Description
Claims (14)
- 注入システムのための装置であって、
供給源弁を介して、液体源から注入液を受容するように構成される注入室と、
前記注入室に接続される注入導管であって、第1の弁を有し、第1の圧力を有する非液体環境に暴露される注入ポートを有する、注入導管と、
前記注入室と前記第1の弁との間の場所で前記注入導管と交差するクロス導管であって、真空源に接続され、第2の弁を有する、クロス導管と、
前記第1の弁、前記第2の弁、前記供給源弁、および前記真空源に電気的に連結される制御装置であって、前記第1の弁、前記第2の弁、および前記供給源弁の開閉を制御し、かつ前記真空源の作動を制御する、制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置が、前記注入液が、第1の体積の前記注入液で前記注入導管を充填すること、および前記注入液で前記注入室および前記クロス導管を少なくとも部分的に充填することを可能にするように、前記第1の弁、前記第2の弁、および前記供給源弁を開き、
前記制御装置が、前記注入室を分離するように前記第1の弁、第2の弁、および供給源弁を閉じ、
前記制御装置が、前記クロス導管内部の前記注入液の一部を前記第2の弁から離れる方向へ移動させて、前記クロス導管の少なくとも一部に第2の圧力を生じるように前記真空源を動作させ、前記第2の圧力が前記第1の圧力より低く、
前記制御装置が、前記注入導管内に含まれた第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて移動することを可能にするように前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を開き、
前記注入液の前記第2の体積が、前記注入液の前記第1の体積以下である、装置。 - 前記注入導管内に含まれた第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて移動することを可能にするように前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を開くことが、
前記注入室内に前記第2の圧力を生じるように前記第2の弁を開くことと、
前記第2の圧力の前記注入室を分離するように前記第2の弁を閉じることと、
前記第2の弁を開いて閉じた後に、前記第2の体積の前記注入液が、前記第1の弁を越えて前記注入室へ向かって流れることを可能にするように、前記第1の弁を開くことと、を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記注入導管内に含まれた第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて移動することを可能にするように前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を開くことが、
前記第1の弁を開くことと、
前記第1の弁を開いた後に、前記第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて移動することを可能にするように、前記第2の弁を開くことと、を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記注入液の前記第1の体積が、10〜20立方センチメートルであり、前記注入液の前記第2の体積が、10立方センチメートル以下である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記注入ポートが、デバイスと流体的に連結されるように構成され、前記第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて移動すると、前記非液体環境内の非液体が前記デバイスに入る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 分離弁を介して前記注入室に連結された注入圧力源であって、前記制御装置に電気的に連結され、前記注入圧力源の前記動作が、前記制御装置によって制御される、注入圧力源を更に備え、
前記制御装置が、前記注入導管に含まれる前記第2の体積の前記注入液が、前記第1の弁を越えて移動することを可能にするように、前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を開いた後、前記制御装置が、前記分離弁を開き、前記第1の弁を開き、前記注入液を前記注入室から離れる方向へ、かつ前記注入ポートに向かって押すように前記注入圧力源を動作させる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 注入システムをプライミングする方法であって、
注入液を含めて提供される注入室を有するシステムであって、前記注入室が、第1の弁を有する注入導管に接続され、前記システムが、前記注入室と前記第1の弁との間の場所で前記注入導管と交差するクロス導管を有し、前記クロス導管が吸引室に連結され、前記クロス導管が第2の弁を有し、前記吸引室が真空源に連結される、システムを提供することと、
第1の体積の前記注入液で前記注入導管を充填することであって、前記注入導管が、第1の圧力を有する非液体環境に暴露される注入ポートを有する、充填することと、
前記注入室を分離するように前記第1および第2の弁を閉じることと、
前記第1の圧力より低い第2の圧力を前記吸引室に生じるように前記真空源を動作させることと、
前記注入導管内の第2の体積の前記注入液が、第1の弁を越えて前記注入室へ向かって流れることを生じさせるように、前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を開くことと、を含み、
前記注入液の前記第2の体積が、前記注入液の前記第1の体積以下である、方法。 - 前記注入導管内の前記第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて流れることを生じさせるように前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を開くことが、
前記注入室内に前記第2の圧力を生じるように前記第2の弁を開くことと、
前記第2の圧力の前記注入室を分離するように前記第2の弁を閉じることと、
前記第2の弁を開いて閉じた後に、前記第2の体積の前記注入液が、前記第1の弁を越えて流れることを可能にするように、前記第1の弁を開くことと、を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記注入導管内の前記第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて流れることを生じさせるように前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁を開くことが、
前記第1の弁を開くことと、
前記第1の弁を開いた後に、前記注入導管内の前記第2の体積の前記注入液が前記第1の弁を越えて流れることを可能にするように、前記第2の弁を開くことと、を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記注入液の前記第1の体積が、10〜20立方センチメートルであり、前記注入液の前記第2の体積が、10立方センチメートル以下である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の弁、前記第2の弁、および前記真空源に電子的に連結された制御装置を提供するステップを更に含み、
前記制御装置が、前記第1の弁および前記第2の弁の前記開閉を制御し、前記制御装置が、前記真空源の前記動作を制御する、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記注入ポートが、デバイスと流体的に連結されるように構成され、前記第2の体積の前記注入液が、前記第1の弁を越えて移動すると、前記非液体環境内の非液体が、前記デバイスに入る、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁を迅速に開閉して前記注入液の過渡流を生じさせる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁を迅速に開閉して、前記注入液の過渡流を生じさせるよう前記システムを制御することを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
