Claims (16)
- 本体の末端から終端側末端まで延びるピン部材を含み、前記ピン部材が雄ねじの2つの径方向オフセット部分を含み、雄ねじの前記2つの径方向オフセット部分が第1のねじ部と第2のねじ部を含み、前記第1のねじ部が第1のシール面によって前記第2のねじ部と隔てられ、前記第1のねじ部が前記終端側末端と前記第1のシール面の間に配置され、前記第2のねじ部が前記第1のシール面と前記本体の末端の間に配置される第1のチューブと、
本体の末端から終端側末端まで延びるボックス部材を含み、前記ボックス部材が雌ねじの2つの径方向オフセット部分を含み、雌ねじの前記2つの径方向オフセット部分が第3のねじ部と第4のねじ部を含み、前記第3のねじ部が第2のシール面によって前記第4のねじ部と隔てられ、前記第3のねじ部が前記終端側末端と前記第2のシール面の間に配置され、前記第4のねじ部が前記第2のシール面と前記本体の末端の間に配置される第2のチューブと、
を備え、
前記ピン部材が、前記第1のチューブの前記本体の末端に近接する前記第2のねじ部のねじ係合谷底部に配設されたピン臨界断面(PCCS)を含み、
前記ボックス部材が、前記第2のチューブの前記本体の末端に近接する前記第4のねじ部のねじ係合谷底部に配設されたボックス臨界断面(BCCS)を含み、
前記ボックス部材が、前記第2のチューブの前記第2のシール面に近接する前記第3のねじ部のねじ係合谷底部に配設されたボックス中間臨界断面(BICCS)を含み、
前記ピン部材が、前記第1のチューブの前記第1のシール面に近接する前記第1のねじ部のねじ係合谷底部に配設されたピン中間臨界断面(PICCS)を含み、
組立てられた状態において、前記第1のシール面は、管状ねじ接続の軸方向に延びる流体密封偏心シールを形成するように、径方向において前記第2のシール面と係合し、
前記第1および第2のチューブは、
PCCSがBCCSの約±5%以内であり、
PCCSおよびBCCSが約±5%以内(BICCS+PICCS)であり、
BICCS/PICCSが2.0以上であり、
前記管状ねじ接続は、トルク肩部を含まない、
管状ねじ接続。 - 前記流体密封偏心シールは、前記第2のチューブの前記終端側末端よりも前記第1のチューブの前記終端側末端の近く配置される、請求項1に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記BICCS/PICCSは2.0〜5.0である、請求項1に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記BICCS/PICCSは2.5〜3.0である、請求項3に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記流体密封偏心シールは、前記管状ねじ接続内の流体密封シールにすぎない、請求項1に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記組立てられた状態において、前記流体密封偏心シールは、前記管状ねじ接続の軸方向に第1の隙間部によって前記第2のねじ部および前記第3のねじ部から隔てられ、前記ピン部材および前記ボックス部材は、第1の隙間が前記ピン部材と前記ボックス部材の間に形成されるように、前記第1の隙間部において前記径方向に互いに離間される、請求項1に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記第1の隙間が、3mm〜15mmの軸向隙間と、0.125mm〜0.4mmの半径隙間を含む、請求項6に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記組立てられた状態において、前記流体密封偏心シールは、前記管状ねじ接続の軸方向において第2の隙間部によって前記第2のねじ部および前記第4のねじ部から隔てられ、前記ピン部材および前記ボックス部材は、第2の隙間が前記ピン部材と前記ボックス部材の間に形成されるように、前記第2の隙間部において前記径方向において互いに離間される、請求項6に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記第2の隙間が0.1mm〜2mmの軸向隙間を含む、請求項8に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記第1、第2、第3および第4のねじ部は夫々蟻継ぎ状ねじであり、負の傾斜を有する蟻継ぎ状ねじのロードフランクを含む、請求項1に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記蟻継ぎ状ねじは−3.5〜−4.5度のスタブフランク角度を有する、請求項10に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記スタブフランク角度は−3.9〜−4.1度である、請求項11に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記蟻継ぎ状ねじの前記ロードフランクは−0.5〜−1.5度のロードフランク角度を有する、請求項11に記載の管状ねじ接続。
- 前記ロードフランク角度は−0.9〜−1.1度である、請求項13に記載の管状ねじ接続。
