively, the first engagement part 88 formed in the first protrusion 83b and the two first protrusions The second engaging portion 89 formed on the two second protrusions 84b sandwiching 83b from the outside in the opposing direction engages.

At this time, the second ridge portion 84c at one end and the second ridge portion 84c at the other end overlap each other and play the same role as the central second ridge portion 14c of the second embodiment. That is, the string-like water-stopping member 15 is deformed so as to spread in the facing direction while being pressed and held by the front end portion of the overlapping second protrusion 84c and the first base portion 83a in the first groove portion 86. Thereby, the two first protrusions 83b are pressed away from each other in the opposing direction, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 88 and the second engagement portion 89 is strengthened.

(Embodiment 11)
This embodiment is different from the above-described embodiment 10 in that the second connection portion 94 is formed separately from the belt-like body 92 and that the water stop member 50 is installed in the second groove portion 97. It is. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the tenth embodiment.

FIG. 12A is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a portion other than the second connection portion 94 and the water stop member 50 in the rehabilitation pipe member 91 according to this embodiment, and FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the connection part 94 and the water stop member 50 typically. As shown in FIG. 12A, the rehabilitation pipe member 91 includes a belt-like body 92, a first connection portion 93 integrally formed at both ends of the belt-like body 92, and A second connecting portion 94 formed separately from the belt-like body 92 and a water stop member 50 are provided. The two first connection parts 93 each have a first groove part 96 that opens downward, while the second connection part 94 has a second groove part 97 that opens upward.

Each first connection portion 93 includes a strip-shaped first base portion 93a and two first protrusions 93b and 93c that are provided so as to face each other on the lower surface of the first base portion 93a. Each of the first connecting portions 93 is formed by connecting the lower end of the first protruding portion 93b on the inner side in the opposite direction of the two first protruding portions 93b and 93c and the end portion of the band-shaped body 92, so And is integrally formed. The first protrusion 93c at one end is formed with a first engaging portion 98 on the other surface, while the first protrusion 93c at the other end has a first engagement on the one surface. A joint portion 98 is formed. As shown in FIG. 12 (c), when the two first protrusions 93c overlap each other at the tip ends of the first protrusions 93c at both ends, the two first protrusions 93c go downward. Inclined surfaces 93d are formed so as to be separated from each other.

On the other hand, the 2nd connection part 94 has the strip | belt-shaped 2nd base part 94a and the 2nd 2nd protrusion part 94b projected so that it might mutually oppose on the upper surface of the 2nd base part 94a. A second engagement portion 99 is formed on each of the two second protrusions 94b on the inner surface in the opposing direction.

The water-stop member 50 is formed in a substantially triangular cross section, and is heat-sealed to the central portion of the second base portion 94a in the second groove portion 97 by simultaneous extrusion molding as shown in FIG. . The inclined surface 50a of the water stop member 50 is set to have an inclination smaller than the inclination angle of the inclined surface 93d of the first protrusion 93c.

In the rehabilitation pipe member 91 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 12C, when the belt-like body 92 is spirally wound, the first connection portion 93 on the one side and the first connection portion 93 on the other side. A connection portion having two first groove portions 96 is formed overlapping the connection portion 93. Then, when the two second protrusions 94b are fitted in the two first grooves 96, respectively, the first engagement parts 98 provided in the two first protrusions 93c and the two first protrusions The second engaging portions 99 provided on the two second protrusions 94b sandwiching the strip portion 93c from the outside in the opposing direction are engaged.

At this time, the first ridge 93c at one end and the first ridge 93c at the other end overlap. The water stop member 50 is deformed so as to spread in the opposing direction while being pressed by the two inclined surfaces 93d of the overlapping first protrusion 93c and the second base 94a in the second groove 97. Thereby, the two first protrusions 93c are pressed away from each other in the opposing direction, and the engagement between the first engagement portion 98 and the second engagement portion 99 is strengthened.

Embodiment 12
