Claims (6)
- 呼吸回復器(1)と、一方の端部において前記呼吸回復器(1)のガス出口(11)に接続するガスフロー導管(30)と、該ガスフロー導管の他方の端部に接続され、吸気フェーズ中に該ガスフロー導管から患者にガスを流すよう開き、また呼気フェーズ中に閉じて呼気ガスの大部分が前記ガスフロー導管に流入するのを阻止し、その代わりに大気に流出させる構成とした患者側バルブ(31)であって、呼気ガス圧によって開いて呼気ガスを呼気流路(44)に沿って流れるようにする第1弁素子(53)を有する、該患者側バルブ(31)を備える呼吸回復器システムにおいて、前記患者側バルブ(31)は、前記呼気流路における第1弁素子(53)の下流側に配置した第2弁素子(71)を有し、前記第2弁素子(71)は、呼気フェーズ中に前記第1弁素子(53)を通過するガス圧によって開き、前記第2弁素子(71)は大気に開口するチャンバ(70)に連通し、また前記患者側バルブ(31)は、前記患者側バルブ(31)から前記ガスフロー導管(30)に沿って延在する圧力監視用の2つの第1チャネル及び第2チャネル(32及び33)を備え、前記第1チャネル(32)は、前記第2弁素子(71)の上流側に加わるガス圧力にさらされるよう開口し、前記第2チャネル(33)は、前記第2弁素子(71)の下流側に加わるガス圧力にさらされるよう開口し、また前記第1チャネル及び第2チャネル(32及び33)は、前記第2弁素子(71)の両側における圧力差から呼気ガスフローの指標を出力する前記呼吸回復器(1)における差圧測定装置(320,330,340)まで延在することを特徴とする、呼吸回復器システム。
- 請求項1記載の呼吸回復器システムにおいて、前記差圧測定装置は、呼気ガスフローから呼気の1回換気量指標を導き出す処理部(340)を有することを特徴とする、呼吸回復器システム。
- 請求項2記載の呼吸回復器システムにおいて、前記呼気の1回換気量指標は、呼気ガスフロー出力を時間積分することによって導き出すことを特徴とする、呼吸回復器システム。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載の呼吸回復器システムにおいて、前記ガスフロー導管(30)は、可撓性波形管材(30′)によって設けることを特徴とする、呼吸回復器システム。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項記載の呼吸回復器システムにおいて、前記第2弁素子は、フラップ弁(71)を有することを特徴とする、呼吸回復器システム。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項記載の呼吸回復器システムにおいて、前記呼吸回復器はガス作動呼吸回復器(1)とする呼吸回復器システム。
