Description
前記表面に前記シート状材料を載置する載置機構であって、特に前記シート状材料の複数枚のシート片を前記表面に次々と連続して載置する載置機構と、
前記表面に載置された各々のシート片を前記表面に定着する定着機構であって、前記シート状材料に静電気帯電することにより定着を行うように構成された定着機構と、
を備えた装置とすることができる。
Claims (10)
- 繊維複合構造部材(16a、12a、16a’)の製造方法であって、
接着シート(12)を第1の繊維複合構造部材(16a)の表面(14)に載置し、定着することによって、前記接着シート(12)を前記表面(14)に固定する工程と、
ここで、前記定着は前記接着シート(12)に対する静電気帯電により行われ、
前記接着シート(12)を有する前記第1の繊維複合構造部材(16a)を、前記繊維複合構造部材(16a、12a、16a’)を形成するために、第2の繊維複合構造部材(16a’)に適用する工程と、
前記第1の繊維複合構造部材(16a)および前記第2の繊維複合構造部材(16a’)を硬化する工程とを有し、
ここで、前記第1の繊維複合構造部材(16a)および前記第2の繊維複合構造部材(16a’)は、前記接着シート(12)の硬化によって互いに連結し定着する
ことを特徴とする繊維複合構造部材(16a、12a、16a’)の製造方法。 - 前記接着シート(12)の接着シート片(12−1、12−2、12−3)を前記表面(14)に連続的に載置しつつ、載置した接着シート片(12−3)を前記表面(14)に定着することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1の繊維複合構造部材(16a)は、強化された飛行機の機体を製造するための補強用プロファイル材であり、前記第2の繊維複合構造部材(16a’)は、強化された飛行機の機体材料を製造するための構造部材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記表面(14)は展開不可能な形状を有する表面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(14)に載置される前記接着シート(12)は、ストックロール(20)から繰出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(14)に載置される前記接着シート片(12−1、12−2、12−3)は、その寸法ないし形状が最終的な寸法ないし形状に仕上げられたシート片であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(14)に載置される前記接着シート(12)は、細長い形状を有し、その長さ寸法/幅寸法の比が少なくとも10/1であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記載置に先立って、前記接着シート片(12−1、12−2)に静電気帯電することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記載置後に、前記接着シート片(12−3)に静電気帯電することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 複数の接着シート(12)を前記表面(14)に適用し、かつ前記静電気帯電により前記接着シート(12)を定着することにより、前記第1の繊維複合構造部材(16a)の前記表面(14)がカバーされることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
