Claims (9)
- 基地局のPHICH送信方法であって、
端末から2つ以上のキャリアを用いて互いに異なるTDD(Time Division Duplexing)構成に対応する2つ以上の物理アップリンク共有チャンネル(PUSCH、physical uplink shared channel)を受信する段階と、
前記PUSCHに対応する2つ以上のHARQ応答情報を生成する段階と、
前記TDD構成に基づいて、現在サブフレームに割り当てられたPHICHリソースがあるのか判断する段階と、
現在サブフレームに割り当てられたPHICHリソースがなければ、新しいPHICHリソースを割り当てる割り当て段階と、及び
前記割り当てられたPHICHリソースを通じてPHICHを送信する段階と、を含み、
前記割り当て段階は、PDCCHに割り当てられたがPDCCHの送信に使用されない領域を新しいPHICHリソースとして割り当てる段階を含む、基地局のPHICH送信方法。 - 前記割り当て段階は、前記PDCCHの共通制御チャンネルが送信される領域直後の領域をPHICHリソースとして割り当てる段階を含む、請求項1に記載の基地局のPHICH送信方法。
- 前記割り当て段階は、前記PDCCHにおいて端末の専用制御チャンネルのうちの一部をPHICHリソースとして割り当てる段階を含む、請求項1に記載の基地局のPHICH送信方法。
- 端末のPHICH受信方法であって、
2つ以上のキャリアを用いて互いに異なるTDD(Time Division Duplexing)構成に対応する2つ以上の物理アップリンク共有チャンネル(PUSCH、physical uplink shared channel)を送信する段階と、
前記TDD構成に基づいて、現在サブフレームに割り当てられたPHICHリソースがあるのか判断する段階と、
現在サブフレームに割り当てられたPHICHリソースがなければ、新しいPHICHリソースを割り当てる割り当て段階と、及び
前記割り当てられたPHICHリソースを通じてPHICHを受信する段階と、を含み、
前記割り当て段階は、PDCCHに割り当てられたがPDCCHの送信に使用されない領域、或いはPDCCH送信確率が最も低い領域に新しいPHICHリソースとして割り当てる段階を含む、端末のPHICH受信方法。 - 前記割り当て段階は、前記PDCCHの共通制御チャンネルが送信される領域直後の領域をPHICHリソースとして割り当てる段階を含む、請求項4に記載の端末のPHICH受信方法。
- 前記割り当て段階は、前記PDCCHにおいて前記端末の専用制御チャンネルのうちの一部をPHICHリソースとして割り当てる段階を含む、請求項4に記載の端末のPHICH受信方法。
- PHICHを送信する基地局であって、
端末から2つ以上のキャリアを用いて互いに異なるTDD(Time Division Duplexing)構成に対応する2つ以上の物理アップリンク共有チャンネル(PUSCH、physical uplink shared channel)を受信し、前記PUSCHに対応する2つ以上のHARQ応答情報を生成し、前記TDD構成に基づいて、現在サブフレームに割り当てられたPHICHリソースがあるのか判断するコントローラーと、
現在サブフレームに割り当てられたPHICHリソースがなければ、新しいPHICHリソースを割り当てるセレクターと、及び
前記割り当てられたPHICHリソースを通じてPHICHを送信する送信機を含み、
前記セレクターは、PDCCHに割り当てられたがPDCCHの送信に使用されない領域、或いはPDCCH送信確率が最も低い領域に新しいPHICHリソースとして割り当てることを特徴とする、基地局。 - 前記セレクターは、前記PDCCHの共通制御チャンネルが送信される領域直後の領域をPHICHリソースとして割り当てることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の基地局。
- 前記セレクターは、前記PDCCHにおいて端末の専用制御チャンネルのうちの一部をPHICHリソースとして割り当てることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の基地局。
