Description

The present invention relates to a hair fall prevention cap worn by a staff member at a manufacturing site of a food manufacturer in order to prevent contamination of foreign matters such as hair.

Conventionally, a staff member at a food manufacturer's manufacturing site or the like usually wears a flexible cloth cap under a helmet that is worn to prevent foreign substances such as hair from being mixed, or directly a cloth-made hair fall prevention cap. Wear.
In such a cap, the body part of the head is completely covered, so that the fall of the hair can be prevented, but the hair from the back of the head to the nape is not sufficiently covered with the cap body, so it is long for women. There was a risk that the hair would fall from this part and contaminate it.

For that purpose, the entire back of the head is completely covered so that the entire hair of the head is not exposed at all from the cap, and an elastic material is used to form a tight wearing form from the head to the back of the head and nape so as not to relax when worn. It is considered to be.

However, if the head hair is completely covered and tightly worn in this way, there is a risk of hindrance to work for long periods of wear, and overtight wear that does not cause relaxation. If it is in the form, the inside of the cap is steamed and uncomfortable.
In particular, if the protruding part of the wearer's ear is excessively pressed for a long time, the ear may feel pain in the sensitive ear, and the voice may not be heard from outside, which may hinder work. .
In particular, as the fate of the cap that covers the ears, the more the hair fall prevention function is improved, the more the ears are tightened and the sound from the outside cannot be grasped, and the covered part of the ear part of the cap body is inflated A gap is formed between the bulging portion and the back of the head, and the hair falls from there.

Therefore, in view of the above problems, in the present invention, the entire structure of the cap is divided into three members, that is, a cap body, a headband, and a occipital covering cloth body, and particularly at the front end portion of the occipital covering cloth body corresponding to the ear portion. A cap that can form a tightly covering function for the hair part from the back of the head to the nape as well as a clear shape of the covering of the ear part by overlapping the tag part by forming a tag part that overlaps the top and bottom by sewing connection It is to provide.

The cap for preventing hair drop of the present invention includes a dome-shaped cap body corresponding to a head shape, a stretchable headband with the upper edge sewn and connected to the peripheral edge of the opening, and approximately 3 at the periphery of the headband. It is composed of a back head covering cloth body that is sewn and connected to the inner upper edge of the headband over two minutes, and both side ends of the back head covering cloth body form a tag portion consisting of a plurality of bending overlaps vertically. A cap for preventing hair from dropping is characterized in that the upper and lower width portions of the tag portion are sewn and connected to the upper and lower width portions inside the headband.

Further, in one of the selective aspects of the present invention, the string of the wearer's glasses can be inserted in the vicinity of the sewing connecting portion between the cap body and the headband on the surface layer side of the back head covering cloth body in which the tag portion is formed. It is a cap for preventing hair from dropping, which is also characterized by forming a slit.

Further, in one of the selective aspects of the present invention, the hair drop prevention cap is characterized in that a woven fabric made of a cold feeling material is used at least for the cap body and, if necessary, the headband and the occipital covering cloth body. It is.

According to the invention of claim 1, a dome-shaped cap body corresponding to the head shape, a stretchable headband having the upper edge sewn and connected to the peripheral edge of the opening, and approximately 3 minutes of the periphery of the headband It consists of a back head covering cloth body that is sewn and connected to the inner upper edge of the headband belt, and both side ends of the back head covering cloth body form a tag portion consisting of a plurality of folding overlaps up and down. By connecting the upper and lower width parts of the part to the upper and lower width parts inside the headband band, the entire structure of the hair drop prevention cap of the present invention is divided into three members: a cap body, a headband band, and a back head covering cloth body. Because it is configured, the elastic headband located in the center of the three members first tightly surrounds the peripheral surface of the head, so that it is sewn to the cap body and the inside of the headband in the vertical direction. The back head covering cloth body is sure There is an effect that it is possible to form a tight wear form along the head shape will be able to cover the head and back of the head. Furthermore, since the back head covering cloth body is sewed and connected over approximately two-thirds of the periphery of the headband, the tag portion of the front end portion of the back head covering cloth body is located at the position located just in the temple. Therefore, due to the protruding shape of the ear part, the overlapping part of the tag part expands and expands, covering the ear part, avoiding the feeling of pressure on the ear part and making it comfortable to wear, and extending the tag inside the headband Since the bulging part is located and the elastic headband squeezes and covers the outer surface, there is no risk that the hair on the back of the head or nape leaks outward and falls while covering the ears in a certain relaxed state. Also, since the front end portion of the occipital covering cloth body is sewn and connected to the headband with the same vertical width through the tag portion, the front portion of the occipital covering cloth body is pulled upward and forward, and the entire occipital covering cloth body is It has an approximately triangular shape when viewed from the side, and has the effect of tightly covering the back of the head and nape to prevent the hair from leaking and falling.

According to the invention of claim 2, since the slit through which the string of the wearer's glasses can be inserted is formed in the vicinity of the sewing connection portion between the cap body and the headband band above the tag portion, the cap for preventing the hair from falling is worn. It is possible to attach and detach spectacles for myopia, hyperopia, and protection in the cap state. Since the tightening degree of the headband band is such that the hair is fastened, it is possible to wear the glasses in a natural state without feeling a pressure on the strings of the glasses. Therefore, the spectacle wearer is less likely to feel uncomfortable and can concentrate on the work. Furthermore, since the opening shape is a slit, the hair portion that comes into contact with the outside from the inside of the cap while wearing the hair drop prevention cap is reduced as much as possible, and the hair can be prevented from dropping from the opening.

According to the invention of claim 3, at least the cap body, and if necessary, the headband and the occipital covering cloth body use a woven fabric of a cool feeling material, so that the head is not easily stuffy even when engaged in work for a long time, In order to make it less likely to cause discomfort due to heat, it is possible to concentrate on the work.

It is a side view, (b) is a side view which shows the state in the case of removing spectacles through a slit part. FIG. 8 is an exploded side view of a main part of a cap for preventing hair falling according to another embodiment of the present invention, and (a) shows a sewing part of a headband and a occipital covering cloth body, (B) is the side view of the state which sewed the headband and the back head covering cloth body.

The hair drop prevention cap 100 according to the present invention includes a cap body 10, a headband 20, a tag portion 21, and a occipital covering cloth body 30.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cap body 10 has a dome shape corresponding to the head shape, and covers the top of the head and the temporal region when wearing the cap. Since the worker always wears the hair fall prevention cap 100 during the work, the cap body 10 is made of a highly breathable weaving method and is made of a material having high thermal conductivity. Preferably it is. For example, by using polyester or polyurethane, it is possible to reduce the probability of the head becoming steamed during work over a long time as much as possible, and to concentrate on the work. The cap body 10 is preferably formed of lightweight fibers with good water absorption of moisture such as sweat. For example, synthetic fibers such as polyolefin materials such as polypropylene can also be used.

As shown in FIG. 3, the headband 20 forms a sewing part 27 by sewing the upper half part to the inner lower edge part of the opening part of the cap body 10, and the lower half part is an opening of the cap body 10. The opening edge 11 of the cap body 10 extends downward and projects downward from the portion 26.
Since it was set as such a structure, the cap main body 10 and a head peripheral surface will be in the contact | adherence state, the rocking | fluctuation of the hair inside the cap main body 10 will be reduced, and the probability that hair will fall out will be reduced as much as possible. Furthermore, even when the hair comes off inside the cap body 10, the head circumference is tightened with the headband 20, so that the leakage of the hair can be reduced as much as possible.
Furthermore, the headband 20 plays a role of absorbing the sweat of the operator in order to tighten the head circumference when wearing the cap. Therefore, it is preferable that it is made of a material capable of diffusing absorbed sweat as much as possible. For example, it can be made of polypropylene or a polyolefin-based material.

As shown in FIG. 5, the occipital covering cloth body 30 is composed of a belt-like cloth body whose upper and lower widths are substantially the same as the height of the cap body 10 and curved in a substantially U shape in plan view, and the upper end portion of the belt-like cloth body is formed. A sewn portion 26 is formed by sewing on the inner surface of the headband 20, and a drooping cloth covered in a substantially U shape in plan view from both sides of the head to the back of the head below the cap body 10. Moreover, the feature of the embodiment of the present invention is that the occipital covering cloth body 30 as such a hanging cloth has a certain vertical width in the vertical height, and as shown in FIG. The so-called tag portion 21 is formed by overlapping while forming a slack, and the front end portion of the back head covering cloth body 30 is sewn 24 inside the headband 20 as shown in FIG.
In this way, by forming the slack-like tag portion 21 at the front end portion of the droop of the back head covering cloth body 30, the belt-like back head covering cloth body 30 has a lower edge 32 in a side view from the front end portion to the rear end portion. The rear end portion has a substantially triangular shape in a side view covering the nape portion from the rear lower portion of the cap body 10, that is, from the rear head portion.
In this way, since the slack-shaped tag portion 21 is formed only at the front end portion of the occipital covering cloth body 30 and is sewn 24 inside the headband 20, the occipital covering cloth body 30 is substantially triangular in a side view. The lower edge 32 is pulled upward in the temporal region to become a tight tension state, covering the ear from the wearer's temple to the nape of the lower back of the head, and in close contact with the wearer's temporal head to the back of the head. The gap that is easily formed between the head circumference and the cap body 10 is eliminated, and a close contact state in which hair or the like does not leak is formed.

Further, in the sewing part 26 of the headband 20 and the back head covering cloth body 30, the area from the vicinity of the upper part of the tag part 21 on both sides of the head part to the vicinity of the ear part of the wearer is shown in FIGS. A slit 31 is formed as an unsewn portion. The slit 31 forms a long and narrow opening from the tag portion 21 to the ear portion by pulling the tag portion 21 forward when wearing the cap. Therefore, the string 40 of myopia, farsighted, and protective glasses can be inserted from the slit 31 through the space between the headband 20 and the back head covering cloth body 30. The cap body 10 and the back head covering cloth body 30 can be inserted into the cap body 10 and the back head covering cloth body 30. The string 40 of the glasses can be put on the stored ear.
Thus, the slit 31 becomes an elongated opening shape when the cap is put on, and the hair is formed between the occipital covering cloth body 30 and the headband 20, so that the hair is not exposed to the outside of the cap body 10 from the slit 31. When the spectacles 40 are worn, it is possible to prevent the gap between the cap body 10 and the side of the face from being formed by the spectacle strings 40 and to reduce the probability that the hair falls from the gap between the spectacle strings 40 as much as possible. it can.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a slit mark 22 is formed on the upper edge portion of the headband 20 facing the upper side of the slit 31. The slit mark 22 is formed from the upper portion of the tag portion 21 to the vicinity of the ear portion, and the upper edge portion of the headband 20 is formed in a substantially semicircular raised shape.
Therefore, the position of the slit 31 through which the string 40 of the glasses is inserted can be confirmed even from the outside of the cap body 10. Further, since the sewing connecting portion between the cap body 10 and the headband 20 is in a tightened state when the cap is put on, when the spectacle string 40 is inserted into the slit 31, the spectacle string is pressed against the face. By forming the mark 22 for use, it is possible to change the tightening position of the sewing connecting portion when wearing the cap above the slit 31 and reduce the pressure on the string 40 of the glasses, which may hinder long-time work. Can be reduced as much as possible.

6 to 8 show a modification of the embodiment in which a non-sewn slit 31 is formed in a sewing connection portion between the cap body 10 and the headband 20 on the surface layer side of the back head covering cloth body 30 in which the tag portion 21 is formed. The cap structure is shown.
That is, the structure of the slit 31 ′ of this modified embodiment is a divided headband 20 ′ of a front belt 20 ′-1 and a rear belt 20 ′ -2 as shown in FIG. When sewing and connecting to the peripheral edge of the opening, the front band end 20 "-1 and the rear band end 20" -2 of the divided headband 20 'are cut downward in a slanted shape, and the inclined cut portions are overlapped with each other. Thus, a space in which the string 40 of the glasses can be inserted is formed between the overlap allowances 28. In this case, the overlap margin 28 is formed so that the rear belt end 20 "-2 of the rear belt 20'-2 overlaps the upper layer of the front belt edge 20" -1 of the front belt 20'-1. The front belt end 20'-1 is sewn and connected integrally with the rear belt 20'-2 along the inclination line of the front belt edge 20 "-1.
In addition, a slit 31 ′ is formed in the upper edge of the front end of the front belt end portion 20 ″-1, which is the lower layer side of the overlap allowance 28, for inserting the string 40 of the glasses with a constant width as non-sewing.
With such a structure, non-sewing is formed in the inclined cutting portion on the lower layer side from the combined space of the overlap margin 28 of the front band end 20 "-1 and the rear band end 20" -2 of the divided headband 20 '. It is possible to insert the spectacle string 40 into the slit 31 ′ so that the spectacles do not become an obstacle when the cap is worn.
In the drawing, the sewing guide wire 23 is a sewing line connected to the rear belt end portion 20 "-2 serving as the upper overlap margin 28 along the inclined line of the front belt end portion 20" -1 of the divided headband 20 '. Show. The lower belt side front band edge 20 "-1 corresponding to the sewing guide line 23 at the upper position forms a slit 31 'with the upper edge not being sewn.

With such a configuration, it is possible to provide a cap having a low probability of hair leaking from the cap at the time of working while performing a close covering function of the hair portion from the head to the nape of the back of the head.
