Claims (15)
- 各LEDがLED出力面を含み、動作時に前記LED出力面から光を放射する、複数のLEDと、
前記複数のLEDによって放射された光が、導光体入力面で導光素子に入射されるように、前記複数のLEDの各LEDの前記LED出力面に隣接して配置される前記導光体入力面を含む前記導光素子であって、前記導光素子は、導光体出力面をさらに含み、前記導光体入力面で前記導光素子に入射された光は、さらに前記導光体出力面に導かれ、前記導光体出力面から放射される、導光素子と、
透明材料で形成され、前記導光体出力面に隣接して配置された第1の表面部分を含む、コリメート素子であって、前記導光素子の前記導光体出力面から放射され前記第1の表面部分で前記コリメート素子に入射された光をコリメートする、コリメート素子と
を含む、発光装置であって、
前記発光装置は、少なくとも前記導光素子を少なくとも部分的に囲むように配置された第1の反射素子をさらに含み、
前記コリメート素子は、第2の表面部分を含み、前記第1の反射素子は、前記導光素子から漏出する光の少なくとも一部を反射して戻し、この光の少なくとも一部は、前記第2の表面部分で前記コリメート素子に入射される、
発光装置。 - 前記導光体入力面の面積は、前記導光体出力面の面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記導光素子は少なくとも2つの導光体入力面を含み、前記少なくとも2つの導光体入力面の各々は、前記複数のLEDによって放射された光が、前記少なくとも2つの導光体入力面で前記導光素子に入射されるように、前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つのLEDの前記LED出力面に隣接して配置され、前記2つの導光体入力面の各々で前記導光素子に入射された光は、さらに、前記導光体出力面に導かれ、前記導光体出力面から放射される、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの導光体入力面の面積の合計は、前記導光体出力面の面積よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の反射素子は、前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つ及び前記コリメート素子を少なくとも部分的に囲むように、さらに配置される、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 隣接する前記導光体入力面に対してゼロとは異なる角度で前記LED出力面が延在するように、前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つのLEDが配置される、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記複数のLEDはキャリア上に配置され、隣接する前記導光体入力面に対してある角度で前記LED出力面が延在するように、前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つのLEDが配置される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記隣接する導光体入力面に対してゼロとは異なる角度で前記LED出力面が延在するように、前記複数のLEDの少なくとも1つのLEDが配置される態様で前記キャリアは形成される、請求項7に記載の発光装置。
- 前記複数のLEDの少なくとも2つの隣接するLEDは、少なくとも1つの第2の反射素子によって分離される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記導光素子は、光学マニホールドである、請求項3乃至9の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記導光素子は、光学楔である、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記導光素子は、少なくとも1.5の屈折率を有し、前記導光体出力面の面積は、前記導光体入力面の面積の25%から64%に相当する、請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 前記導光素子は、1.5の屈折率を有し、前記導光体出力の面積は、前記導光体入力面の面積の25%から64%のうちの任意の何れかに相当する、請求項11又は12に記載の発光装置。
- 前記導光素子は、1.8の屈折率を有し、前記導光体出力面の面積は、前記導光体入力面の面積の25%から49%のうちの任意の何れかに相当する、請求項11又は12に記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の発光装置を含む、ランプ、照明器具、又は照明システム。
