Description

The present invention relates to a case where, in a hairdressing and beauty related facility, the face of a person to be treated is protected from a makeup drop due to splashes of rinsing water or the like when the hair is washed by the person or from discomfort due to splashes. The present invention relates to an eye mask that can prevent damage to facial irregularities such as false eyelashes due to a member covering the face, facial stuffiness, and makeup wipe due to contact between the face and the member.

In a hairdressing and beauty related facility, a hair wash for a treatment person is performed a plurality of times by the practitioner while the treatment person is laid on his / her back during a haircut, perm, hair dyeing, or the like.
Conventionally, in the technique described in Patent Document 6 (New Registration No. 3075604), the face of the subject is treated to prevent makeup from being removed due to splashes of rinse water during hair washing and discomfort to the subject. Measures were taken to place a piece of cloth such as gauze.
Here, Patent Document 1 discloses an eye mask in which a piece of cloth is matched to the shape of the upper face.

There are also the following eye masks having a certain space between the eye mask and the face when the shape of the eye mask is processed in accordance with the shape of the concavo-convex portion of the face and the eye mask is placed on a human face.
An eye mask in which a space is provided between the facial convex portion and the eye mask by a wire or a seam is described in Patent Document 2, although it is used for a nap during travel.
An eye mask provided with a protrusion by tacking a material cloth piece during manufacture is described in Patent Document 3 (Registered Utility Model No. 3160268).
An eye mask in which a non-woven fabric is attached to a film having a certain shape is described in Patent Document 5 (Registered Utility Model No. 3045347).

特公開平7−241312号公報Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-243112 特公開2011−161219号公報Japanese Patent Publication No. 2011-161219 登録実用新案第3160268号公報Registered Utility Model No. 3160268 登録実用新案第3142860号公報Registered Utility Model No. 3142860 登録実用新案第3045347号公報Registered Utility Model No. 3045347 実録案用新案第3075604号公報No. 3075604 for the actual draft

Conventional cloth eye masks do not have a regularity and directly cover the entire face of the user, and have the following drawbacks.
The contact portion between the eye mask and the eyelash or the like gives discomfort to the patient. Moreover, the eyelashes come off due to the contact. Further, the contact wipes off makeup such as eye shadow.
In addition, since there is little gap between the face and the eye mask, it can cause discomfort and wipe off makeup due to stuffiness during wearing.
In a hairdressing and beauty related facility, the above-mentioned problem occurs each time the hair mask is permeated, permed, dyed, etc., and the eye mask is worn by the patient each time.

Of eye mask, eyelashes and nasal bridge lines, etc., where the parts that come into contact with the facial projections of the person to be treated are processed with stitches of wire or cloth, or by sewing with multiple materials, the fixed form and the above contact When a space is provided in the part, the manufacturing process becomes complicated.
Furthermore, by having a three-dimensional shape like the eye mask shown in Patent Document 2 (Registered Utility Model No. Gazette), packing and transportation costs increase, and the product unit price also increases.
Here, since these eye masks directly touch the skin of unspecified patients, it is difficult to reuse them for other patients due to hygiene and unpleasantness of the patients. Eye masks don't fit in with disposables. In addition, if the eye mask is reused for laundry in a hairdressing and beauty-related facility after use, the work in the hairdressing and beauty facility is increased, and the number of times it is reused due to the deformation of the three-dimensional shape due to washing. There are limitations.
For the above reasons, it is difficult to introduce a three-dimensional eye mask in a hairdressing and beauty related facility.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive eye mask that does not give the above-mentioned unpleasant feeling to a person undergoing a hairdressing and beauty related facility, and can be used in a disposable manner.

The eye mask shape is a flat shape with front and back surfaces covering the upper part of the face of the user so that the upper part of the face, which is a part that is particularly splashed during hair washing, can be protected in hairdressing and beauty related facilities.
A material that is deformed in the pulling direction by manual pulling by a practitioner in a hairdressing and beauty-related facility and that fixes the stretched shape after the deformation is used for the eye mask. As a result, when using the eye mask for the patient, the portion of the eye mask that corresponds to the facial irregular shape such as the eyelashes or nose bridge line of the subject is the face irregular portion of the subject. In accordance with the above, it is possible to perform uneven processing by deformation by stretching to the eye mask.
In the present invention, a portion of the eye mask that corresponds to the above-described concave / convex shape of the face, is a portion that is deformed by stretching and that fixes the stretched shape after deformation, and is referred to as a “stretching essential portion”. A portion of the eye mask that is a portion other than the main portion that is not required to be extended is referred to as an “extension unnecessary portion”. A portion deformed by the above-described stretching operation is referred to as a “stretching portion”.
Since this eye mask is in a flat state that does not have a three-dimensional shape until it is actually used in a hairdressing and beauty related facility, the manufacturing process is simple, and subsequent packing and transportation are not bulky.
Compared with the conventional product having a three-dimensional shape at the time of manufacturing, the cost can be reduced.
Here, a material that is easily stretched by a practitioner's manual work and has a certain fixed shape in the stretched shape is used as the material.
Also, in the above eye mask, only the part corresponding to the convex part of the face is stretched, and the other part of the eye mask is covered in accordance with the unevenness of the face of the person to be treated, so that no uncomfortable feeling is given. It is desirable also from a thing.
Here, only by matching the material to the eye mask shape, the extension main part cannot be immediately determined in the extension work in the hairdressing and beauty-related facility, and the operation time is increased and the erroneous operation such as extension of the extension unnecessary part is performed. Therefore, a mark 2 is attached to a portion of the eye mask 1 that corresponds to the convex shape of the face and requires an extension operation. (Figure 1)

Further, when only the extension essential part is extended, the extension is extended to the extension unnecessary part that is continuous with the extension essential part, thereby causing distortion between the extension essential part and the extension unnecessary part. Therefore, instead of the mark 2, two or more notches 6 are provided at the boundary between the extension main part and the extension unnecessary part, and the extension main part is sandwiched or surrounded by the notch 6, so that only the extension main part is provided. Stretch to prevent the distortion.
Here, even in the same face convex part in the same subject, the flat part of the face, such as the difference in the bulge due to the difference in position from the middle of the eyebrows in the eyelashes, in the central and peripheral parts of the eyelashes There is a difference in altitude based on. In addition to the notch 6 at the boundary between the extension essential part and the extension unnecessary part, a boundary is provided by one or more notches 7 inside the extension essential part. Based on the above difference in altitude, it is possible to perform stretching corresponding to the length that requires stretching. (Figure 2)

FIG. 1 shows the shape of the eye mask 1.
FIG. 5 shows an example of the stretched essential part of the eye mask 1 after stretching and the stretched shape of the eye mask 1 fixed after being deformed by stretching, and the periphery thereof, and facial protrusions such as eyelashes and nasal bridge lines. The longer relationship with the upper eyelash 8 is shown.
Due to the deformation caused by the stretching of the stretched main part and the fixation of the stretched shape after the deformation, the stretched part of the eye mask 1 needs to stretch on the upper and lower facial skins 11a and 11b of the eye part 10 with the upper eyelash top 9 as a vertex. It becomes a mountain shape with the boundaries 12a and 12b between the part and the extension unnecessary part as the lowermost part of both sides. A fixed space corresponding to the convex part of the face is formed between the eye part 10 and the facial skins 11a and 11b in the extension part of the eye mask 1. The contact between the eye mask 1 and the upper eyelash 8 is avoided by the effect of forming the above space.
Hereinafter, in the present invention, the shape of the extending portion of the eye mask 1 that forms the space is referred to as a “mountain shape”.

In addition, when the patient wears large eyelashes, the space may not provide sufficient space between the face convex portion and the eye mask 1. In this case, the extension-unnecessary portion of the eye mask 1 retains its weight at the contact portions with the upper and lower facial skins 11a and 11b of the eye portion 10, and does not reach the eyelashes 8. The extension part of the eye mask 1 is in contact with the uppermost part 9 of the eyelashes, and only the weight of the extension part of the eye mask 1 is supported by the eyelashes 8. As for the weight per unit area of the stretched portion of the eye mask 1, the stretch rate is reduced from before the stretch. Of the weight of the extension part, the weight in a certain range from the lowermost part of both sides of the above-described mountain shape is also in contact with the extension unnecessary part of the eye mask 1 that is continuous with the extension part. The weights of the upper and lower facial skins 7a and 7b are maintained, and the weight applied to the upper eyelashes 8 is reduced as compared with the weight of the entire extension portion.

When the material of the eye mask 1 including the stretched main part is deformed at an elongation rate of 20% and the stretched shape is maintained, the notch 6 at the boundary between the stretched main part and the stretch unnecessary part is used. When the length is set to be three times the length of the upper eyelash uppermost portion 9 and the like up to the top of the convex portion of the face with reference to the flat face portions such as the facial skins 11a and 11b above and below the eye portion 10, The above mountain shape can be formed. When a material having an elongation rate exceeding 20% is used for the eye mask 1, the length of the notch 6 can be further shortened.

FIG. 1 is a front view of an eye mask 1 according to a first embodiment or embodiment of the present invention, in which a main part of extension is marked 2.
FIGS. 2 to 4 are front views of eye masks 3 to 5 in which notches 6 are provided at the boundary between the extension essential part and the extension unnecessary part according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In addition, a notch 7 provided inside the extension main part is also shown.
FIG. 5 is a side view showing the upper and lower skins of the eyes, eyelashes, and eyelashes when the eye mask stretcher according to FIG. 2 is attached to the face of the user who is an eye mask user in a hairdressing and beauty related facility. FIG. 6 is a view showing the use state of the eye mask according to FIG.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an eye mask 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. With reference to FIG. 1, the eye mask 1 is comprised by the fiber of the flat shape which has a surface and a back surface, and uses a nonwoven fabric for the said raw material.
In addition, the nonwoven fabric is a “fabric made by mechanically, chemically, and thermally treating a fiber sheet (web) without joining in the form of yarn, and joining them with the adhesive or the fusing power of the fiber itself.” Along with stretchability, it has a comfortable touch and breathability.
Nonwoven fabric materials include natural fibers such as cotton and linen, synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, acrylic and polyethylene, and recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra. Thus, the eye mask 1 using the nonwoven fabric is also deformed in the pulling direction by pulling, and the stretched shape is fixed after the deformation.

In a hairdressing and beauty-related facility, when the practitioner makes the back of the eye mask 1 contact the face of the person to be treated and causes the person to wear the eye mask 1, eyelashes and nose bridge lines on the surface of the eye mask 1 A mark 2 is attached to a portion where the eye mask 1 covers the uneven surface of the face. The mark 2 is provided with ink or the like when the eye mask 1 is manufactured, and can be discriminated visually by the practitioner. The mark 2 indicates to the practitioner who is the user of the eye mask 1 that it is a main part of extension.

Regarding the method of using the eye mask 1 in a hairdressing and beauty related facility, when the practitioner performs hair washing for the subject on the treatment table, before using the eye mask 1 on the subject. Perform the following work. The practitioner pinches the periphery of the surface of the eye mask 1 around the portion marked with the mark 2 that is the main part of extension, and places the portion in the direction outside the surface of the eye mask 1. Pull towards. The part of the surface of the eye mask 1 is expanded, and when the practitioner releases the finger, the part of the eye mask 1 has a shape that is still extended. Furthermore, the extension part is pushed with a finger from the back side direction of the eye mask 1 and is formed in a front side direction so as to form and fix a convex part having a mountain shape according to FIG. The practitioner causes the practitioner to wear the eye mask 1 by bringing the back surface of the eye mask 1 into contact with the forehead of the practitioner and the upper part of the face including both eyes and nose bridge lines. At this time, the convex part of the face of the patient and the convex part of the eye mask 1 are aligned.

Regarding the above-mentioned deformation by the practitioner, the average gripping power of adult women who are the main employees in beauty and beauty related facilities is less than 30 kg (less than 50 kg for men) in the 2013 physical fitness survey by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and about 294 N (Newton) Because it corresponds to a weak, if you hold both ends of the stretch main part with both hands and pull it, if you take both ends of the stretch main part with two fingers (mainly thumb and index finger) and hold it, the stretch main part of the nonwoven fabric used as the material Can withstand pulling up to about 120N.
Here, the JIS standard is ISO 9073-1 issued as the first edition in 1989, ISO 907-2 issued as the second edition in 1995, and the first edition in 1989 in the general nonwoven fabric testing method. ISO9073-3, ISO9073-4 issued as the second edition in 1997, ISO9073-7 issued as the first edition in 1995, ISO9092 issued as the first edition in 1988, The portion to be created is created without changing the technical contents, and the tensile strength and elongation rate are defined as “measured at 5 cm width” in ISO9073-3.
Therefore, when the width of the main part is 1 cm, it is possible to use up to about 720 N / 5 cm of non-woven fabric material that requires an elongation rate of 20% or more. When the part width is 2 cm, a nonwoven fabric material that needs to obtain an elongation rate of 20% or more can be used up to a material that requires a tensile strength with a force of up to about 360 N / 5 cm.

The eye mask 1 is a flat-shaped fiber, and has an effect of reducing the cost in manufacturing and subsequent transportation as compared with a conventional product having a three-dimensional shape as shown in Patent Document 2.
Furthermore, compared with the conventional product having only a flat shape as shown in Patent Document 1, the face of the subject in the eye mask 1 is stretched by the operator in the hairdressing and beauty related facility. This has the effect of providing a space having a convex shape in the direction opposite to the face in the portion corresponding to the convex portion.
Note that the mark 2 has an effect that the main part of the expansion in the eye mask 1 can be easily and accurately determined from the unnecessary part of the eye mask 1 and only the main part of the expansion can be extended in a short time.

FIG. 5 is an example of a stretched portion of the eye mask 1 after stretching, its periphery that is a stretch-unnecessary portion, and facial protrusions such as eyelashes and nasal bridge lines, which are longer than the lower eyelashes. 8 is a diagram showing a relationship with FIG.
Due to the deformation due to the stretching of the stretching essential part and the fixation of the stretched shape after the deformation, the stretching essential part of the eye mask 1 stretches on the upper and lower facial skins 11a and 11b of the eye part 10 with the upper eyelash uppermost part 9 as the apex. This is a chevron-shaped stretched portion with the boundaries 12a and 12b between the main portion and the stretch-unnecessary portion as the lowest portions of both sides. A fixed space corresponding to the convex part of the face is formed between the eye part 10 and the facial skins 11a and 11b by the extension part of the eye mask 1. Here, the upper and lower facial skins 11 a and 11 b of the eye 10, which are locations other than the facial convex portion of the patient, hold the weight of the extension unnecessary portion of the eye mask 1.
In addition, the stretched portion of the eye mask 1 is also held by the facial skin through the continuous stretch-free portion, and the area of the stretched portion is stretched by stretching compared to before stretching. It increases in proportion of the percentage. The weight of the extension remains the same as the weight of its extension prior to extension. Therefore, the weight per unit area of the nonwoven fabric in the stretched portion is reduced by the proportion of the area increase due to stretching than the weight per unit area of the nonwoven fabric before stretching.
Due to these effects, the stretched portion of the eye mask 1 that forms the above space can withstand the weight of the nonwoven fabric that is the material, and corresponds to the convex portion of the face of the patient, and retains its shape.
The contact between the eye mask 1 and the upper eyelash 8 is avoided by the effect of forming the above space.

In addition, when the patient is wearing large eyelashes, the space may not provide a sufficient space between the face convex portion and the eye mask 1. The unnecessary portions of the eye mask 1 are places other than the facial convex portions of the subject, and the upper and lower facial skins 11a and 11b of the eye portion 10 retain their weight. The uppermost part 9 is contacted, and the weight of only the extension part of the eye mask 1 is held by the eyelashes 8.
Furthermore, the weight in a certain range from the lowermost part of both sides of the above-mentioned mountain-shaped shape shown in FIG. 5 in the weight of the stretched portion is also in contact with the stretch unnecessary portion continuous with the stretched portion of the eye mask 1. The weights are held by the upper and lower facial skins 11a and 11b of the eye 10, and a certain proportion of the weight of the extension is reduced from the weight applied to the upper eyelashes 8.
As a result, the discomfort caused by the contact between the face convex portion and the eye mask 1 due to wearing of the eye mask 1 by the patient is reduced, and damage to the eyelashes can be avoided.
