Description
The present invention relates to a roll screen having a double-structured screen in which one end is fixed to a support bar via a screen fixing member, and the other end is wound around a winding roller so as to be fed back and folded at the lower end. is there.
Conventionally, a pair of support brackets are provided opposite to each other at both ends of the support bar, both ends of the take-up roller are rotatably attached to these support brackets, and an adjustment cord for rotating the take-up roller is provided on one side. One end of the screen provided between the support bracket and the take-up roller, in which the translucent and non-translucent portions are alternately arranged, is fixed to the take-up roller and the other end is fixed to the support bar, and further tension is applied to the screen. A blind for adjusting lighting in which a weight main body for giving is provided at a lower end portion of a screen is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). In this blind, the transparent portion and the opaque portion are partially overlapped by folding the screen, and an extended tongue for attaching one end of the screen is integrated with the support bar at the lower end of the support bar. Formed. Further, the take-up roller is provided with one or more seats, a fixed part is provided at one end of the screen, and this fixed part is mounted in the seat of the take-up roller. Further, a seat groove is provided on the extension tongue, and another fixing part is provided on the other end of the screen, and this other fixing part is mounted in the seat groove of the extension tongue. Thereby, a screen can be installed in an extension tongue part and a winding roller, without adding a screw, a band, and another fixing member.
In the blind constructed as described above, the adjustment cord is pulled rightward or leftward, whereby one end of the screen attached in the seat groove of the winding roller is wound or fed, and the extension tongue portion is The other end of the screen mounted in the seat groove is kept fixed to the extension tongue. As a result, the range where the transparent and opaque portions of the screen overlap can be freely adjusted.
However, in the blind shown in the above-mentioned conventional patent document 1, the screen is folded back to form a double, and the double screen is moved relative to each other. Therefore, the flatness of the screen itself, or how to cut and assemble the screen As a result, the finished state of the blind is affected, and the screen may be distorted or wavy, which may impair the appearance of the screen.
An object of the present invention is to provide a roll screen that can reduce or eliminate distortions and undulations generated in the screen.
A fifth aspect of the present invention is the invention based on the first aspect, and further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a light transmitting portion in which
In the roll screen according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the screen is displaced in the horizontal direction and the screen is distorted or wavy, the screen mounting bar is moved in the longitudinal direction to correct the horizontal displacement of the screen. When the screen is displaced obliquely and the screen is distorted or wavy, the screen mounting bar is moved in the longitudinal direction and the width direction to correct the oblique displacement of the screen. The screen mounting bar is positioned by the bar positioning member at a position where the flatness of the screen is within a desired range. As a result, it is possible to reduce or eliminate distortions and undulations generated on the screen.
In the roll screen according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the screen is displaced in the left-right direction and the screen is distorted or wavy, the screen mounting bar in the groove of the screen fixing body is moved in the longitudinal direction, Correct the horizontal shift of the screen. Then, the screen mounting bar is positioned by a bar positioning member at a position where the flatness of the screen is within a desired range, and is fixed to the screen fixing body. In this way, it is possible to reduce or eliminate distortions and undulations generated on the screen by a relatively simple operation.
In the roll screen according to the third aspect of the present invention, since the cap is attached to the end of the screen fixing body, the end surface of the concave groove of the screen fixing body is closed by this cap. As a result, the appearance of the end of the screen fixing body can be improved.
In the roll screen according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the screen mounting bar is loosely inserted into the recessed groove of the screen fixing main body, the inner cap is attached to the end of the screen fixing main body, and the end of the screen mounting bar is held by the outer cap. In this state, the outer cap is fixed in a state of being fitted into the inner cap. At this time, if the screen is displaced obliquely and the screen is distorted or wavy, the screen mounting bar is moved in the longitudinal direction and the width direction by loosening and shifting the outer cap with respect to the inner cap. Correct the misalignment. Then, at a position where the flatness of the screen is within a desired range, the screen mounting bar is positioned by the bar positioning member and fixed to the screen fixing body, that is, the screen mounting bar is positioned by the outer cap and fixed to the inner cap. . In this way, distortion and undulation generated on the screen can be reduced or eliminated by a relatively simple operation. In addition, since the outer cap closes the end surface of the recessed groove of the screen fixing body and the end surface of the cylindrical inner cap, the appearance of the end portion of the screen fixing body can be improved.
In the roll screen according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the screen has light-transmitting portions and non-light-transmitting portions formed alternately and continuously in the winding direction, so that one end of the screen is wound around a winding roller or From the state where the translucent parts before and after the double screen are overlapped and the non-translucent parts are overlapped by feeding from the winding roller, the translucent part and the non-translucent part before and after the double screen are It can be changed steplessly until it overlaps. As a result, the amount of light passing through the light transmitting portion of the screen can be freely adjusted to a desired amount.
Next, an embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<First Embodiment>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the
The
On the other hand, one end of the
A concave groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the lower surface of the
The
On the other hand, a
However, when the operation of the
On the other hand, the
The assembly procedure in the factory of the

<Second Embodiment>
7 to 13 show a second embodiment of the present invention. 7-9, the same code | symbol as FIGS. 1-3 shows the same component. In this embodiment, the
On the other hand, a pair of mounting recesses are respectively formed at both ends of the screen mounting bar 62 (FIGS. 7, 9, and 13). The
The
An assembly procedure in the factory for the
