Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been provided a lighting fixture in which a lamp body having an electric light source is supported by a so-called gimbal structure so that the direction of the lamp body is variable (see, for example, Patent Document 1). That is, the light irradiation direction can be changed by changing the direction of the lamp.

An example of this type of lighting fixture is shown in FIG. This luminaire includes three sets of a lamp body 1 and a rotating frame 2 that supports the lamp body 1 so as to be rotatable around a first rotation axis that intersects (orthogonally) the optical axis of a light source (not shown). As the light source, for example, a well-known electric light source such as a light emitting diode can be used. Since the lamp body 1 as described above can be realized by a well-known technique, description thereof is omitted. Moreover, said lighting fixture is provided with the support frame 3 which supports each rotation frame 2 rotatably about the 2nd rotation axis which cross | intersects (perpendicular | crosses) a 1st rotation axis. The rotating frame 2 is made of, for example, resin, and the support frame 3 is made of, for example, a metal plate. The support frame 3 is rectangular when viewed from above and below, and the three rotary frames 2 are attached side by side in the longitudinal direction of the support frame 3. The rotating frame 2 has an annular shape that surrounds a lower end portion that is an end portion of the lamp body 1 in the direction in which light from the light source is emitted. The rotating frame 2 has both first radial ends that are rotatably connected to the lamp body 1, and both second radial ends that are orthogonal to the first radial direction each support frame 3. It is connected so that it can rotate with respect to each one end in the short direction. The first rotation axis is parallel to the first radial direction, and the second rotation axis is parallel to the second radial direction. That is, the second rotation axis is parallel to the lateral direction of the support frame 3. Further, the first rotation axis can be rotated with respect to the support frame 3 in a plane orthogonal to the second rotation axis (that is, in a plane parallel to the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction of the support frame 3). Yes.

As shown in FIG. 6, the lighting fixture is embedded in an embedded hole 70 provided in the ceiling member 7. The ceiling material 7 is a plate material that is arranged with a gap (so-called wiring space) between a construction material (not shown) such as concrete to form a ceiling surface. The above-mentioned lighting fixture is connected to the top plate 4 suspended from and supported by the ceiling (manufacturing material) in the embedding hole 70 above the lamp body 1 and the top plate 4 and the support frame 3. Connected body 5. The top plate 4 and the connection body 5 are each made of a metal plate, for example. The top plate 4 includes a rectangular main piece 41 whose thickness direction is directed in the vertical direction, and side pieces 42 that protrude downward from both ends of the main piece 41 in the short direction. Further, the main piece 41 of the top plate 4 has a size and shape that overlaps with the support frame 3 when viewed from above, and the top plate 4 is located in the vicinity of the four corners of the support frame 3 through the connecting body 5 in the vicinity of the four corners of the main piece 41. It is connected. Further, the top plate 4 has bolt insertion holes 40 at both ends in the longitudinal direction through which anchor bolts 71 suspended from a construction material (not shown) above the ceiling material 7 are inserted from above. The anchor bolt 71 inserted into the bolt insertion hole 40 is screwed into the nut 72 below the top plate 4. The top plate 4 is suspended and supported from the ceiling (construction material) by the nut 72. A washer 73 is disposed between the upper surface of the nut 72 and the lower surface of the top plate 4. Furthermore, four attachment fittings 6 are attached to the connecting body 5 so as to be slidable up and down, and the above-mentioned lighting fixture is also supported by the attachment fitting 6 abutting on the upper surface of the ceiling member 7. The The mounting of the mounting bracket 6 to the connecting body 5 is achieved by fitting into a T-shaped mounting hole 50 provided in the connecting body 5, for example. In this case, after the attachment fitting 6 is inserted into the wide upper end portion in the attachment hole 50, it is slid downward as shown by an arrow A2 in FIG. The support frame 3 has a rectangular tube shape that is open in the vertical direction, supports the respective rotary frames 2, and is protruded outward from the lower end of the tube portion 31, and the tube portion 31 inserted into the embedding hole 70. And a collar portion 32 that is in contact with the lower surface (ceiling surface) of the ceiling member 7. When viewed from below, the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the embedding hole 70 and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 31 is covered by the flange portion 32.

Utility Model Registration No. 3066834

Reason that the dimension of the lamp body 1 in the optical axis direction is larger than the dimension of the support frame 3 in the vertical direction, and that the projection dimension of the lamp body 1 below the support frame 3 is not preferable. Thus, the lamp body 1 is held in a form in which the upper end portion protrudes above the support frame 3. That is, as the lamp body 1 rotates with respect to the support frame 3, the upper end portion of the lamp body 1 is displaced in the horizontal direction. Therefore, when the lamp body 1 is rotated with respect to the support frame 3, the connecting body 5 may interfere with the upper end portion of the lamp body 1. For example, when the lamp body 1 whose upper end protrudes in the longitudinal direction from the cylindrical portion 31 of the support frame 3 as shown in the leftmost lamp body 1 in FIG. The connecting body 5 interferes (contacts) with the upper end.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said reason, The objective is to provide the lighting fixture which can avoid the interference of the coupling body with respect to a lamp body.

The luminaire of the present invention includes a lamp having an electrical light source, a rotating frame that rotatably supports the lamp around a first rotation axis that intersects the optical axis of the light source, and the rotating frame that includes the first rotating frame. A support frame that is rotatably supported around a second rotation axis that intersects with the one rotation axis, a top plate that is suspended and supported above the lamp body, a first connection portion that is connected to the support frame, A second connecting portion connected to the top plate, and a connecting body having a main body portion connecting the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion to each other, and the main body portion of the connecting body includes the The surface facing the lamp body is bent so as to be concave, and at least one of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is hooked with respect to the support frame or the top plate, The other of the first connection part and the second connection part is connected to the support frame or the top plate. According to the present invention, since the surface directed to the lamp body is a concave surface in the main body portion of the connection body, interference of the connection body with the lamp body can be avoided.

It is a perspective view which shows embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view which shows the principal part same as the above. It is a perspective view which shows another principal part same as the above. It is a left view which shows the same as the above. It is a perspective view which shows the state by which the conventional lighting fixture was embedded and arrange | positioned. It is explanatory drawing which shows the method of embedding arrangement | positioning same as the above.

The luminaire of the present invention includes a lamp body 1 having an electrical light source, a rotating frame 2 that rotatably supports the lamp body 1 around a first rotation axis that intersects the optical axis of the light source, And a support frame 3 that rotatably supports a second rotation axis that intersects the one rotation axis. The lighting fixture of the present invention includes a top plate 4 that is suspended and supported above the lamp body 1, a first connection portion 51 that is connected to the support frame 3, and a second connection portion that is connected to the top plate 4. 52, and a connecting body 5 having a main body portion 53 that connects the first connecting portion 51 and the second connecting portion 52 to each other. The main body 53 of the connector 5 is bent so that the surface directed to the lamp body 1 is a concave surface.

In the above luminaire, the first connecting portion 51 is preferably a hook that is hooked on the support frame 3, and the second connecting portion 52 is preferably a hook that is hooked on the top plate 4.

Furthermore, in the above-described lighting fixture, at least one of the first connecting portion 51 and the second connecting portion 52 is hooked with respect to the support frame 3 or the top plate 4 and the first connecting portion 51 and the second connecting portion. It is preferable that the connecting member 5 is configured to be rotatable in a direction in which the other of the portion 52 is attached to and detached from the support frame 3 or the top plate 4.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Since the basic configuration of this embodiment is the same as that of the conventional example described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the description of common portions is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present embodiment includes a total of four coupling bodies 5, two on each side of the support frame 3 and the top plate 4 in the short direction. Further, the mounting bracket 6 is not used. Hereinafter, the ABCDEF direction in FIG. That is, the longitudinal direction of the support frame 3 and the top plate 4 is referred to as the left-right direction, and the short direction between the support frame 3 and the top plate 4 is referred to as the front-rear direction.

Each connecting body 5 is formed, for example, by bending a metal plate. Each connecting body 5 is connected to the first connecting portion 51 connected to the support frame 3, the second connecting portion 52 connected to the top plate 4, and the first connecting portion 51 at the lower end and at the upper end. And a main body portion 53 connected to the second connection portion 52.

Further, in the cylindrical portion 31 of the support frame 3, the left and right end portions of the wall with the thickness direction oriented in the front-rear direction are through holes through which the first connecting portions 51 are inserted, as shown in FIG. One connection hole 33 is provided. The first connecting portion 51 is a hook (a hook shape) that protrudes inward in the front-rear direction from the lower end of the main body portion 53 and has a tip portion bent upward, and is inserted into the first connecting hole 33 to be a cylindrical portion. It is connected to the support frame 3 by being hooked on 31 (the upper part of the first connection hole 33).

Further, at both end portions in the front-rear direction of the top plate 4 and in the vicinity of both end portions in the left-right direction, as shown in FIG. A second connection hole 43 that is a through hole is provided. The second connection portion 52 is a hook (a hook shape) that protrudes inward in the front-rear direction from the upper end of the main body portion 53 and has a tip portion bent downward, and is inserted into the second connection hole 43 and is a side piece. It is connected to the top plate 4 by being hooked on 42 (the lower part of the second connection hole 43).

Here, in each connecting body 5, the protruding direction of the first connecting portion 51 with respect to the main body portion 53 and the protruding direction of the second connecting portion 52 with respect to the main body portion 53 are the same. Accordingly, the direction in which the first connecting portion 51 is hooked with respect to the support frame 3 and the direction in which the second connecting portion 52 is hooked with respect to the top plate 4 are the same (any one of the front and rear directions). Yes. In addition, the distance between the parts sandwiching the support frame 3 in the first connection part 51 is sufficiently larger than the dimension (thickness dimension) of the part sandwiched between the first connection parts 51 in the cylindrical part 31 of the support frame 3. ing. Furthermore, the distance between the parts sandwiching the top plate 4 in the second connecting part 52 is made sufficiently larger than the dimension (thickness dimension) of the part sandwiched between the second connecting parts 52 in the side piece 42 of the top plate 4. ing. Accordingly, one of the first connecting portion 51 and the second connecting portion 52 is hooked on the support frame 3 or the top plate 4 and the other is attached to and detached from the support frame 3 or the top plate 4 (hanging or removing). ) So that the connecting body 5 can be rotated. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the first connecting portion 51 may be hooked on the support frame 3 by rotating the connecting body 5 in which the second connecting portion 52 is hooked on the top plate 4 as indicated by an arrow A <b> 1. it can. However, the tip end portion of the first connecting portion 51 is located above the upper end of the first connecting hole 33 in the state after attachment. Therefore, in order to insert and remove the first connecting portion 51 into the first connecting hole 33, not only the connecting body 5 is rotated as described above, but also the support frame 3 is temporarily lifted or the first connecting portion 51 is removed. Therefore, it is necessary to temporarily elastically deform the connecting body 5 so as to pull down the front end portion. Similarly, when the second connecting portion 52 is inserted into and removed from the second connecting hole 43 in a state where the first connecting portion 51 is hooked on the support frame 3, the connecting body 5 is temporarily lifted together with the support frame 3, or Alternatively, it is necessary to temporarily elastically deform the connecting body 5 so as to pull up the distal end portion of the second connecting portion 52. In addition, as a method of making the connecting body 5 rotatable, in addition to a method of sufficiently increasing the dimensions of the connecting portions 51 and 52 as described above, for example, the connecting portions 51 and 52 in the support frame 3 and the top plate 4 can be used. A method in which a portion sandwiched by 52 is formed into a cylindrical shape is also conceivable.

Furthermore, the main body 53 of the connection body 5 is bent so that the surface directed to the lamp body 1 (the one surface in the front-rear direction and the surface on which the connection portions 51 and 52 protrude) is a concave surface. ing. In other words, in the main body portion 53, the central portion that makes the upper end portion of the lamp body 1 and the vertical position equal to each other is located outside of the upper and lower end portions in the front-rear direction (left-right direction in FIG. 4).

According to the above configuration, since the surface directed to the lamp body 1 in the main body 53 of the connection body 5 is a concave surface, interference of the connection body 5 with the lamp body 1 can be avoided.
