自動車の車体を構成するボデーに開閉可能に取り付けられたドアを所定の開度で固定するための固定用治具であって、
前記ボデーに装着可能で、前記ドアが閉まる向きの動作を規制する規制部材と、
前記ドアと当接する第1当接部と、前記ボデーと当接する第2当接部と、前記第1当接部と前記第2当接部とが互いに接近する向きに付勢する付勢部とを有し、前記ドアが閉まる向きに前記ボデーと前記ドアとを挟持可能とする挟持部材とを備えた固定用治具において、
前記規制部材は、前記挟持部材とは別個に設けられ、
前記規制部材は、前記ドアに装着することで車室内側に向けて突出可能な突出部材と、該突出部材とは別体に形成され、前記ボデーに装着することで前記ドアに装着した突出部材を受けることのできる受け部材とで構成され、
前記突出部材は、前記ドアの車室内側に設けられた穴部に挿入可能な挿入部と、前記挿入部を前記穴部に挿入することで前記車室内側に向けて突出するピン部とを一体的に有し、かつ
前記受け部材は、前記ボデーと係合可能な係合部と、前記係合部を前記ボデーに係合させることで前記ピン部の先端を受けることのできる受け面とを一体的に有することを特徴とする自動車ドアの固定用治具。
