Description

The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and more particularly to a structure of a location where a wiring connected to the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is drawn into the outdoor unit.

A typical outdoor unit of an air conditioner takes in electric power necessary for operation from the outside through wiring attached to the outdoor unit. In addition, the wiring attached to the outdoor unit is used to supply power for operating the indoor unit of the air conditioner through the outdoor unit, and a signal for controlling the indoor unit is transmitted to the outdoor unit. Some are sending from. In order to exchange these electric power and signals, a plurality of wires are drawn into the outdoor unit and connected to a terminal block or the like provided in the outdoor unit.

Wiring for transmitting and receiving power and signals as described above passes through holes provided in the components that make up the exterior of the outdoor unit, and is drawn from the outdoor unit into the outdoor unit and connected to the connection destination such as the terminal block. Has been. However, when a hole for passing wiring to the outer part of the outdoor unit is provided, rainwater or the like may enter the outdoor unit from the hole.

In addition, when wiring is passed through a hole provided in the outer part of the outdoor unit, for example, if the outer part is a sheet metal part, the circumferential surface of the hole is the end surface of the sheet metal, so the wiring is rubbed against the end surface of the sheet metal, There is a risk that the coating on the surface of the surface may be broken.

Due to the above factors, by providing a hole for wiring to the outer parts of the air conditioner, rainwater and the like enter the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, causing corrosion and internal components of the outdoor unit. There is a risk that the product may have a serious influence such as a short circuit of an electrical component provided in the product. In addition, the end face of the hole and the wiring are rubbed, and the coating on the surface of the wiring is broken, and there is a risk of causing electric leakage from there and causing an accident such as electric shock.

As a countermeasure against such a problem, a wiring extraction hole is formed in the outer shell plate, and a rubber cap is fitted into the wiring extraction hole. When the power line is led from the outside of the outer plate to the inside of the device, there has been proposed a technique in which a thin film of a rubber cap is cut and the power line is passed through the rubber cap and led to the inside (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).

Further, in the wiring fixing device, “consisting of a through hole provided in the wiring fixing portion and a cylindrical elastic member fitted into the through hole, the cylindrical elastic member includes an inner peripheral hole through which the wiring passes; The outer periphery is tapered in the length direction, and a notch with a predetermined angle is provided between the inner and outer peripheries, and the wiring that penetrates the inner peripheral hole of the cylindrical elastic member passes through "Fixed and fixed by fitting between hole and tapered outer periphery" (for example, see Patent Document 2).

特許第3108086号公報(第2頁)Japanese Patent No. 3108086 (2nd page) 特開2011−75231号公報(請求項1、要約書)JP 2011-75231 A (Claim 1, Abstract)

However, in the inventions proposed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, there is one wiring that can be passed through one rubber component provided on the outer shell, and a plurality of wiring connections are required. In such a case, holes and parts corresponding to the number of wirings are required, and there is a problem that efficiency is deteriorated.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a first object is to provide an air conditioner having a structure capable of drawing a plurality of wires from one opening into an outdoor unit. Is to get the outdoor unit.

The second object is to obtain an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having a structure that prevents intrusion of rainwater and the like into the outdoor unit from a hole provided in the outer unit of the outdoor unit in order to pass wiring into the outdoor unit. is there.

The third object is to obtain an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having a structure that prevents contact between the end face of the sheet metal of the outer part and the wiring when drawing the wiring into the outdoor unit.

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention is provided so as to protrude outward from an outer part constituting a part of the outer part of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner and an upper end of the outer part. And a flat plate having at least two or more first openings, and rubber components that respectively close the first openings are attached to the flat plates, and the rubber components are integrated with each other. to be molded, each of the rubber component, has a hole passing through the central portion, and grooves radially formed from said hole towards the outside, between the rubber component and the adjacent A second opening for injecting an adhesive for fixing the flat plate and the rubber part is formed .

According to the present invention, by providing an opening of a rubber part on a flat plate constituting a part of the outer shell, a plurality of wires can be passed through the inside of the outdoor unit from one opening. In addition, by providing an opening in the flat plate perpendicular to the vertical direction of the outdoor unit, it is possible to prevent the intrusion of rainwater etc. into the outdoor unit, and when drawing the wiring into the outdoor unit, Contact between the end face of the sheet metal and the wiring can be prevented.

It is a front perspective view of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention. It is a back perspective view of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner concerning an embodiment of the invention. It is a perspective view of an outline component concerning an embodiment of the invention. It is a perspective view in the state where a rubber part was removed from an outline part concerning an embodiment of the invention. It is an expansion perspective view of the back side (upper side) of the rubber parts which concern on embodiment of this invention. It is an enlarged front view of the front side (lower side) of the rubber parts which concern on embodiment of this invention.

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner mainly includes a compressor that compresses a refrigerant, a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant and surrounding fluid, a fan that cools the heat exchanger, and the like. Among these, the outdoor unit takes in power and signals necessary for the operation of the compressor, the fan, and the like from the outside through wiring attached to the outdoor unit. In view of this, the structure of the location where the wiring for supplying power and signals to the outdoor unit according to the present invention is drawn into the outdoor unit will be described below.

Embodiment FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner has an outer shell (housing) configured as shown in the drawings, but as an external component particularly related to the present embodiment, An outer part A2, an outer part B3, an outer part C4, and an outer part D7 are provided.

The outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner includes an outer part A2 on the right side when viewed from the front. Moreover, the outer part B3 is provided in the back surface of the outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner. The outer part C4 is installed at a position facing the outer part A2, and is further installed at a position adjacent to the outer part B3. Further, the outer part D7 is provided on the upper part of the outer part C4 and covers the upper part of the outer part C4. As described above, the outer part C4 is a part of the outer part of the outdoor unit 1, but is located in the inside of the outdoor unit 1 with less exposure, that is, the inner side of the outdoor unit 1 from the outer part A2 and the outer part B3. It is installed in the position. The outer part D7 covers the upper part of the outer part C4, so that rainwater or the like does not enter from the upper part.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the shell part C4 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the rubber part 5 is removed from the outer part C4 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 3, the outer part C4 includes a bent part 4c and a rubber part 5 provided on the upper part of the bent part 4c. The rubber part 5 has an opening 5a, an opening 5b, and an opening 5c (not shown), and supplies electric power and signals necessary for the operation of the compressor installed in the outdoor unit 1 described above. Through the wiring for. A method of passing the wiring through the rubber part 5 will be described later.

As shown in FIG. 4, the bent portion 4 c is provided at the upper end of the outer shell part C <b> 4 and is a surface perpendicular to the vertical direction of the outdoor unit 1. Further, on the surface of the bent portion 4c, a rectangular opening 4a and an opening 4b are provided with a certain interval. With these structures, the wiring can be taken out downward in the vertical direction of the outdoor unit 1.
The bent portion 4c corresponds to a “flat plate” in the present invention. In the present embodiment, the bent portion 4c is provided as a part of the outer part C4. However, the bent portion 4c may be provided separately from the outer part C4.

When the rubber component 5 is attached to the bent portion 4c, the opening 5a and the opening 5b provided in the rubber component 5 overlap with the opening 4a and the opening 4b provided in the bent portion 4c. Thus, the rubber part 5 is attached on the bending part 4c.

Thereby, since the end surfaces of the opening 4a and the opening 4b provided in the outer part C4 are covered with the opening 5a and the opening 5b of the rubber part 5, the wiring and the opening 4a even when the wiring is passed. And the end face of the opening 4b is not in contact.

Note that although an example in which two openings are provided has been described in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this, and it is sufficient that at least one or more openings are provided.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged perspective view of the back side (upper side) of the rubber part 5 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an enlarged front view of the front side (lower side) of the rubber part 5 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 5, the rubber part 5 has a quadrangular shape, a square-shaped opening 5 c at the center, and the square-shaped opening 5 a and the opening 5 b on the left and right of the opening 5 c. Have Further, the opening 5 a and the opening 5 b are made thinner than the outer peripheral portion of the rubber part 5.
The opening 5a and the opening 5b correspond to the “first opening” in the present invention. The opening 5c corresponds to the “second opening” in the present invention.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the front side of the opening 5a and the opening 5b has a round hole 6a penetrating through the center, and radially extends from the hole 6a to the outside of the opening 5a and the opening 5b. A groove 6b is formed. For this reason, the thickness of the bottom part of the groove part 6b is still thinner than the thickness of the opening part 5a and the opening part 5b. With such a configuration, when the wiring is passed through the opening 5a and the opening 5b, if the wiring is larger than the diameter of the hole 6a, a pressing force when passing the wiring is applied to the hole 6a and the groove 6b, so that By making a cut in the groove 6b, there is no need to make a cut using a blade or the like.

The opening 5a and the opening 5b are assumed to pass through a plurality of wires, although the groove 6b is closed except for the hole 6a before the wires are passed. For example, when a total of six wires are connected to the outdoor unit, the groove 6b is cut by the pressing force when the wires are passed, and three wires are passed through each of the openings 5a and 5b. it can.

The rubber part 5 does not have a wiring fixing function as disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, and a device (not shown) for fixing the wiring is provided in the outdoor unit 1. Separately provided.

In the present embodiment, it is assumed that a plurality of wires are passed through the opening 5a and the opening 5b of the rubber part 5, but the present invention is not limited to this. All wiring may be passed through only the opening. In this case, since the opening on the side that does not allow the wiring to pass is closed except for the central hole 6a and is formed perpendicular to the vertical direction of the outdoor unit 1, intrusion of rainwater or the like can be prevented. .

As described above, by providing the hole 6a and the groove 6b in the opening 5a and the opening 5b of the rubber part 5, air that allows a plurality of wires to pass into the outdoor unit 1 through one opening. The outdoor unit 1 of a harmony machine can be obtained.

Further, the opening 4 a and the opening 4 b provided in the outer part C <b> 4 of the outdoor unit 1 are open perpendicular to the vertical direction of the outdoor unit 1. Thereby, even when rainwater is sprayed on the outdoor unit 1 by wind, the outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner in which rainwater hardly enters the outdoor unit 1 can be obtained.

Further, the opening 4a and the opening 4b for passing the wiring provided in the outer part C4 are covered with the opening 5a and the opening 5b of the rubber part 5. For this reason, it is possible to obtain the outdoor unit 1 for an air conditioner in which the wiring does not directly touch the end surfaces of the opening 4a and the opening 4b, and the coating of the wiring is not broken due to rubbing during wiring installation work or the like. it can.

As described above, when the rubber part 5 is attached to the outer part C4, the rubber part 5 is fixed by being fitted into the opening 4a and the opening 4b of the outer part C4. However, when a stronger fixation is required between the outer part C4 and the rubber part 5, the rubber part 5 is fitted into the outer part C4, and the outer part C4 and the rubber part 5 come into contact with each other. Then, the adhesive material is poured along the outer periphery of the rubber part 5. By doing so, the outer shell part C4 and the rubber part 5 can be bonded more firmly. In this case, the rubber part 5 constituting the present invention is provided with an opening 5c. And it has the structure which can expand the range which pours an adhesive material by pouring an adhesive from this opening part 5c.

D。   DESCRIPTION OF SYMBOLS 1 Outdoor unit, 2 Outer part A, 3 Outer part B, 4 Outer part C, 4a Opening part, 4b Opening part, 4c Bending part, 5 Rubber parts, 5a Opening part, 5b Opening part, 5c Opening part, 6a Hole 6b Groove part, 7 Outer part D
