Description

The present invention is an instrument that automatically collects dust, oil film, etc. floating on the liquid surface without using power or labor and makes it easy to dispose of, such as a domestic bath, a tropical fish tank, etc. Used in.

There is a device in which a water flow is generated by an electric pump and a filter is provided in the middle of the flow. There is also a commercially available device for scooping up trash with a net that has a miniature tennis racket. However, both had many drawbacks and were not practical.
In the bath after someone enters, there may be dust, hair, or a fat oil film on the surface of the water. When sucking this up with an electric pump, the pump's suction port is always under the surface of the water, so floating dust cannot be sucked up. In the end, it is very inefficient because it stirs with a strong water flow and sucks up the trash that has sunk along with a large amount of water. Further, since it is used in a bathroom with extremely high humidity, there is a risk of electric shock. When using a dry battery, it is necessary to seal it, and the cost is very high.
Using a net and scrubbing by hand manually stirs the water during the work, so the floating dust sinks, making it difficult to completely remove the dust and removing the oil film. . In addition, cleaning work using both hands is required to remove tangled nets.
A common method is to use a basin to slowly scoop out water near the surface of the water, but it is difficult to hold the basin while maintaining the same height as the water surface. Work efficiency and garbage collection accuracy are extremely poor.

Provide low-priced products that can easily and reliably remove dust and oil films floating on the liquid surface. In ordinary households, spending in the thousands of yen is not allowed just to collect floating waste in the bath. Usually, it is used only as “if it is convenient”, so if it is not a product that can be sold in a 100 yen uniform shop, it cannot be popularized. Therefore, providing a configuration that can be manufactured at an extremely low cost while ensuring a predetermined function can be said to be the most important subject of the present invention.
Specifically, it is an object of the present invention to completely solve all the following requirements.
1. Capturing dirt, dust, hair, and oil film that floats on a liquid surface that is almost stationary.
2. The captured garbage and oil film can be easily discarded with one hand.
3. It can be disposed of in a sanitary manner without touching the captured garbage or oil film.
4. Do not use paid energy such as household power supplies or dry batteries.
5. Garbage and oil film should be collected automatically just by placing the device on the water surface.
6. Do not pollute the water. Also, there is no possibility of polluting the water.
7. It can be used semi-permanently and repeatedly.
8. The number of parts must be about 5 or less. In addition, still perform the specified function.
9. It can be made at a low cost that can be marketed for several hundred yen for a general household bath.
10. During distribution, multiple products can be stacked or combined to reduce the volume.
11. Be able to visually check the state of collecting garbage.
12. After use, the internal moisture can be easily removed and dried.
13. Can remove dust and oil film floating in aquarium such as tropical fish. Specifically, even if it is made small or large according to the size of the aquarium, it should perform the specified function.
14. Do not remodel existing bath tubs, bath tubs and water tanks.
In addition, all the above-mentioned prior art documents are the thing using power, the thing which remodels the bathtub itself, and the thing directly connected with a drain outlet, and cannot solve the subject of this invention at all.

In order to solve the problem, one or a plurality of configurations described in any one of claims 1 to 3 of the present invention are selected and adopted. The contents generally indicate the following configuration.
1. The upper edge of the container is slidably attached to the rotating shaft supported near the water surface by floating.
2. It is constructed so that the surface water gradually flows into the container when suspended in the bath.
3. The container that has been inclined and floated gradually becomes horizontal and stops when the inside is filled with water.
4. Lift the container and throw away the water or hot water containing the trash.
In addition, when the pneumatic water flow generator is already owned, even if the configuration described in claim 4 is adopted, a considerable effect can be obtained.

If a plurality of configurations according to any one of claims 1 to 3 of the present invention are employed, all the above-mentioned problems can be solved completely.
In particular, when it is configured with a container provided with a hole for penetrating the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft, and two floats on the left and right, it is possible to perform a predetermined function with only four component parts. Manufacturing at a low cost is possible. In addition, if a plurality of containers are stacked and the float and the rotating shaft are housed inside, the volume becomes small, and the cost for physical distribution and storage can be reduced.
In the structure of Claim 4, since it is only a container and a pipe for connecting with the existing water flow generator, this is also sufficiently low-cost and can be sold for 100 yen.

Forms and configurations for implementing the present invention and solving the problems are as described in detail in claims 1 to 3 or claim 4, and if one or more of them are selected, good. An example of the configuration will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of the present invention. A rotating shaft 3 passes through the vicinity of the upper edge of the container 1 having a substantially rectangular opening, and floats 4 are attached to both ends thereof. The container 1 is provided with a vertically long slit 2 for introducing water into the inside and a handle 5 for lifting the main body when the water containing the sucked dust is discarded.
In addition, when producing a product, it is possible to reduce costs by providing protrusions on the left and right sides of the container 1 to replace the rotating shaft 3 and integrally forming the float 4 and the rotating shaft 3.

FIG. 2 shows a state in which the product of the present invention is floated on the water surface 6. At this time, the buoyancy and weight of each part are adjusted so that a part of the slit 2 is submerged.
From the slit 2, water near the water surface 6 flows into the container 1 together with the floating dust. In this state, the container 1 gradually sinks due to the inflow of water, but the float 4 does not sink. Therefore, the container 1 continues to suck in water while rotating around the rotation shaft 3.

FIG. 3 is a left side view of the present invention, showing a state in which the inside of the container 1 is almost filled with water. As shown in this figure, the slit 2 sucks dust floating on the water surface little by little while always maintaining a certain positional relationship with the water surface 6.
FIG. 4 is a diagram of the state of FIG. 3 viewed from the front. By adjusting the weight and buoyancy of the container 1, the operation is stopped in this state, that is, the inflow of water is stopped. Therefore, the main body is lifted using the handle 5, and the water containing dust can be discarded. With the above configuration, it uses an extremely simple structure that does not use power,

For adjusting the buoyancy, a lightweight material such as styrene foam may be attached. However, if a downward concave part is formed integrally with the bottom of the container 1, air is taken in and retained when it sinks by rotation. The buoyancy can be adjusted without using a float.

As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, it is possible to completely solve the above-described problems, and it is possible to provide a general household with a low-priced and high-performance dust collector.

If one or a plurality of configurations according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or claim 4 of the present invention are selected and adopted, all the above-mentioned problems can be solved, By selling high-performance products at extremely low prices, they can be widely spread to general households. In other words, the daily goods industry can be activated.
