The present invention relates to a cooking device having a steam generator.

Saturated steam is supplied to the high-temperature airflow circulating in the cooking chamber, and the heating cooking device utilizes the advantages of high-speed heating due to the condensation heat transfer effect of steam on the food surface and the suppression of the outflow of vitamins, minerals and delicious ingredients. Is known (see Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 7, in the heating cooking apparatus 100, upper rails 102 extending in the front-rear direction are formed on the left side surface and the right side surface of the cooking chamber 101. An upper cooking plate 103 is detachably mounted on each upper rail 102. A lower rail 104 extending in the front-rear direction is formed on the left side surface and the right side surface of the cooking chamber 101, and a lower cooking plate 105 is detachably mounted on each lower rail. An upper discharge port 106 and a lower discharge port 107 are formed on the rear surface of the cooking chamber 101. A suction port 108 is formed on the rear surface of the cooking chamber 101.

A steam guide 109 is fixed to the left wall surface of the cooking chamber 101, and a plurality of guide portions 110 are formed in the steam guide 109. These guide portions 110 are arranged to face a steam port of a steam generation unit (not shown) and have a cylindrical shape extending horizontally in the left-right direction. The guide part 110 guides the flow direction of water vapor discharged from the steam port. The water vapor discharged from the steam port is guided to the inner peripheral surface of the guide part 110 and flows straight in the horizontal direction at the height between the upper rail 102 and the lower rail 104.

However, in the conventional cooking device 100, the steam guide portion 109 has a convex shape and is installed on the left inner wall surface of the cooking chamber 101. It is necessary to install the lower rail 104 in a limited manner. Further, when the cooking dish 109 on which food is placed is supported by the lower rail 104, it comes into contact with the steam guide portion 109 depending on the place where the food is placed, or the jet of steam ejected from the guide portion 110 is hindered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and its purpose is to improve the degree of freedom in designing the position of the rail that supports the cooking dish, and the food is placed at any position on the cooking dish. On the left inner wall surface 27 and the right inner wall surface 28 (see FIG. 3) which are a pair of parallel inner wall surfaces sandwiching the heating chamber opening 12 of the inner box 15, an upper rail 29, a middle rail 30 and a lower rail 31 extending in the front-rear direction. Is formed. A cooking dish 32 is detachably mounted on each of the upper rail 29, the lower rail 31, and the middle rail 30. In other words, the cooking pan 32 is supported by the left inner wall surface 27 and the right inner wall surface 28 at an arbitrary stage in the upper and lower multistage positions in the heating chamber 14 by being supported at both ends. At least one cooking dish 32 is provided.

A water tank 33 for generating steam to be sent to the heating chamber 14 is provided below the lower electric chamber 18. The water in the water tank 33 is supplied to the steam generation unit 34 provided between the inner box 15 and the outer box 16 by the pump motor, and becomes steam. The steam generated in the steam ejection part 35 is supplied to the heating chamber 14 by a steam connection pipe 36 that connects the steam generation part 34 and the heating chamber 14.

A control circuit is provided in the control unit of the lower electric chamber 18, and the control circuit performs cooking control and water injection control, and has a CPU, a ROM, and a RAM. An internal temperature sensor and a steam temperature sensor are connected to this control circuit. The control circuit detects the internal temperature of the heating chamber 14 based on the output signal from the internal temperature sensor, and detects the temperature of the steam generation unit 34 based on the output signal from the steam temperature sensor. The operation switch 22 and the cooking switch 23 are connected to the control circuit. The plurality of switches are used by the user to input cooking information such as a cooking menu, cooking temperature, and presence / absence of preheating. The control circuit detects cooking information such as a cooking menu, cooking temperature, and presence / absence of preheating according to the operation contents of the plurality of switches.

In the control circuit, the circulation fan, the convection heater, the upper heating heater, the magnetron, the circulation fan, and the pump motor are individually driven and controlled based on the detection result of the cooking information. In addition, the control circuit is supplied with power from a main power source connected to a commercial power source, and the heating power of the magnetron, the convection heater, the upper heater, the steam generator 34, etc. is supplied to each of these parts so as not to exceed the allowable power value. Control power distribution.

4 is an enlarged view of the steam generating section 34 shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the steam ejecting section 35 shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view of the steam ejecting section shown in FIG.

Water is supplied from the water tank 33 to the steam generator 34 by a pump motor. The steam generation unit 34 includes a steam boiler 37 made of aluminum die casting that is lightweight and has high thermal conductivity. A water supply pipe 38 and a siphon drain pipe 39 are connected to the steam boiler 37, and a steam connection pipe 36 is connected to one discharge port 37 </ b> A of the steam boiler 37. A steam generating heater 37B shown in FIG. 4 is provided inside the steam boiler 37. The steam generating heater 37B boiles the water supplied from the water supply pipe 38, and the volume-expanded saturated steam is supplied to the steam connection pipe 36. To send out.

The tip of the steam connection pipe 36 is connected to the steam ejection part 35. As shown in FIG. 1, the steam ejection portion 35 has one inner wall surface (left inner wall surface 27) between the cooking pan 32 supported by the uppermost stage 40 in the upper and lower multi-stage positions and the ceiling surface 41 of the heating chamber 14. Is provided. The steam ejection part 35 is connected to the steam generation part 34 by one discharge port 37A and one steam connection pipe 36, and steam is blown out. As shown in FIG. 5, the steam ejection portion 35 is provided at one location on the left inner wall surface 27.

As shown in FIG. 6, a part of the left inner wall surface 27 is formed as a recess, and a through hole 45 is formed in the bottom portion 27 </ b> A of the recess to allow the vapor ejection portion 35 to pass therethrough. The steam ejection part 35 is installed through the through hole 45, and the tip of the steam ejection part 35 is accommodated in the space between the bottom part 27A of the recess and the left inner wall surface 27B.

Next, the effect | action of the heating cooker 10 which has the said structure is demonstrated.

In order to perform grill heating while performing steam heating in the heating cooker 10, first, the door 19 is opened, the cooking dish 32 is attached to the heating chamber 14, and the food is placed on the cooking dish 32. Next, after closing the door 19 and operating the operation switch 22 to set a desired heating mode, the cooking switch 23 is operated.

A high frequency is generated from the magnetron and diffused and supplied to the heating chamber 14. The high frequency absorption film of the cooking pan 32 generates heat to heat the high frequency heating element, and the heat is transmitted to the object to be heated through the metal plate. Moreover, a part of the generated high frequency passes through the gap between the inner wall surface of the heating chamber 14 and the cooking dish 32 and enters the upper space of the cooking dish 32 to heat the cooked food at high frequency. Moreover, the cooking thing of the cooking tray 32 is heat-processed with a radiant heat by making an upper heater heat-generate.

Water is supplied from the water tank 33 to the steam generator 34 by a pump motor. The steam generator 34 to which water is supplied causes the supply water to boil by the steam generation heater 37B to generate saturated steam. The generated steam is supplied to the upper space of the heating chamber 14 from the steam ejection part 35 through the steam connection pipe 36. The steam hits the cooked product, and the cooked product is steamed by heat exchange.

The front end of the steam ejection portion 35 is accommodated between a bottom portion 27A of a recess formed in the left inner wall surface 27 and the left inner wall surface 27B. Therefore, even if the cooking dish 32 supported by the arbitrary stage of the upper and lower multistage position of the heating cooker 10 is supported by the uppermost stage 40, the cooking dish 32 and the steam ejection part 35 do not contact. Moreover, the contact between the food placed on the cooking dish 32 and the steam ejection part 35 can be avoided.

Since the front end of the steam ejection portion 35 is accommodated between the bottom portion 27A of the recess formed in the left inner wall surface 27 and the left inner wall surface 27B, direct heat from an upper heater (not shown) can be avoided. As the material for the vapor ejection part, it is possible to select a resin having a melting temperature lower than that of a metal such as aluminum.

Therefore, according to the heating cooker 10 according to the present embodiment, the degree of freedom in designing the position of the rail that supports the cooking dish can be improved even if the steam ejection portion 35 is installed on the left inner wall surface 27 of the cooking chamber. Even if the food is placed at an arbitrary position on the cooking pan, it is possible to prevent contact with the steam ejection part and hindering of the steam ejection.

The present invention is suitable for application to a cooking device having a steam generator.
