Description

The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar holder that fixes and holds a plurality of reinforcing bars embedded in a concrete foundation, and particularly relates to a reinforcing bar holder that can easily fix and hold them at intersections of a plurality of reinforcing bars.

When embedding a plurality of reinforcing bars in a concrete foundation applied to a building or the like, first arrange the plurality of reinforcing bars so that they are arranged substantially parallel to a predetermined direction, and in a direction intersecting with these arranged reinforcing bars, A method is known in which a plurality of reinforcing bars are arranged so as to be arranged substantially in parallel and positioned with respect to each other, and then a wire such as a wire is wound around the intersection of these reinforcing bars to be bound and fixed. And after binding a reinforcing bar in this way, concrete is poured into a formwork and it is made to dry, and a reinforcing bar and concrete are unified and it is set as a structure.

When rebars are fixed and held by such a method, since the work of binding the rebars at the intersection is performed manually, it is difficult to accurately and stably fix and hold the rebars in a predetermined position, resulting in poor workability. There was a problem. In order to solve such a problem, for example, in Patent Document 1, a wire bundle is formed by bundling a plurality of wires at the intersection of a deformed steel bar as a main bar and a hoop bar. And a method of binding the ends by twisting and binding the ends after winding them diagonally.

In the method of binding the deformed steel bar and the hoop bar with the wire bundle described in Patent Document 1, since the wire bundle is wound directly around the intersection of the deformed bar bar and the hoop bar, both of them can be securely bound. Therefore, there is a problem that if the number of binding points is increased, a lot of manpower is required and work time is increased. In addition, since the wire bundle is twisted and fixed after the wire bundle is wound once, there is a problem that it is difficult to correct a slight misalignment between the deformed steel bar and the hoop.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a reinforcing bar holder that can be easily attached to crossed reinforcing bars and can be positioned.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a reinforcing bar holder for fixing and holding two intersecting reinforcing bars according to the present invention at one of the two reinforcing bars with respect to the center line thereof A right member that abuts from the right side, a left member that abuts from the left side with respect to the center line of one of the two reinforcing bars, and a connecting member that integrally connects the right member and the left member. The right side member and the left side member are configured such that the one of the two reinforcing bars includes a side contact part that contacts the side part, a bottom contact part that contacts the bottom part, and the two reinforcing bars. And the right side member, the left side member, and the connection member are all integrally formed as a wire rod. .

According to this invention, the right side provided with the side part contact part and bottom part contact part which hold | maintain one of two reinforcing bars, and the bending part which hold | maintains the other of the said two reinforcing bars, respectively. Since it has a structure in which the member and the left side member are integrally formed together with the connecting member as a wire rod, it can be easily attached by a series of pushing operations (so-called “one-touch” work) at the intersection of intersecting reinforcing bars. Position adjustment in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing bar is possible.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS It is a figure which shows the outline | summary of the reinforcing bar holder by a typical example of this invention, Comprising: Fig.1 (a) is a top view, FIG.1 (b) is a front view, FIG.1 (c) is a side view, respectively. Show. It is a figure which shows the outline of the fixation method of a reinforcing bar using the reinforcing bar holder shown in FIG. 1, Comprising: FIG. 2 (a) is the state which crossed the reinforcing bar, FIG.2 (b) is a reinforcing bar holder. FIG. 2 (c) shows a state where the reinforcing bar holder is pushed in, and FIG. 2 (d) shows a state where the fixed holding is finished.

Hereinafter, a specific configuration of a reinforcing bar holder according to a typical example of the present invention and a method for fixing and holding a plurality of reinforcing bars using the same will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing details of a reinforcing bar holder according to a typical example of the present invention, in which FIG. 1 (a) is a top view, FIG. 1 (b) is a front view, and FIG. 1 (c) is a side view. Figures are shown respectively. 1B shows a state viewed from the left side in FIG. 1C, that is, from the right member 110 side, and the left member 120 not shown in FIG. It shall have the same composition.

As shown in FIG. 1 (a), a reinforcing bar retainer 100 includes a right member 110 located on the right side of the retainer, a left member 120 located on the left side, a connecting member 130 connecting these members, The right member 110, the left member 120, and the connecting member 130 are all integrally formed as one wire. Here, the reinforcing bar holder 100 can be manufactured by an arbitrary method such as a method of bending a metal wire or a method of forming a hard resin material with a mold.

The right member 110 is in contact with one of two intersecting reinforcing bars (see reference numeral 10 in FIG. 2 to be described later) on the side contact part 112 and the bottom part that contact both side parts sandwiching the center line. The bottom part contact part 114 which touches, and the bending part 116 of the cross-sectional substantially C-shape which accommodates the other of the above-mentioned two reinforcing bars inside are provided. Similarly, the left side member 120 includes a side contact portion 122 and a bottom contact portion 124, and a bent portion 126 having a substantially C-shaped cross section. And as shown in FIG.1 (c), by the side part contact part 112 and the bottom part contact part 114 of the right side member 110, and the side part contact part 122 and the bottom part contact part 124 of the left side member 120, An internal space S1 having a width D1 is formed. Here, the width D1 of the internal space S1 is substantially the same as the outer diameter d1 of the reinforcing bar 20 shown in FIG. 2, and the interval L1 between the upper ends of the side contact portions 112 and 122 facing each other is smaller than the width D1. Is set. With these configurations, when the reinforcing bar 20 is accommodated in the internal space S1, the opposing side contact portions 112 and 122 function as a stopper.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the bent portion 116 of the right member 110 is a part of a circle whose inner surface has a diameter D2, and one end of the arc is connected to the bottom contact portion 114, and the like. A bent portion 118 that is bent toward the outside of the circle is formed at the end. Here, the diameter D2 of the inner surface of the bent portion 116 is the same as the outer diameter d2 of the reinforcing bar 30 shown in FIG. 2, and the two ends of the arc (that is, the contact point P1 between the bent portion 116 and the bottom contact portion 114 are folded). It is assumed that the distance L2 between the bending points P2) of the curved portion 118 is smaller than the diameter D2. This shape is the same for the bent portion 126 of the left member 120. With these configurations, an internal space S <b> 2 is formed in a region inside the opposing bent portions 116 and 126.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an outline of a method for fixing and holding a reinforcing bar using the reinforcing bar holder shown in FIG. 1, wherein FIG. 2 (a) shows a state in which the reinforcing bars are crossed, and FIG. 2 (b) shows a reinforcing bar. 2 (c) shows a state in which the reinforcing bar holder is pushed in, and FIG. 2 (d) shows a state in which the fixed holding is finished. 2 (b) and 2 (c) show a state in which the reinforcing bar arrangement shown in FIG. 2 (a) is viewed from the left side in the drawing, that is, from the right member 110 side of the reinforcing bar holder 100. Therefore, it is assumed that the left side member 120 (not shown) has the same configuration, and repeated description is omitted.

The method for fixing and holding the reinforcing bar 10 using the reinforcing bar holder 100 according to a typical example of the present invention includes the step of preparing the reinforcing bar holder 100 shown in FIG. 1 and the step of crossing a plurality of reinforcing bars 20 and 30. And the step of arranging the reinforcing bar holder 100 at the intersection of the plurality of reinforcing bars 10 so that the reinforcing bars 20 and 30 are positioned on the opening sides of the internal spaces S1 and S2, respectively, and rotating the reinforcing bar holder 100 And pushing the reinforcing bars 20 and 30 into the internal spaces S1 and S2, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the reinforcing bar 10 fixed and held by the reinforcing bar holder 100 is arranged in a state in which the reinforcing bar 30 is placed in a manner substantially perpendicular to the two reinforcing bars, that is, the reinforcing bars 20. At the intersection of the two rebars 20 and 30 intersecting in this way, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the rebar holder 100 is opposed to the rebar 20 where the open side of the internal space S1 is located below, And it arrange | positions so that the open side of internal space S2 may face the reinforcing bar 30 located in the upper side.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the side contact portion 112 is pushed in the direction of the arrow F1, and the bending portion 116 is pushed in the direction of F2, and the reinforcing bars 20 and 30 are pushed into the internal spaces S1 and S2, respectively. Rotate as follows. At this time, since the constituent elements of the reinforcing bar holder 100 are each integrally formed as one wire rod, the outer diameter d1 is set at the interval L1 between the side contact portions 112 and 122 forming the internal space S1. When the reinforcing bar 20 is pushed in, the opposing side contact portions 112 and 122 are elastically deformed so as to open outward, and when the reinforcing bar 20 is completely accommodated in the internal space S1, the original interval L1 is restored. Similarly, when the reinforcing bar 30 having the outer diameter d2 is pushed into the opening interval L2 between the opposed bent portions 116 and 126 forming the internal space S2, the interval L2 is opened at the bent portions 116 and 126 that are part of the arc. When the reinforcing bars 30 are elastically deformed in the respective directions and the reinforcing bars 30 are completely accommodated in the internal space S2, the original distance L2 is restored. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2D, the two reinforcing bars 20 and 30 that intersect each other are firmly positioned and held by the reinforcing bar holder 100 according to the present invention.

Here, as for the reinforcing bar 20 accommodated in the internal space S1 of the reinforcing bar holder 100, the node part 22 which is the outermost periphery has side contact parts 112 and 122 arranged along the reinforcing bar 20 and a bottom part contact. Since they are in contact with the inner surfaces of the contact portions 114 and 124, they can slide minutely in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing bar 20. On the other hand, the reinforcing bar 30 accommodated in the internal space S2 preferentially contacts the lower portions of the bent portions 116 and 126 by its own weight. For this reason, the side surface of the node part 32 of the reinforcing bar 30 comes into contact with the side surface of the bent part 116 or 126, and the reinforcing bar holder 100 is within the interval between the adjacent node parts 32 in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing bar 30. (In other words, in the reinforcing bar holder 100, the node portion 32 functions as a stopper in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing bar 30).

With this configuration, the above-described reinforcing bar holder 100 is formed by integrally forming the right member 110, the left member 120, and the connecting member 130 as a wire, and opposing side contact portions 112, 122 and a bottom contact portion 114, The internal space S <b> 1 is composed of the internal space S <b> 1 and the opposing bending portions 116 and 126 are configured to form the internal space S <b> 2. Since the reinforcing bars of the book can be fixedly held, the attaching operation becomes easy. Moreover, since the minute slide is enabled in each of the reinforcing bars which cross, position adjustment in the longitudinal direction of each reinforcing bar becomes possible after attachment.

As mentioned above, although the Example by this invention and the modification based on this were demonstrated, this invention is not necessarily limited to these examples. In addition, those skilled in the art will be able to find various alternative embodiments and modifications without departing from the spirit of the present invention or the scope of the appended claims.
