Description
実施形態の感圧ポリマーデバイス1は、感圧性を示すエレクトレット材を用いる。エレクトレット材は、一般的に、ポリマーフィルムを二軸方向に延伸して層状構造の多孔質ポリマーを形成し、これに高電圧を印加することで電荷をフィルム内部の層状構造に供給することにより形成される。層状構造に供給された電荷は双極子となり、上下両表面に電極が形成されたフィルムに圧力を印加すると、内部の双極子が分極し、上下電極間に電圧を生じる仕組みとなる。このようなエレクトレット材は、フッ素樹脂、ポリプロピレンなどの有機材料から形成できることが実証されている。従来の圧力センサとして、例えば、水晶やピエゾ(PZT)などの圧電結晶を用いるもの、有機圧電性フィルム(ポリフッ化ビニリデン、PVDF)がある。さらに、圧力による抵抗体の抵抗値が変化することを利用した歪ゲージや感圧ゴムを利用したもの、有機圧電膜を用いたもの等が知られている。

Claims (4)
- 感圧性を示す複数のエレクトレット材と、
前記エレクトレット材の周囲を覆う有機絶縁誘電材と、
前記有機絶縁誘電材に複数の前記エレクトレット材にそれぞれ対応させて設置される導体パッドと、
前記導体パッドから引き出される信号線と、
を備え、
前記エレクトレット材毎にエレクトレットセンシングドットが形成された感圧ポリマーデバイス。 - 前記導体パッドは、対向配置された第1の回路基板と第2の回路基板のそれぞれの対向面に設けられ、
前記エレクトレット材は、前記第1の回路基板と前記第2の回路基板に設けられた前記導体パッドのうち、少なくとも一方に設けられ、
前記有機絶縁誘電材は、前記導体パッドと前記エレクトレット材とを接合する絶縁性接着層と、前記第1の回路基板と前記第2の回路基板との間に形成された充填層を含む請求項1に記載の感圧ポリマーデバイス。 - 前記充填層は、融点が100℃以下のホットメルト接着シートである請求項2に記載の感圧ポリマーデバイス。
- 前記充填層の体積抵抗率は、1×10 14 Ωcm以上である請求項2又は3に記載の感圧ポリマーデバイス。
