Claims (12)
- 光を生成するための少なくとも1つのLEDベースの光源と、前記LEDベースの光源に光学的及び熱的に結合される光出口要素と、を含む照明装置であって、前記光出口要素は、前記少なくとも1つのLEDベースの光源により生成される熱を前記光出口要素の少なくとも所定のサブ領域にわたり分散させるように構成される熱伝導構造を含み、前記熱伝導構造は、一群の整列された熱伝導経路を含み、前記熱伝導構造は、ワイヤ又は分枝を含むパターン化された熱伝導フィルム、又は、一群の熱伝導ワイヤのうちの一つであり、前記照明装置は、更に、前記LEDベースの光源の駆動電力と関連付けられる制御信号を用いて前記光出口要素を熱的に制御する制御手段と通信するように構成される温度センサ及び/又はタイマを含み、前記制御信号は、人間の眼により検知可能では無いが、前記光出口要素に熱を加えるのに十分な周波数での前記LEDベースの光源のパルス・スイッチング、又は、人間の眼により検知可能では無いが、前記光出口要素に熱を加えるのに十分な、前記LEDベースの光源からの光出力レベルを提供するように選択される前記LEDベースの光源の駆動電力を提供する、照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記熱伝導構造は、前記光出口要素に埋め込まれている、照明装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置であって、前記パターン化された熱伝導フィルムのパターンの前記熱伝導ワイヤ又は分枝の少なくとも一部は、前記光出口要素の中央に対してほぼ径方向に熱を伝導させるように構成される、照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置であって、隣接するワイヤ又は分枝間の間隔は、5〜15mmの範囲で選択されている、照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置であって、更に、隣接するワイヤ又は分枝間のそれぞれにおいて相互接続ワイヤ又は分枝を含み、これにより、メッシュ状の熱伝導構造を提供する、照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置であって、更に、前記光出口要素及び前記少なくとも一つのLEDベースの光源を熱的に結合するように構成される結合要素を含む、照明装置。
- 請求項6に記載の照明装置であって、前記結合要素は、少なくとも一つのヒートパイプ、蒸気チャンバ、又は少なくとも一つの熱伝導ワイヤである、照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置であって、前記LEDベースの光源は、一次LEDベースの光源及び前記光出口要素に配置されるダウンコンバージョン蛍光体材料を含むリモートフォスファ光源である、照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置であって、更に、前記光出口要素及び/又は前記LEDベースの光源に熱的に結合されるヒートシンクを含む、照明装置。
- 請求項1に記載の照明装置に関する方法であって、
−前記温度センサから温度読取り信号を受け取るステップと、
−前記タイマからタイマ信号を受け取るステップと、
前記温度読取り信号及び/又は前記タイマ信号に基づき、
−前記LEDベースの光源の駆動電力に関連付けられる前記制御信号を提供するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、前記制御信号は、人間の眼により検知可能では無いが、前記光出口要素に熱を加えるのに十分な周波数での前記LEDベースの光源のパルス・スイッチング、又は、人間の眼により検知可能では無いが、前記光出口要素に熱を加えるのに十分な、前記LEDベースの光源からの光出力レベルを提供するように選択される前記LEDベースの光源の駆動電力、のうちの一つを提供する、方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの照明装置、温度センサ及び/又はタイマ、並びに、制御手段、を有する、照明装置を熱的に制御するシステムであって、前記温度センサ及び/又はタイマは、前記LEDベースの光源の駆動電力と関連付けられる制御信号を用いて前記光出口要素を熱的に制御する制御手段と通信するように構成される、システム。
