Description
The present invention relates to an environmental test apparatus that forms a desired environment in a test chamber. In particular, the present invention is suitable as an environmental test apparatus that handles a DUT that is expected to be suddenly released.
Environmental test apparatuses are known as apparatuses that use products and parts such as electrical equipment as test objects and examine their performance and durability (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). The environmental test apparatus has a test room, and artificially creates a predetermined environment such as a temperature environment (for example, high temperature or low temperature) or a humidity environment (for example, high humidity or low humidity) in the test room. There is something that can be done.
There are a wide variety of DUTs that are subject to environmental testing. In the environmental test, the test object is often placed in a harsh environment such as high temperature and high humidity. In addition, the test may be continued until the DUT is broken.
Therefore, gas may be generated from the DUT during the environmental test. In addition, the generation of gas may occur suddenly, causing the DUT to burst unexpectedly. Also, flammable gas is generated, and a flame may occur unexpectedly.
Therefore, during the environmental test, the pressure in the test chamber suddenly increases, and the test chamber may suddenly become an unexpectedly high pressure state. Assuming that such an emergency situation occurs, there is an environmental test apparatus provided with a rupture disc type pressure relief vent device.
In this type of environmental test equipment, a vulnerable part is intentionally created in the test room, and when the pressure in the test room rises explosively, the vulnerable part is destroyed by the pressure increase and other parts are destroyed. Prevent damage.
As described above, the rupture disc type pressure relief vent device deals with an unexpected explosion and the like, and although the catastrophic destruction of the environmental test device is prevented, the environmental test device is temporarily in a failure state. .
The rupture disc type pressure relief vent device can be said to be an irreversible safety device. Once the pressure relief vent device is activated, the test chamber remains open to the atmosphere. For this reason, once the pressure relief vent device is activated, repairs such as replacing the rupture disc of the pressure relief vent or reattaching the pressure relief vent are required, and the environmental test device may become unusable for a certain period of time.
Incidentally, there is a charge / discharge test as one of environmental tests for secondary batteries. In the charge / discharge test, a secondary battery is placed in a specific environment, and in that state, the secondary battery is charged or discharged from the secondary battery. In charge / discharge tests, there are many cases where gas is generated from the secondary battery or rupture occurs during the test (hereinafter, gas generation and rupture are collectively referred to as pressure release, etc.). In environmental tests for normal DUTs, it is assumed that there is no extreme release pressure, but in discharge / charge tests for secondary batteries, it is expected that extreme release pressure will occur. Is done. As a practical problem, in a charge / discharge test for a secondary battery, release of gas such as generation or rupture may frequently occur.
Therefore, when a secondary battery is tested using an environmental test apparatus that employs a rupture disc type pressure release vent device, the environmental test apparatus becomes inconvenient and inconvenient each time the secondary battery releases pressure.
Therefore, the present inventors have developed an open / close pressure relief vent device as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 18, the open / close type pressure release vent device developed by the present inventors has an
When pressure is released from the object under test in the
In addition, an open /
In this specification, ON / OFF does not refer to an energized state and a non-energized state, but refers to whether or not a switch is activated. In the following description, “detection of ON” and “ON state” are states in which the switch is operated, and “detection of OFF” and “OFF state” are states in which the switch is not in operation.
Therefore, when the
Furthermore, the present inventors have equipped the environmental test apparatus with a protective device such as a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher in preparation for the occurrence of a flame in the
However, since the prototype environmental test apparatus detects the opening / closing of the
For example, when the weight of the
A prototype of a structure that detects whether or not the
According to the results of the study by the present inventors for this reason, the
In general, an environmental test is performed by accommodating a plurality of test objects in the
Therefore, the
In this way, when one of the DUTs is released first and then the release is started one after another, it is desirable to operate the protective device. In the case of detecting whether or not the
As described above, since the prototype environmental test apparatus has one open /
Conversely, when a configuration that detects that the
In the charge / discharge test, various sizes of environmental test apparatuses may be used depending on the throughput of the sample. For example, the environmental test apparatus manufactured and sold by the applicant has two to four types depending on the internal volume of the test room, and the volume increases as the number increases.
Although it is desirable to use the
In that case, there is a possibility that malfunctions of the protection device will occur more frequently.
An object of the present invention is to provide an environmental test apparatus with few malfunctions such as a protective device by paying attention to the above-mentioned problems.
The invention described in claim 1 for solving the above-described problem is that the test chamber in which the DUT is arranged, the environment adjusting means for adjusting the environment inside the test chamber, and the test chamber is in an abnormally high pressure state. In an environmental test apparatus having a pressure release vent device for releasing the pressure in the test chamber to the atmosphere, the pressure release vent device has an opening communicating with the test chamber and an opening / closing member for closing and opening the opening, and the opening / closing member It is an environmental test apparatus characterized by individually having a blockage detection means for detecting that the opening is blocked and an opening detection means for detecting that the opening / closing member opens the opening.
In the environmental test apparatus of the present invention, there is separately provided a blocking detection means for detecting that the opening / closing member blocks the opening, and an opening detection means for detecting that the opening / closing member opens the opening. ing. Therefore, in addition to the case where the opening is in a fully open state (including the case where the opening is close to the fully open state) and the case where the opening is in a fully closed state, it is also possible to determine whether the opening is in a half open state.
In the environmental test apparatus of the present invention, when the opening is in the fully closed state, the blockage detection means is turned on, and at the same time, the opening detection means is turned off. Conversely, if the blockage detection means is on and the opening detection means is off at the same time, it can be said that the opening is fully closed.
In the environmental test apparatus of the present invention, when the opening is in a fully open state or a state close thereto, the blockage detection means is turned off, and at the same time, the opening detection means is turned on. Conversely, if the blockage detection means is off and the opening detection means is on at the same time, it can be said that the opening is fully open.
In the environmental test apparatus of the present invention, when the opening is in a half-open state, the blocking detection means is turned off, and at the same time, the opening detection means is turned off. Conversely, if the blockage detection means is off and the opening detection means is off at the same time, it can be said that the opening is in a half-open state.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the opening / closing member is in a steady state in which the opening is sealed, and after the opening / closing member is in a state in which the opening is opened, the pressure in the test chamber is in a normal state. The environmental test apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the opening / closing member returns to a steady state when returned.
Even if the open / close member employed in the environmental test apparatus of the present invention is once opened, the open / close member thereafter returns to a steady state by itself and closes the opening.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a notifying means, and the closing detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member blocks the opening, and at the same time, the opening / closing member opens the opening. 3. The environmental test apparatus according to claim 1, wherein when the opening detection means detects, the notification means notifies that there is an abnormality in the environmental test apparatus.
The environmental test apparatus of the present invention has an informing means for informing that there is an abnormality in the environmental test apparatus. In the present invention, when the opening is in a fully open state or in a state close thereto, the notification means notifies.
Specifically, in the environmental test apparatus of the present invention, the blocking detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member has blocked the opening (blocking detection means off), and at the same time, the opening / closing member has opened the opening. When the opening detection means detects (open detection means ON), an abnormality is notified.
In this case, the opening / closing member is separated from the opening end of the opening because the blocking detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening (blocking detection means off). At the same time, since the opening detection means detects that the opening / closing member opens the opening (opening detection means ON), the opening / closing member is in a state close to full opening, and the opening degree is large.
If this condition is met, the test chamber of the environmental test apparatus is in a high pressure state, and the opening / closing member is considered to be in an open state. It was.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided an informing means for detecting that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening, and simultaneously detecting that the opening / closing member is opening the opening. A state where the means does not detect, or a state where the opening detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member has opened the opening, and the opening / closing member does not detect that the opening detection means is blocking the opening. The case where the blockade detection means does not detect that the opening is blocked and the opening detection unit detects that the opening and closing member opens the opening at the same time is repeated a predetermined number of times within a predetermined time. In this case, the environmental test apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the notification means notifies that there is an abnormality in the environmental test apparatus.

A state in which the closing detection means detects that the opening / closing member has blocked the opening (blocking detection means ON) and the opening detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member has opened the opening (open detection means OFF). This is a combination that occurs when the opening is fully closed. Also, when the opening detection means does not detect that the opening is closed (opening detection means OFF), the opening detection means does not detect that the opening detection means is not opening (opening detection means OFF). Is a combination that occurs in the half-open state.

Is fully open or close to it.
In the present invention, an abnormality is notified when the fully open state or a state close thereto is repeated.
In this case, the open / close member is repeatedly opened and closed. When these conditions are met, it is considered that the test chamber of the environmental test apparatus is in a high pressure state and the open / close member is open and closed violently. In this case, it is also expected that a plurality of test objects are released one after another in the test chamber. Therefore, the notification means is notified that there is an abnormality in the environmental test apparatus.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided an informing means, wherein the blockage detecting means detects that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening and simultaneously detects that the opening / closing member is opening the opening. After the state is not detected by the means, the opening detection means indicates that the opening / closing member does not detect that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening and that the opening / closing member opens the opening at the same time. A state where no detection occurs and the opening / closing member detects that the opening / closing member has blocked the opening, and at the same time, the opening detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member opens the opening.

The environmental test apparatus of the present invention has door opening / closing detection means for detecting that the opening / closing door is closed. And in the environmental test apparatus of this invention, an alerting | reporting means alert | reports that there exists abnormality in an environmental test apparatus on condition that the door opening / closing detection means has detected that the opening / closing door is a closed state.
In this case, since the door opening / closing detection means detects that the opening / closing door is in the closed state, it is unlikely that the opening / closing member has been operated due to pressure fluctuation accompanying opening / closing of the opening / closing door. Under this circumstance, the blockage detection means and the opening detection means detect the occurrence of abnormality, so that there is a high probability that pressure release or the like has occurred in the test chamber. Therefore, the notification means is notified that there is an abnormality in the environmental test apparatus.

The environmental test apparatus of the present invention has a protective device that is activated by the activation means and prevents damage to the environmental test apparatus and the like.
And in the environmental test apparatus of this invention, a protection apparatus is started by the detection condition of a blockade detection means and an open | release detection means.
In the environmental test apparatus of the present invention, one of the conditions for activating the protective device is that “the opening / closing member does not detect that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening (the blocking detection means is off) and at the same time the opening / closing member is “When the opening detection means detects that the opening is open (open detection means ON)”.
In this case, the opening is expected to be in a fully open state or a state close thereto. In this case, since it is considered that the test chamber of the environmental test apparatus is in a high pressure state and the opening / closing member is in an open state, the protection device is activated.
Another condition for starting the protective device is when the opening is repeatedly fully opened or close to it.
Specifically, “the closing detection means detects that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening (blocking detection means ON) and at the same time, the opening detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member is opening the opening ( Opening detection means OFF) (fully closed state), or the blocking detection means does not detect that the opening is blocked (blocking detection means OFF). At the same time, the opening / closing member opens the opening. When the detection means does not detect (open detection means off) (semi-open state), the opening / closing member does not detect that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening (blocking detection means off) and at the same time the opening / closing member This is a case where the opening detection means detects that the opening is open (open detection means ON) (a state in which the opening detection means is fully opened or close to it) is repeated a predetermined number of times within a predetermined time.
In this case, since it is expected that a plurality of test objects are released one after another in the test chamber, the protection device is activated.
Another condition for activating the protective device is when the opening is repeatedly half-opened.
Specifically, “the closing detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member is blocking the opening (blocking detection means off), and at the same time, the opening detection means does not detect that the opening / closing member is opening the opening. (Opening detection means off) State (semi-open state) and that the opening and closing member detects that the opening has been blocked by the blocking detection means (blocking detection means on) and at the same time that the opening and closing member has opened the opening This is a case where the state where the opening detection means does not detect (open detection means OFF) state (fully closed state) is repeated a predetermined number of times within a predetermined time.
In this case, since it is expected that a plurality of test objects are released one after another in the test chamber, the protection device is activated.
The environmental test apparatus of the present invention is less susceptible to malfunctions of the protective device and the like, and can lessen interrupting the test unnecessarily.

The environmental test apparatus 1 of this embodiment is provided with a

In the present embodiment, a structure using an adhesive member such as a tape or a sheet on which an adhesive layer or an adhesive layer is laminated is employed.
The adhesive member has an adhesive layer provided on one surface of a metal foil (specifically, a metal tape) such as an aluminum foil, and has airtightness and a certain degree of tensile strength. However, since a mechanical fastening element such as a screw or a rivet or a permanent fastening structure such as welding is not employed for mounting the

Next, functions of the environmental test apparatus 1 of the present embodiment will be described. The environmental test apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment performs an environmental test by installing an object to be tested such as a secondary battery in the

The minimum operating pressure of the low pressure open / close type pressure

The effective opening area when the high-pressure opening / closing pressure
In the environmental test apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the low-pressure opening / closing type pressure

When a large release pressure is generated in the test chamber, the

When the high-pressure open / close type pressure
In this embodiment, since the
When the high-pressure open / close type pressure
Next, the degree of pressure release generated in the
When the pressure in the
When a small pressure is released in the
When the small release pressure is settled in the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6A, when the pressure in the
After that, the

When the opening detection means 62 detects that the opening / closing

A state in which the closing detection means 63 does not detect that the opening / closing
Next, the detection status of the opening detection means 62 and the blocking detection means 63 and the display contents of the
In the present embodiment, door opening / closing detection means 38 for detecting that the opening / closing
The increase in the pressure in the
Immediately after closing the
Therefore, after the door opening / closing detection means 38 detects that the opening / closing
The opening detection means 62, the blockade detection means 63, and the door opening / closing detection means 38 are provided with a short timer for the purpose of preventing false detection and chattering, and can detect the on or off state for a certain period of time. Turns on or off, subject to continuation.
When the pressure is released in the
Further, when a large pressure release or a huge pressure release occurs, or when a small pressure release occurs continuously, the
When a release pressure exceeding a small release pressure is generated, the DUT protection function is activated.

Further, when the opening detection means 62 and the blockade detection means 63 are simultaneously detected to be on, it is considered that there is some sort of failure, so that a display to that effect is displayed on the display device (notification means) 5.
Even if the state where the opening detection means 62 and the blockade detection means 63 are simultaneously detected to be off continues for a long time, it is considered that there is some sort of failure, so that the display device (notification means) 5 displays that effect. .
Next, the degree of pressure release generated in the
Assuming that a large release pressure is generated in the
Thereafter, the gas in the
On the other hand, in the case of having only a rupture disc type pressure relief vent device (large vent), as shown in the center graph of FIG. The pressure in 11 drops rapidly. If you only have a rupture disc pressure relief vent (large vent), you can prevent the packing from being destroyed, but the rupture disc relief vent device (large vent) will be destroyed, so you can avoid long-term interruptions in the test. Absent.
On the other hand, when the high-pressure opening / closing pressure
Therefore, the test will not be interrupted for a long time.
When a huge pressure release occurs in the
However, huge release is an unexpected release and rarely occurs.
According to the present embodiment, since the low-pressure opening / closing pressure
Assuming that a small release pressure is generated in the
The same applies to the case where only a rupture disc type pressure release vent device (large vent) is provided. As shown in the center graph of FIG. Escapes and the pressure in the
In such a case, the environmental test apparatus 1 is not suddenly destroyed, but the packing or the like is exposed to high pressure for a long time and is easily painful.
On the other hand, in the case of having the high-pressure opening / closing pressure

Moreover, you may have only one pressure release vent apparatus.

In the embodiment described above, the fire extinguisher is mounted as the protection device, but the protection device is not limited to the fire extinguisher, and for example, a ventilation damper or the like can be adopted. A plurality of protective devices such as a fire extinguisher and a ventilation damper may be mounted, and these may be properly used according to the degree of pressure release or the like.
In the embodiment described above, when the opening / closing

In the embodiment described above, the high-pressure open / close type pressure
With reference to FIGS. 16 and 17, a description will be given of a

As shown in FIG. 16, the

When a huge release pressure is generated in the
In the embodiment described above, no countermeasure is taken for the case where the temperature in the

In the embodiment described above, the

In the embodiment described above, the high-pressure open / close type pressure
The environmental test apparatus 1 of the present embodiment can cope with pressure fluctuations in the
Further, since it can be detected that the opening / closing
In addition, the degree of pressure relief can be estimated to some extent by the combination of the operating conditions of each switch.
Further, by combining the number of operations of each switch, it is possible to further estimate the state of pressure release.
Further, a protection operation according to the determined content can be performed.
Furthermore, the possibility of erroneous detection can be greatly reduced by combining the opening / closing status of the door.
