Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
<First embodiment>
FIG. 1 shows a female high heel shoe 12 to which a shoe heel 10 of the present invention is applied.
As shown in the figure, the shoe heel 10 includes a heel base portion 14 installed on the bottom surface of the shoe 12 and a ground contact portion 16 installed on the lower surface of the heel base portion 14 and extending downward.
FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of a shoe heel 10 that is characteristic of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the heel base portion 14 is provided with a prismatic fitting recess 18 on the bottom surface (joined portion with the grounding portion 16). A fixing hole 20 is provided in the wall surface on the left side of the fitting recess 18 (in front of the shoe 12).
The depth of the fixing hole 20 (to the left in the figure) is increased in opening diameter, and a release button 22 and a spring 26 that urges the release pin 24 of the release button 22 in a direction to retract from the narrow-diameter fixing hole 20; Is provided.
The grounding portion 16 includes a fitting convex portion 30 on the top thereof, and the fitting convex portion 30 has a shape that fits the fitting concave portion 18 exactly. The fitting projection 30 has a screwed member 34 having a fixing pin 32 that can protrude at the tip, and the fixing pin 32 is fitted in the fitting recess 18 in a state in which the fitting projection 30 is fitted. Corresponds to the fixing hole 20.
The shoe heel 10 according to the present embodiment is generally configured as described above, and the attached state and the detached state of the ground contact portion 16 with respect to the heel base portion 14 will be described below.
From the state shown in FIG. 2 in which the heel base portion 14 and the ground contact portion 16 are separated, the fitting convex portion 30 of the ground contact portion 16 is inserted into the fitting concave portion 18 of the heel base portion 14 (FIG. 3). At this time, the opening of the fitting recess 18 is provided with a taper 36 at a position corresponding to the fixing pin 32, and the fixing pin 32 retreats into the screwed member 34 according to the taper 36 and hinders insertion. There is no.
When the fitting convex portion 30 is further pushed into the fitting concave portion 18, the fitting convex portion 30 fits into the fitting concave portion 18 exactly as shown in FIG. 4, and in this state, the fixing pin 32 is positioned in the fixing hole 20. Then, the biasing spring in the screw-in member 34 projects into the fixing hole 20. Therefore, the ground contact portion 16 does not fall off from the heel base portion 14.
Further, since the fitting convex portion 30 and the fitting concave portion 18 are fitted with almost no gap, it may be difficult to push the fitting convex portion 30 into an airtight state. For this reason, in this embodiment, an air vent hole 38 is provided at the top of the fitting recess 18. In this embodiment, the air vent hole 38 is provided in the shoe bottom direction, but it may be laterally removed.
In this embodiment, during walking, a large force is applied to the grounding portion 16 in the front-rear, left-right, and vertical compression directions, which basically include the heel base 14 and the grounding portion including the fitting convex portion 30 and the fitting concave portion 18. As long as there is no damage to the fitting convex part 30 or the fitting concave part 18, the force in the front / rear, left / right and vertical compression directions does not concentrate on the fixing pin 32 and is stable unless Walking is possible. A force is applied to the pin 32 only when a force is applied in a direction in which the fitting convex portion 30 is pulled out from the fitting concave portion 18, but according to the tests of the present inventors, such a force is applied during actual walking. And very stable walking is possible.
Next, when replacing the grounding portion 16, the release button 22 is pushed against the spring 26 as shown in FIG. Then, the release pin 24 at the tip of the release button 22 is pushed into the fixing hole 20, and the fixing pin 32 is pushed out from the fixing hole 20. If the grounding part 16 is pulled out in this state, the grounding part 16 can be easily removed. In this manner, the grounding portion 16 can be removed only by simultaneously performing the operations of pushing the release button 22 and pulling out the grounding portion 16 that cannot occur simultaneously in a normal walking state.
In the above embodiment, the fitting concave portion is provided at the base and the fitting convex portion is provided at the grounding portion. However, the fitting convex portion may be provided at the heel base and the fitting concave portion may be provided at the grounding portion.
The grounding portion means a member provided in the installation direction with respect to the heel base, and another member may be further provided on the grounding surface.

The above is the female high-heeled shoes of the present invention, and hereinafter, male shoes will be described as a second embodiment of the present invention.
<Second embodiment>
FIG. 6 shows a male shoe 112 to which the shoe heel 110 of the present invention is applied.
As shown in the figure, the shoe heel 110 includes a heel base 114 installed on the bottom surface of the shoe 112 and a grounding portion 116 installed on the lower surface of the heel base 114.
FIG. 7 shows a schematic diagram of the heel base 114 and the ground contact portion 116.
As shown in the figure, the heel base 114 is provided with a fitting convex portion 130, and the grounding portion 116 is provided with a fitting concave portion 118. The fitting convex part 130 protrudes from the lower surface of the heel base 114 (surface facing the grounding part 116) in a substantially vertical direction, and has a depth toward the rear of the heel base. The protruding tip is plate-shaped and has an inverted T-shape that spreads in the lateral direction. The fitting concave portion 118 has a depth in the horizontal direction, and is a hole that allows the fitting convex portion 130 to be inserted in the horizontal direction. The fitting convex portion 130 is slightly smaller than the heel base portion 114, and is integrated by fitting the fitting convex portion 130 into the fitting concave portion 118 in the horizontal direction (FIG. 8).
In the men's shoes, the present invention is basically formed even with the same structure as that of the first embodiment, but the men's shoes have a lower heel portion than the women's high heel shoes, and have the same structure as the women's high heel shoes. In this case, since the depth of the fitting recess 118 and the fitting projection 130 cannot be taken sufficiently, the contact surface that supports the force during walking becomes small, and there is a possibility of causing damage depending on the use environment. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the grounding portion 116 is prevented from falling in the vertical direction, and is configured to be fitted in the horizontal direction in which the contact surface between the fitting concave portion 118 and the fitting convex portion 130 is sufficiently obtained.
FIG. 9 shows a partial cross-sectional view of a shoe heel 110 characteristic of the present invention.
A fixing hole 120 is provided in the right wall surface of the fitting recess 118 in the drawing. The depth of the fixed hole 120 is increased in opening diameter, and includes a release button 122 and a spring 126 that urges the release pin 124 of the release button 122 in a direction to retract the narrow diameter fixed hole 120. The fitting convex part 130 has a screwed member 134 having a fixing pin 132 that can freely protrude at the tip, and the fixing pin 132 is inserted into the fixing hole 118 in a state where the fitting convex part 130 is fitted in the fitting concave part 118. Corresponds to 120.
The shoe heel 110 according to the present embodiment is generally configured as described above, and the attachment state and the removal state of the ground contact portion 116 with respect to the heel base portion 114 will be described below.
The fitting convex part 130 of the heel base 114 is inserted into the fitting concave part 118 of the grounding part 116 from the state shown in FIG. 9 in which the heel base 114 and the grounding part 116 are separated (FIG. 10).
At this time, the opening of the fitting recess 118 is provided with a taper 136 at a position corresponding to the fixing pin 132, and the fixing pin 132 retreats to the screwing member 134 according to the taper 136 and does not hinder the insertion. .
When the fitting convex portion 130 is further pushed into the fitting concave portion 118, the fitting convex portion 130 fits into the fitting concave portion 118 as shown in FIG. 11, and the fixing pin 132 is positioned in the fixing hole 120 in this state. Then, the biasing spring in the screwing member 134 projects into the fixing hole 120. Therefore, the ground contact portion 116 does not fall off from the heel base portion 114.
In the present embodiment, during walking, a large force is applied to the grounding portion 116 in the front-rear, left-right, and vertical pressure directions, which basically includes the heel base 114 and the grounding portion including the fitting convex portion 130 and the fitting concave portion 118. As long as the fitting contact portion 116 or the fitting recess 118 is not damaged, the force in the front / rear direction, the left / right direction, and the vertical compression direction is not concentrated on the fixing pin 132 and is stable. Walking is possible.
A force is applied to the pin 132 only when a force is applied in a direction in which the fitting convex portion 130 is pulled out of the fitting concave portion 118. According to the tests of the present inventors, such a force is actually applied during walking. And very stable walking is possible.
Next, when the grounding portion 116 is replaced, the release button 122 is pushed against the spring 126 as shown in FIG. Then, the release pin 124 at the tip of the release button 122 is pushed into the fixing hole 120, and the fixing pin 132 is pushed out from the fixing hole 120. If the heel base 114 is pulled out in this state, the grounding portion 116 can be easily removed. In this way, the grounding part 116 can be removed only by simultaneously performing operations such as pushing the release button 122 and pulling out the grounding part 116 that cannot occur simultaneously in a normal walking state.
In the embodiment, the fitting convex portion is provided on the heel base and the fitting concave portion is provided on the grounding portion. However, the fitting concave portion may be provided on the heel base and the fitting convex portion may be provided on the grounding portion. .
The grounding portion means a member provided in the installation direction with respect to the heel base, and another member may be further provided on the grounding surface.
