Description

The present invention relates to a floor covering structure in which a concrete floor, a mortar-filled staircase, a landing, or the like is covered with a synthetic resin coating material in an apartment house, a building, and the like. The present invention relates to a floor covering structure improved so as not to cause blistering.
Here, the mortar-filled floor refers to a floor (hereinafter referred to as a mortar floor) formed by assembling a floor member formed by filling a mortar into a metal casing having an open upper surface.

Rainwater and groundwater easily penetrate into concrete floors and mortar floors, and the permeated water is released as water vapor from the floor surface. Therefore, if the floor is covered with a non-breathable synthetic resin coating, There is a problem that water vapor accumulates between the coating material and the floor surface, and the synthetic resin coating material swells.

As a technique for preventing the swelling of such a synthetic resin covering material, for example, in a sheet waterproofing method, a synthetic resin waterproof sheet is stretched without using an adhesive on the concrete base, and along the rising portion of the concrete base. Open the deaeration port at the rising part of the waterproof sheet that rises, and cover this deaeration port with a deaeration sheet piece provided with a number of fine ventilation holes and remove it with a presser plate that has a plurality of ventilation holes. A construction method is known in which a waterproof sheet piece is fixed and covered with a degassing sheet from above, thereby preventing degassing of water vapor and other volatile components released from the concrete base to prevent swelling of the waterproof sheet. (Patent Document 1).

In the construction method of Patent Document 1, water vapor and other volatile components that volatilize from the concrete base are discharged to the outside from the deaeration port at the rising edge of the waterproof sheet, so that the volatile component accumulates between the concrete base and the waterproof sheet. It is possible to prevent the sheet from swelling.

However, if a deaeration port is formed at the rising portion of the waterproof sheet as in the method of Patent Document 1, for example, water that oozes from the surface of the concrete base or water that is liquefied from water vapor due to a temperature drop is degassed. There is a problem that the waterproof sheet swells due to accumulation between the concrete base and the waterproof sheet without being discharged from the mouth.

Moreover, since the rain vent etc. may infiltrate from a deaeration port when the deaeration port is formed in the rising part of a waterproof sheet like the construction method of patent document 1, a deaeration port is a fine ventilation hole. Is covered with a large number of deaeration sheet pieces, and the deaeration sheet piece is fixed with a presser plate having a plurality of vent holes, and then covered with a deaeration sheet to prevent water from entering. There is also a problem that the coating treatment for waterproofing the deaeration port is troublesome and various coating parts must be used.

The present invention has been made to cope with the above problems, and the problem to be solved is a floor covering structure in which a concrete or mortar floor is covered with a synthetic resin covering material, and is released from the floor surface. So that the generated steam or water does not collect between the synthetic resin coating and the floor surface, it can be prevented from being swollen and the synthetic resin coating is prevented from being swollen. Another object of the present invention is to provide a floor covering structure excellent in workability that does not require any waterproof coating treatment.

In order to solve the above problems, a floor covering structure according to the present invention is a floor covering structure in which a concrete or mortar floor is covered with a synthetic resin covering material, and the floor and the synthetic resin covering material are A ventilation water-permeable layer is provided between them, and the periphery of the synthetic resin coating material is sealed, and a downward discharge port communicating with the ventilation water-permeable layer is formed in a part of the periphery. It is characterized by this.

In the floor covering structure of the present invention, it is desirable that the downward discharge port is formed by unsealing a part of the periphery of the synthetic resin covering material.
And the communicating path which connects the said downward discharge port and the said ventilation water-permeable layer is formed in the substantially perpendicular downward direction along the level | step-difference part of the said floor, The said discharge port of this communication path lower end is the level | step difference of the said floor It is desirable to face the lower part of the section.
Further, the floor is a floor of a staircase portion having a plurality of step portions, the communication path is formed substantially vertically downward along the nose portion of the floor of the staircase portion, and the discharge port at the lower end thereof is It is also desirable to face the lower tread surface.

According to the floor covering structure of the present invention, water vapor or water released from the surface of a concrete or mortar floor penetrates into the ventilation layer and moves through the ventilation layer, and this ventilation layer It is discharged from the downward outlet that communicates with. If the discharge port is upward, water may not be discharged. However, since the discharge port in the floor covering structure of the present invention is downward, water vapor as well as water can surely be discharged. Therefore, since water vapor and water do not accumulate between the floor and the synthetic resin coating material, it is possible to prevent the synthetic resin coating material from being swollen by the pressure of the water vapor or water. Since the periphery of the synthetic resin covering material is sealed except for the portion where the discharge port is formed, water vapor and water do not leak from the synthetic resin covering material.
Further, when a downward discharge port is formed as in the floor covering structure of the present invention, rainwater and the like can be reliably prevented from entering between the floor and the synthetic resin coating material from the downward discharge port. Therefore, it becomes unnecessary to perform a troublesome covering treatment for waterproofing on the discharge port, and the workability is improved.

In particular, if the downward discharge port is formed by unsealing part of the periphery of the synthetic resin coating material, the discharge port forming operation is extremely simple, and it is used for special discharge port formation. Since it is not necessary to attach the member, the workability is improved and it is economically advantageous.

Further, in the floor covering structure of the present invention, a communication path that communicates the downward discharge port and the ventilation water layer is formed substantially vertically downward along the stepped portion of the floor, and the discharge port at the lower end of the communication path is the step of the floor. What faces the lower side of the section is excellent in workability because the substantially vertical downward communication path and the downward discharge port can be easily formed using the stepped portion of the floor.

Similarly, the floor is a floor of a staircase portion having a plurality of step portions, a communication path is formed substantially vertically downward along the nose portion of the floor of the staircase portion, and the discharge port at the lower end thereof is a step on the lower step side. What faces the surface portion is also excellent in workability because the substantially vertical downward communication passage and the downward discharge port can be easily formed using the nose portion of the floor of the staircase portion.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a floor covering structure using a synthetic resin covering material according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of the floor covering structure, and FIG. 3 is taken along line AA in FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. 2, FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. 2, and FIG. 6 is taken along the stepped portion of the floor. 7 (a), 7 (b), and 7 (c) are bent into a substantially L shape used for the same floor covering structure. It is a perspective view which turns over and shows the 2nd synthetic resin coating | covering material, Comprising: The floor covering structure of embodiment shown to this FIG. 1-7 of the landing 1 provided in the middle of the stairs 2 of an apartment house, a building, etc. The concrete floor 1a is covered with first and second synthetic resin covering materials 3 and 30 which are joined and integrated.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, on the surface (upper surface) of the concrete floor 1 a of the landing 1, the ventilation layer 4 is provided with the floor adhesive 5 (FIG. 4) except for the peripheral edge of the floor 1 a. , See FIG. 5), and the first and second synthetic resin coating materials 3 and 30 joined and bonded are bonded to the upper surface of the ventilation water-permeable layer 4 with the floor adhesive 5. ing. This floor adhesive 5 is applied using a comb-shaped iron so that a plurality of adhesive ridges 5a as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are formed at intervals, and from the surface of the floor 1a. It is desirable that the water vapor or water released easily penetrates into the ventilation layer 4 from between the protruding strips 5a.

As shown in FIG. 1, most of the floor 1 a of the landing 1 is covered with a flat first synthetic resin covering material 3, and the corners facing the stairs 2 below the covering material 3 are horizontally long. It is cut into a rectangle. Then, the second synthetic resin coating material 30 is supplemented to the cut corners, and the resin welded portion 6 is airtightly or watertightly joined and integrated with the first synthetic resin coating material 3. ing.

As shown in FIG. 3, the second synthetic resin covering material 30 is a staircase covering sheet having a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional shape in which a front end portion is bent downward by approximately 90 ° to form a front hanging portion 30a. As shown in FIG. 7A, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 7 is adhered to the back surface of the front hanging portion 30a. Both ends of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 7 are cut out by about 5 cm from both ends as shown in FIG. 7 (b) at the stage before the second synthetic resin covering material 30 is used to cover a part of the floor 1a. Further, as shown in FIG. 7C, the filler 8 is attached and filled on the back side of the bent portion of the covering material 30 with a distance of about 5 cm from both ends.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a part of the upper surface of the floor 1 a of the landing 1 (the part facing the lower step 2) is horizontal with the second synthetic resin covering material 30 through the ventilating water layer 4. The horizontal portion 30b is bonded to the ventilating water-permeable layer 4 with a floor adhesive 5. And the upper part (step nose part) of the level | step-difference part 1b connected to the lower step 2 of this floor 1a is coat | covered with the front drooping part 30a of the 2nd synthetic resin coating | covering material 30, and this front drooping part 30a is double-sided adhesive tape 7 Except for the both ends of which are cut off, a double-sided adhesive tape 7 is attached to the upper portion of the stepped portion 1b. The gap between the bent portion of the second synthetic resin covering material 30 (excluding both end portions of the bent portion) and the corner portion of the floor 1b is filled with the filler 8, and the covering material 30 is bent. The part is supported and reinforced from the backside so that it will not be deformed or damaged by the treading pressure when moving up and down the stairs.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the periphery of the first and second synthetic resin coating materials 3 and 30 joined and integrated by the resin welded portion 6 is a front drooping portion of the second synthetic resin coating material 30. It is sealed with a sealing material 9 except for both ends (about 5 cm from both ends) of the lower end surface of 30a, and as a result, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 and FIG. Downward gap-like discharge ports 10 and 10 having a width of about 5 cm are formed at both ends of the unsealed end face. And, as described above, the double-sided adhesive tape 7 is cut out from the both ends by about 5 cm on the back surfaces of both ends of the front hanging portion 30a, and the back sides of both ends of the bent portion of the covering material 30 are also as described above. Since the filler 8 is not filled by about 5 cm from both ends, as shown in FIGS. 2, 5, and 6, the discharge port 10, the ventilation water-permeable layer 4, The communication passages 11 and 11 having a width of about 5 cm are formed substantially vertically downward along the step portion 1b of the floor 1a.

In the floor covering structure as described above, water vapor or water that permeates through the floor 1a of the concrete landing 1 and enters the air-permeable layer 4 moves through the inside of the ventilation layer 4, It is discharged from the downward discharge ports 10 and 10 through the communication paths 11 and 11 that are substantially vertically downward. In that case, if the discharge ports 10 and 10 and the communication passages 11 and 11 are upward, water may not be discharged, but the discharge ports 10 and 10 in the floor covering structure are downward and the communication passages 11 and 11 Since 11 is also substantially vertically downward, not only water vapor but also water can surely flow down and be discharged. Therefore, since water vapor and water do not accumulate between the first and second synthetic resin covering materials 3 and 30 and the floor 1a which are joined and integrated, the synthetic resin covering materials 3 and 30 are caused by the pressure of water vapor and water. It is possible to prevent the swelling from occurring. In addition, since the circumference | surroundings of the 1st and 2nd synthetic resin coating | covering materials 3 and 30 joined and integrated are sealed with the sealing material 9 except the part in which the discharge ports 10 and 10 were formed, water vapor | steam Neither water nor water leaks out of the periphery of the synthetic resin coverings 3 and 30.

In addition, as in the floor covering structure described above, the downward discharge ports 10 and 10 are formed by unsealing the lower end surfaces of both end portions of the front hanging portion 30a of the second synthetic resin coating material 30, By removing both ends of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 7 and both ends of the filler 8, the substantially vertically downward communication paths 11 and 11 are formed along the stepped portion 1b of the floor 1a on the back side of both ends of the front hanging portion 30a. As for the thing, the formation operation of the discharge ports 10 and 10 and the formation operation of the communication passages 11 and 11 are extremely simple, and it is not necessary to attach a special discharge port formation member or a communication passage formation member. It has good characteristics and is economically advantageous. Moreover, there is no possibility that rainwater or the like rises from the downward discharge ports 10, 10 to the communication passages 11, 11 and flows back to the ventilation layer 4 between the floor 1 a and the synthetic resin coverings 3, 30. Further, it becomes unnecessary to perform a troublesome covering process for waterproofing on the discharge ports 10 and 10.

In the floor covering structure described above, as the ventilation water-permeable layer 4 provided between the floor 1a and the first and second synthetic resin covering materials 3 and 30, water vapor and water are moved in a plane within its thickness. Synthetic resin fiber nonwoven fabrics, continuous foam resin sheets, synthetic resin nets, and the like that can be used can be used, but among them, synthetic resin fiber nonwoven fabrics that are relatively inexpensive and excellent in handleability are preferably used. . In particular, a polyester resin fiber nonwoven fabric or a polypropylene resin fiber nonwoven fabric having an actually measured thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm and an actually measured basis weight of 200 to 300 g / m 2 is excellent in air permeability and is a urethane resin one-component type or Since the adhesiveness by the epoxy resin type | system | group two-component type floor | bed adhesive is favorable and the time which can be stuck is long and handleability (construction property) is good, it is used extremely preferably.

Although it is desirable that the ventilation water-permeable layer 4 is adhered to the upper surface of the floor 1b with the floor adhesive 5 as in the above floor covering structure, it is not always necessary to adhere it with the floor adhesive 5. When sticking to the floor 1a with the floor adhesive 5, as in the above-mentioned floor covering structure, it is used for the floor so that a plurality of adhesive ridges 5a are formed at intervals from each other using a comb-shaped iron. By applying the adhesive or by partially applying the floor adhesive so that the unapplied areas of the adhesive are formed in a dispersed manner, water vapor or water released from the floor 1b is caused by the ridges 5a. It is necessary to be able to enter the ventilating water-permeable layer 4 between each other or through an uncoated region.
In addition, as the floor adhesive 5, the urethane resin-based one-component type or epoxy resin-based two-component water-resistant floor adhesive is preferably used. In addition, acrylic, modified silicone-based, rubber-based, etc. Floor adhesives are also used.

In the floor covering structure described above, the first and second synthetic resin covering materials 3 covering the floor 1a of the landing 1 are both made of a single or a thermoplastic resin such as a soft or semi-rigid vinyl chloride resin or an olefin resin. The first synthetic resin covering material 3 is a long flat floor covering sheet, and the second synthetic resin covering material 30 is the above-mentioned covering material having a layer or multilayer structure. As described above, a staircase covering sheet having a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional shape in which the front end portion is bent approximately 90 ° downward to form the front hanging portion 30a is used. It is preferable to use these synthetic resin coverings 3 and 30 having substantially the same thickness so as not to cause a step in the integrally welded resin welded portion 6, and there is a risk that the pedestrian falls. In order to reduce the number, it is preferable to use an anti-slip projection (not shown) formed on the upper surface. In particular, the second synthetic resin covering material 30 has a band-like phosphorescent region (not shown) parallel to the bent portion of the covering material 30 on the upper surface near the front end of the horizontal portion 30b and / or the front surface of the front hanging portion 30a. By providing, the bent part of the covering material 30 is recognized in the dark so that the landing 1 can be safely moved up and down without stepping or scooping, or the bent part is worn and damaged early. In order to prevent this, it is preferable to use a material having a thick bent portion.

In the floor covering structure described above, the floor 1a of the landing 1 is covered with the first and second synthetic resin covering materials 3, 30 joined and integrated by the resin welded portion 6. The floor 1a may be covered with the resin coating materials 3 and 30 which are hermetically solvent-welded and joined and integrated.
Further, without using the second synthetic resin coating material 30, only the first synthetic resin coating material 3 (flat and long floor covering sheet) is used, and this first synthetic resin coating material 3 is used. A projecting portion (a portion projecting toward the lower staircase 2) is formed on the floor, and the projecting portion is bent downward, whereby an upper portion (step nose portion) of the stepped portion 1b connected to the lower staircase 2 of the floor 1a. You may make it coat | cover.

The first and second synthetic resin covering materials 3 and 30 are not necessarily bonded to the ventilating water-permeable layer 4 with the floor adhesive 5, but for the purpose of preventing peeling as in the floor covering structure described above. It is preferable to adhere to the ventilating water-permeable layer 4 with the floor adhesive 5. The floor adhesive 5 for adhering the synthetic resin coatings 3 and 30 to the vent water-permeable layer 4 is the same as the floor adhesive 5 for adhering the vent water-permeable layer 4 to the floor 1a. The floor adhesive 5 for adhering the synthetic resin coatings 3 and 30 is applied to the upper surface of the ventilating water-permeable layer 4 so that the convex ridges 5a of the adhesive are always formed at intervals using a comb iron. There is no need to do so, and so-called solid coating may be used.

As the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 7 adhered to the back surface of the front hanging portion 30a of the second synthetic resin coating material 30, for example, a synthetic resin belt-like foam (thickness of about 1.0 to 5.5 mm, width, such as polyethylene foam) A substrate having a dimension of about 10 to 25 mm) and a surface coated with an adhesive such as an acrylic adhesive is preferably used, and the back side of the bent portion of the second synthetic resin coating material 30 is preferably used. As the filler to be filled, for example, a urethane resin-based filling adhesive is preferably used.

Further, as the sealing material 9 for sealing the periphery of the first and second synthetic resin covering materials 3 and 30 which are integrally joined, urethane, epoxy, modified silicone, silicon, polysulfide, acrylic , SBR, and butyl rubber sealants are used, and among these, the urethane sealant is less likely to sag immediately after being placed on the lower end surface of the front sagging portion 30a of the second synthetic resin coating material 30. It is particularly preferably used from the viewpoint of being versatile and easy to handle. 3 to 6, that is, the sealing material 9 is a triangular seal in which the sealing material is placed so that the cross-sectional shape is a right triangle. It is preferable to seal.

In the floor covering structure described above, the downward discharge ports 10 and 10 are formed at the lower end of the back side of both ends of the front hanging part 30a of the second synthetic resin covering material 30, and the discharge port is formed on the back side of both ends of the front hanging part 30a. Although the substantially vertical downward communication passages 11, 11 communicating the outlets 10, 10 and the ventilation water passage layer 4 are formed along the upper portion (the nose portion) of the step portion 1 b of the floor 1 a, such an outlet 10 Or the communication path 11 may be formed in the back side of the intermediate part except the both ends of the front drooping part 30a. However, as described above, the discharge port 10 is formed without sealing a part of the lower end surface of the front hanging part 30a with the sealing material 9, and the double-sided adhesive tape 7 on the back surface of the front hanging part 30a or the back side of the bent part is filled. When the material 8 is partially removed to form the communication path 11, the discharge port and the formation part of the communication path in the front hanging part 30 a to the bent part cause a decrease in strength, so the discharge port 10 and the communication path 11 are connected to the front hanging part 30 a. If it is formed on the lower end and the back side of the intermediate portion where the walking frequency is high, there is a high possibility that the intermediate portion of the front hanging portion 30a will be destroyed. On the other hand, when the discharge ports 10 and 10 and the communication passages 11 and 11 are formed on the lower end and the back side of both ends where the walking frequency of the front hanging portion 30a is extremely low as in the floor covering structure, both ends of the front hanging portion 30a are formed. This is extremely preferable because the possibility of the portion being destroyed is drastically reduced.

Moreover, in the said floor covering structure, although the discharge port 10 and the communication path 11 which have a width of about 5 cm are formed, the horizontal width of the discharge port 10 and the communication path 11 may be narrower or wider than this. The range of the appropriate width is 2.5 to 7.5 cm. If the discharge port 10 and the communication path 11 having a width in this range are formed, the strength reduction of the discharge port and the communication path forming portion is suppressed to a small extent. Water vapor and moisture can be reliably discharged to the outside.
In addition, the communicating path 11 does not cut off both ends of the double-sided adhesive tape 7 on the back surface of the front hanging part 30a, but leaves the release paper at both ends of the double-sided adhesive tape 7, and both ends of the double-sided adhesive tape 7 are steps of the floor 1a. You may form by making a clearance gap between the release paper of both ends, and the level | step-difference part 1b of the floor 1a so that it may not adhere to the upper part of the part 1b.

The floor covering structure described above is obtained by covering the concrete landing floor 1a with the synthetic resin covering materials 3 and 30 through the ventilating water layer 4, but also when covering the mortar floor 1a, A floor covering structure similar to that described above may be used.

FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a floor covering structure using a synthetic resin covering material according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a partially enlarged sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG. 8, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line E-E of FIG. 8, and the floor covering structure of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 includes the second floor 2a of the staircase 2 having a plurality of steps as described above. It is coated with a synthetic resin coating material 30 (step coating sheet).

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a ventilation layer 4 is provided on the upper surface (tread surface) of each step of the concrete floor 2 a of the staircase 2 except for the peripheral portion thereof. The above-mentioned second synthetic resin coating material 30 is adhered to the upper surface of the ventilation water-permeable layer 4 with a floor adhesive (not shown).
The ventilation water-permeable layer 4 and the floor adhesive are the same as those used for the floor covering structure, and the application form of the floor adhesive is the same application form as described above. Omitted.

The second synthetic resin covering material 30 is also a staircase covering sheet having a substantially L-shaped cross section having the same front hanging portion 30a as that used in the floor covering structure, and both ends of the front hanging portion 30a. As shown in FIG. 7 (c), both ends of the double-sided adhesive tape 7 affixed to the back surface of the front drooping portion 30a are cut out by about 5 cm so that the communication paths 11 and 11 having a width of about 5 cm are formed on the back side of the portion The filler 8 on the back side of the bent portion is also attached and filled about 5 cm from both ends.
The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 7 and the filler 8 are also the same as those used for the floor covering structure, and thus description thereof is omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the upper surface (tread surface) of each step of the floor 2 a of the staircase 2 is covered with the horizontal portion 30 b of the second synthetic resin covering material 30 through the ventilating water-permeable layer 4. The upper part (step nose part) of the step part 2 b on the lower stage side of each stage is covered with the front hanging part 30 a of the second synthetic resin coating material 30. And this front drooping part 30a is affixed on the upper part of the level | step-difference part 2b with the double-sided adhesive tape 7 except the both ends which excised the double-sided adhesive tape 7. FIG. In addition, the filler 8 is filled in the gap between the bent portion (excluding both ends of the bent portion) of the second synthetic resin covering material 30 and the corner portion of each step of the floor 2b. The 30 bent portions are supported and reinforced from the back side so as not to be deformed or damaged by the treading pressure when raising or lowering the stairs.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the periphery of the second synthetic resin coating material 30 is a sealing material 9 except for both ends (about 5 cm from both ends) of the lower end surface of the front hanging portion 30a. It is sealed with a triangular seal, thereby forming a downward gap-like discharge port 10, 10 having a width of about 5 cm at both unsealed end portions of the lower end surface of the front hanging portion 30a. Further, on the back side of both ends of the front hanging portion 30a, communication passages 11 and 11 having a width of about 5 cm communicating the discharge port 10 and the ventilation water-permeable layer 4 extend along the upper portions of the step portions 1b of the respective steps of the floor 2a. Are formed substantially vertically downward.
In addition, since the sealing material 9 is the same as that used for the floor covering structure, description thereof is omitted.

In the floor covering structure of this embodiment as well, water vapor or water released from the surface of the floor 2a of the concrete staircase 2 enters the ventilating water-permeable layer 4 and moves inside thereof, and the communication passage 11 is directed substantially vertically downward. 11, 11 is surely discharged from the downward discharge ports 10 and 10, and does not collect between the second synthetic resin coating material 30 and the floor 2 a, so the synthetic resin coating material 30 is caused by the pressure of water vapor or water. It is possible to prevent the swelling from occurring. In addition, the work of forming the discharge ports 10 and 10 and the work of forming the communication passages 11 and 11 are very simple, and it is not necessary to attach a special member for forming the discharge port or a member for forming the communication passage. It is good and economical. Moreover, there is no possibility that rainwater or the like rises from the downward discharge ports 10 and 10 to the communication passages 11 and 11 and flows back to the ventilation water layer 4 between the floor 2a and the synthetic resin covering material 30. It is not necessary to perform a troublesome covering process for waterproofing on the outlets 10 and 10.

The floor covering structure of this embodiment is such that the concrete floor 2a of the stairs 2 is covered with the synthetic resin covering material 30 through the ventilating water-permeable layer 4, but the floor 2a made of mortar may be covered. The floor covering structure may be the same as described above.
Needless to say, the floor covering structure of this embodiment can adopt the same modification as that of the floor covering structure of the above embodiment.
