1 to 12, reference numeral 10 denotes the refrigerant branch unit described above, and the branch unit main body 10A and the electrical component box 10B are integrated. In the present embodiment, the branch unit main body 10A has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the outdoor unit side refrigerant pair pipe 11 extends from one side surface and three sets of indoor unit side refrigerant pair pipes 12, 13, and 14 extend from the other side surface. have. The rear face 15 of the refrigerant branching unit 10 is the rear face plate 20, the front face 19 is the front face board 30, and the right side surface 18 a on which the indoor unit side refrigerant pair pipes 12, 13, 14 extend is the indoor unit side wiring drawer plate 40 and the indoor unit. The left side surface 18b from which the outdoor unit side refrigerant pair piping 11 extends is extended by the outdoor unit side wiring extraction plate 60 and the outdoor unit side piping extraction plate 70, and the top surface 17 (the upper cover of the electrical component box) is The cover structures are respectively covered by the face plate 80 and the bottom face by the bottom face plate 90. This will be described in detail below.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing attachment of the back plate 20 to the refrigerant branching unit 10, and the back plate 20 is attached to the back surface 15 of the branch unit main body 10A by four screws 1A. The back plate 20 has flanges 21 that are bent inward on its three sides, and the side (lower side) where the flanges 21 are not formed has bent claws as shown in FIG. 22 is formed. The bending claw 22 is formed by bending inward from the plane of the back plate 20, and a notch 22a is provided at the back end.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating attachment of the bottom plate 90 to the refrigerant branching unit 10. The bottom plate 90 is formed with flanges 91 that are bent upward on its four sides, and slits 92 are formed at four screwing positions on the bottom surface. A base metal fitting 93 (see FIG. 2B) is welded to the inside of the slit 92 (on the side of the branch unit main body 10A) so that the screwing protrusion 93a protrudes toward the branch unit main body 10A.

When attaching the bottom plate 90, first, as shown in FIG. 2C, the bent claws 22 of the back plate 20 are inserted into the slits 91a1 formed in the back end 91a of the flange 91 of the bottom plate 90. Slide in the state. As a result, the slit 91a1 is caught by the notch 22a, and the bottom plate 90 is temporarily fixed to the lower portion of the back plate 20. Thereafter, the four screws 1B are screwed into the holes (not shown) on the bottom surface 16 of the branch unit main body 10A through the holes of the screwing projections 93a from the slits 92, whereby the bottom plate 90 is brought into the bottom surface 16 of the branch unit main body 10A. Stick. As a result, the branch unit main body 10 </ b> A is in a state of being slightly lifted from the bottom plate 90 by the pedestal fitting 93.

Further, the bottom plate 90 is formed longer from one end connected to the back plate 20 to the other end than the refrigerant branching unit 10.

FIGS. 3A and 3B are views showing attachment of a part of the indoor unit-side piping drawer plate 50 to the back plate 20 and the bottom plate 90. FIG. In FIGS. 3A and 3B, the heat insulating protective material 200 is attached to the three pairs of pipes 12 to 14.

As shown in FIG. 4, the indoor unit side pipe lead-out plate 50 includes a central plate 51 and side plates 52 and 53 attached to both sides thereof. The center plate 51 has an I-shape (H shape when placed sideways) in plan view, and includes a vertically long column piece 51a, a horizontally long upper piece 51b, and a horizontally long lower piece 51c. Further, a flange 51a1 for reinforcement is provided on both sides of the column piece 51a, a flange 51b1 for reinforcement is provided on the upper part of the upper piece 51b, a flange 51b2 for reinforcement is provided on the lower part of the upper piece 51b, and the lower piece 51c. A flange 51c1 for reinforcement is formed in the upper part, and a flange 51c2 for reinforcement is formed in the lower part of the lower piece 51c, so that the central piece 51 alone has sufficient strength. In addition, two slits 51a2 that are separated vertically are formed at the inner end of the flange 51a1 of the column piece 51a, and two slits 51a3 that are separated vertically are also formed on the other side.

One side plate 52 has a size that fits in a right-side recess 51 d that includes three sides of an upper piece 51 b on the right side of the central plate 51, a column piece 51 a, and a lower piece 51 c, and faces the central plate 51. Three rectangular cut pieces 52a are formed on the side to be cut, and two insertion pieces 52b are formed at the ends of the cut pieces 52a that are in contact with the column pieces 51a of the central plate 51. The other side plate 53 is sized to fit in a left-side recess 51e that has three sides formed by an upper piece 51b, a column piece 51a, and a lower piece 51c on the left side of the center plate 51, and faces the center plate 51. Three rectangular cut pieces 53a are formed on the side, and two insertion pieces 53b are formed at the ends of the cut pieces 53a that are in contact with the column pieces 51a of the central plate 51.

For example, after removing the cut pieces 52a and 53a of the side plates 52 and 53, the insertion piece 52b of the side plate 52 is inserted into one slit 51a2 of the center plate 51, and the difference of the side plate 53 into the other slit 51a3. If the insert piece 52b is inserted, the central plate 51 and the side plates 52 and 53 assemble the single-plate indoor unit-side pipe lead-out plate 50 into a square shape, and pair pipes are attached to the portions from which the cut pieces 52a and 53a are removed. A total of six excision recesses to be guided are formed.

At the time of attachment, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the central plate 51 first has the upper end 51a and the lower end of the lower piece 51b connected to the indoor unit side end 21a of the flange 21 of the back plate 20. These are respectively screwed with screws 1C. Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the side plates 52 3 are arranged so that the gas pipes 12 a, 13 a, and 14 a side of the three pairs of pipes 12 to 14 to which the heat insulating protective material 200 is attached can be arranged. The cut piece 52a is cut to form a cut recess. Then, after the gas pipes 12a, 13a, and 14a protected by the heat insulating protective material 200 are arranged in the cut recess, the two insertion pieces 52b of the side plate 52 are inserted into the two slits 51a2 of the central plate 51. The side plate 52 is integrated with the central plate 51 in a flush manner. Furthermore, two places of the back end are screwed to the indoor unit side end 21a of the flange 21 of the back plate 20 with screws 1D. As described above, the center plate 51 and the side plate 52 of the indoor unit side pipe drawing plate 50 are assembled.

Thereby, since the center board 51 has connected the back board 20 and the front board 30 in the upper piece 51b and the lower piece 51c, the intensity | strength of a cover structure can fully be ensured. Further, a reinforcing flange is formed on the central plate 51, and the strength of the central plate 51 is further improved. Further, since the cut pieces 52a and 53a are provided on the side plates 52 and 53, it is not necessary to provide a notch in the central plate 51, and the strength of the central plate 51 is not lowered.

FIGS. 5A and 5B are views showing the attachment of the outdoor unit side piping drawer plate 70 to the back plate 20 and the bottom plate 90. The outdoor unit side pipe drawing plate 70 is composed of two side plates 71 and 72, each having a semicircular shape in which the gas pipe 11a and the liquid pipe 11b of the paired pipe 11 to which the heat insulating protective material 300 is attached can be arranged. Notches 71a and 72a are formed.

In assembling the outdoor unit side pipe lead-out plate 70, first, as shown in FIG. 5A, the gas pipe 11a and the liquid pipe 11b, to which the heat insulating protective material 300 is attached, are connected to the two cutout portions of the side plate 71. After arrange | positioning in 71a, the side plate 71 is attached to the outdoor unit side edge part 21b of the flange 21 of the back plate 20 with the screw 1E. Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the side plates 72 are arranged so that the two cutouts 72a are positioned in the gas pipe 11a and the liquid pipe 11b on which the heat insulating protective material 300 is mounted. Then, it attaches to the outdoor unit side end portion 91b of the flange 91 of the bottom plate 90 with the screw 1F. At this time, since the side plate 72 has a slit 71b formed on the side where the cutout portion 71a of the side plate 71 is formed, the insertion side (not shown) of the side plate 72 is connected to the indoor unit side described above. By inserting the insertion side 52b into the slit 51a2 in the pipe drawing plate 50 and inserting it into the slit 71b, the outdoor unit side pipe drawing plate 70 in which the side plates 71 and 72 are integrated is assembled.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing attachment of the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40 to the back plate 20, the indoor unit side piping lead plate 50, and the electrical component box 10B. The indoor unit side wiring drawer plate 40 is an indoor unit side partition plate 42 that divides the interior space of the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 from which the indoor unit side wiring is drawn and the cover structure into the branch unit main body 10A side and the electrical component box 10B side. It is composed of As shown in FIG. 7, the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 has a plurality of blind holes 41 a that can pass through the indoor unit side wiring by opening, a flange 41 b that is bent inward on the upper side, a flange 41 c that is bent inward on the lower side, The outer waterproof packing 41d (shown in FIG. 6A) is attached to the upper end, right end, and left end of the outer side. Two notches 41c1 are formed in the lower flange 41c. The indoor unit side partition plate 42 has the same width as the indoor unit side vertical plate 41, two cut and raised pieces 42a are formed at one end, and a claw 42b is formed at the right corner of the other end. ing.

As shown in FIG. 7C, the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40 is formed by inserting the notch 41c1 of the flange 41c of the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 into the cut and raised piece 42a of the indoor unit side partition plate 42. As shown in FIG. 7B, the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 and the indoor unit side partition plate 42 are assembled in an L shape by attaching with two screws 1H.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, the claw 42b of the indoor unit side partition plate 42 is engaged with the engagement hole 10B1 of the electrical component box 10B, and the tip of the indoor unit side partition plate 42 is connected to the electrical component box. It is pushed into the gap between 10B and the branch unit body 10A. Further, as shown in FIG. 6C, the right end of the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 is sandwiched between the upper part of the indoor unit side end portion 21a of the flange 21 of the back plate 20 with a screw 1G and a part of the waterproof packing 41d is sandwiched. It adheres in the state. Thereafter, the waterproof protection bush 41f is attached to a part or all of the blind hole 41a of the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 opened as necessary, and then the wiring 400 of the electrical component box 10B is connected to the waterproof protection bush 41f. Pull out to the outside.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing attachment of the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60 to the back plate 20, the outdoor unit side piping lead plate 70, and the electrical component box 10B. The outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60 includes an outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 and an outdoor unit side partition plate 62. As shown in FIG. 9, the outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 has a plurality of blind holes 61 a that can pass through the wiring by opening, a flange 61 b that is bent inward on the upper side, a flange 61 c that is bent inward on the lower side, and an upper end on the outer side. The outer waterproof packing 61d (shown in FIG. 8 (a)) attached to the right end and the left end. Two notches 61c1 are formed in the lower flange 61c. The outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 has the same size and shape as the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 described above. The outdoor unit side partition plate 62 has cut and raised pieces 62a formed at two locations on one end. The outdoor unit partition plate 62 has the same lateral width as the indoor unit side partition plate 42 described above.

As shown in FIG. 9A, the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60 has a notch 61 c 1 of the flange 61 c of the outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 as a cut and raised piece of the outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 of the outdoor unit side partition plate 62. As shown in FIG. 9 (b), the outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 and the outdoor unit side partition plate 62 are set to L as in the case of the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40 described above. Assembled in a letter shape.

And as shown to Fig.8 (a), the outdoor unit side piping drawer plate 60 is the outdoor unit side in the state in which the edge part of the outdoor unit side partition plate 62 is located between 10A of branch unit main bodies, and the electrical component box 10B. After the left edge of the vertical plate 61 is pushed into the inside of the outdoor unit side end 21b of the flange 21 of the back plate 20, the left end of the outdoor unit vertical plate 61 is backed by a screw J1 as shown in FIG. 8 (b). The face plate 20 is fixed inside the outdoor unit side end portion 21b of the flange 21 with a part of the waterproof packing 41d sandwiched therebetween. Thereafter, if necessary, a waterproof protection bush 61f is attached to a part or all of the blind hole 61a of the outdoor unit-side vertical plate 61 opened beforehand, and then the wiring 500 of the electrical component box 10B is waterproofed. It is inserted through the protective bush 61f and pulled out.

FIGS. 10A and 10B are views showing attachment of the front plate 30. FIG. The front plate 30 is the same size as the back plate 20, and flanges 31 that are bent inward are formed on its four sides. The front plate 30 is provided with a closing plate 32 on the inner side, and the closing plate 32 extends from the end of the indoor unit side partition plate 42 to the end of the outdoor unit side partition plate 62 and the refrigerant branch unit 10 and the front plate. The front plate 30 is attached with screws 1L so that the front plate 30 rises inside the front side 91c of the flange 91 of the bottom plate 90, so that the closing plate 32 is separated from the indoor unit side partition. The end portion of the plate 42 and the end portion of the outdoor unit side partition plate 62 overlap, whereby the space having the branch unit main body 10A and the space having the electrical component box 10B in the cover structure are separated from the indoor unit side partition plate 42, the outdoor unit. It is partitioned by the side partition plate 62 and the closing plate 32.

Then, on the side surface on the indoor unit side, the indoor unit is connected by screws 1M so that the outer waterproof packing 41d of the indoor unit side wiring drawer plate 40 is sandwiched between the right end portion 31a of the flange 31 and the indoor unit side wiring drawer plate 40. The front plate 30 is fixed to the side wiring lead plate 40. Further, the upper piece 51b and the lower piece 51c of the central plate 51 of the indoor unit side pipe drawing plate 50 are fixed to the lower part of the indoor unit side end 31a of the flange 31 of the front plate 30 with the side plate 53 thereafter. To fix. At this time, the side plate 53 is cut in advance so as to guide the liquid tubes 12b, 13b, and 14b protected by the heat insulating protective material 200, and a cut-out recess is formed. Further, the side plate 53 is integrated with the central plate 51 by inserting the insertion piece 53 b of the side plate 53 into the slit 51 a 3 of the column piece 51 a of the central plate 51.

Further, on the side surface on the outdoor unit side, the screw 1P is provided so that the outer waterproof packing 61d of the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60 is sandwiched between the outdoor unit side end portion 31b of the flange 31 and the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60. Thus, the front plate 30 is fixed to the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60. Moreover, the lower part of the outdoor unit side end 31b of the flange 31 of the front plate 30 is fixed to the side plate 72 of the outdoor unit side pipe lead-out plate 70 with screws 1Q. Although the display of the wirings 400 and 500 is omitted in FIG. 10, the wirings 400 and 500 are normally connected, and the upper lid 17 of the electrical component box 10B is closed as shown in FIG.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 12, the top plate 80 is placed on the upper end of the back plate 20, the front plate 30, the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40, and the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60, and is closed by screws 1R. The assembly is complete. The top plate 80 is formed with flanges 81 that are bent inward on four sides. At this time, the waterproof packing 41d on the outside of the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40 is crimped by the indoor unit side end portion 81a of the flange 81 thereof. Further, the waterproof packing 61 d outside the outdoor unit side wiring drawing plate 60 is crimped by the indoor unit side end portion 81 b of the flange 81.

By the above assembly, the cover structure is composed of the back plate 20, the front plate 30, the top plate 80, the bottom plate 90, the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40, the indoor unit side piping lead plate 50, the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60, the outdoor. The interior side of the cover structure body 10A and the space having the electrical component box 10B are divided into an indoor unit side partition plate 42 and an outdoor unit side partition. It is defined by a plate 62 and a closing plate 32. The upper part of the electrical component box 10 </ b> B is covered by a top plate 80 and a flange 81 around the top plate 80, the back surface 15 side is covered by the back plate 20, and the front surface 19 side is covered by the front plate 30. In addition, the indoor unit side of the electrical component box 10B is covered with the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 of the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40 to the outside and also covered with the indoor unit side partition plate 42 with respect to the branch unit main body 10A. Is done. Further, the outdoor unit side of the electrical component box 10B is covered to the outside by the outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 of the outdoor unit side wiring drawer plate 60 and also covered by the outdoor unit side partition plate 62 to the branch unit main body 10A. Is done. Further, the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 of the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40 and the outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 of the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60 are in positions where they contact the back plate 20, the front plate 30, and the top plate 80. Since the waterproof packing is provided, the space having the electrical component box 10B has a waterproof structure with respect to the outside. On the other hand, the indoor unit side partition plate 42, the outdoor unit side partition plate 62, and the closing plate 32 that partition the surface of the space having the electrical component box 10A on the branch unit main body 10A side have waterproof means such as waterproof packing. However, this is because it is unlikely that moisture will blow up from the outside to the space having the electrical component box 10B through the space having the branch unit body 10A. As described above, it is possible to realize waterproofing measures for electrical component boxes and measures for preventing insects and small animals from entering at low cost with a simple structure.

Moreover, the indoor unit side piping drawer plate 50 can be removed independently from the back plate 20 and the bottom plate 90, and the side plate 53 can be removed from the front plate 30 and the bottom plate 90 by removing screws. Since it is possible, it is possible to check for leakage of refrigerant in the paired pipes 12 to 14 on the indoor unit side by the removal, and the maintenance work is simplified. At this time, since the center plate 51 is reinforced by the flanges 51a1, 51b1, and 51c1, the shape thereof does not collapse. Further, the cut pieces 52a and 53a of the side plates 52 and 53 maintain the form as they are when the pair pipe is not inserted therethrough, that is, are not opened, so that the water, insects and small animals enter the branch unit main body 10A side. And the appearance can be kept good.

Since the branch unit main body 10A is arranged away from the bottom plate by the pedestal fitting 93, moisture that has entered from the outside into the space having the branch unit main body 10A in the cover structure of the present embodiment is collected near the bottom plate. Even so, the branch unit main body 10A is not immersed in water. Further, the flange 91 of the bottom plate 90 is formed with notches at the four corners in advance, so that moisture that has entered the branch unit body 10A is discharged to the outside from the notches.

The back plate 20, the front plate 30, the indoor unit side wiring lead plate 40, the indoor unit side piping lead plate 50, the outdoor unit side wiring lead plate 60, and the indoor unit side piping lead plate 70 assembled as described above are packed. It can be superimposed on a flat plate.

That is, the back plate 20 and the front plate 30 have the same outer shape, and as shown in FIG. 13 (a), the foamed polystyrene rods 601, 602, 603 are placed on the inner side of the front plate 30, and then the top plate 30 is placed thereon. The back plate 20 is overlapped so that the flange 21 enters the inside of the flange 31 of the front plate 30 to form a flat plate block B1. At this time, if notches are provided in the corner portions of the flanges 21 and 31, the mating flange can be fitted there, so that both can be completely overlapped.

Further, the top plate 80 and the bottom plate 90 have the same outer shape, and as shown in FIG. 13B, the flanges 81 and 91 are overlapped to face each other to form a flat plate block B2. Also at this time, if the notches are provided in the corners of the flanges 81 and 91, the mating flange can be fitted there, so that both can be completely overlapped.

Moreover, the indoor unit side vertical plate 41 and the outdoor unit side vertical plate 61 have the same shape, and are shifted so that their flanges 41b, 41c and 61b, 61c face each other alternately as shown in FIG. 13 (c). Overlapping is a flat block B3.

Further, the side plates 71 and 72 of the outdoor unit side pipe lead-out plate 70 are made into a single plate by inserting the insertion piece of the side plate 72 into the slit 71b of the side plate 71. The indoor unit side partition plate 42 and the outdoor unit side partition plate 62 overlap the outdoor unit side partition plate 62 on the indoor unit side partition plate 42. The indoor unit side pipe drawing plate 50 is a single plate by inserting the insertion piece 52b of the side plate 52 into the slit 51a2 of the central plate 51 and inserting the insertion piece 53b of the side plate 53 into the slit 51a3. And it is set as flat plate block B4 by overlapping these.

When storing the flat plate blocks B1 to B4 in the flat packing box 700, the sheet 800 is laid on the packing box 700, and then the flat block B1 is placed on the flat block B1. Flat plate blocks B2, B3, and B4 are placed side by side. Then, a book 900 such as an instruction manual is placed on the remaining space, the whole is covered with the sheet 800, and the packaging box 700 is closed. The book can be inserted inside the flat plate blocks B1, B2, B3 and the like according to the size.

As described above, all the parts constituting the cover structure are made of plate-like members, all the parts are overlapped in parallel at the time of packing, and within the projection plane when the back plate 20 or the front plate 30 is viewed from above. By being stored in the box, it is stored in a flat packing box 700 in an orderly manner.
