Description
Claims (11)
- 固着部(22)と、組立状態のときに前記固着部(22)に対して移動可能であるように組み立てられる接続要素(14)用保持部(24)とを含む外科用固着要素(12)を、保持及び操作するための医療器具(16)であって、
前記器具(16)が、近位端及び遠位端を有し、かつ、長手軸(78)を規定し、かつ、引張部(66)と、前記引張部に対して前記長手軸(78)の方向に移動可能である押圧部(68)とを含み、
前記組立状態のときに、前記近位端が前記固着要素(12)に一時的に連結可能である、
医療器具において、
前記引張部(66)及び前記保持部(24)が連結される連結位置から、前記引張部(66)及び前記保持部(24)が互いから分離可能である非連結位置へと、前記器具(16)を能動的に転移させるための連結解除装置(162)を備えること、
前記連結位置のときに前記器具(16)を固着するための固着装置(126)を備えること、
前記固着装置(126)が、少なくとも1つの引張部固着要素(124)と、前記引張部固着要素と協働する少なくとも1つの押圧部固着要素(158)とを含み、前記非連結位置のときに、該固着要素は係合解除され、前記連結位置のときに、該固着要素は、係合解除される非固着位置から、係合状態にある固着位置へと移動可能であること、
前記少なくとも1つの引張部固着要素(124)が、引張部固着突起又は引張部固着凹部(122)の形態をとること、
前記少なくとも1つの押圧部固着要素(158)が、前記引張部固着突起に対応する押圧部固着凹部、又は前記引張部固着凹部(122)に対応する押圧部固着突起(156)の形態をとること、
前記少なくとも1つの引張部固着要素(124)が、溝付きブロック(120)を含む、或いは溝付きブロック(120)上に配置又は形成されること、
前記押圧部固着要素(158)が、案内凹部(150)を含む、或いは案内凹部(150)上に配置又は形成されること、
前記案内凹部(150)が、案内部分(152)及び固着部分(154)を含むこと、及び
前記溝付きブロック(120)が、前記非固着位置のときに前記案内部分(152)と協働し、前記固着位置のときに前記固着部分(154)と協働すること、
を特徴とする医療器具。 - 請求項1に記載の医療器具であって、前記連結解除装置(162)が、前記引張部(66)の近位端を展開するための展開装置(172)であること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の医療器具であって、
前記引張部(66)が、外側スリーブ(174)の形態をとること、及び
前記押圧部(68)が、前記外側スリーブ(174)内で変位可能に及び/又は枢動式に組み立てられる内側スリーブ(168)を含むこと、
を特徴とする医療器具。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記引張部(66)が、前記保持部(24)の相応に形成された少なくとも1つの保持部連結要素(106)に力ロック式に及び/又はポジティブロック式に連結するための少なくとも1つの引張部連結要素(104)を含むこと、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記連結解除装置(162)が、少なくとも1つの展開部材(76)、ここで該少なくとも1つの展開部材(76)は、前記引張部(66)及び前記押圧部(68)の前記長手軸(78)に平行な相対運動により、前記連結位置から前記非連結位置へと及びその逆へと移動可能である、を含むこと、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項5に記載の医療器具であって、前記少なくとも1つの展開部材(76)が、前記引張部(66)上に配置又は形成されること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項5又は6に記載の医療器具であって、前記少なくとも1つの展開部材(76)が、前記少なくとも1つの引張部連結要素(104)及び前記少なくとも1つの保持部連結要素(106)が係合状態にある前記連結位置から、前記少なくとも1つの引張部連結要素(104)及び前記少なくとも1つの保持部連結要素(106)が係合解除される前記非連結位置へと移動可能であること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記少なくとも1つの展開要素(160)が、前記案内部分(152)を近位で封鎖すること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記引張部(66)及び前記押圧部(68)が互いに着脱不能に連結される組立状態のときに、前記押圧部(68)及び前記引張部(66)を互いに対して一時的に固着するための分解防止装置(86)を備えること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 少なくとも2つの外科用固着要素(12)と、少なくとも1つの接続要素(14)とを含む脊柱安定化システム(10)であって、
前記少なくとも2つの外科用固着要素(12)のうちの少なくとも1つが、固着部(22)と、接続要素座部(44)を備えた保持部(24)と、前記接続要素(14)を前記接続要素座部(44)内に固定するための、前記保持部(24)に固定可能である固定要素(50)とを含む、脊柱安定化システムにおいて、
前記外科用固着要素(12)のうちの少なくとも1つを保持及び操作するための、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具(16)を備えること、を特徴とする脊柱安定化システム。 - 請求項10に記載の脊柱安定化システムであって、前記固着部(22)及び前記保持部(24)が、組立状態のときに互いに対して移動可能に保持されること、を特徴とする脊柱安定化システム。
