Description
The present invention relates to a radiation type air conditioning system that performs indoor air conditioning by thermal radiation.
In recent years, in response to energy saving and comfort needs, radiant air-conditioning is used for air conditioning indoors by transferring thermal energy (hereinafter referred to as "thermal radiation") without blowing cold air or hot air directly into the room. The system is drawing attention.
In such a radiation type air conditioning system, a radiation panel provided with a heat medium pipe line is laid along a room surface such as a ceiling surface, and a heat medium such as hot water or cold water is allowed to flow through the heat medium pipe line. The panel is configured to heat and cool indoors by performing heat radiation to the room and heat exchange with room air (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
Furthermore, the radiation panel of the radiation type air conditioning system described in
Specifically, a plurality of radiating molds are arranged in parallel at equal intervals in a state where they are close to each other, and the plurality of radiating molds arranged in parallel with each other is defined as a longitudinal direction intersecting the extending direction of the molds The rail member (see “cross member 5” in Patent Document 1) and the ceiling base are fixed.
The radiation panel of such a conventional radiation type air conditioning system is integrated in a state where a plurality of radiation mold materials are arranged in parallel with each other, and between adjacent radiation mold materials, for example, Although there are cases where parts for connecting the radiating molds are provided, other parts are not configured to be installed. Further, in order to perform comfortable air conditioning, it is desired to lay a radiation panel over as wide a range as possible on the indoor surface.
However, because it is necessary to install various fixtures such as lighting fixtures in addition to such a radiation panel on the indoor surface such as the ceiling, the conventional radiation panel avoids interference with the installation location of the fixtures. Had to be laid in the area. Therefore, the installation location of appliances on the indoor surface is limited, or the appearance of the radiant panel becomes an inconsistent shape that avoids the installation location of appliances, and the aesthetics of the indoor surface side viewed from the indoor side are impaired. There has been a problem that it is impossible to lay a radiant panel over the entire indoor surface, making it impossible to realize comfortable air conditioning in the entire room.
In view of this situation, the main problem of the present invention is that in a radiation-type air conditioning system that performs indoor air conditioning by thermal radiation, while realizing comfortable air conditioning, the indoor surface side viewed from the indoor side is not impaired. It is in the point of providing the technique which can ensure the freedom degree of the installation location of the instrument in the surface.

According to this characteristic configuration, the instrument mounting surface portion of the tool mounting mold material is disposed at a position retracted from the radiation surface portion at the position protruding to the front side of the radiation mold material. According to this characteristic configuration, in a radiation panel in which a plurality of radiation mold materials and fixture mounting mold materials are arranged in parallel, the radiation panels are integrated by fixing the mold materials to the rail member disposed on the rear surface side. The construction of the radiation panel can be simplified on the indoor surface by, for example, supporting and fixing the radiation panel previously unitized to the indoor surface.
An embodiment of a radiation air-conditioning system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The radiation air-conditioning system of this embodiment is provided with the radiation panel 1 laid along the ceiling surface (an example of an indoor surface) which faces the room R, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2.
This radiation panel 1 has a pair of fixing
In this way, in the radiation panel 1 laid along the ceiling surface, a heat medium pipe L through which a heat medium such as hot water or cold water heated or cooled by a separately installed heat source machine (not shown) flows. Is provided. By causing the heat medium to flow through the heat medium pipe L, the radiation panel 1 performs heat radiation to the room R and heat exchange with the air in the room R, thereby cooling and heating the room R.
In the present embodiment, the heat medium pipe L is provided as a pipe formed inside a flexible heat medium pipe P that snakes over the upper surface side of the radiation panel 1.
And this radiation air-conditioning system adopts the structure of the characteristic radiation panel 1 and realizes comfortable air-conditioning, without impairing the beauty of the ceiling surface side seen from the room R side. It is possible to secure the degree of freedom of the installation location of the class, and the features will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 2, the radiation panel 1 is configured by arranging a plurality of
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
Specifically, the
The
In the
The
The fixing
In addition, a pair of locking
The
In fixing the
Next, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the
Then, in a state where the
4 shows that the rotation of FIG. 4B is performed prior to the slide of FIG. 4C, conversely, the fixing
Further, a
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fixture mounting
Specifically, the fixture mounting
In the
That is, since the fixtures K can be attached to the fixture mounting
Therefore, there is no problem that the aesthetic appearance of the ceiling surface on which the radiation panel 1 is laid is viewed from the room R side, and further, the room R can be obtained by laying the radiation panel 1 over the widest possible range of the ceiling surface. Comfortable air conditioning will be realized.

In this embodiment, a hexagon bolt is used as the fixing

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, in the radiation panel 1, between the

If the
