Claims (4)
- 角膜架橋用装置であって、
ヒトの角膜内に光切断を形成するためのエネルギー及びパルス長を有するレーザー放射の光源と、
前記レーザー放射を走査するためのスキャナデバイスと、
前記スキャナデバイスを制御するよう構成された制御コンピュータと、
角膜光切断が生じる閾値を下回り、かつ、光増感剤を活性化させるために十分なレベルで前記レーザー放射のフルエンスを低減させるよう選択されたフルエンス低減部品であって、前記フルエンス低減部品は、前記制御コンピュータからの指示に応じて、前記レーザー放射のビーム経路の外である第1の位置に択一的に移動されるか、前記レーザー放射のビーム経路の中である第2の位置に移動されるよう構成される、フルエンス低減部品を備え、
前記制御コンピュータが、
前記レーザー放射の前記ビーム経路の外である第1の位置に、前記フルエンス低減部品を移動させ、
前記スキャナデバイスを制御し、角膜内または角膜上に光増感剤を導入または塗布するための少なくとも1つの切り込みを、前記レーザー放射で角膜内に作成し、かつ
前記フルエンス低減部品を前記レーザー放射の前記ビーム経路の中である第2の位置に移動させ、前記光増感剤を角膜架橋のために活性化させるのに十分なレベルに、前記レーザー放射のフルエンスを低減させるように、プログラムされている、装置。 - 前記低減されたフルエンスは、角膜光切断が生じる閾値を下回る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切り込みは、前記レーザー放射によって角膜を切断することによって作成され、前記光増感剤は、前記低減されたフルエンスを有する前記レーザー放射で前記光増感剤を照射することによって活性化される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- レーザー放射用の前記光源は、紫外線フェムト秒レーザーである、請求項1に記載の装置。
